Day 1929

Day 1929;

BMI was 19.19, I had made 13,164 steps which was 8.67 km apparently and I burned off 1364 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange and apple.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops with mini sausages on croissants (plain), lemon drizzle cake and chocolate cake.
Dinner: beef, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, rice, chocolate trifle and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and water.
Snacks: 5 grapes, lemon drizzle cake and chocolate cake.

I had my hair cut today and I have also been to athletics. But then again today I have been on a little walk around the town, and I tried a short (well it was slightly over 20 minutes) of doing some interval training on the treadmill. But is that all I have done today? No it think not, as I have played a bit more on Old School RuneScape and I have been attempting to get RuneScape 3/New School RuneScape up and running but I’m not at school now as if my first introduction to RuneScape was back in an old, old (old) school back when my internet at home was still dial-up, and all of the computers were connected by those white telephone cables, but they were boxed off from us within some little white plastic beams.

That was a nice little bit of nostalgia now I hope the new RuneScape 3 kind of lives up to my expectations tomorrow or whenever I finally get to play it, as tomorrow I am going on a walk around London, of which at least half of it will be without my eyes. But then again I maybe able to take my ski helmet, as with it I’ve got a pair of goggles which helped me with my skiing yesterday. And it would have helped me at athletics today, as there was a activity where I had to spin a ball on a string around my head, I spun it, it hit me smash bang in the face, so that was unfortunate.

Day 1928

Day 1928;

Today my BMI was 19.46, but I had only done 7911 steps which was only about 5.21 km and I only managed to burn 1148 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, chocolate croissant, banana, orange and apple.
Lunch: beef, peas, carrots, green beans, cauliflower, potatoes, stuffing and something.
Dinner: omelette and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and water.

On this lazy day I have been skiing apparently my skiing was very good, at least according to Emu (but she has been telling me that for a while now, and every time she seems to be equally surprised. It she really thought that I was good wouldn’t she remember that she has already told me so there’s no use to her repeated telling me ' or it just starts sounding like your just saying it for no reason, blank words just fall out of your mouth, like a pilot bailing out of his, or her’s, plane.

I have been thinking about it a bit and I have thought that if Emu or anybody thought I was good at skiing, I mean properly good then they could just report me to team GB, then maybe I could go to the next Winter Olympic Games, but for that to happen I have to improve one hell of a lot.

Day 1927

Day 1927:

Now today my BMI was up to the “dizzying” heights of 19.85, which may have been at least in part to the only 1282 steps that I walked (0.84 km) and the seriously lacking 461 kcal that I burned off.

Breakfast: cereal, grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Lunch: carrot soup with bread, chocolate cake and lemon drizzle cake.
Dinner: Indian takeaway feast.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and Vimpto.

Today I have put on a lot of weight, 5 pounds in fact. But then I have had another exceedingly lazy day today, but that wasn’t helped by the amount that I’ve eaten today, and I am surprised that I haven’t put on a lot more to be honest.

In the morning I have gone to boccia practice, just as we had got up to 6 players again, last week, we were back down to 4 players, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Friday, 23 November 2018

Day 1926

Day 1926:

My BMI is 19.09, steps today was 12,902 which gave me a distance of 8.50 km and I had burned off 1856 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, melon, grapes, orange and apple.
Lunch: melon, orange, apple, sandwich (cheese in very white bread) and a slab of fruit cake.
Dinner: scampi, chips, peas, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, tarte sauce, vinegar, tiramisu and raspberry jelly.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and Vimpto.

Well today I have been a bit off my usual form, which is a pretty low stating point. But today I have got in some time at the proper gym, as well as an hour and a half in the makeshift gym, I had 45 minute cycle before a 45 minute walk, in the makeshift gym. Then at the proper gym I could feel the fluid evaporating from my mouth and throat, it was uncomfortable. It made me feel more dehydrated but I wasn’t dehydrated, as the pinch test showed me. The only thing that I found was that Vimpto is the closest thing to a cure, without actually being a cure to the ailment that I was facing.

But then the Woman that I was referring to yesterday was Manel I’m not naive enough to think that she’d accept my offer but then it’s an unobtainable goal I’m striving for you never know I might just make one of them sooner or later, I mean this six pack is something that I believed was almost unobtainable for me, now a days, but then look at the package on me now, it’s almost there, apparently.

Thursday, 22 November 2018

Day 1925

Day 1925:

BMI was 18.87, I had walked 13,479 steps which were 8.88 km and I had burned off 1448 kcal, according to Wii Fit at least.

Breakfast: cereal, grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Lunch: sandwich (sausage in white bread), melon, grapes, orange and apple.
Dinner: Chinese takeaway feast.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snack: tiramisu.

On this day I started off by having a brisk walk, on the treadmill, before a 15 minute bounce on the trampoline, but I decided to cut my rowing session short, as it was making a hideous noise I think it maybe in need of some WD40. So I was my prelunchtime exercise, now for after lunch I was thinking that I’d have another Zwift cycle before getting messaged by Tini to say that she was on her way to take me to the gym, but the message never came and I just continued on my end about 45 minute Zwift cycle, but I never went to the gym today.

Then I have been attempting to think up new goals for next new year, and I have got one. It’s to really focus on my athletic ability for the new year. It’s so I can hopefully complete at the Olympic Games in the next year, then I should probably think about asking the Woman out, because if she says yes to me that’ll give me even more of an incentive to win the gold medal. As if I win gold I’ll give myself permission to ask for her hand, in marriage. Then I would have a found my reason, and I would have more of a reason to live than ever before.

Wednesday, 21 November 2018

Day 1924

Day 1924;

My BMI was up to 18.71, the steps were 13,624 which gave me a distance of 8.97 km but it also gave me 1642 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal and pineapple.
Lunch: sandwich (ham, egg, lettuce in white bread), grapes, banana, strawberries and apple.
Dinner: sausages, dauphinoise potatoes, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower and a tart (raspberry and strawberry)
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks:grapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberry jelly.

Now today I have had what was supposed to be yesterday’s dinner, minus the mash. As yesterday it was going to be a wee classic of the English cuisine, bangers and mash (or sausage and mash) but as Allergy was in for dinner there wasn’t enough mash to go around, so Tini offered Allergy some dauphinoise potatoes instead but Allergy doesn’t like dauphinoise potatoes so I said that I would swap, but it didn’t work yesterday so I had a full Indian and I had an almost full English dinner today.

Then during the day I had another idea for a new Legend of Zelda game, but I hate having to write them up. I know I don’t have to write them up but then what’s the fun in that? I have my own kind of fan fiction, with a good helping of fan service piped in, but I’m no good at fan service as I don’t know how they are supposed to be feeling.

As I had a more lazy day today than yesterday, as I didn’t go to the gym instead I got up later had an hourlong walk in the morning before I had a snack. Then I ate my lunch before getting on the trampoline for a bounce and I got on the rowing machine for a row then I snacked again before the little Zwift cycle around NYC, I did the same course as Mich had done earlier on this month, I managed to get 0.1 or 0.01 (I can never remember which) kpm than he had done over a slightly shorter time, but then at 24 minutes gone in the cycle it said that I only had 10% battery left, so I decided to leave it until it alerted me with a warning at 5% battery left within the end I was having to physically lift my eyelids to see whether the 5% warning had come up, the 5% warning only appeared after about another 12 minutes, so picture this: you’ve got me on the Zwift bike with my right arm holding onto the bikes handlebar and my left hand pulling at my face attempting to get me to see. It’s relatively humorous, I think.

Tuesday, 20 November 2018

Day 1923

Day 1923;

So my BMI was down to 18.56 today despite my efforts, which included eating a whole Indian takeaway feast, my 18,014 steps somehow must have had an impact but I only apparently walked 11.86 km and burned off 1682 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: sandwich (chicken, lettuce, bacon in white bread), limoncellos desert, grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Dinner: takeaway Indian Feast and chocolate sundae.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water, Vimpto and hot chocolate.
Snack: pomegranate.

So today I have been to the gym and I have also been to the makeshift gym, just the same as yesterday, but the differences have been in the times. This morning I got up earlier, and I only had a bowl of dry cereal for breakfast (as well as my mug of milk for the day), so you’d have thought that I’d have had loads of time, as the morning progressed I started off an hour on the treadmill doing one of my brisk walks, for an hour, before having a fifteen minute bounce followed by a fifteen minute row. I accomplished the foretold actions the my mind has gone blank for the next part of the day.

But then I am brought back at lunchtime, as I think that Allergy had been using the makeshift gym, for a short time before lunch then I had been conversing with her on the iPad, about plus size and how she wasn’t plus size and if she says that she’s wanting to get back to a size 8 to 10, which I mistakenly thought she’d said 18 but before all of that she showed me a picture of some really unappealing women, they were size 22. So the conversation evolved and it ended up with me giving Allergy permission to restyle me, which I thought that I already had? As an idea for a gift for the celebration of the winter solstice.

Then that conversation went on through lunch, so I only had enough time for a small ride around Wattopia. Before it was time to get to the proper gym, and have half an hour on the lateral trainer before half an hour on the exercise bike. Before I ate my feast and I weighed myself. Now I am confused by the results of my weigh in as I had only just finished a mountain of food which was from a takeaway . In fact I was so confused I decided to play some OldSchool RuneScape.

Monday, 19 November 2018

Day 1922

Day 1922;

My BMI today has been 18.78, I had walked 11,820 steps which was 7.78 km and I had burned off 1218 kcal today, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, ham in white bread), then half a sandwich (bre salad in white bread) and cake.
Dinner: shepherds pie, cauliflower, peas, broccoli and limoncello desert.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and water.
Snacks: 2 chocolate orange rice cakes, banana, strawberries, apple and grapes.

So today I have been on the treadmill for a walk in the morning, before I stopped and had my first chocolate orange rice cake. Then I went back into the makeshift gym and I think that I may have on the trampoline and the rowwing machine, but I cannot remember what I actually did. As in the afternoon I went on the exercise bike but that was after I had finished my lunch.

So as I started to type I had been on a little Zwift ride after i’d finished my lunch, it was a nice little ride around Wattopia; well not the whole way around just about 10.2 or 10.02 km of the way around. But it was a good fun bit of cycling. Then after that I went to the proper gym and I had another little bit of lateral training before another exercise bike cycle, but this time it was on a proper exercise bike before we went to the local supermarket, and Tini did her exercise, which was basically walking around the shop and picking up stuff to purchase.

Sunday, 18 November 2018

Day 1921

Day 1921:

My BMI was at 19.00 again, meanwhile my steps were apparently 24,444 which was 16.10 km and I have burned 1638 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and orange.
Lunch: bre salad sandwich (spinach, tomato in white bread), red berry jelly and something.
Dinner: chicken, peas, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes and mandarin peach cream tart.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks: 4 grapes.

So I am still brainstorming ideas for gifts for people that I know, gifts for the celebration of the winter solstice, but then earlier on today I have been out on the tandem, for a little ride around the place that we live, then later on today I walked around a bit outside to visit the GM and GAK, which was fun as we were listening to the football match between England and Croatia on the radio while we were there, the radio said that they had 30 more minutes to play and England were trailing by one goal, to the Croats as I was still expecting a hat trick from Markus Rashford, as he was the best player on the park upto that point, but it never came. Then we had to go to see GAK, so we walked over to the place where she lives we entered and then Mich checked up on the game, it was a surprise to say the least, as the games result was in, and it was a victory for England, 2 - 1 to England, Lingard and Kane were the two English goal scorers. So congratulations to them and to England they have qualified for the next stage in this nations league thingamajig, as the winning team from the group and they have relegated Croatia, from their group.

But then I have also been on another short treadmill walk as I had hardly done any steps for my watch. So I made my way up to 10,000 steps for my watch, which I did.

Saturday, 17 November 2018

Day 1920

Day 1920:

BMI was 19.21, my steps had decreased to 15,983 as my distance was at 10.53 and my calories were at 1011 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: Swiss baked eggs, baguette and something.
Dinner: vegetable stew (mushrooms, carrots, peas) in Yorkshire pudding, dumplings, chocolate cheesecake and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snack: chocolate orange coated rice cake.

Star Wars is just one of the things that feminism has attempted to destroy and it has done a pretty proficient job judging from the latest instalments reviews say, by that I mean that they have been making a hash of the franchise, after I had heard such a good impression of The Force Awakens, pity that the reviews weren’t mine, but since I made my less than impressed review of the first film I’ve seen others follow suit. I’m not saying that all of the negative reviews are my fault, I’m sure that their was some before me, and I’m pretty sure that next to no one has even read my review, but Star Wars the Mary Sue has awoken.

But then again today I have had another lazy day with boccia playing in the morning, then not a lot else to do. But then there was a couple of matches on in the day, I saw none but I got the results, the Rugby Union teams that I support today but the football team that I support lost.

Friday, 16 November 2018

Day 1919

Day 1919;

My BMI has decreased slightly to 19.03, my steps were 20,741 which was 13.66 km and I had burned off 1248 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple an orange.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese in white bread) and cake.
Dinner: pasta meatballs (quorn), chocolate trifle, chocolate cheesecake and chocolate orange coated rice cake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

On this day I have got on the treadmill for a walk within the morning, but I keep thinking to myself about the musketeers, and who were the three musketeers, as I was attempting to remember them from back in the days of the past and I was thinking that Dartannion (D’artagnan) was a Musketeer, and with Porthose (Porthos) but then they had two more in the Musketeers and I couldn’t figure out which one was the third Musketeer. But in the end I found out that both of them are two of the Musketeers and it was D’artagnan that wasn’t a “proper” Musketeer, as he was still a trainee Musketeer in the original story.

When I first checked my steps on my watch after going on the treadmill walk, I had walked 9666 steps, which I thought was funny as I had walked a number of steps which had 666, the number of the beast, in,. So what’s their to say I get easily amused, or I get amused easily or however I’m supposed to type that that comment. But while I was walking I was watching some of the classic Doctor Who, as I was interested about the final episode of Peter Capaldi, where he was talking to himself about regeneration and I was thinking that it never happened like that, as wasn’t he just stood up in his Tardis , of which the doors are semi automatic, they have no handles on the insides, so you have to tap a button on the console to open it.

So today I have been to the gym also, for the first time in what seems like a long time. But it was probably only two weeks, or so long since I last went to the gym.

Thursday, 15 November 2018

Day 1918

Day 1918;

BMI for today was 19.19, I had made 22,629 steps which was 14.90 km and I had burned off 1578 kcal, apparently today.

Breakfast: cereal, grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Lunch margarita pizza, salad (lettuce, tomato, sweetcorn, onion), garlic bread and chocolate sundae.
Dinner: macaroni cheese, turkey drummers and chocolate cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and chocolate water.

I have been watching the ends of the Doctor Who series with Peter Capaldi and the starting 2 episodes of the Jodie Whittaker series, but the end of Peter was interesting as he got his memories of Clara back just before he died he also had Bill die many times within the final two episodes, even if in the end it was just the memories of her that were dying as she had already been killed by the Master (John Simm), who also killed the Mistress, apparently, but the Mistress would have obviously known of his betrayal before so she could have taken precautions. But John Simm when he was playing the Master Gallifrey was lost but then where did he come from to wreak havoc over herself, as he said in the time of the tenth “Where is it, Doctor, where’s Gallifrey?”

But then I have been walking a lot on the treadmill and I have even been on a small cycle on the exercise bike today until I broke the bike. But then again today I have been watching from the Celtic episodes to the one where Clara’s memories are reached by...

Wednesday, 14 November 2018

Day 1917

Day 1917;

BMI was up to 19.00, steps 11,438 whereas my distance was down to 7.53 km and calories 1228 kcal,according to Wii Fit,

Breakfast: grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Lunch: sandwich (egg, ham, spinach in white bread [with oat and barley), banana, strawberries, apple and grapes.
Dinner: Chinese feast (basically the leftovers from the Chinese takeaway) and a chocolate sundae.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks: 2 rice cakes (coated in chocolate orange).

So today I have had a bounce, walk (on the treadmill), a row (on the rowing machine) and an experiment on the exercise bike. As well as doing that I have also been watching the remaining episodes of series 1 of the Musketeers. But I have been thinking about the 3 musketeers a bit recently it could be as I have been thinking how cool would it be to go into battle with a sword and a gun, but then again being realistic about it if you went into a battle probably since the Great War, but it may have been before. But back in the past having a sword along with your firearm would have been necessary as it took so long for you to reload a firearm so you’d need something to hide behind and then at least a dagger for you to fend off your would be murderer, while you’re reloading.

Today has been a good day as Allergy has actually been on the treadmill, it seems to be that she does care about something other than where her next meal is coming from, I know that I’m being harsh on her, but anyway I don’t care; it’s nothing I don’t expect (of me).

Tuesday, 13 November 2018

Day 1916

Day 1916;

My BMI was down to 18.81, my steps were up to 16,977 which gave me a distance of 11.18 km and I burned off 1346 kcal, apparently today.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange and apple.
Lunch: sandwich (white bread) and cupcake.
Dinner:bacon burger with cheese, chips, banana, strawberries, apple and grapes.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks: chocolate orange rice cake and 2 Jaffa cakes.

Today has been a lazy day.at least the morning had been as I had only managed to do a little treadmill walk before it was lunchtime, but then thankfully I did some more substantial exercise in the afternoon.

As in the afternoon I had another ride on the exercise bike it was only an hour, so it was 25 km around Wattopia today, but I’m still only producing a pathetic amount of Watts, on my rides. As today I averaged 103 Watts today on Zwift. Which I find interesting as Watts is power, and I’d done 25 kph, with an engine which is less than 1 horsepower, which a mechanical horsepower is about equal to 746 Watts and a metric horsepower is about 736 Watts. So no horses need worry, I’m not going to be steeling any work from you. But I’m still wondering how changing the bikes gears are going to effect the Wattage output of the bike, if any. As I know that Mich did the same course a while back but he got 160 Watts for about the same distance, but he also may have done it slightly quicker. I have got to attempt it again but with gears to find out what different it makes.

Monday, 12 November 2018

Day 1915

Day 1915;

My BMI today was 18.96, so it was a slight increase on yesterday’s, but my steps fell to 8827 which was a distance of 5.81 km and my calories burned was at 856 kcal, according to Wii Fit, which today my Fit meter had ran out of battery charge, so that may explain the discrepancy between my watch and Wii Fit today.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, apple, orange, banana and pear.
Lunch: sandwich (bre, salad, red berry sauce in white bread), cherry bakewell and Swiss roll.
Dinner: pasta with meatballs and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

Now today I have had my five a day from breakfast, which I had at lunch yesterday, not the same but the same number of the fruit as with vegetables which I had for lunch yesterday. But I have also been attempting to mention a bit about the lyrics to Green Day’s song “21 Guns” I mean the lyrics right at the start of the song: “Do you know what’s worth fighting for, When it’s not worth dying for?” I thought such an easy question, the answer is your own life, because if you died for your own life that’d be counterproductive, but if you died for a reason which is greater than yourself you could actually achieve your goals unlike if you were attempting something just for self preservation you’ve only got a binary chance of success  but if you’re doing it for a more general purpose even if you fail then there’s more chance of somebody succeeding in the future. Possibly like war even if one solider dies there’s still another solider to pick up the baton.

Now today I have been on a treadmill walk, before I was disturbed by the phone ringing 3 times, so I stopped and I then went to the answer phone to uncover what was up. What happened was something that I’m not at liberty to type about, yet. But needless to say I ran around to another persons home to help them up, pity they didn’t want my help and they were just waiting for Mich to arrive and help them up, so I made them as comfortable as I could i.e. I fetched them a blanket. But then that ended my walk while I was watching Zapped. Then I returned home and I decided to go on another Machine Row after breaking the exercise bike,

Then what happened today is a bit obscured from my view, I think that I haven’t done anything, minus eat my dinner and take a shower, by take a shower I mean get inside of the shower and then I wash myself with the water provided by the shower. Then after that I had a hot chocolate drink. So now all I’ve got to do today is brush my teeth and get into bed.

Sunday, 11 November 2018

Day 1914

Day 1914;

Now on this day my BMI has decreased, to 18.91, when I have walked less steps, at 12,816 steps which has been less far at 8.44 km, predictably, and I have only burned off 846 kcal, today.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange and apple.
Lunch: lamb, carrots, green beans, peas, broccoli, red cabbage, potatoes and lemon meringue pie.
Dinner: sandwich (bre, salad, red berry jam in white bread), cupcake and jam doughnut.
Drinks: milk, Vimeo, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks: 3 squares of chocolate with biscuit inside and 4 Jaffa cakes.

As for today we have had the remembrance service down at the local war memorial (cenotaph) at the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month there was silence as all of the guns stopped, their merciless barrages on the fields of war, those 100 years ago. It signified the end to the hostilities within the Great War, 1918, and now we continue in the commemoration by holding a Remembrance Sunday on the closest Sunday to the 11th of November every year, which just so happened to be today.

It was Bill that shot the Doctor yesterday not Bob, as I have watched the next episode while I was on the treadmill walking this evening, as I hadn’t done enough steps before I decided to do another walk, as I know that I which I did for the length of the Doctor Who episode which ended in Missy saving the Doctor by piloting the Tardis back to where it’d left him and Bill while taking Matt Lucas off, so it was Matt Lucas that asked Missy for help. Which could be interesting for the remaining episodes of the series.

Saturday, 10 November 2018

Day 1913

Day 1913;

My BMI increased to 19.00, I had made 14,493 steps which were apparently 9.55 km and I have managed to burn off 1216 kcal today, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, apple, orange and banana.
Lunch: baguette (lettuce, tomatoes, bre) and pastries.
Dinner: chicken, rice, curry sauce, carrots, green beans and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

Now today I have really pissed Tini off, by being honest as it seemed to me. Because I messaged her by stating the fact that her insistence of creating me a new email address was not only unnecessary but also insulting, as I can do it myself and she was insisting on getting me one which is  unnecessary.

Now today I haven’t been on a treadmill walk, nor a treadmill jog in actual fact I haven’t been on the treadmill at all today, as in the morning I had another lazy start, as it was a boccia day today, so I had only a little amount of walking for the morning, I think my watch was telling me that I had walked only 1009 steps for the morning. But in the afternoon I went outside on the tandem for a little 25 mile cycle, according to my watch, but also today I had done just shy of 2000 steps according to my watch.

So that’s my day pretty much summed up in two paragraphs, my lazy day. I did in actual fact also watch some more of Doctor Who still on Peter Capaldi as the Doctor, but I think that Bill has just attempted to kill the Doctor in the story that I have just got up to. The story seems to be Doctor Who and the invasion of the Zombies.

Friday, 9 November 2018

Day 1912

Day 1912;

BMI was up again, to 18.96, my steps today was 29,052 which was apparently 19.13 km and I had burned 1629 kcal off, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, apple, orange and banana.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops with mini sausages on bread, cup cake, Swiss roll, cherry bakewell and fruit cake.
Dinner: gammon, carrots, green beans,cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes, strawberry tart Jaffa cakes and chocolates.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

On this day I have been remembering songs, which was November Rain, but I thought it was by Green Day and it had something to do with guns, but I found out that the song “November Rain” is a really good song by GNR (Guns N Roses), of which I thought was quite an apt name seeing as it is November and it has been raining recently. But then I discovered that the guns part of it could have been in the name of the band; as they’re called Guns N Roses, but then I searched Green Day and Guns and I got to another song by Green Day, it was called 21 Guns, which I also enjoyed which when it ended it showed me another track by Green Day which I thought brought me in a circle, of sorts, it showed me to a song which is called “Wake Me Up When September Ends” as it could have been the reason that I was this Green Day for November when in actuality it’s September, not the current month (as it currently is November, but the lyrics in the two decent songs). But then again if you know anything about me I don’t know where to stop, so I went off on another tangent to Oasis with their Wonderwall and I enjoyed myself by listening to the Gallagher brothers and friends.

This morning I had another treadmill walk, now it was only an hour and a half long, but I think that I may have cheated a bit, as my watch told me that I’d covered over five miles in distance, but the treadmill was only going at 5 kph, which should be 4 miles 1162 yards and 0.3 feet and there’s 1760 yards in a mile, so it’s like I have skipped over just about six hundred yards (or five hundred and ninety seven point seven, if I wanted to be picky which to be honest sums me up pretty well).

Thursday, 8 November 2018

Day 1911

Day 1911;

My BMI was up again to 18.87,  I had made 16,178 steps which were 10.65 km and I had burned off 1383 kcal, according to Wii Fit today.

Breakfast: cereal,grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Lunch: margarita pizza, chocolate sundae, banana, strawberries, apple and grapes.
Dinner: cod, chips with curry sauce and strawberry tart.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, fruit juice with lemonade, water
Snacks: pineapple and Jaffa cakes.

Now today I have been accused of growing, by Allergy, who was already shorter than myself as she has been for the entirety of her existence, well at least the parts that I have known her for. But I cannot see it myself honestly I thought that I had actually shrunk a bit over the past day. But they are just accusations I was thinking that I had stopped growing a long time ago.

What else happened today? I have been on another walk, but only a walk on the treadmill, as I don’t want to be unable to answer the door if it knocked, which it did, at one point within my walk. But then Allergy also reacted to the door, I thought that she was in bed asleep, much like the previous occasion, but then Allergy was also a smelling very bad, it may have been because of the job that she was working the night before, I think at least, but she was stinking properly bad.

Day 1910

Day 1910;

18.62 was my BMI for today, I was starting to think that I’d grown a bit judging by the facts that I was getting some consistently higher results for my BMI and the feeling that I had grown, but from my BMI today I think not, I had only done 16,237 steps which was 10.69 km and I had burned off 1976 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Lunch: sandwich (chicken, lettuce, bacon in brown bread), cherry bakewell, banana, strawberries, apple and grapes.
Dinner: macaroni cheese, turkey drummers, banana, strawberries, apple and grapes.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water Lucozade sport (orange and Brazilian Guava) and hot chocolate.
Snacks: quality steet chocolate and pineapple.

Now today I have been jogging on the treadmill for an hour, then in the other half of the day I went on a an hour long cycle around NYC, on Zwift. I just put the bike in a gear that it runs comfortably in and then I peddle, by comfortably in I mean by not clunking or churning it’s gears. I managed an average speed of 28 kph/I got to 28 km and then I stopped, as my hour was up. I’m wondering if I could get someone else to work the gears for me on the bike so the it’d be like riding a tandem but without the weight, of 2 people and the additional weight of the tandem.

But then I have also been for a little bounce and row today, but I didn’t do much at all on either, but tomorrow is a new day and I won’t be back for another jog on the treadmill tomorrow, as it distracted me from my job, which is getting in parcels when the postman comes knocking. Now for tomorrow morning it’s going to have to be a walk on the treadmill.

Tuesday, 6 November 2018

Day 1909

Day 1909;

My BMI was 18.91, my steps were 14,528, my distance walked was 9.57 km and the amount of calories I burned off were 1482 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal,orange, apple, grapes and banana.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese is white bread), cherry bakewell, mince pie and Aero mousse.
Dinner: cheese and bacon burger with lettuce tomato and onion and some chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, water, fruit squash and hot chocolate.

On this day I have been for a walk on the treadmill in the morning, it was only an hour and a half, but it was enough for me to get my daily five miles in.

So that’s how it happened, I’m typing about my morning, as I have just remembered that I got up like the little laze about that I am, meaning very slowly and unenthusiastically while listening to the others leaving, at least until I had the house to myself. Then I went downstairs and had my breakfast, I cannot remember how fat I had got through my breakfast, but I think that I had finished my cereal and I had moved onto my bowl of fruit, by the time that Allergy arrived back and said good night and good morning to me, as she was going upstairs to her bedroom, and bed, as she’d been working last night.

So after Allergy had said her piece I went to brush my teeth before going to have a walk, before I went to have a shower and get myself dressed for my day, as in the beginning of the day I was still wearing my pyjamas but then after my shower I got myself dressed into jeans and a t-shirt. Now that was my life before lunch, I think.

Now after lunch I have had a bit of a lazy afternoon, I haven’t really done anything, at least nothing athletic/sporty. I have a blank spot in my mind for anything else I have done today, but I’m guessing that I got myself changed back into some pyjamas at some point, as that is what I am wearing now.

Monday, 5 November 2018

Day 1908

Day 1908;

My BMI was 19.03, I had made 19,634 steps the distance that I had walked was apparently 12.93 km and I had burned off 1950 kcal, at least according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, apple, grapes and banana.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, ham, salad in brown bread), mince pie, fruit cake and tunocks wafer.
Dinner: stew, Yorkshire pudding, dumplings and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks: mince pie and fruit cake.

Now today I thought that I had been on another cycle, of which I noticed was it was yesterday that I had been on the tandem as today I’d been to athletics. Which was funny as I’d seen some people on bikes at athletics last week but I didn’t see any this week, I told Mich that we’d forgotten the tandem just after we had got ourselves away to go, but he responded with we hadn’t as he said that we hadn’t asked if we could take it to athletics today. So we should have asked about taking the tandem, to future events, that is now first on my to do list.

Do I even have a to do list? Well I didn’t until just now. Now today I have made myself a to do list but I have already made a bucket list which I’m guessing that I could just add to my new to do list or visa versa, they’re both lists of things that I’d like to do. But in context of the tandem I noticed today that our average speed of our last was quick enough to go on a proper club cycle, but Mich has said that the speeds that they actually manage to attain is greater than the advertised average speed of a cycle, so that I cannot rub from my to do list yet either.

My to do list:

  • Take the tandem for a ride around a track.
  • Take the tandem for an actual cycle club ride.
  • Compete at an Olympic game.
  • Win a gold medal at an Olympics.
  • Ask a girl to marry me.
At least that’s all that I can remember of the list. But the bottom 3 on the list are kind of one, as if I ever get good enough to compete at an Olympic games I will want to win a gold medal, then only if I win a gold medal I believe that I am a good enough man for the girl/woman that I have in mind. As I am pretty hopeless at everything else.

Sunday, 4 November 2018

Day 1907

Day 1907;

Today my BMI was 19.16, I had taken 26,058 steps which was 17.16 km and I have burned off 1696 kcal, apparently.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, grapes and apple.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: chicken, sausages + bacon, peas, carrots, green beans, red cabbage, roast potatoes and trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks: 2 munchies (small chocolate and caramel? things).

Now today I have first up gone for an almost 30 mile ride on the tandem, with Mich (obviously), now I was aiming to get 1 mile in under 4 minutes/at an average speed of 15 mph, but I obviously failed at my objective. I know that we were off our pace for today.

But I managed to reach my steps goal for my watch, even as it was saying that I had only done 96 steps while my other one was saying that I’d done 16,242 which was until I gave myself another half hour or so long on the treadmill, just to make sure that my resume are registered.

Saturday, 3 November 2018

Day 1906

Day 1906;

My BMI today was 19.16, I had only done 11,318 steps which was 7.45 km and then I had burned off 869 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal and banana.
Lunch: salon in scrambled eggs on toast, lemon drizzle cake and fruit cake.
Dinner: stew, Yorkshire pudding and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and water..

Today I have been lazy, as I have been playing a lazy sport, boccia, before sitting down for 90+ minutes watching a sport, a football match. But then I have actually managed to get my daily steps in, which could be in the little bit of walking from the car parks to the places where I have to go, and my just about 5 minutes shy of an hour treadmill wander which I did just after dinner.

As in today I have had another lazy day, I hope tomorrow is a bit more “exciting?” Oh I don’t know, but I hope that I actually do something tomorrow, something that takes more of an effort. Like riding a bicycle or tandem. But on this day I have been watching some more of Doctor Who, I have watched up to the competition of Peter Capaldi’s second series and it was the part got rid of Clara, but there’s still some big holes in her story, like the one that has her going off with the Maths teacher that the Doctor calls PE, as he was a Army person in his former career.

Friday, 2 November 2018

Day 1905

Day 1905;

BMI for today was 18.81, which was an unsurprising increase as I had the leftovers from dinner, never mind my hopeless number of steps, 10,821, nor the distance that entails, which was supposedly 7.13 km , nor the 739 kcal that I supposedly burned off today.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: rice cakes, cheese and other food.
Dinner: Indian takeaway and a mango + orange tart.
Drinks: milk, water, fruit squash and hot chocolate.
Snack: 1 mini Milky Way chocolate.

Time appears to slow down in the winter, for me, as I’m typing about how the outside world is going dark now by about seventeen maybe eighteen hundred o’clock and my mind is thinking that the time is about twenty o’clock but then when I look down at my watch and it’s only five in the afternoon. It’s been happening to me a lot recently, I do recall.

Today I have been on an exercise bike, in an 25 km long ride around NYC. Then I have also been on a walk, a treadmill walk, which had me poodling around for about an hour in between having two mugs of fruit squash as Allergy insisted that as “I was sweating so bad that I needed to take a break, and have my two mugs of fruit squash?” But instead I took her advice and I got off went to the kitchen.

Thursday, 1 November 2018

Day 1904

Day 1904;

BMI for this day was 18.65, I had only walked 22,181 steps which were 14.61 km and 1767 kcal, apparently.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops on toast, fruit cake, lemon drizzle cake and chocolate cake.
Dinner: pie, green leafy substance, broccoli, carrots, green beans and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and Lucozade sport (Brazilian Guava).
Snacks: pot of blueberry and cream (ice cream).

So today I have been watching some more of Doctor Who and the way it goes from here is that I have actually seen before some of the episodes from the second series of Peter Capaldi, like the one about the girl that died, as it was Arya Stark, or Ashildr or “me” but then again it’s going to be where she takes Clara in the future episodes but then the Doctor will have to forget about Clara by the end of the current series before I get into the complete unknown, which is set to be interesting.

Today I have been thinking about my teeth, it was because Emu had accused me of having my teeth whitened, the other day m I cannot remember when exactly but now looking back it must have been when I last went skiing. But anyway Emu thought that I’d had my teeth whitened as my teeth were still white, apparently, but I spend a good amount of time in the morning and at night, when I remember to brush them that is. But then again I also have the dental hygienist that I go to see every 6 months and I have an actual dentist that I see every year, but there’s no teeth whitener.

Wednesday, 31 October 2018

Day 1903

Day 1903;

My BMI was 18.53, steps 30,742, distance 20.25 km and 1463 kcal burned, today according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Lunch: sandwich (bacon, lettuce, chicken in brown bread), lemon drizzle cake and after eight mousse.
Dinner: pasta meatballs (quorn), cheese and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and water.

Today I have been for a walk in the morning, before I had eaten lunch, then after and during lunch I watched some more of Doctor Who. But then also between lunch and dinner I've also been walking on the treadmill, bouncing on the trampoline, cycling on the exercise bike and I even think that I have rowed a bit on the rowing machine.

But then after that I had my dinner, then I went upstairs to my room I then laid down on my bed, the next thing I knew I had brushed my teeth. But we didn’t get any trick or treaters tonight, which is a big disappointment. Myself I must have only actually managed to get out a couple of times for trick or treating, so I cannot really say that in my day I did a lot, as I didn’t, but yesterday I heard a lot of trick or treaters outside of the house but then we had none of them knock knock knockin’ on our door.

Knock knock knockin’ on heavens door, I never quite realised just how much of a Halloween song that was. If you just listen to Bob Dylan’s owws at the start you can just picture it playing in a haunted house at a fair ground.

Tuesday, 30 October 2018

Day 1902

Day 1902;

I had a BMI of 18.62, steps today I had done 26,808 which was apparently 17.66 km and I managed to burn off 1882 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese in white bread), lemon drizzle cake and after 8 mousse.
Dinner: macaroni cheese, turkey drummers, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and chocolate sundae.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water, Lucozade sport (Brazilian Guava) and hot chocolate.
Snacks: pomegranate, grapes and apple.

Now then today I have been on a little bit of a cycle ride, on Zwift. Which is a little fitness software thing which connects up with a bike which is connected to a turbo-trainer and I have completed my first 25 km, on a solo bike for many years which could probably only be if I have ever done a 25 km ride before. Which I think that I may have done many years ago.

So when I had finished the twenty five kilometres on the bike, while I was on the bike I noticed my right arm was getting slightly numb from about the twentieth kilometre. But then I just kept on peddling, it took me one hour and seven minutes of time but it still should be a whole day until it is possible for me to get my first free day of Zwift training. Then after I had finished my bike ride I went on the treadmill for a walk, while I was watching some more of Doctor Who, but then I have been watching more of Doctor Who throughout the day and I have just got onto an episode that I hadn’t seen before, it was the one which is called Last Christmas. But Clara was still in the series, I thought that I had seen Arya Stark abduct Clara within a series, of which I had thought was at the end of series one of Capaldi.

Monday, 29 October 2018

Day 1901

Day 1901;

BMI for today was 18.75, steps I had done 19,645 which was 12.94 km in distance and I had burned off 1899 kcal today, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: baked beans with mini sausages on rice cakes and something.
Dinner: chicken, rice, carrots, peas, broccoli, sweetcorn, cauliflower and bread + butter pudding.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash and hot chocolate.

Now today I have been to the place where I have athletics, I have been to laugh down athletics club. Which was for an enjoyable little jog/run around, doing some little obstacles and holding a medicine ball (which included a bit of throwing). Running about was my favourite part, I also enjoyed jogging around the obstacle course until my eyes stopped working as correctly. Which inhibited my ability to run a bit also, as I was having to fight my eyes in order to see where I had to go, which was in a straight line, but found it difficult, Mich and I should have probably brought a tandem with us, as they had a few people on bikes riding around the track, which may have been to keep up with the wheelchairs but it would probably have managed to get Mich or Lucky more involved, they usually just sit/stand somewhere and chat for the amount of time that we’re there.

Then after the previously mentioned activities I have watched some more of Doctor Who, this time with Mr Angry Scotsman (Peter Capaldi). He’s a funny man I think, just as about all of the Doctors prior. But I think that Matt Smith even though he had some funny parts in his little charade as the Doctor but his version of the Doctor was that of a more serious Doctor.

Finally had a walk on the treadmill in the morning before I got onto the exercise bike for a little ride, but on the exercise bike it was only my little trip to nowhere.

Sunday, 28 October 2018

Day 1900

Day 1900;

Today I had a BMI of 18.91, steps of 7712 which only gave me a distance of 5.08 km and 1000 kcal burned,

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: chicken, carrots, peas, green beans, potatoes and something.
Dinner: omelette (cheese), chocolate cake and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks: something’s.

Today I have been skiing. Lewis Hamilton has won his fifth F1 world title, by finishing 4th in the Mexican Grand Prix.

Now as it went in my skiing I stacked it twice and I cannot remember either of the stacks of it, but I know that I skied into a sign for my first meanwhile the second has completely slipped my mind.

But I have had a lazy day today, as shown by my step count, as I only had a short walk in the afternoon before I was waiting for something, but what? I cannot remember now.

Saturday, 27 October 2018

Day 1899

Day 1899:

BMI of 18.52, I think, my steps were only at about 11,000 for today I had a distance walked of about 7 km and the amount of calories I burned off as it was only just above 700 I think.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese in white bread),  mini chocolate roll, Batternburg and something.
Dinner: seafood pasta, Jaffa cakes and cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water, Lucozade sport (orange) and hot chocolate.
Snacks: Russian chocolate and chocolate.

So today I have been to watch a football match, live, and it was a victory for the team that I went to the game to watch, no support. But before the match I had a couple of boccia games to play with the team that I’m a part of the first of which we lost something like 14 - 0 but our second we won 3- 10. I hate being the captain of a team, I’m a much better general dogsbody, but even at that I’m pretty terrible at playing boccia, it may be my useless arms, or it could be my dogsbody just leaking through the cracks.

But then today I have also watched the final sections of Matt Smith being the Doctor, but that is just about it for now, so maybe I’ll get around to watching the Peter Capaldi series tomorrow.

1. William Hartnell
2. Patrick Troughton
3. Jon Pertwee
4. Tom Baker
5. Peter Davison
6. Colin Baker
7. Sylvester McCoy
8. Paul McGann
War Doctor John Hurt
9. Christopher Eccleston
10. David Tennant
David’s vanity issues
11. Matt Smith
12. Peter Capaldi
13. Jodie Whittaker

So that is 15 regenerations.

Friday, 26 October 2018

Day 1898

Day 1898;

BMI for today was 18.43, my step count was 24,680 and my distance walked was 16.25 km but my calories burned were down to 1345 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange and apple.
Lunch:  margarita pizza and doughnut.
Dinner: ham, carrots, broccoli, green beans, potatoes, strawberries and cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snack: doughnut.

Now today I have been watching some Doctor Who, the eleventh Doctor still. I’m back in the past on my Doctor Who watching, now I haven’t even seen the final 2 series of the 12th Doctor (Peter Capaldi) stint in the blue police box, I’m thinking that I’d only got to the part where Clara leaves the Doctor whipping his mind of her, I think it’s a bit sketchy in my mind. But the 12th Doctor should be the 13th Doctor shouldn’t he? As if there was also John Hurt’s incarnation, the War Doctor, who should have been the ninth Doctor, then it goes with Mr Tennant, 10ant, as eleventh. Then Matt Smith as twelfth, before Peter and Jodie as the thirteenth and fourteenth respectively. But then again I don’t think that Jodie will get off from being the Doctor anytime soon, as the show has seen record numbers of people watching the show which will be as for the first time, in an official capacity (discounting Joanna Lumley, as she had a “cameo”role as the Doctor in the past on Comic Relief/Children in Need back in the days before the Reboot), which may mean that a load of feminists watched the show for the first time just for their own bigoted reasons as well as the faithful Whovians, of whom I wouldn’t be, the time has just slipped away from me. But I remember the days of the Doctor rushing home to watch the show with Rose, Jack, Martha, Donna, Amy, Rory, Clara and for a bit we had Micky along with Rose. Their were other passengers in the Tardis along the way but I have just listed out the ones that stuck in my mind.

As I was watching Doctor Who while I was walking, on the treadmill, while I was on the treadmill I watched about an episode and a third before I continued watching it to the competition of a second episode by having a bounce which was before I got onto the new exercise bike and I watched a complete episode while I was exercising.

Now a song has been irritating me today, it’s the song that goes “the grass is always greener on the other side” I could go on about how this is a fabrication and has no basis in reality, but I’m not going to as I get the point that it’s going at, but it is his point about a circle only having 1 side, as that is false just look at a circle it’s got it has got it’s front side which you can see then it has also got it’s reverse side, which you cannot see but it is still there and then you’ve got it’s edge, which it only has one of, so it could have been meaning the circle only has one edge... side, but that doesn’t fit into the song.

Thursday, 25 October 2018

Day 1897

Day 1897;

BMI of today was 18.56, steps were 19,830 which was a distance of 13.06 km and I have burned off 2030 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and strawberries.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: chicken pie, carrots, green beans, broccoli, potatoes, cheesecake and strawberries.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

Today I have got up had my breakfast and blaa blaa bla I’ve done the rest of the usual morning shenanigans, then I have gone on a treadmill walk, before we went out to purchase a bicycle, as a gift for Mich’s Anniversary (which is coming up shortly). But as every person of 50+ knows they may not make it to another, so that’s probably why he didn’t bother waiting to get to his actual Anniversary day and he got it early.

So anyway I had a 30 minute stint on his new bike then I had a whole hour on the treadmill before I took some time on the rowing machine and the trampoline. Within the makeshift gym which is looking positively more like an actual gym now.

Wednesday, 24 October 2018

Day 1896

Day 1896;

My BMI was back up at 18.84, I had walked 17,045 steps which was 11.23 km and I burned off 937 kcal, today according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, pomegranate, apple and grapes.
Lunch: scrambled eggs with salmon on bread (white bread), grapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and something.
Dinner: meatballs (quorn), pasta, strawberries and bream thing.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

Today I went to the gym, but I’m thinking that’s about it, that I had done today, apart from a little treadmill walk which I spent a couple of hours doing, I think that it was an actual 2 hours, before I stopped.

Tuesday, 23 October 2018

Day 1895

Day 1895;

BMI was 18.62, I had walked 18,403 steps which gave me 12.12 km in distance but I had burned off 946 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.
Lunch: sandwich (ham in white bread), sausage roll, banana, strawberries, apple and grapes.
Dinner: macaroni cheese, breaded turkey and chocolate sundae.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water, hot chocolate and fruit juice.
Snacks: popadums and chili cheese.

Saving the NHS, how could it be done? Well it could be done by killing off all of the disabled (which includes me), obese (which includes approximately half of the nurses) and all of the hypochondriacs (time wasters of the NHS). Ok so the disabled like me any objections to having all of our lives erased from the surface of this planet... well I can only think of a couple which are no more Paralympics or other competitions for the disabled (but then that’s all modern and people got by before), but then their would be no Steven Hawkins I know their is no more of him anyway as he’s dead but that’d mean that their couldn’t be another one, but I know it’s a small price for pay for the well-being of a nation. Obese yet another good suggestion I’m thinking obesity is an insidious form of suicide, as that is what obesity is a form of suicide but not one that kills you straight away kind of like hanging yourself from a noose but it’s an extra slow noose (by that I’m meaning your better off dying a quick death by the noose snapping your neck instead of by dying by asphyxiation potentially hours later, but it’s a lot slower and theirs no noose), which have been encouraged by these new social justice warriors and stuff like the fast food industry with new quicker ways of filling your stomach and getting fatter as fat is the new thin these days, as it has become more socially acceptable for parents to go out to work all day then on their way home picking up some fast or processed food for them all to eat for dinner and then some sweets to keep them sweet. Which brings me on to my final point, of this plan as of how to save the NHS if you got rid of all of the hypochondriacs that would relieve the false pressure on the NHS as it would stop people saying that they are ill when they are not. It could stop people taking unnecessary sick days from work also, as if your employer gets to the point where you’re more off than on and a Doctor could be called to see you then they notice nothing wrong with you that’s your first strike on the hypochondriac register.

Now that was my plan to save the NHS, but it also saves the nation from becoming US.02 if it hasn’t already become that way. Today I have been to the gym as with yesterday, but then I went a bit more of the treadmill, for another walk by the means of the treadmill. I also watched some more of the Who, Doctor Who I cannot remember if the episode of whether I watched the Angels of Manhattan while I was on the treadmill or whether it was later on today, but I did remember.

So today I have been to the gym and on the treadmill, just as with yesterday.

Monday, 22 October 2018

Day 1894

Day 1894:

Wow my BMI was down on yesterday’s, at 18.53, which I know probably shouldn’t come as a shock seeing as I had done 20,641 steps apparently walking 13.59 km but I had only burned off 940 kcal, at least according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: sandwich (chicken and p bacon), mini popadums (with cheese and chilli), tiramisu and pineapple.
Dinner: Chinese takeaway feast and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks: pomegranate, grapes and apple.

The reason for my shock of the loss of my BMI was because I had just had my Chinese feast just before I did my Wii Fit body test. Earlier on today/before the meal I had a shower, as I was stinky (I guess that’s what a little greater than two hour walk and a gym session does to me). But before the shower I had done 20,361 steps on my Wii Fit step counter and I had only done 20,011 steps on my watch, I probably had done the extra steps some of which didn’t register on my watch on the exercise bike at the gym, this morning.

As I had woken up I had my breakfast, which took hours in itself. Then I finally managed to get out to the gym,, which I did my usual session, for nowadays which consists of half an hour on the lateral trainer followed by half an hour on the exercise bike. Which had my watches step count up to a number just over 4000. Then I ate my lunch which was interesting to say the least, as I had some sweet chilli sauce on cheese to dip my mini popadums in, which tasted good.

Then after lunch I went for a slight wander on the treadmill while watching some more of Doctor Who. I watched basically the rest of the 6th series, up to the Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe, so I’ve got that to look forward to seeing on another one of my wanders tomorrow.

But I have been thinking about how and why a lot of modern day nurses are fat, I know it’s kind of counter intuitive to think of a fat nurse as. As nurses spend the majority of the days/nights on their feet rushing around seeing to patients, but then Mich suggested that I  may donate the box of Quality Street, that I “won” in a raffle that I didn’t even know that I had entered, to Allergy’s work as I probably won’t get around to eating them before they have gone out of date. But then Allergy noted that if she did that then she probably wouldn’t get any of the quality street as they’d be all gone just about as soon as they’d have hit the side in the nurses station, as that is what your standard nurse has gone to nowadays a blubbering land whale that is quick to snatch up sweets and devour them.

Sunday, 21 October 2018

Day 1893

Day 1893;

BMI for today was 18.75, my steps were down to 11,297 which was 7.44 km and I had burned off 903 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, banana, grapes and apple.
Lunch: omelette (cheese) and something.
Dinner: something, carrots, green beans, peas, potatoes, profiteroles and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot chocolate.
Snacks: 2 maltesers.

Today was another lazy day apart from my gym session in the morning and the walk that I went on in the afternoon, but other than the two things that I did today I have been being lazy. As if the gym session was when I did what I was supposed to do yesterday but the full workout routine today, probably as Tini’s phone didn’t run out of battery charge during the session. Then after Mich and I went on walk, the first was a stroll around to see the GM, the second was to visit the GAK the third was our return trip, and it was only then that my watch started bleeping to tell me that I had reached my steps goal for today.

It was so lazy today that I have forgotten about it.

Day 1892

Day 1892;

Today according to Wii Fit my BMI was 18.84 I had 13,801 steps  which were 9.09 km and then I had only burned off 848 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, raspberries and watermelon.
Lunch: omelette (cheese, mushroom and ham), strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, banana, orange, grapes and profiteroles.
Dinner: balsamic oil, bread, mushroom pasta, spinach, tomatoes and Christmas pudding.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot chocolate.

On this day I have been especially lazy, as I have had to play some Boccia/the usual Saturday routine. Back in the old days of my youth I had roller hockey practice on Saturday mornings it started off as a one hour little thing which I would go to just for my age group but it eventually turned into a three hour long weekend day outside of the house of which was fun. Even when it was only me skating around the hall attempting to go as quickly as I could I would have fun doing just that until the rest of the team got out. Good times, good long died times. Then I swapped teams, so it was Friday evenings then I carelessly died and then what you’v been left with is this thing, I’ve got some of memories, well I’ve got all the memories that I can remember, which in all honesty isn’t much.

But then again I also played a bit more of Super Mario; Odyssey, I think that I have completed the first World as I have just defeated Bowser and he’s got stroppy and chucked me down into a place, of which I’ll probably have to do to get up to Bowser again for him to get stroppy again, and repeat the routine, but the cats that I was going on about the other day, I think I was mistaken about there identity and they are rabbits, I think.

So then I have also discovered that my skin is pealing, off of my hands, my flesh is pealing. Which is pretty similar to the Flesh on Doctor Who, which I watched the episodes today.

Day 1891

Day 1891;

18.46 was my BMI of the day, I got 20,846 steps which gave me 13.73 km in distance walked and I managed to burn off 1846 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and grapes.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese with white bread), rice cake (plain), banana, cherry bakewell and chocolate mini roll.
Dinner: scampi, chips, peas and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

Today I had managed to make my way up to a number greater than 15000 steps by lunchtime so my total for today was disappointing to say the least. But I have been to the gym and I have done two exercises at the gym. As an actual fact as opposed to a false fact or fake news (should I add a TM symbol next or should I copyright it to Donny Trump?).

In Doctor Who today I think that I missed the episodes as my device for watching ran out of battery charge while I was on the treadmill, it was the episode where they are pirates. But the device hasn’t really been able to get it’s charge back, at least not fully. Also today I have been playing on Mario Odyssey, I added a new costume for the Mario by using an Amiibo.

Then after I used the Amiibo I was taken to the gym, for a workout, nothing too strenuous, I even had to cut the session short as Tini got bored, due to her phone running out of battery charge. So things running out of charge has been pretty much the main theme of the day.

Thursday, 18 October 2018

Day 1890

Day 1890;

BMI was 18.62, steps were 11,672 which gave me a distance of 7.69 km and I had burned off 1095 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese in white bread), cherry bakewell and a chocolate mini roll.
Dinner: pie (chicken), carrots, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, potato and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

So today I have been lazy for the morning, I was waiting for a delivery, which was delivered then I forgot about until after I had done a small walk on the treadmill and Allergy returned back and was moving it to to the room which I call the makeshift gym. Then after that I had lunch.

From lunch I went back into the makeshift gym to complete my exercise, well the mornings exercise at least. When I’d completed the exercise for the morning (in the afternoon) I just had a lazy afternoon, which included a bit more of playing through Super Mario Odyssey, I managed to beat up one of the fat cats today, could this be a blatant dig at the whole structure of gaming? I mean with the parts of the game story and you have to beat up the fat cat family, and what is a name given to big businesses bosses? It’s fat cats isn’t it.

Wednesday, 17 October 2018

Day 1889

Day 1889;

18.53 was my BMI, 17,490 steps or 11.52 km I burned 1738 kcal, according to Wii Fit,

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and grapes.
Lunch: sandwich (ham, lettuce, chicken in brown bread), cherry bakewell, chocolate mini roll, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and grapes.
Dinner: seafood pasta, tomatoes, lettuce, lemon meringue pie and strawberries.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot chocolate.
Snack: 1 pot of pineapple.

So today I have got up, got down, had my breakfast then I went for a walk on the treadmill, before going back up so that I could brush my teeth. But then somewhere in the previously disclosed events I also remembered to (and I actually did) put the green garden waste bin out for collection, I know it’s a rubbish job, but someone has got to do it and that’s where I come in.

But then I have also been playing on my Switch as was I yesterday but yesterday I think that I forgot to write anything about it, but on both days I have been playing some Super Mario Odyssey, the name reminds me of a game that I had on Demo for the old PlayStation, it was called Oddworld Abe’s Oddysee, I was useless at it but I had a good time while playing it, it maybe where my attitude of if at first you don’t succeed just keep on trying and when you get no where on it you should have tried harder, as I find that at almost everything I do I should try harder at. Even thinking I should try harder at to get to the desired result that everyone else is seeming to want me to get to.

Tuesday, 16 October 2018

Day 1888

Day 1888;

BMI for today was 18.27, when my steps went up to 21,907 which gave me a distance of 14.48 but the number of kcal that I burned off was down to 1701.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange and apple.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese in white bread), cherry bakewell and chocolate mini roll.
Dinner: sausages, Yorkshire pudding, peas, carrots, mashed potato and chocolate sundae.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snack: 1 pot of pineapple.

Now the plan for my life is to get myself fit enough for a sport, then it is to get myself into Team GB, for competition, at said sport before finally getting selected for an Olympic Games. Which if that happens then I’ll permit myself to discover what the “emotion” of love is all about as I’ll be worth something, as I’d have achieved something with my life, it may not be much but at least it’ll be something for the potential girlfriend/wife/offspring to say about me; who is a waste of the air that I breathe, for the most part at least.

Today I have been watching some more of Doctor Who, while I have been walking on the treadmill. Today I have watched up to the end of the first series with Matt Smith, as if the day started with Rory Williams getting erased from existence and it ended with now the newly wedded Rory Pond Alongside Amy Pond and The Doctor, setting off out to see the universe. But I haven’t watched all of the episodes on the treadmill, it was just about from half way through of the episode which had the funny coloured grass and the graves eating people, I think, or was it the vampires of Venice? Well I think it was up to at least Van Gogh’s episode, but then that was a bit more later on in today’s day when I was watching , but no I remember now that it was the lodger that I watched while I was walking this evening.

Monday, 15 October 2018

Day 1887

Day 1887;

18.75 was my BMI for this day, 20,207 steps/13.31 km and I had burned off 1964 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, grapes and orange.
Lunch: tinned baked beans with mini sausages, rice cakes (plain), chocolate cake and fruit cake.
Dinner: meatballs (quorn), pasta and cheesecake.
Drinks: milk and fruit squash.
Snacks: tunocks wafer, fruit cake and strawberries.

Now today my watch through of Doctor Who was interrupted, by the little thing; my device for watching the show ran out of battery charge, while I was on the treadmill first thing. First thing today? Well it was the first thing I did today which wasn’t sleeping walking around my home or eating breakfast. Then I may have brushed my teeth before the walk but I couldn’t remember so I made an executive decision to brush them after I had finished my walk/before I did my row and bounce, which I then went back to and did.

Then I went to lunch, after lunch I had athletics. But that was later on today so in the meantime I watched the next episode of the Musketeers, while sitting in my room with the device that I was watching it on plugged in, charging itself, well it wasn’t really charging itself it was plugged into the mains electricity, where I had put it. But that being as it was I had plugged it into a plug socket in the wall.

So that was that until I went to athletics in the evening, Mich went with me, to take me to the place then he scarpered off to purchase himself a turbo-trainer. But he still hasn’t got a bike to ride on his new gizmo yet, at least that’s his excuse, him not to just get on with it. But anyway Tini was miffed by his getting his gift, at least I think that is a word which best describes her reaction, well it was that and anger as Mich had apparently told her that we’d be back at quarter past for dinner, which I was. But by the time that Mich finally sat down it was 5 minutes late, so Tini went a bit mad.

 But also when we got into the car Mich put the cars radio on and we listened to BBC Radio 5 live, as it was England’s match in the UEFA Nations League. The game was Spain vs England, now I was expecting a result similar to the Scotland game the other day, the one where the team from the continent of Europe beat the British team something like 3-1 or 1-3, but then the game kicked off and from the off the Spaniards were attacking Jordan Pickford’s goal. The onslaught was incredible, but then from what seemed to come from thin air there was a goal for the English... then we missed the second goal as I’m thinking that we must have arrived back home but then by the time that we’d got into home and Mich’d turned the radio on, the score was 0-2 but it wasn’t too long until another England scored again. Unbelievably the score was 0-3 by half time. England were just 45 minutes away from making more footballing history, it’s own history. The full time result of the game was 2-3 so the Spanish team managed a bit of a fight back but it was too little too late.

Sunday, 14 October 2018

Day 1886

Day 1886;

My BMI was 18.75, steps were 17,106 which gave me the distance of 11.27 km and I had burned off 1438 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal,orange, banana, grapes and apple.
Lunch: omelette (cheese) and cake.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten but I think I had some cheesecake with it.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot chocolate.

Now today I was back to a more normal morning, with my Treadmill Walk, but then I was just being lazy until we walked to the old folks home, and we saw GAK. Today she seemed to be totally with it, not completely off her rocker, until she started on about how she would like to come with us to the snow centre to watch us ski. Her eyes aren’t good enough to see us while we’re skiing, she’d be better off with it being filmed for her just as it has in the past but she complained about not being able to see it.

Today Allergy has commenting on my face, as apparently I have been making some very expressive faces. I don’t know what ones that she was talking about, as I cannot remember any of the faces; that I was making.

Saturday, 13 October 2018

Day 1885

Day 1885;

BMI was 18.56, my steps were only 11,977 the distance that I walked was only 7.89 km and I had burned off 1132 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal and banana.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: forgot, broccoli, green beans, carrots, cheesecake and sponge cake.
Drinks: milk, water, fruit squash and hot chocolate.

Now today I have had another lazy day as it’s started off with me playing the laziest sport, Boccia. Then after I’ve been lazy today by watching the football team that I support win, 3-1, which was entertaining. But the drive to get to the match isn’t great, I still think that we should tandem it, Mich even said today that the weather was supposed to be good enough for a cycle today but it’s not supposed to be so good tomorrow. Which sucks, but at least the team that we support won, which gave me another idea but it included switching allegiances in the team that we support. As if we switched to a more local team like the team of the clever foliage then we could just tandem around to the ground and it’s so close to our home that Mich probably wouldn’t even get sweaty.

But then I hadn’t managed to see anymore of Doctor Who until later on today when I went for another little treadmill walk it was the episode that started off Matt Smith’s time as the Doctor where he’s still cooking, late and he’s got 20 minutes to save the human residence (World).

Thursday, 11 October 2018

Day 1884

Day 1884;

18.50 was my BMI today, I had walked 20,322 steps, apparently it was 13.38 km that I walked today and then 1449 kcal, I burned off according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, grapes (purple and green), apple, orange and banana.
Lunch: baked beans with mini sausages, bread, lemon drizzle cake and chocolate cake.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten, chocolate cake and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, water and fruit squash.
  So it was the day that I have watched the complete mini Doctor Who series, the 5 episodes, so now that’s over it’s time to see Matt Smith as the Doctor (but I will wait until tomorrow).

Now I started off watching the marathon on the treadmill, as usual. But then similarly to usual I had finished my hour and a half of walking before the episodes that I had desired to watch today had finished, so I continued watching episodes after I had finished on the treadmill. Also on the day Mich also spent an hour on the treadmill, so I had bounced around for the hour, on Allergy’s trampoline.

That was about it for my day.

Day 1883

Day 1883;

My BMI was 18.43, I had taken 17,824 steps which was apparently 11.74 km and I managed to burn off 1577 kcal, today apparently.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange and apple.
Lunch: toasted sandwich (cheese), rice cake (chocolate coated), banana, fruit cake and lemon drizzle cake.
Dinner: turkey, broccoli, carrots, green beans, potatoes, lemon drizzle cake, chocolate cake and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

Now today I have been on another one of my little treadmill wanders for the morning, while watching more of the Doctor Who marathon that I have set up for myself, of which today I have completed the third series of the tenth Doctor. His final series, the series before he goes slightly insane with his traveling on his own. Which in turn was before the masters rebirth, again, but this time it was before he comes back as a woman and it was the time of drums that is the timelords calling out of the void. But the master is a madman this time (or at the very least he’s madder). After the waters of Mars, the planet of the dead and the next doctor. So it’s after the 5 episode mini series of Doctor Who that he dies leaving it up to Matt Smith.

Then in the afternoon I went to the gym with Allergy this time, instead of Tini. But Tini appears to have fallen out with me, I first noticed when she got in from school as she was very disapproving of me by saying that I wasn’t ready to go to the gym as I still had to shave and my shorts were inside out, but then it wasn’t just her complaints with me, there was something about her personality today that was exceptionally disagreeable, I cannot think of the words to describe it sufficiently. Then it was again that she overreacted to my question that I didn’t even ask her so I decided that 2 can play at her game of overreacting so I decided to slam my door, and then she turned to Mich and said that I had been stomping about to my room before, also? Had I... you’ve got a colourful imagination, I was thinking.

Wednesday, 10 October 2018

Day 1882

Day 1882;

18.40 was my BMI of the day, steps I had17,281 within making said number of steps I have apparently walked 11.38 km and I had burned off 1509 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, apple and orange.
Lunch: tinned baked beans with mini sausages on bread, fruit cake and lemon drizzle cake.
Dinner: pasta meatballs (quorn), cheese and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk and fruit squash.
Snacks: Jaffa cakes.

But today I have done the usual step routine, of stepping on the treadmill while watching some more of Doctor Who. Then after lunch I had a little cycle with Mich, well it was a nice little about 16 mile roundish trail , around a place. We rode the course really well for about the first parts of it until we had got about the first third of the time, then we started flagging a bit, which we did until approximately the penultimate segment where we put our feet to the peddles once more and we broke a personal record on a segment.

So we started off good but then we got weaker as it went on, now that just seems to be like life, as you start off strong, with all your convictions and stuff and then as time goes on you weaken, physically and mentally.

Tuesday, 9 October 2018

Day 1881

Day 1881;

18.18 was my BMI, I had taken 19,560 steps which was 12.88 km in distance and I had burned off 1503 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and strawberries.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese with white bread), rice cake (chocolate coated), banana and Jaffa cakes.
Dinner: pie (steak), broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, lettuce, fruit cake and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot chocolate.

Today I have been on the treadmill, for the completion of my Doctor Who binge watching marathon thing, at least for the whole of the Martha Jones series, tomorrow it’s onto Donna’s series, then it should be onto the final parts of the tenth Doctor, which has him travelling on his own, before the rebirth of the Master.

Now then that was that for the morning, before like yesterday I had an appointment with the gym in the afternoon. Like yesterday I had half an hour on the lateral trainer and half an hour on the exercise bike. But I actually managed to get some speed on the lateral trainer today, from the start so I was slowing down towards the end but I still managed to get it to a speed of 76 average from about 4-9 minutes of the way through to the end of the workout, which was 30 minutes. I was going like the proverbial house on fire. But then by the time of 20 minutes of the way through the workout I was weakening off slightly, so I was thinking that I really had to put some more effort into the exercise and I did, just not as effectively.

Monday, 8 October 2018

Day 1880

Day 1880;

Today I have got back into my usual routine, at least in part, but my BMI was down to 18.31! I had made 17,607 steps which were apparently 11.60 km and I had burned off 1199 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and melon (water).
Lunch: sandwich (cheese), rice cake and chocolate cake.
Dinner: fish, , carrots, broccoli, peas, sweetcorn and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and fruit syrup.

Some of Carrefour’s products are going to be sold in Tesco shops, apparently. Now I am hoping that one of the products that they are to sell is going to be some of that fruit syrup, which I hope will be some of that Anis (Anise) flavour, but then I’m unsure of whether it’ll be sold over this side of the puddle.

Now today I have been on the treadmill for a walk, while watching Doctor Who, on iPlayer. Which I am now on the tenth Doctor with Freema Agyeman/Marta Jones, as his companion. So I’m just 2 Doctor’s behind where I have watched up to and as I have only seen up to the first series of Mr Capoldi, so I still have to watch the rest of Mr Tenant’s second and his third with Cathrine Tate/Dona Noble. Then it’s time for Matt Smith with Karen Gillian/Amy Pond, for I think the first 2 series then half his third which is when he she got swapped for Jenna-Louise Coleman/Clara Oswin Oswald. Then Miss Coleman Stayed on for the next Doctor’s (Peter Capaldi) for I think his first series but I have forgotten about the series and then I stopped watching Doctor Who since so I have decided to get myself back up to speed on what’s happening in the Whoverse by watching as I walk.

Sunday, 7 October 2018

Day 1879

Day 1879;

My BMI was 18.68, steps were 12,253Which meant that I had traveled 8.07 km and I had burned off 783 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries and melon (gala and water).
Lunch: chicken, green beans, peas, carrots,
Dinner: toasted sandwich (cheese and tomato)
Drinks: milk, water, fruit squash and fruit syrup.
Snack: biscuit.

Today I have been on 3 walks but I could say 5 walks, as the first 2 of the walks were actual walks to places and back, so my first was to the GM’s home, where I got my biscuit. The purpose of the visit was to deliver a box of Bénodet biscuits, biscuits from a place called Bénodet which was the town in France where we visited on our holiday that’s just been. The holiday was great, the Frog’s were all great also I didn’t have any complaints about the people, the only disappointing part about the whole holiday was the timing that we’d booked it for. As I have already stated that I enjoyed the holiday, but my only issue with it was the fact that the bike hire facilities were shut, if we had gone away more in season then we’d have had slightly more of an adventure, instead of a lazy walking holiday.

But I’m also thinking that yesterday Manchester United managed to win against opponents at home, after going 2 goals behind within the first 10 minutes.

Saturday, 6 October 2018

Day 1878

Day 1878:

Now today I have returned home from France, and I have been in a car for the majority of the day again and I have only done 2439 steps which gave me a pitiful 1.61 km of distance walked and 577 kcal burned. As for my BMI it had increased to 18.50, for today.

Breakfast: cereal and banana.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner : I’ve forgotten.h
Drinks: milk, fruit syrup, Lucozade sport (Brazilian guava and Orange) and hot chocolate.
Snacks forgotten, jelly babies and Jaffa cakes.

So today I have had a properly lazy day as I don’t seem to have even put my foot, down, in front of my other foot, at least if you take my Wii Fit steps into account, as I have done immensely poorly.

Then I have been sat down in a car getting a headache for all of the day apart from the stops of the car minus the stop on the train, as I was instructed to stay in the car for the whole of the train trip under the channel which was a bit of a bore.

Friday, 5 October 2018

Day 1877

Day 1877;

But today I have only managed to get 27,735 steps by my watch, today has been my final day of my holiday in France so tomorrow I’m leaving the fair shores of France. It’s been good despite not having a bike hire, that’s open, to us.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and grapes.
Lunch:  bread (white), carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, some other stuff and a crepe with caramel.
Dinner: barbecue sausages, burgers, salmon, sweetcorn and banana), lettuce, tomato, tinned peas and apple tart.
Drinks: milk, water, fruit syrup and hot water in fruit syrup.
Snacks: biscuits and something else, I think at least.

On this day I have given myself a 2000 step cushion to start off with, by my jogging on the spot in the cloakroom (which doesn’t actually have any cloaks in). As I thought that today would probably be a lazy beach day, as it was apparently.

So today we first up walked across to the town, in search of gifts (we only found one), before we all walked to Carrefour (the hyper market) where we picked up the rest of the gifts from this holiday, which were some tins of biscuits basically.

Then we walked back to the cottage for another barbecue, which was delicious.

Thursday, 4 October 2018

Day 1876

Day 1876;

Penultimate day of holiday and a disappointing number of steps, 20,012, by my watch of which a good hefty chunk of the steps were done on our little Carrefour trip in the afternoon.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and grapes.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, ham, lettuce, tomatoes with white bread) and something.
Dinner: lasagna (tuna), lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, coleslaw, some other food, profiteroles and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, water, fruit syrup and fruit syrup in hot water.
Snacks: I cannot fathom that I haven’t had any but I cannot remember.

Today was another lazy day which started off with another trip around Brittany in the car, this time it was to a place called Brest, which is a city just inside of the north west coast of France. Which was a pain, in my head, as I have discovered on this trip to the land of the frogs that my head doesn’t ache if we are just blasting our way down a motorway with all of the drivers behaving themselves, just as these frogs do on they’re motorways, with them all in their own practically pristine condition, now that is something that I like about having a privatised road network, but I don’t like paying for the use of roads, which is probably why they are in such good nick, as your standard frog could have as big of an objection to paying as I and they don’t use the roads which knocks the traffic down, and then there’s the issue of paying for use so therefore they will treat the roads with a bit more respect, and they don’t justto the middle lane and then just floor the accelerator pedal. Instead they’re staying in the outer lanes waiting until they get up behind another car before pulling into the inside lane to overtake.

But then today I have somehow managed to develop a cold (virus) but I have no idea as of how, due to the fact that the only 4 people that I have been in contact with for the last week has been the other 4 of the people that I have journeyed to France with, and the 5th person is the land lady of the place that we’re staying at, but that was just a quick shake of the hand, that all of us did, but none of the other 4 are even displaying symptoms of having the cold (virus).

Wednesday, 3 October 2018

Day 1875

Day 1875;

36,392 steps according to my watch today, I have stacked it multiple times today like that time that I was walking along a little wall and I don’t know how it happened but I found myself almost flat to the floor, so I quickly got myself back onto my feet, dusted myself down and I walked back to Mich.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and grapes.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese and ham in white bread), lettuce, tomatoes and something.
Dinner: calamari, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and a tart de pomme (apple tart).
Drinks: milk, water, fruit syrup and fruit syrup with hot water.
Snacks: pan au chocolar (chocolate croissant) waffles (1 with caramel and a part of a Nutella one.

Also today I bumped my head on a wall , went it was more of a window ledge, so I got a small bump on my head and a graze. But Allergy was making quite a fuss over me and she’s getting herself all concerned about me as she has been saying that she knows what is best for me and she’s still going on about how I’m anorexic, apparently I do too much exercise. Well she was saying all that tripe, while I was jogging around attempting to get her to join in, all the tripe about how I’m too thin as I used to be getting too big for my 31 inch waist trousers now I have to use a belt to keep my trousers up.

Now I would understand her more if she was jealous of me, but why’d she be that, of me?

Tuesday, 2 October 2018

Day 1874

Day 1874;

I have done 24,137 steps by my watch today as I haven’t got on a bike/tandem today, as the place that is the bike hire place (which says open everyday on its door was closed.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and grapes.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, ham and lettuce) and chocolate brownie.
Dinner: pizza (motzerella, ham and churros), lettuce, coleslaw and something which I have forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit syrup and water.
Snacks: 1 Oreo, 5 chocolate fingers and some other things.

 Now today I have been walking around a bit and I have even had a slight outside jog, it was only about a hundred meters jog. My eyes have been starting to play up on me again, so if I ever had need for a tandem now I am thinking would probably be a good time.

Then also I have been getting told off by Emu for not getting enough sleep in what a moron, I may not get as much sleep as you but a greater proportion of my sleep is proper deep sleep, in fact the amount of deep sleep that I got was greater than the amount, of deep sleep, that you’d had, so there goes it for me. I may not get as much sleep as you but when I do get some it’s generally going to be of a better quality.

Let’s move onto a topic of what’s going to kill you like the happy chappy that I am. As I was typing out earlier on “wouldn’t everything which is ‘good’ for you, eventually give you cancer,” by that I was meaning “everyone has to die of something, in the end, and now you’ve got more of a chance of living to an age an age where you’re either going to die of old age or cancer” as if at many places in our history there has been some actual hardship, like the World Wars, the Bubonic Plague and even some of the famines, that have inflicted upon us, as a species, which may in fact be the fault of some of those big businesses but I’m not interested in placing the blame on others.

Day 1873

Day 1873;

I got 24,466 steps today, which was surprisingly good for today, as at the start of the day I hadn’t got any high expectations for today, step count wise. But tomorrow I’ve got even less, as it’s supposedly the bike day tomorrow.

Breakfast : cereal, banana, apple, orange and grapes.
Lunch: buckwheat crepe (sausage and mustard).
Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise with cheese and a slice of apple tart.
Drinks: milk, fruit syrup, fruit syrup with lemonade and water.
Snacks: mikado stick, a bit of apple tart (a taste test sample) and some fruit pastilles.

But today I have managed to get Emu’s Fit Bit on to bike mode so she can now get her fitness activities on a bike registered by her Fit Bit, it was only my first interaction with the device, while it has been charged that is. But Emu was saying that it was something complicated and she couldn’t figure out how to make it work. But it’s a device for sports people, I’m unsure if I should state that I’m a kind of sports “person”, and we aren’t exactly known for being the most intelligent of people in fact in my case it’s the opposite, as I was so intelligent I got myself hit by a car, which isn’t the most intelligent thing that I have ever done in my life.

Also today I have walked around quite a bit which wasn’t bad for another “lazy” day of holiday I have been thinking about Emu’s Fit Bit today but I cannot workout why she’s been saying that it’s not been working for her on Strava, does she know that she has to set her Fit Bit up to record the activity before she actually completes the activity else it wouldn’t record the activity? But then again it’s C that’s doing a competition for step his way between the locations of his work place, of which Emu seems to think that the Fit Bit Wii somehow convert the distance cycled into steps, how ever I cannot see that happening probably as I don’t have a Fit Bit, I have a Garmin Forerunner which adds the distance to the part which is below the steps but it doesn’t add any steps. But maybe the Fit Bit challenge works a similar way, but I don’t know.
