Day 1895;

BMI was 18.62, I had walked 18,403 steps which gave me 12.12 km in distance but I had burned off 946 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.

Lunch: sandwich (ham in white bread), sausage roll, banana, strawberries, apple and grapes.

Dinner: macaroni cheese, breaded turkey and chocolate sundae.

Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water, hot chocolate and fruit juice.

Snacks: popadums and chili cheese.

Saving the NHS, how could it be done? Well it could be done by killing off all of the disabled (which includes me), obese (which includes approximately half of the nurses) and all of the hypochondriacs (time wasters of the NHS). Ok so the disabled like me any objections to having all of our lives erased from the surface of this planet... well I can only think of a couple which are no more Paralympics or other competitions for the disabled (but then that’s all modern and people got by before), but then their would be no Steven Hawkins I know their is no more of him anyway as he’s dead but that’d mean that their couldn’t be another one, but I know it’s a small price for pay for the well-being of a nation. Obese yet another good suggestion I’m thinking obesity is an insidious form of suicide, as that is what obesity is a form of suicide but not one that kills you straight away kind of like hanging yourself from a noose but it’s an extra slow noose (by that I’m meaning your better off dying a quick death by the noose snapping your neck instead of by dying by asphyxiation potentially hours later, but it’s a lot slower and theirs no noose), which have been encouraged by these new social justice warriors and stuff like the fast food industry with new quicker ways of filling your stomach and getting fatter as fat is the new thin these days, as it has become more socially acceptable for parents to go out to work all day then on their way home picking up some fast or processed food for them all to eat for dinner and then some sweets to keep them sweet. Which brings me on to my final point, of this plan as of how to save the NHS if you got rid of all of the hypochondriacs that would relieve the false pressure on the NHS as it would stop people saying that they are ill when they are not. It could stop people taking unnecessary sick days from work also, as if your employer gets to the point where you’re more off than on and a Doctor could be called to see you then they notice nothing wrong with you that’s your first strike on the hypochondriac register.

Now that was my plan to save the NHS, but it also saves the nation from becoming US.02 if it hasn’t already become that way. Today I have been to the gym as with yesterday, but then I went a bit more of the treadmill, for another walk by the means of the treadmill. I also watched some more of the Who, Doctor Who I cannot remember if the episode of whether I watched the Angels of Manhattan while I was on the treadmill or whether it was later on today, but I did remember.

So today I have been to the gym and on the treadmill, just as with yesterday.

Anon01 and I debate God 1.1

Earlier today Anon01 Who is a Christian friend of mine and I had a debate if you could call it that, which by the way it wasn't it was me asking questions.

Anyway he's at University he studies Physics he believes evolution, not the creationist tales, So hopefully you've got a picture of him in your head now he's a bright, at Physics, he's the same age as me, that is how we met at school, something about 16 years ago, male like me, But he's a Christian fortunately he has never been foolish enough to attempt to convert yet back into one of his foolish God's slaves.

So the conversation started off in the standard way e.g. Me: Hello, Anon01: Hello, and then I stared my questioning:

So Anon01 could you answer these questions for me?
No not that one I mean the following questions If a God/Gods created the universe and all of the inhabitants, why are there good and bad people?
Why are there also so many belief systems, e.g. Christianity, Hinduism, Islam and Atheism?

Surely the god would have programmed the people with prohibiting factors to stop all of the "evil" and therefore all of the “good” as they wouldn't need the two words defining in the dictionary?

The different belief systems, are different opinions of how a person should worship god and how they should live their lives, including diet. Secondly the world religions were founded in different parts of the world apart from the 3 Monotheist religions, which are similar in their beliefs, but have different way of interpreting how they should live their lifestyles

I somehow don’t think you managed to fully understand my questioning I didn’t want a definition of what belief systems are. I asked more specific questions. Actually about religion.
I am attempting to have an intellectual conversation with you about religions/faith.

Good and bad are around; because god created the devil, but saw he was "bad" and so banished him to live in hell. Because of this the devil tries to corrupt and destroy what god had created. at the same time Taoists believe that good and bad is a natural balance, and believe that there is a small amount of bad in every good person, but also a small amount of good in every bad person

But I thought God was supposed to be 100% good, so how did the devil come from God without any other influences? E.g. you can’t get water from pure O2 you have to add some alternative elements into the mix like hydrogen.
Well then why didn’t god destroy him, the devil, as if he created it that gives god the right/obligation to destroy him doesn’t it? Which is what he would do if God was such a perfectionist, as the church preaches.
But that is Buddhist teachings, to it I believe parts of it but not other parts, but who said one thing that I can’t do one thing that me and others think is good and some others think its evil so what is the cut off point e.g. me and 29 others do one thing that the other 30 think is evil what is it, a good idea or an evil idea?
What are your thoughts upon the lengthy diatribe which I have just sent you?

God didn't kill the devil because being banished to hell causes eternal suffering in comparison to the quick release of death. As for the cause of evil, its unexplainable, it just exists in one form or another
I say
But by killing the devil it would have shown his compassion for his creations, which is a good emotion to have to my understandings at least, but eternal suffering sounds like an evil emotion, I think and if that is really what you are saying then god has a little bit of hate/malice in him as well as all of us which proves that he isn't as divine as the church has been saying, and he has mortal tendencies.

I am hoping for a the common cold to mutate into one of it's more deadly forms and then as soon as every body is at their homes supper volcanoes erupt blocking out sun light on a global scale, and then the moon which has been knocked out of its by a load of asteroids, so that’d be the moon and the asteroids come hurtling towards this planet

Dam and blast our rotten luck but the world is most defiantly still here.
While it must be otherwise how am I typing this message now?
And if you want more proof then how are you reading this message, now?

But just this message through you skulls of varying thickness I’m not happy, about this world, well the problem isn’t really the world,
It’s more about the people all of the ignorant human life forms on this stupid pointless, insignificant, rock which is circling around a flame/the Sun.

It's the end of the world tomorrow, apparently

Alice just asked me if the world was supposed to end tomorrow because apparently "all" of her friends are saying it on "facebook" so I shrugged and crossed my fingers in hope, that this world won't be troubling this universe no more.
But don't worry I shall try and inform you on the outcome over the next two days.

So it's this day,

It's the day that some of you have been waiting for today is the day of the poll which is deciding the fate of the councils all along this county, as long as your this country is England.

As well as the day that we all, the voting public of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, have a chance to change the way we vote.
As you all may already be aware that I am against the change for all of the reasons highlighted here and there's one other which I missed out.
It is the cost of the whole thing we keep being told that in these times of financial constraint we don't want to spending money unless we need to.
and whats wrong with the way we do it now? Nothing I can think of. It's all a PLOT to get more Lib Dems seats in the houses of parliament.
