Day 2035

Day 2035;

Today I had a BMI of 19.95, I had taken 17,564 steps which gave me a distance of 11.37 km and I have burned 1139 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: vegetable spring roll, sausage roll, monster munch and banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Dinner: chicken pie, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: M and M’s egg’s.

Tomorrow never comes, as soon as you get there then the next day is tomorrow but tomorrow from the standpoint of today, the 12th of March, is the 13th of March but it’s not a Friday. So tomorrow from the standpoint of today I haven’t got the foggiest idea of what I will be doing, I just hope that going to the gym will be an option as I thought that it was said that going to the gym was an option for Wednesday this week, I could have been misinformed on the topic.

Today I have first been for a couple of little jogs around the place where I live, I even managed to get my 10,000 steps for today done and dusted before lunchtime, then I had a slightly more lazy afternoon, meaning I only really cycled for an hour and for the rest of the day I must've pretty much done nothing.

My imagination has been working quite a bit recently, it has been wiring around about Captain Marvel, or Ms Marvel as she used to be called, in the olden days, as wasn’t the original Captain Marvel an alien dude, Captain Mar-Vel I think he had grey skin or a grey costume back then also, but Ms Marvel was along side with the flash across her chest. And obviously Captain Marvel (SHAZAM) the character from DC, as I have been watching both of their films trailers on YouTube recently, and I’ve got to say that both look amazing but DC’s looks better, which hasn’t been the case over the past few years.

Day 2034

Day 2034;

On this day I have got a BMI of 20.18, steps I had made were 15,770 (10.21 km) and I had burned 1415 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: bread, chips, peas and Yorkshire pudding.
Dinner: seafood pasta, cheese and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: Eccles cake, Batternburg, lemon drizzle cake and chocolate eggs.

So tomorrow I don’t know what I will be doing , I am just guessing that I will probably be a bit interested in getting my steps up to 10,000 before, or at the very least around, 12 midday. Then after that I am planning on going on a little Zwift ride, so that’s my morning and afternoon plans sorted. Now I want to get a nice little 161 km cycle on the Zwift bike sometime, in the future, it’s just as I would like to see how long it takes me on my own, as I know that with Mich on the front of his Tandem we did the Prudential Ride London a couple of years ago, so I wonder if it is actually set up to give you the full PRL course on the Zwift? As I have seen the signs for it.

Today I have been to athletics and I have accidentally ran into another “athlete” if I could call myself one of those, at least I ran into an athlete as I was using the sound of his feet hitting the track to navigate, then the sounds of his feet stopped, as I thought that I had lost him as I knew that he was stretching his advantage over me I thought that he had just got too far in front of me so I picked up my pace slightly and I barrelled into him. Sorry again.

Then today I have been interested in Captain Marvel, not enough to go out to the Cinema to watch it though, on the super hero films that have got a main character that has been called Captain
Marvel as lead character DC has got you beat hands down with SHAZAM, just on trailers. I know that Captain Marvel  looks pretty good from the trailers, but I don’t really want to go to the cinema, not to see anything I am happy enough to wait to watch it on DVD whenever they are out. Captain Marvel seems to be more of a serious film with a bit of Nick Fury doing the comic relief with his scotch about cats then in DC they’ve got SHAZAM who was called Captain Marvel, in a previous existence positively similar Captain Marvel was called Ms Marvel in the past. SHAZAM is just like a pg version of Deadpool from what I gathered from the trailers that I have seen, minus the audience participation he’s got a sidekick to bounce off.

Day 2033

Day 2033;

Today my BMI was 20.20, I had taken 14,857 steps (which was 9.62 km) and I had burned 836 kcal off.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: gammon, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, carrots, pineapple and chocolate trifle.
Dinner: cold hot crossed bun, Eccles cake, lemon drizzle cake and Jaffa cakes.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: M and M’s eggs.

Today I have been on another hour long cycle in the morning, it’s so much easier if you get it in the correct gear, unfortunately I missed out on the target of getting the Zwift bike to 50 km. No excuses for my lack in form today, as Mich said that just above 24 km/h was about 15 mph which is our average on the tandem, on a good day. So today we had a good day on our tandem. But it was only on one Zwift bike. On a future day I am hoping that I make it up to 161 km on Zwift of which I probably should manage it in approximately six hours fourty minutes at least judging from the above data. Then that’s for a future day. Not tomorrow as I don’t believe that I’ll have enough time tomorrow

So last night I watched Fifth Element, which was a good film, such a shame that I didn’t review it when it was still fresh in my mind, as I have forgotten the majority of what happened in the film, minus the ending which was funny. As the president, goes to thank Leeluu and the other main character for doing the main points of the film which is literally save the world (Galaxy or Universe) from the darkness which was only a problem when they started to attack it. So Leeluu who was the fifth element had to go to a place where she was surrounded by the other 4 elements, fire water earth and air, in their block form so she could direct their power at the blob of darkness in order to defeat it.

Day 2032

Day 2032;

Now my BMI was up to 20.18, as I have only done 10,223 steps which were 6.62 km and I have only burned 812 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten, chocolate eclair and apple turnover.
Dinner: pie (steak and ale), cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green beans and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks:  m and m’s eggs.

Now tomorrow, what day is it? Oh yes it’s Sunday the 10th tomorrow. So it’s not Monday tomorrow. How frustrating, I have more of a clue what is planned for me, Monday than tomorrow. So what I am planning on doing tomorrow I haven’t got a clue but I’m guessing that I may have another lazy day tomorrow, with another game in the six nations to watch on the box.

Today I have been to boccia practice today, I have also been out to watch a football match. Boccia practice today was boccia practice I don’t know what to state about it, but it was just the start of me having a lazy day. Then I continued on having a lazy day by going to the localish FC to watch them play another team, and they won, which was a shock to me.

Friday, 8 March 2019

Day 2031

Day 2031;

My BMI was up again on yesterday’s result (it was at 19.92), as my steps increased to 18,434 (or 11.94 km) and my calories fell to 1224 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, yogurt, banana, pear, apple and orange.
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef, cheese, pickle in wholemeal bread) and fruit cake.
Dinner: pizza (margarita and Hawaiian), chips and chocolate cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: M and M’s eggs.

Now tomorrow I have got boccia and a football match to go to. I don’t think that I have any other plans for tomorrow. I’ll probably be lazy tomorrow though, as I cannot seem to motivate myself to do pretty much anything recently.

Well yesterday I got what I was going to do today incorrect as I had nothing to do today, so I just sat around for the morning and then I jogged on the spot while I was watching Galaxy Quest,

 I thought was really good in, I know I shouldn’t have been expecting it to be totally terrible, as it had Miss Aliens (Ripley) in as well as Monk and Snape, in it as well as some other actors, who I probably should remember. It was as I was looking at a Facebook post the other day and it had many, well nine, different sci-fi films. And on it said pick 2 the rest will be erased from history. I couldn’t pick it had on the list Galaxy Quest, Independence Day, Back to the Future,  Terminator, Starship Troopers, Jurassic Park, Super 8,  Fifth Element and Edge of Tomorrow.  Then I wasn’t sure that I’d even seen them, so I started off with Galaxy Quest and crew member 6 Guy got a surname, after dying in his first episode, he then helped the rest of the crew in the actual space battle and he got a surname, it was Guy Fleegman.

Then after that I watched a bit of the Fifth Element, I thought that I watched it a while back, then again I didn’t know whether I did or not. I don’t think that I ever have watched it in reality it must be the memes that I have seen about Leeloo (Mila from the Resident Evil films) and Bruce (from the sixth sense).

Thursday, 7 March 2019

Day 2030

Day 2030;

My BMI was down to 19.85, my steps were up to 16,663 which is 10.79 km and I had burned 1547 kcal apparently.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: baked beans with mini sausages, cheese, bread chocolate cake and lemon drizzle cake.
Dinner: fish, cauliflower, green beans, carrots, broccoli, potatoes and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, elderflower presse, water and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow my day will be a lazy one, as I am going to have to get up early, but not to do anything useful, it’s just to be a spare part as Mich has to take GM to an appointment, and he’s dragging me along with him, I have no idea why he has need of me, as we are going to a hospital, so they are going to take one look at me and they’ll think that the appointment is for me, apparently, just as Mich and Allergy were telling me a little while ago I may actually have a clue what they’re on about if only I could remember, but then it could be that I loose focus really easily on things that don’t interest me.

Now this morning I have been on the Zwift bike, for an hour, then later on today I had gone to the gym, as Tini said that she’d take me later on today but then she arrived late so it was a shortened session in the gym today. How disappointing. But then today I have reached 10,000 steps, and I have also managed to get my self over 10 km for each of the past 3 days. But also today I have managed to get a number with the number 666 in. 666 the number of the beast, Hell and fire was spawned to be released, I’m sorry I cannot help myself.

The strange thing has happened over the past few days, as my steps have gone up my account of calories burned has decreased, on the day prior.

Wednesday, 6 March 2019

Day 2029

Day 2029;

BMI was 19.89, steps were 15,930 (10.31 km) and I had burned 1641 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops with mini sausages on bread and something.
Dinner: chicken kerma, chicken tikka masala, pilau rice, Bombay potatoes, nan bread, nectarine peach tart and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

I don’t know what my plans are for tomorrow, I’m just guessing that it’s going to be up to me what I do.

First up today/this morning /last night I watched the SheBelieves Cup, I don’t know what she believes it’s an American invention of female football, it’s been taking place for the last four years , the first was won by USA, the second year was won by France, the third it was won back by USA and that gets you to this year, it’s fourth, the team roster had changed from USA, France, England and Germany, to USA,  Japan, England and Brazil. England won it at the fourth time of asking.

MTottenham and Ajax went through in the Champions League yesterday, now today it was up to FC Porto v Roma and Paris Saint Germain v Manchester United. FC Porto needed Extra Time in order to knock Roma out of the competition, as the first leg of the match was Roma 2- 1 FC Porto, but the first 90 minutes of play today had resulted in the opposite score line FC Porto 2 - 1 Roma, so the score on aggregate the score was a tie at 3 goals a piece, and they had each scored 2 goals at home then obviously 1 away. So it went to extra time and FC Porto managed to get the winner, thanks to a VAR awarded penalty. Then the next match finished before the first match as the score from the first leg was Manchester United 0 - PSG 2, so it was going to have to be something new to see Manchester United get through as never before had a team come back from 2 goals behind in their home leg of a Champions League tie this far in the competition of which Manchester United was attempting to do 1 - 2 was the score from the first half of the game tonight, so Manchester still had to get 1 more goal without reply to go through on the away goals rule, 90 minutes had been played so it was into indury time when Markus Rashford stepped up to take the penalty (awarded by VAR), he scored it to eventually send Manchester through 1 - 3 on the night 3 - 3 on aggregate but 3 - 2 on the away goals rule.

Now today I have been on the treadmill, the trampoline and even the rowing machine, I have also been for a walk to the shops then to my GM’s house. The walk to the shop was to purchase milk (4 pints), a little pack of cheese slices and dinner which was a box of Indian takeaway food (which was Co-Op branded) so I carried it to GM’s place, where I gave the bag to Mich, he put it down in GM’s house while we there, then he returned the shopping to me to carry it home he made some comments about me being strong just carrying the bag, I wanted to say that he would have done the same if it was just him on his own carrying the shopping, so no big my arm only feels as if it’ll fall off now. It’ll be back to usual in the morning.

Monday, 4 March 2019

Day 2028

Day 2028;

My BMI today is 19.76, as I had increased my steps to 15,852 (which is 10.26 km) and I’d managed to burn 1691 kcal, at least according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef) and chocolate cake.
Dinner: chicken, carrots, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, potatoes and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: M and M eggs.

Now tomorrow I am planning to do some more on the Zwift bike, treadmill, trampoline and rowing machine, as I don’t think that I have any chance of going to the gym. I don’t understand what Tini and Allergy’s problems are with me getting fit, I know that Allergy is jealous of my weight/height (BMI)  as she is heavy and short (BMI of something like 25). Then again I also know that I probably eat at least as much as the two combined. It’s just my exercise level is much higher than both of theirs, probably combined.

I am still alive, unfortunately, my heart rate was up to 152 on the Zwift bike today, that was my first 61 minutes of intense activity that I had done this week. Which is funny as I’d only done just over half an hour on the Zwift bike.  Now that’s not all that I have done today, as I have been to the gym, and while I was at the gym I did another 140 intense minutes in the just more than 60 minutes that I spent in it, as I spent the first half an hour on the lateral trainer and I spent the second half on the exercise bike.

Day 2027

Day 2027;

Today my BMI was 20.11 again (even though someone else has told me that I have grown in the past few (so I don’t know what it’ll be if I take that into account, if it’s true), then my steps have continued to fall, to just 10,087 (which is 6.53 km) and I had burned 915 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef in wholemeal bread) and sponge cake.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.Now tomorrow I am planning on going to the gym in the afternoon, I have really got to get my heart beating, at a quicker rate, tomorrow as I have failed at doing that today, it could be as I have had a bit of a chilled out day with other than my hour walk for the morning I have just sat waiting for anybody else while watching some more of Gundam Wing, nobody came.

So I am thinking that the intensity minutes thing on my watch only counts if my heart rate goes up above one hundred, as I have done an hour bounce today and I only managed to get my heart rate up to about 99 for the hour on the trampoline and no minutes of activity, how is that possible? I’m meaning my heart rate was at 99. I’m meaning my heart rate was 180 odd for a jog on the spot the other day. When my heart rate was lower slightly on the bikes. But a heart rate of about half of that for a jog on the trampoline is beggers belief.

Sunday, 3 March 2019

Day 2026

Day 2026;

On this day my BMI stayed constant from yesterday’s result, but my steps decreased by greater than half, to 12,351 (which meant that my distance walked was also down, to 8 km) but my calories burned was only down to 1390.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: chicken,green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and charred pineapple dream cake.
Dinner: sandwich (corned beef in wholemeal bread), cold hot crossed bun, sponge cake and fruit cake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (orange) and hot Ribena.

Today I have been skiing, tomorrow I have no idea what I will be doing, just if I get the chance to I will have myself a treadmill  jog, a Zwift ride, a bounce and another row.

Changing directions while skiing is simple, you just need to put more pressure on the ski which is opposite to the direction of which you want to travel in. So say I was going down the slope and I wanted to go left to avoid a crashed out on the slope skier, I would just have to put more pressure on my right footed ski. Now I know that it sounds kind of unintuitive and whatelse, the words escape me. But then as long as you remember that you shouldn’t move your body around keep your body facing down the slope if you turn your body when your cornering, that’s when you might switch to backwards skiing. Which is fun and all but not necessarily what you’re looking to do.

Saturday, 2 March 2019

Day 2025

Day 2025;

BMI was up again to 20.11, as my steps were up to 30,427 (which was equal to 19.70 km) and I had burned 1627 kcal today apparently.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, pear and orange.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: sausage casserole, mashed potato, vegetables and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: banana, apple, pear, orange, yogurt and biscuits.

Tomorrow I think I have got skiing, but what else I do not know, maybe I could fit in a quick go on the treadmill, perhaps even on the Zwift bike, as I am not going to able to ride around the local area on either one of the tandems. As I got that fun today.

So today I have been to boccia in the morning but then as I had returned home I found out that the boccia match tomorrow was cancelled, due to some fault in the oppositions bus, but I was thinking that it was at the oppositions ground, so why do they need a bus to get to their own ground? I mean do football teams coaches take home calls? I don’t know but I’d think not, it’s a bus not a taxi, a different is that busses have predefined starting and ending points, taxis don’t they just come to you and take you to where you want to go.

So today I have only managed to do just over 13,000 steps, by my watch which could be sad I have been having a lazy day until just after lunch when I went on the back of a tandem with Mich, on the tandem’s from..and we had done so well, we hadn’t been overtaken by another cyclist all journey until just about the end where we were suddenly disturbed by a man, who was this man you may ask, it was only the the club leader of the cycling club that we are kind of unofficial members of who came up to us, then he had a chat with Mich then he rode off home..

Friday, 1 March 2019

Day 2024

Day 2024;

Today I have been sitting around lazily, BMI up to 20.02 steps were 11,144 or 7.32 km and 909 kcal burned today.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, chutney and ham in wholemeal bread) and something,
Dinner:scampi, chips, peas and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow, never comes, but other than that I am planning on going to practice a bit of boccia in the morning, then I’m unsure of what I’ve got planned for later tomorrow, the day after tomorrow I know that I’m missing another boccia match as I am skiing.

Now the other day, when we went out to see GAK, Mich was talking about Micheal Portilo and how he was doing a railways program on the TV. When the GAK abruptly stated “I don’t like Micheal Portilo, he’s gay” so what did Mich do as soon as he got home, he searched google is Micheal Portilo gay, and lord behold he isn’t, but he was for a couple of a length of time, within the scope of his marriage to a woman. That was a little humours story that I remembered from a previous day.

Then today I have had another lazy day minus the bike rides that I have got in. My steps via my watch were atrocious. As I am thinking that I only made a number just over 1000, instead of the just over 11,000 that I had done via my Wii Fit gizmo.

Thursday, 28 February 2019

Day 2023

Day 2023;

So it’s been day 2023 and my BMI was 19.92, my steps were 16,815 which was 10.89 km (according to Wii Fit) and I burned 1466 kcal,

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: chicken fajitas and Doritos with mild salsa.
Dinner: gammon, cauliflower, green beans, broccoli, carrots, cream egg trifle and cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, cider, water and hot Ribena.

What I am planning on doing tomorrow is basically what I have done today plus a bit more on the exercise bike, even a bit at the gym, but I am not too confident about that happening.

Ok, now today I haven’t been on the exercise bike but I have done everything else plus a little bit of Yoga/Wii Fit balance games as I have had Allergy to entertain for a while in the afternoon, and she was saying that she was feeling more energetic than other days (as she had already been to the gym this morning) seems to be backwards slightly, but then again fitness breads fitness, as in the more that you do the more that you’ll feel able to do so the more that you’ll do. I’ll attempt to explain it in a different format: E is the amount of energy that you have so you’re E could equal 1 and then you’re feeling pretty tired all the time so you’re feeling too tired to do any exercise. Then on another day you’re E is up to 2 so you go to the gym with your friend(s) and they make you feel like you’re E level has maxed out at 3 I don’t know how but it could be something to do with the encouragement that you are subject to, anyway you have eE, encouraged Energy, which equals 1+2 which is different from having a straight 3 in energy as if you had a straight 3 in energy you’d probably be tired by the point of your workout finishing at the gym, but then you’d be relying on your rehabilitating qualities to get you through the other exercises that you’re doing. Oh the benefits of being an empathetic person, and being able to use that extra 1 of energy.

Now today I have started off by having a bounce before another row, which in turn was before lunch which I had 1 and a half mild chicken fajitas, as allergy decided that her chicken fajita was too hot for her but if anyone could please inform me of what a hot/spicy food actually tastes of as I meant I could feel a small like tingling at the back of my throat, of which you could (as probably do) say that that’s is the foods heat, then I don’t feel any heat radiating from the food. So what is the whole point of Hot Mexican food? The salsa dip for the Doritos actually had a cooling effect on my mouth, so what is this all about?

Wednesday, 27 February 2019

Day 2022

Day 2022;

Today my BMI was 19.59, my steps were only 16,569 (which were 10.73 km, apparently) and I had burned 1444 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: pasta bolognaise, cheese and cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.

Now tomorrow I am thinking about mixing up my routine from the past two or three days, as I have been cycling first then I have been doing some other exercises in the afternoon like today it was only a treadmill walk, for this afternoon, plus the little cycle to GAK’s habitation. Which was all good, don’t get me wrong, it just doesn’t effect my watches steps. So then again ny usual morning cycle doesn’t either, admittedly, I still did it this morning though.

In the morning I have been on my little London cycle then I have been eating lunch, what it was I have forgot by now. Next up I have been for a treadmill walk, which I had done until about when Mich said that he was going to be home for him to take me to see GAK.

Tuesday, 26 February 2019

Day 2021

Day 2021;

This day I have had a BMI of 19.79 I have walked 24,008 steps (which were 15.55 km) and I had burned off 1793 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops with mini sausages on bread (wholemeal), fruit cake, sponge cake and Batternburg.
Dinner: pie (steak and ale), carrots, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli and cheese cake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.

So tomorrow I want to have another little cycle ride, another wander, another small bounce and even another row. Even though I probably should still be getting in that bit more of calories to burn off, just to make my way upto the number that was set as my target a while back. My minutes of intensity were looking good though, as I had already exceeded 500 out of 1000 for the week, by tonight.

Today I started off by having a Zwift cycle in the morning, it was only an hourlong cycle, before I ate lunch. Then after lunchtime I went for a stroll on the treadmill when I had walked for an hour I did another bounce before another row. That was about it for my exercise today minus the walk that I did to the town and back of which I guess I could classify as exercise.

Monday, 25 February 2019

Day 2020

Day 2020;

My BMI today is 19.82, I have taken 11,869 (or 7.68 km) and I have burned 1418 kcal apparently.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops with mini sausages, fruit cake and Batternburg.
Dinner: salmon, green beans, broccoli, carrots, potatoes and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: wine gums.

I have got to live in the present, not the past which is what the present means. So therefore I should probably start by doing what I am going to be doing in the future then I could conclude my days posts with what actually happened to me on the day.

So here goes:

Now tomorrow I am planning on getting in a nice big cycle on Zwift. Then I am planning on being ready for the gym, as I don’t know if Tini will be willing to take me to the gym today as she indicated today  that she wouldn’t, ever again and if that’s the case I believe that it would be best for my gym membership to be revoked, as it would just be a waste. If the events that I have written above happen in or even if they don’t I think I’m going to be in desperate need of steps, so depending on the time I am going to go for an either walk or run on the treadmill.

Now today I have pissed Tini off quite considerably, I say (or at least I would if I could) you shouldn’t make threats that you are unwilling to carry out, and that goes for everyone not just Tini. I know she probably looked a bit like a fool standing there telling me that my time was up and she’d be walking out meanwhile I was just sitting there peddling, inferring go on then, while she decides on the punishment that she’ll inflict on me, but the thing that she came up with was never taking me to the gym again, so I ignored her, thinking that she will be needing to cancel my gym membership then I should really get onto that tomorrow. I

Sunday, 24 February 2019

Day 2019

Day 2019;

As a BMI today I got 20.11, I did 11,551, the majority of which were just before my weigh in which gave me a distance walked of 7.48 km and also it gave me 1197 kcal burned.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese in wholemeal bread) and a chocolate coated rice cake bar thingamajig.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and Ribena.
Snacks: wine gums.

Now I have managed to get my steps up to a decent number today, even though I have been sitting down for the majority, as I had that boccia tournament today. Now I have actually surprised myself by winning some matches today, but my greatest triumph in all, including score, was my forth match as it was against an experienced player, well a player that was more experienced than myself, as I think the score was 1-6 but that’s not important it’d have been my greatest achievement even if I had won the game 4-5, which was the result of my first game, but that was against a boccia tournament first timer, as was my third game/second victory, as my second game was a defeat to the Paddy (Irish man) the amazingly good at boccia Paddy, now you usually can’t tell that I have got some of the Paddy’s blood in my veins as I don’t have any of that Paddy’s blood, but I have got some blood from an alternative Paddy; I don’t even know that that had any effect on the results but I might as well say it did just for laughs.

So in my boccia tournament history, as a solo player, I have now won 4 matches, as in my first I won one match, out of three, then my second I lost all three and then for my third I've won three matches out of the four that I played but I still haven’t left the group stages. But I still have an enmity for boccia, I was just fortunate that it didn’t clash with skiing this past Sunday, especially as it  went on so long with my games being later today, the speed I played with was the same, especially within my second end of my second game as I threw my leading ball then my opponent threw all six of his, as mine was still holding shot, then I tried moving my seat around the box to see if I could get a better angle but it was to no avail, if I had attempted a shot it’d have more than likely given him the point so I took the point on that game.

Day 2018

Day 2018;

According to Wii Fit I had a BMI of 20.05, as I had only walked 7419 steps (4.80 km) and I had only managed to burn 780 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, apple, pear and banana.
Lunch: egg and bacon sandwich.
Dinner: vegetarian lasagna, salad and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.

So recently I’ve been getting very confused, as there’s been that Jussie Smollett controversy, which I say highlights our need to slow down in the rushing to judgment on everything, not just taking one hysterical kids perspective and running a marathon on it. As I had never heard of the kid Jussie Smollett before a couple of days ago when there was reports of him apparently being attacked, and having racist and homophobic insults hurled at him, in a verbal way. Well first I’d like to say what is a homophobic insult? I mean I have been called gay in the past, which got pretty confusing as on one hand I was called gay/homosexual, and then by the same people I was told that I was performing a variety of sexual acts with a girl, who I hadn’t even wished to do anything with, which was before there was another girl that came to my school who was a very good friend before another girl got the “wrong” idea, I assumed at the time (In the heat of the moment) but I’m not so sure now [oh well best not regret things that never happened as I have done enough to regret in my lifetime], now the two girls got mixed up in my head as I was apparently a homosexual but I had a lot going on in my sex life with two girls which were themselves pretty attractive.

Hang on a second I got sidetracked with another personal story, what I was meaning to put down, up above, the reports of Jussie being attacked physically, I can say from personal experience that it isn’t nice, but you just have to keep going on with your life, the best way you know how to, don’t let them stop you from doing anything, and you can even fight back if that makes it feel better, I know that did for me. Then if went onto the racial and homophobic abuse, I’m unsure about that as a cricketer got another cricketer in trouble the other day by saying something about it not being much of an insult, the insinuation of his sexuality, but that’s in cricket and I’m unsure of how a homophobic comment is supposed to work, is it supposed to be I hate you as you’re gay or is it I hate you as you’re scared of gays? It’s so confusing. Either way or any way I think that the youth of today should just grow some thicker skin and stop all of this petulant, entitled behaviour.

Then today I have been to the gymnasium to practice playing some boccia, I lost the game 10-7, but my opponent still says that I’m good at boccia, which is after she says that she’s terrible at the game. But I’m guessing that I have got to play some more of the game tomorrow as it is the day of the competition.

Day 2017

Day 2017;

My BMI was 19.76, as I had walked 12,777 steps (which were 8.27 km apparently) and I had burned 1024 kcal today.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, pear, apple and yogurt.
Lunch:  omelette (cheese), coleslaw and rice cakes (chocolate and orange coated).
Dinner: scampi, chips, peas and a fruit tart.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.

The knobbly bits on your back, your spinal column, are you supposed to be able to see them? As I was having a slight chest and back examination by the nurse that I live with the other day as she asked me to lift my t-shirt as she wanted to find something wrong with me as if it negates her weight in some way, anyway that’s millennial logic, I’ve pretty much never understood it, even though I am one.

I really hope that Allergy will start exercising again, as I know that she’s good at her job, for the NHS, but I know that it should be good for the NHS to look after her in the future. We don’t want her to have to take early retirement because she hasn’t looked after her physical health good enough up until then.

Thursday, 21 February 2019

Day 2016

Day 2016:

BMI was 19.69, steps were 15,287 (9.9 km) and I had burned 1208 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, pear, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: omelette (cheese and mushroom), bakewell slices and Batternburg.
Dinner: pasta and vegetarian meatballs and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: wine gums.

So today I have been to the gym, then I have had another lazy day, as. I haven’t done anything apart from walk around the town that I live in until after I had my dinner when I had myself another little cycle around London it was up Keith Hill. Now I wonder if I could do Box and Leith Hill’s on the same Zwift cycle, and how long woupld it take me? As I know that if I turn right at the first turning the next time it asks you wether you want to go to Keith Hill or Fox Hill. I’m thinking that Fox hill was where I went up the other day, the hill which lead to both Box Hill  and Leith Hill, I have found that if I go Keith Hill way at the end of the it shows that I could do Box Hill, so if I did Box Hill then it might give me the chance to do Leith Hill directly afterwards. Then maybe I should attempt that, Keith Hill, Box Hill and then Leith Hill, I should probably get to it as soon as I have approximately three hours free, and my iPad has 3 hours worth of charge on it.

Now why 3 hours it is only because I did Leith Hill in about one hour probably slightly longer if I include all of the getting to the hill and stuff which was when my iPad’s battery started to fail, and just I had reached the bottom of Box Hill from the start today by coming the Keith Hill way today in about an hour so that is about two hours without having Box Hill in the middle, I’m imagining that I wouldn’t be as fresh to takle Leith hill if I have been doing Box Hill first, as Box Hill is supposedly tough and I should know about it, as I was tandeming across the two of them some time in the past two years, I’m forgetful.

Wednesday, 20 February 2019

Day 2015

Day 2015:

Today my BMI had improved a little to 19.82, my steps had also improved (to 12,478 or 8.08 km) and I had burned 1126 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: baked beans with mini sausages, on bread, bakewell slice and Batternburg.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: wine gums.

After last weeks skiing excursion I have been settling back down into my usual routine of sorts,as I was have been going on the bike, cycling around London. I was cycling until my iPad had ran down to 5% battery left over. I had only managed to get just about up Leif hill.

Why is there such nuance within the world, I’ve got to tell you that I wish that I had been born before this age in a time when life was simpler. I’m sure life wouldn’t have been as easy back then, but if you got through the winter, you’d have real reason to celebrate, but in a more somber fashion as a lot of the people that you knew wouldn’t have been so lucky. Back when the consequences for a transgression was death, be it that you slept outside and got a fatal variant of the common cold, or be it that you strayed too far from the pack and you got devoured by a pack of wolves, so interesting.

Tuesday, 19 February 2019

Day 2014

Day 2014;

My BMI was 19.62, I have done 10,699 steps (6.93 km) and I have burned 1095 kcal today.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, apple, banana and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese), bakewell slices and batternburg.
Dinner: pie (meat), peas, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, chocolate cheesecake and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: some wine gums.

Today I have been on the exercise bike, the treadmill, the trampoline and the rowing machine. I started my day by going for a cycle around NYC I do believe. Then I finished it off after I had eaten my lunch. I can’t be sure though as if happened a long time ago by that I’m meaning probably a greater number of hours than 10.

Monday, 18 February 2019

Day 2013

Day 2013;

BMI has been 20.05 again today, I had done 10,346 steps (6.70 km) and I had burned 1067 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: pasta bolognaise, cheese, cheesecake, cake and yogurt.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks : wine gums.

Today I have been getting back to normality, which was a bit of a disappointment, to be honest now. Now Tini is wanting to spend money to buy some time in a hall with some boccia markings on the floor so I can practice for the upcoming tournament which I have been entered into. Of which Tini wants me to “try” to win the tournament. I have told her (using the wise words of Yoda) “Do or do not, there is no try” which means that I’m going there as always to win, but if I perform as good as last time I’ll be one of the first out of the competition.

Seven Labour Party members left the party, so what will happen to the Labour Party in the future?

Sunday, 17 February 2019

Day 2012

Day 2012;

Now today I have returned home so I had got a BMI of 20.05, I had only walked 5239 steps which was 3.39 km and I had burned off 593 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal in milk.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: corned beef sandwich in white bread and a packet of salted vinegar flavoured snack a jacks.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, fruit juice, shloer and some hot lemon squash.
Snacks: jelly babies.

Today was a lazy day for me as I was only getting myself home, which included me getting up, getting on a bus, going to an airport, taking a flight before finally taking a drive to my home. Which was a positively dull way to spend my morning. But then when I had got home I don’t know what I did, I cannot remember, which is what is telling me that I didn’t do anything for a whole day basically, apart from traveling.

I have been thinking about something that happened to me while I was skiing the other day, as Emu was getting really excited about my ability in skiing, I know this as she was congratulating me about how good I looked while I was skiing on this video that Mich had taken, and then Mart was just like meh I knew he could do that down the black run, but he was impressed by what followed me, as it was C that followed me down on two skis nice and controlled, this was the bit of black which took me 15 seconds and I thought that I had gone slowly enough.

Saturday, 16 February 2019

Day 2011

Day 2011;

Today was another day of not having Wii Fit, my watch had me do only 5000 steps, pathetic I think.

Breakfast: croissant, jam, orange and cheese.
Lunch: chips, sausage and bread.
Dinner: buffet (starter), cheese fondue, turkey, carrots and something.
Drinks: fruit juice and coke.
Snacks: jelly babies, chocolate biscuits and something’s else.

Now today I have been down the black runs, well I’ve been down 2 more 3 times today, the majority successfully staying standing and other then the stop on the slope, which was caused by an errant ski pole, as I went over the ski pole and I fell into the slope, but fortunately I had managed to miss the ski as I had decided to take the ski down to its owner who had come rolling past me earlier on in the ski down but I managed to get back to my feet and both the ski and the pole to him, so he was only waiting for Emu to retrieve his other ski from further up the slope before he got on his way, after I had finished off the ride down to the end of the piest,

That was the second black run that we did today, I think, the other one had more to it and we all had managed to get down that one beforehand on both of our skis. Then later on today my family group managed to get back to the slope and Mich chickened out of doing the black again and he elected to do the red. Which goes around the black, so then Mich waited at the bottom of the run with a camera to film the rest of us coming down, I did it in 15 seconds, which I felt as if I had gone very slowly on it then after I went down C set off, he went so even slower than I, Emu was doing the back marking jog on him this time and nothing went wrong, so congratulations to C.

Friday, 15 February 2019

Day 2010

Day 2010;

Today I still haven’t managed to do a body test, I have also had some discouraging remarks made of my body size (mainly that there’s nothing of my body, even though I eat everything, basically, so that maybe why the chief likes me).

Breakfast: croissant, jam and orange.
Lunch: chicken sandwich with lettuce.
Dinner: starter, green lasagna, chicken, potatoes and panna cotta.
Drinks: fruit juice, iced tea and water.

Snacks: cocktail jellies, dark chocolate,chocolate coated rice cakes and other snack
Now I have stacked it again today, but it wasn’t until another little off piest section of the run as I had just been down a black run without stacking it, for the first time since the accident that left me like a bigger moron than I ever thought that I was.

I will lead a group skiing, just you mustn’t be needing to go to the place, at least not directly, unless it’s to a point on the same piest. As I will get lost, like I did last year, where I was leading the group and the piest split in two, apparently I only saw one of the options, the incorrect option which caused Ste to get lost.

Thursday, 14 February 2019

Day 2009

Day 2009;;

Now today was day 2009, and according to my watch I had managed to get to 10,000 steps before the day was up.

Breakfast: croissant, French toast, jam and orange.
Lunch: toasted sandwich (cheese and ham in white bread).
Dinner: starter,  venison pasta and omelette,
Drinks: fruit juice and iced tea.
Snacks: fruit pastels, cocktail jellies and some other snacks.

So it has been another skiing day today but I don’t think that I have actually stacked it today. Unless you want to include the part that I fell over my foot when I was standing still, I had been standing up before I lifted my foot/ski up to put it down the other way and I don’t know what happened, I found myself on the ground. But that was my only stack of the day.

So I have been to the quiz night, the team that I was part of came second, for the second year running, unfortunately it was only out of three teams, which was a bit of a disappointment this year.

Wednesday, 13 February 2019

Day 2008

 Day 2008;

Now according to my watch I have done 4027 steps which also gave me a distance of over 21 miles that I had traveled today on skis even if some parts were on the chair lifts.

Breakfast: croissant, chocolate spread, honey, orange and French toast bread.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese and ham in white bread) and toasted sandwich (ham and cheese in white bread).
Dinner: starter, something which had corn flower in (I think), veal, green beans and some chocolate cake.
Drinks: fruit juice and water.
Snacks: white and dark chocolate bar and cocktail jellies.

But then today I stacked it while I was skiing, not once but twice. The first time I breaked too hard on my skis while I was on a bit off pieste and I flung myself over. Then the second time I was going down off an off pieste section onto the pieste when I hit the pieste with my skis I kind of bounced off the snow, and did a little forwards roll and I splatted myself on the pieste, but I remembered something that John told us after at the dinner time later today, that if you keep your skis on while you’ve stacked it it doesn’t count, of which my skis stayed firmly attached to my feet throughout both of my stacks today. So I have been wondering if I should count them?

Tuesday, 12 February 2019

Day 2007

Day 2007;

Now today my watch has ran out of battery but before it ran out of battery it recorded just over 5 hours of ski time where I had traveled over 20 miles, but then over half of the distance that I covered must have been on skis, as the lift only go in straight lines so therefore the shortest line between two points and we didn’ ski directly from point to point, as that would be reckless as well as very difficult, as we sometimes have to go over forests and other difficult to avoid obstacles.

Breakfast: croissant, honey, jam, orange, French toast and biscuits.
Lunch: toasted sandwich with chips.
Dinner: starter, solid soup, rabbit, potatoes and Panna cotta.
Drinks: milk, water and fruit juice.
Snacks: cocktail jellies and two other snacks but I have forgotten now.

So it was another day on the slopes of Italy but today I have done an at least 20 mile ski around the Italian alps, well I had done about 20 miles by the time that my watches battery died.

Now I have met someone today that has actually caught a fish and ate it. He was telling me how he cooked it which was very interesting. He was also saying how he had lived in a teepee for a good portion of his life prior to coming out to Italy skiing, he was saying how he’d get by only having to work for seven days a month with his only exspense being the cost of his campsite fees, but it’s all over now as he’s got a girlfriend which he’s moved in with, but the teepee sometimes gets a run out even now, the teepee was quite a sturdy structure, from what I have seen of it which wasn’t much as I was looking primarily at his dog which was a brown labradoodle which was in the foreground of the picture.

Monday, 11 February 2019

Day 2006

Day 2006;

Now I haven’t done a body test but in steps I only had 4487 but I had traveled 9.65 miles and 3582 cal today according to my watch.

Breakfast: croissant (with jam),
Lunch: pizza (margarita and salsiccia).
Dinner: starter, omelette, something and something else but I have forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit juic and coke
Snacks: fruity pastels, rice cake and some little like wotsits ball.

Today I had a lazy day according to my step count but I have actually been skiing, which can explain the almost 10 miles of distance that I have covered.

So I have been skiing today and I have been skiing in the Italian alps, but then probably the majority of the mileage that I have done was on the chair lifts.

Sunday, 10 February 2019

Day 2005

Day 2005;

As I have been in Italy for the past day I cannot give you any Wii Fit data, but my watch tells me that I have had 0 sleep, I have done 10,044 steps which burned off 2338 calories.

Breakfast: bacon with brown sauce sandwich and something.
Lunch: tomato pasta.
Dinner: starter, gnocchi, something with peas and lemon cake.
Drinks: water, fruit juice and coke.
Snacks: I’be forgotten.

Well today I have had another lazy day a day in transit, a day in transit from the relative comfort of home to the relative comfort of a hotel in Italy.

I have gone to the ski hire place, to hire some skis for tomorrow, the only other thing that I have done today other than travel the majority of it sat down, was my jogging on the spot.

Other than that I have had a lazy day, getting on an aeroplane.

Saturday, 9 February 2019

Day 2004

Day 2004;

BMI was up to 19.89, as I had a lazy day with only 8835 steps (or 5.72 km walked) and I had burned 824 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef in wholemeal bread) and something.
Dinner: chicken, sausages in bacon, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, peas, carrots, roasted potatoes and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water, hot Ribena and shloer.
Snacks: orange, banana, apple and yogurt.

Now today my time was up as I had boccia in the morning, then after that I cannot remember that I did pretty much anything, until I went to watch the football, which was a very good game. The team that I was there to support won 3-0, and it wasn’t Manchester United, as I am not a big spender but the team that I support won by the same margin as the resurgent Manchester United, wow.

So today in the premier league not only did Manchester United win by 3 goals to 0 but so did Liverpool to take themselves back to the top of the premier league. Burnley won 3 - 1 in the premier league Then I think that a couple of the teams got a win of 2 - 1.

Friday, 8 February 2019

Day 2003

Day 2003;

According to Wii Fit my BMI was down to 19.62, my steps were 10,023 (was only 6.49 km) and the amount of calories I burned were 1005.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef in wholemeal bread) and something.
Dinner: scampi, chips, peas and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: some jelly babies.

Today I have had another little jog in the afternoon on the treadmill, it was only about for half an hour and I had got about 3 miles jogged in that time. I really disappointed myself with how unfit I had become over the past few days of inactivity as after only 8 minutes, that I know of I got myself a stitch by that I am referring to those little irritations which affect you if you’ve been exserting yourself just below your rib cage, it generally only affects me on either side before now though I do believe that it has affected me on both sides simultaneously. That wasn’t today as it was only affecting me on my right hand side for the jog.

That was my only exercise that I did today, apart from the jogs on the spots that I have done from time to time to make up for my lack in steps today.

Thursday, 7 February 2019

Day 2002

Day 2002;

BMI of the day was 19.95, but my steps had increased to 10,076 (6.52 km) and I had burned 781 kcal, which I could probably put down to the lack of doing anything yesterday except the attempt to sweat out the cold virus and think about what Donny Tusk was saying about me going to a special place in hell.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: chicken pie, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, baked potato and chocolate cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: some jelly babies.

Now today I have been more energetic, than the previous two days as I have started off by going for a walk on the treadmill which later on changed into a walk around the local area, which was nice to get some air in my lungs after two days of being pretty much bed bound, as I want to get myself into peak physical condition for the following week of skiing, and now I know that Mich thought that skiing was the greatest experience of his life, last year, I’ve got to hopefully make it better for him this year, I don’t know how I can, it’ll be interesting to find out though prehaps if he can ski for a bit more with our group this year?

What is the special place in hell? Is it heaven, as I don’t know but heaven seems to be a special place that you go and your dead just like hell but it’s reserved for the people that are most devout to there individual religion, or the unborn (those that are without sin), if you want to go that far, from the beaten track of sanity. As if you just imagine, there’s no heaven, it’s easy if you try, no hell bellow us, above us only sky, I’m sorry for my musical interlude I’ve been doing that a lot as of recent times. As I was meaning to state, before I got distracted, if you just imagine hell and heaven are like 2 sides of the same coin, you wouldn’t get one without the other, the carrot and the stick, up and down, so in that it makes sense to place heaven above and Hell below. Which is why I think of heaven and hell as the same space just that Heaven is a special place in Hell, what is hell? Hell is other people according to Jean Paul Sartre, but that’s for another time, the Hell which is most commonly referenced is the religious one which is supposed to be the world of the dead, in what ways is it any deferent to heaven? Just the accompanying crowd as there’re a lot of quality criteria for you to get into Heaven which don’t exist for Hell as for Hell you just need to have lived in some cases not even that, but Heaven you are set some other requirements to gain entry into depending on whichever you choose, it could be that you do a lifetime of selfless work for charity but you don’t say that you believe in a magical sky demon then you’re going to Hell but you could spend all of your days torturing people for laughs but you say a prayer every night or you have a death bed conversion and your sent to heaven when your time comes.

Wednesday, 6 February 2019

Day 2001

Day 2001;

For my BMI today was 19.85, then I had done 1832 steps which was a pitiful 1.19 km and I had burned off 479 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, plum, apple, pear and grapes.
Lunch: sandwich (chicken, bacon in wholemeal bread, raspberries apple batternburg.
Dinner: chicken pie, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, Ribena, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: 2 jelly babies.

According to Donny Tusk there’s a special place in hell for Brexiteers without a plan, does he mean me? If he does then someone should tell him that empty threats mean naught as your promise of an afterlife does to me, an afterlife in hell is meaningless to a nonbeliever, at least I am not a nonsense believer like yourself is inevitably unless you think, quite correctly probably, that what you said was, in which case I believe that you’re full of sh... language Savage, sorry Yellow anyway as I was meaning I believe that Mr Tusk is full of watsits. Now that is the blokes concept of hell if he even believes in it, which I state is doubtful, sufficiently deconstructed, I do believe. As for the Brexit without a plan, I have been prepared for a “no deal” scenario, in fact that is what I voted for, and whatever the government can get back off of the EU would just be a bonus, because we’ve elected a Remainer leader for the proceedings she’s just let you get away with fleecing us and thinking that’s a good deal now you’ve seen what you can get away with from the PM your just attempting to call her bluff and then when we leave on the 29th of March with a no deal, are you really going to stop using us to push your goods on? Or are you just going to stockpile it in Calis, annoying your pissed off Frenchies as your at it, which may have a knock on effect on the Frogs joining into your marriage, divorce? But then what’s more didn’t the Irish vote to get out of the EU a while back? How would they like to come with us? Or alternatively they could join up with the north of Ireland and they could leave the rest of the EU and UK behind, have a reunified Ireland.

Tuesday, 5 February 2019

Day 2000

Day 2000:

BMI was up to 20.18, my steps were down to 1746 (which was 1.12 km) and then I had only managed to burn off 426 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese with white bread) and something.
Dinner: vegetarian burger and chips.
Drinks: milk and fruit squash.
Snacks: 2 jelly babies.

As I have been attempting to recover from the cold that I have found that I have got as I’ll be flying to Italy for skiing sometime in the next few days so I can’t be going off to skiing with a cold, well I could it just isn’t ideal.

So I have been being lazy for today laying down in bed for the day, and all of the night, (girl I want to be with you, for all of the day and all of the night- the Kinks) in order to aid my recovery, at least according to Tini. I have been taking her advice for the day. So no exercise for today was how it went, and probably will continue tomorrow.

Monday, 4 February 2019

Day 1999

Day 1999;

20.15 again today, but only 11,443 steps (which gave me a disappointing distance of 7.41) and only 784 kcal burned.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, apple, pear, banana and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: sausages + vegetable stew with dumplings, crochet potatoes and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: 6 quality street chocolates and 4 jelly babies.

Today has been a bit of a lazy day even though I have been jogging on the spot on and off for a good portion of the afternoon, but then again I had only done a walk to a local shop and hairdressers.

So what was the point of today? Other than Manchester Citty managing to get up to within one win of the premier league title, for a second year on the trot, which was as Liverpool somehow managed to score a goal against West Ham who by the second half they had got back into the game and that is how it finished, 1-1 Weat Ham - Liverpool. If Liverpool can’t shake the monkey off their backs and if Manchester City keep winning they’ll get overtaken in the race for the Premier League title.

Sunday, 3 February 2019

Day 1998

Day 1998;

BMI has been 20.15 today, steps were up to 13,487 (which was equivalent to 8.73 km) and I had burned 1656 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, pear, apple, orange, apple and sultanas.
Lunch: chicken + vegetable stew, dumplings and chocolate trifle.
Dinner: sandwich (cheese and ham in wholemeal bread), fruit cake and tunocks wafer.
Drinks: milk, hot Ribena, water and fruit squash.
Snacks: blueberry muffin and tunocks wafer.

 have been on a cycle ride and I have gone to skiing today, then in football there’s been one of the greatest non story ever, it’s come from Ole Gunnar Solskear, saying that he can see Manchester United winning every game that is left to them this season. Well so could I see the team that I support winning every game of the season but it’s just not very likely.

So the BBC has run the following story, and I’ve heard it a lot over the course of the last however long it has been that the folk on the radio have finally decided to virtue signal about this, but I know that it is BS even if it is something to do with your hunger and everything similar to that, as if I’m hungry almost all of the time, and anyway I still do a lot of exercise to balance it out, like today I have gone on a slow 28 mile cycle, on a tandem, it took us over 2 hours to ride, and I have gone skiing in the afternoon and I know what you could say to me that I’m privileged enough to own a tandem which isn’t cheap and I’m privileged enough to go skiing, of which I would say yes I am privileged with all of the stuff that I have got and done.

Well the first thing of privilege/a tandem I have got as I cannot ride a bike on my own for obvious reasons, to me at least (meaning that I have had a slight altercation with a moving vehicle, which knocked some sense into me some sense out) I need Mich to steer and balance me, to name just two. But skiing you fat folk can enjoy also as on the radio they were on about making obesity a disability, so that should make it easier for all of the fat folk getting into SnowSport, the same way as me, from DSUK, but if fat people wanted to get into SnowSport maybe they wouldn’t be so fat?

Day 1997

Day 1997;

BMI today is 20.24, my steps were only 10,666 (the number of the beast which in turn was a most disappointing 6.91 km) and I had burned 1010 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: omelette (cheese and mushroom), muffin and pastry.
Dinner: steak and ale pie, vegetables and tart (peach and nectarine).
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: banana, grapes, apple, orange and yogurt.

Today I’ve been having an exceptionally lazy day, as it started with me getting up, as usual, but this day I was “awoken” by Tini as she was in a hurry as usual to get me out to Boccia. Which is one of the laziest sporting activity to actually be called a sport. Then in the afternoon I watched the six nations rugby, which was great, two games two very similar scores,

With Scotland vs Italy the score was 33-20, to Scotland in Edinburgh at Murrayfeild, which was accompanied by the score 20-32, to England against Ireland in Dublin’s Aviva Stadium. The first of which, Scotland vs Italy, was pretty much game over by the time that I started watching the match as the score 33-3 pretty much as soon as I had started watching, then the Italians started playing by scoring 3 tries, one of which was converted which gave the appearance of a closer game than it actually was, then the second game of the day or the third of the tournament, was Ireland vs England, with the game where Ireland was the favourites to win not just the game, but the grand slam, which is now an impossibility now thanks to those English mongrels now the English mongrels can win the grand slam, if they win the remaining 4 matches. Then that predicament goes for Scotland and Wales also/the British home nations.

Day 1996

Day 1996;

My BMI was 19.98, I was down to 12,403 steps which was only 8.03 km and I had burned off 1421 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, grapes, pear, orange and yogurt.
Lunch: KFC wrap (with tomato and lettuce), chips and fruit cake.
Dinner: scampi, chips, peas, tartar sauce and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: cheesy bites.

I have seen some stuff, I have done some stuff and I have been confused, the usual. As I thought that I had already wrote something for this spot here earlier, and it has appeared to have disappeared.

So today I have seen a load of stuff on the internet and the Welsh win in France at Rugby, which was as I’d predicted, the game was unexpected in by the end of the first half the score was 16-0 to France, but then after the first part of the second half the Welsh had got themselves back in the game with 2 converted tries so the score was 16-14 before a penalty kick to send the Welshies a point to the good, at 16-17, for the French team to get back ahead by a penalty kick of their own, but if they had been scoring the penalties and conversions in the first half they’d have probably been at 23, but they weren’t the French hadn’t managed to punish the Welshies, and now those Welshmen were leading, for a couple of minutes before the French got a penalty to get a score of 19-17. Then it was the final section of the game and the Welsh managed to score another try and then convert it making the score 19-24, and then the game was carrying on with the French until the clock turned red and the Welsh managed to get turnover ball so that all was left was for the dragons to kick the ball out of play to end the game.

Then also today I have been on the treadmill, turbo trainer, trampoline and the rowing machine, to get my daily steps. I’m thinking that I have done some yoga as well today.

Thursday, 31 January 2019

Day 1995

Day 1995;

I had a BMI of 20.05 today, my steps had decreased though (13,458/8.71 km disappointingly low) and I had increased my calories burned (1410 kcal).

Breakfast: cereal, yogurt, orange, banana, apple and grapes.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese and pickle in wholemeal bread) and cake.
Dinner: pasta meatballs with cheese and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Today I have been on the turbo trainer and on the treadmill, so it’s a TT of exercise, despite not going fo a anywhere as a tourist or even having a chance to pick up a trophy, as that is what TT means Tourist Trophy.

Within my treadmill walk, which I started off by going slowly, it was at 5 kph, then I increased my speed to 6 kph, then after a little while I increased my speed to 7 kph but then from that point I decided to decrease my speed by 5 every other 4 minutes then on the other 4 minutes I’d Increase my speed to 7 kph, so I was basically continuously changing my speed between 6.5 and 7, for today the remaining about 36 minutes. For which my Wii Fit gizmo was saying that I was running, at that time.

On the turbo trainer today I rode around London, so with my last two days I have been to London on. All be it in a game the second time. Now I wonder if you have ever thought about a fusion of a couple of games, how about a fusion of the Legend of Zelda and GTA? You could play as Link, the scoundrel off Hyrule. Who was attempting to get into the bedchamber of the Princess when he was accosted into becoming the unlikely hero of Hyrule.

Wednesday, 30 January 2019

Day 1994

Day 1994;

My BMI was 20.21, I had walked 18,252 (11.82 km) and I had burned 1240 kcal today, from walking around London and having a bounce.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, grapes, orange and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef and cheese), Batternburg and fruit cake.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snack: 1 chocolate croissant.

On this day I have walked around London a bit for my eyes to get injected, but then we walked back to the train station in double speed, not literally but we walked back a relatively fast pace just to get the train that was supposed to leave relatively soon after we had arrived back at the station, but we got onto the train in time but then the train was cancelled, so we had to get another later train in order to get back to a station close to the one that we were using just so we could wait around for another train to get us back to the starting place, which was irritating.

So today we never got a bike ride in today, even though we had enough time, but we were just lazy. I know that I got another little bounce in today, it wasn’t very long or energetic so I can just write that off for activities that I have done today, basically.

Tuesday, 29 January 2019

Day 1993

Day 1993;

19.82 was my decreased BMI, and I had walked less steps at 13,594 (only 8.80 km) and I had burned off 1240 kcal according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: sausages sandwich (wholemeal bread) and something.
Dinner: pie (minced meat), cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green beans and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.

So football today was interesting as both of the Manchester teams failed to win, and what’s more Manchester City lost their game, it was against the Premier League strugglers Newcastle, after leading the game 0-1 after 24 seconds Newcastle United first managed to equalise in the 66th minute before scoring a penalty in the 80th minute to give themselves the win, by 2-1, so congratulations to Newcastle they have kept Liverpool 4 points adrift at the top of the league, tomorrow we will see if Liverpool can take advantage of this unexpected event and grow the gap at the top out to 7 points, from the 4 points that separates them at the moment. Then after the good start under new management for Manchester United Manchester United come back after being 0-2 behind in the second half, to draw the game 2-2, which puts them 2 points off both Arsenal and Chelsea, but Chelsea have a game in hand on them, so the gap to Chelsea could be 5 points.

That’s enough about football, today I have started off by having a row, then I went on a walk to another house. Up next must have been that I’d been to the gym, where I broke my 10,000 step goal, on the Latteral Cross Trainer, by 44 steps, then next up in the gym I had a go on the exercise bike before returning home and having another half hour on the turbo trainer.

Monday, 28 January 2019

Day 1992

Day 1992;

My BMI was 19.95 today, my steps were 17,614 (11.40 km) and 1640 kcal is the amount of kcal that I burned off.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, grapes, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: sausages, vegetable stew (peas, carrots and mushroom), dumplings, cream egg trifle and Jaffa cakes.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: 6 quality street chocolates.

Today I have been on the treadmill for a walk in the morning, it was a walk to watch a bit more anime, I think. Then later on today I had myself another ride around London. Now in a 10 minute cycle around Watopia I managed to average a speed of above 21 mph, I think, then for my almost hour ride today I managed to average 20.3 mph which isn’t really that bad in depreciation, considering the speed that I started off by reaching, I’m guessing that it was a miracle that I managed to average a speed of anything close to 20 mph, as Mich had done another ride yesterday around the same course and I had got further than him in similar time, but his times for the first sections of the course were still better than mine, which I find interesting, I must get quicker off the blocks,

Then recently I have been discussing with my most exotic friend about skiing, and whether the activity of skiing is exotic or not, as I thought that it wasn’t, as it wasn’t hot enough to be classed as exotic, then again I was incorrect about my definition of what it takes to be called exotic. I believed that it had to be hot to be classed as exotic like exotic dancers, you know the dances that are in Hawaii but I was incorrect about that as those dances are called hula dances not exotic dances, so a miss understanding on my part there. Typing of Hawaii today I have been looking at YouTube and they have been off skiing in Hawaii, or at least some people have. Then Mich said that with the amount of snow that they have got there we may as well just go to Scotland.

Sunday, 27 January 2019

Day 1991

Day 1991;

Now my BMI for today went up to 20.31, my steps went up to 12,601 steps (8.16 km) but I had only burned 907 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: prawn open sandwich, something and Jaffa cakes.
Dinner: chicken, vegetable stew (carrots, peas and mushrooms), crochet potatoes, cream egg trifle and Jaffa cakes.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, ginger beer and hot Ribena.

So today has been a day of rest, for me. On this day I haven’t been on the bike. I ain’t really done anything, but I had managed to get to 2000 steps by an equivalent time as of yesterday and I had managed to get up to the step goal that I had set for me by going on a forty... about 5 minute bounce.

Now today I was attempting to remember what I had wrote for yesterday. The band that song I was steeling the lyrics from yesterday was Blink 182 and the song was called ‘All the Small Things’. Now that is what I think I forgot to put in yesterday.

Saturday, 26 January 2019

Day 1990

Day 1990;

20.21 was my BMIx, I had made 10,089 steps (6.53 km) and I had burned 910 kcal, today apparently.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: something, apple, banana, grapes, orange and yogurt.
Dinner: omelette (mushroom and cheese).
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, ginger beer and hot Ribena.

On today I have been on a little cycle for tonight and I have been jogging on the spot for about 40 minutes before I did my weigh, for today, just to make sure that I made my step quota for today, as I had been lazy for today.

I got up in the morning, I went to boring old boccia (lazy little sport where we’re sitting down throwing a ball) we managed to win in today’s practice match. Then after that I was just sat upstairs in my room “watching, waiting, commiserating, Say it ain’t so, I will not go, turn the lights off, carry me home,” in actual fact I cannot remember what I had done for the rest of the morning and into the afternoon. I know that I have been on a little cycle while I was waiting for something, of what I don’t know now, and I’m not too sure that I knew back then either.

That was it for my cycling experience for the day, and I still had to get my steps up to an at least respectable number as my steps were down at 2000 odd. So that’s why I was jogging on the spot for the last about 40 minutes.

Friday, 25 January 2019

Day 1989

Day 1989;

My BMI was up to 20.02, my steps were up to 13,373 (which means that my distance walked was up to 8.66) then my calories burned were down at 1198.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops with mini sausages on bread, chocolate covered rice cake and something.
Dinner: scampi, chips, peas, tartar sauce, vinegar and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: 3 qualify Street chocolates.

The dish which is described as a taste of Sri Lanka is vegetarian curry, well it’s a dish which has the three ingredients veg (vegetables), egg and curry,  and I think that there’s a dish called Sri Lankan Egg curry. Now what has inspired that, you may be wondering. Well it’s as I have got a new app for my iPad and one of the advertisements which come along with it is one for Sri Lankan food. And on the advert was listed the three ingredients, so I serched the internet and then it came up with veggitarian egg curry.

Then I had my charged my iPad I went downstairs to go for another treadmill walk while I was watching some stuff on my new app, before I had my walk I had been on the turbo trainer for a little while and I have been for a small amount of rowing, today. On my new app I watched some of The Rising of the Shield Hero, The Promised Neverland, Fairy Tail, Cells at Work and even some of the Quintessential Quintuplets. The Rising of the Shield Hero was a great show well the first couple of episodes were as it’s setting itself up to be a great/epic adventure game type thing a bit like Jumanji, but it’s from a book not a board game and the participants aren’t even from the same realities. And then it gets interesting with the Shield Hero getting betrayed so he decides to go it alone, for a bit before he finds a slave, then he can get the slave to do the fighting for him and he can do the defending for them both. The Promised Neverland was also good as it’s about a small group of orphans who are trapped inside a orphanage/farm as livestock for the creatures that live outside of their walls. Fairy Tail is about as good as it always has been which is very good in my opinion. How Cells at World kind of let me down slightly and the quintessential foursome let me down the rest of the way now at least in cells at work they have some fighting, in the four one it’s basically nothing happens..

Thursday, 24 January 2019

Day 1988

Day 1988;

My BMI today is down 19.92, as were my steps to 10,429 (which gave me a pitiful 6.75 km of distance) even my calories were down to 1249.

Breakfast: cereal, plum, grapes, pears, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef in wholemeal bread), lemon drizzle cake and yogurt.
Dinner: fish, carrots, broccoli, green beans, baked potato with cheese and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, ginger beer and hot Ribena.

Today I have been confused, as usual, unfortunately I probably shouldn’t have been as I could kind of remember about the thing that I was surprised about. I probably shouldn’t have been surprised to learn that the shaver that Mich bestowed upon me yesterday was in fact supposed to be mine but Mich had stolen it and had replaced it with his old one, but now that he has got a replacement for my shaver so he has given mine back to me, generous.

Wednesday, 23 January 2019

Day 1987

Day 1987;

BMI was down to 20.08, as my steps were down to 10,681, which was only 6.91 km in distance walked however it was 1312 kcal that I burned

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and grapes,
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef in wholemeal bread), lemon drizzle cake and tunocks wafer.
Dinner: Chinese takeaway feast and chips.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: 3 quality street chocolates.

This morning I have shaved myself with my new shaver, as Mich has passed on his old shaver down to me, which is funny as he passed his older one down to me the last time, I cannot remember it ever being quite as good as this one though. With the current shaver I could actually feel the smoothness of my skin where I had shaved my chin/neck for just up until now, and now it’s only gone a bit stubbly. Which is different from my old shaver, as when I used to shave I never got such a clean shave my face was like it had a lot of little things just hanging off my face, not that it really ever bothered me but it was just there so I dealt with it, as you do with clothes in the unbearably hot months of summer.

Then I have had another little cycle I only managed to get about 8 miles done around the streets of NYC. Next up I think I bounced, rowed, walked before a second row to make sure that I was getting the steps done correctly, but then I noticed that I had still got something like 37 more steps to do and my watch seemed to have frozen, so I got up and I moved on around to the trampoline to see if it will break the deadlock.

Now there’s a little bit of hate going down on social media recently, which is directed at a “kid” who’s in a pro-life March and he’s getting “assaulted” by a Native American bloke, and he’s just stood there but then people have been saying that he’s smirking at the bloke but I think that he’s trying his hardest not to burst out in a fit of laughter at the bloke as it has been said that the bloke had come between two groups one the group which had the “smirking” guy in the other was a group of black people, but in the video I only saw 2 white folk, well 1 was the “kid” the other was the Native American, I’m sorry if he’s meant to be a different skin tone but I was just typing as I saw it. The person that responded to my comment said stuff about the Traitor Trump (in what ways has he been a traitor to the USA?) and that they were there to  promote the restriction of rights to women (as of which part I also didn’t understand as if a woman has sex and gets pregnant that is her choice, if it isn’t then it counts as rape and I’m sure there’s exceptions if that happens so what’s the problems of?), and someone respond to that comment saying they don’t think that I’m worth responding to. Why not I brought up some relevant questions I though. If you don’t want children don’t have sex, simple.

Tuesday, 22 January 2019

Day 1986

Day 1986;

My BMI is at 20.11 again, I had only managed to make 11,761 steps (which gave me a distance of 7.61 km) and I had only managed to burn off 946 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, grapes, orange and yogurt.
Lunch: baked beans with mini sausages, sausages rice cakes, lemon drizzle cake and red velvet cake.
Dinner: pasta meatballs, mushrooms and chocolate cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: some more quality street chocolates.

So today I have done a 16 mile cycle around Central Park, NYC, before I had a little walk and a smaller row, before I went off and I had a bounce in order to keep my steps ticking over.

Now I remember that there was a giant cheer for the no-deal Brexit scenario, on question time the other day, it was as Mich was saying that he assumed that a no-deal Brexit was what we had all voted for, so Mrs May’s attempts to dilute the will of the people was unnecessarily and dam right insulting (no he actually only said the first part I added on the second part), as I personally did, I voted out, I never voted for any type of deal, I just wanted to get out; out of the EU, out of the Single Market, out of the common fisheries policy, out of the Schengen area (blooming heck I haven’t ever been on Holliday outside of the EU but I have always needed my passport so much for the thing on the abolition of passport control). Now back to the part on which Mich had said and I remembered that he had said that much after I was watching a YouTube video on this website and I took it down to him to show him that it was actually a position that had been taken. One that is a seemingly well held perspective on the issue, so I’m not mad.

Monday, 21 January 2019

Day 1985

Day 1985;

For blue Monday I had a BMI of 20.11, my steps were 7356 (which only gave me 4.76 km) and I had burned off 981 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef and cheese in wholemeal bread probably), tunocks wafer and something.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (orange) and hot Ribena.

Now today I have had another lazy day I know that I have been sat in the car for large portions of it. The only breaks I got was the start of the day I went off to a shop where I was bought some new salopettes/skiing (or snowboarding) trousers. I walked around the shop and I walked to another shop afterwards to get something for Mich, then it was back into the car home before another drive to the place of my snowboarding lesson which I ate my sandwich on the way to snowboarding, in the car. Then I had my snowboarding lesson which was fun, though it wasn’t very athletic I think that it was decided that I am more goofy than normal, in snowboarding, meaning that I favour my right leg more than my left leg then I kept stacking it as soon as I’d stopped, which may have been towards the point that my eyes closed at those points and my balance is hardly the best at any time let alone with my eyes closed and me thinking that I’m leaning forward. But then I got back into a car and I was driven back home where I had a 5km cycle on the turbo trainer.

I can’t wait until I get myself back off to Italy skiing, I cannot believe that it has only just hit me. As I have been wandering around for ages not excited about the fact until just now. It has snuck up to me and then it’s like it has just pounced upon me as a tiger does to its prey, or a cat does to a ball of wool.e

Sunday, 20 January 2019

Day 1984

Day 1984;

This day I had a BMI of 20.05! I’d increased my steps to 14,789 (which was a distance of 9.57 km) and I had burned 1103 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange banana and grapes.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: vegetable stew (mushrooms, broccoli and carrots), Yorkshire pudding, dumplings and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, ginger beer and hot Ribena.

Today I have been on the Classique course of London on another short but quick, relatively speaking at least, well I managed to get myself about 4 miles in just over 10 minutes and I was traveling at an average of about 22 mph. Now I have realised that I can actually reach some proper speed as long as it is on a short flat course. My average power (watts) were again just above 160.

That was just after I had spent half an hour on the treadmill, it was time for me to get running up the hill, again but this time it wasn’t to Kate Bush’s signing, “if I only could, I’d make a deal with god, I’d get him to swap our places, I’d be running up that road, id be running up that hill,” that song if you must know.so that was a little jog on the treadmill before my bounce then I noticed that I was running out of time so I quickly hopped onto the turbo trainer and I went on a short cycle before going upstairs to have a shower and then get myself dressed into another outfit so we could go on a walk to the place of habitation of GAK, and Flow had made an impression on GAK, but why  can’t remember.

Saturday, 19 January 2019

Day 1983

Day 1983;

My BMI for today was 19.89, and I had walked only 7199 (4.66 km) and I had burned 742 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: omelette (mushroom and cheese), salad (tomato, green leaves and croutons) and cake.
Dinner: chicken, broccoli, peas, carrots and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, ginger beer and hot Ribena.
Snacks: quality street chocolates

So today was another lazy day, as I had boccia in the morning, which was followed by a football match to see, which was a good first half of the game, pity that they appeared to loose all composure in the second half of the game, and they lost all 3 of the points that were on offer from the game..

Then Iwent home and I ate my dinner, before going out a lIttle 30 minute cycle around Watopia, or the easy (it said flat course).  Anyway I managed to get my speed up to 21 mph on the ride, but it was only for half an hour. So I only managed to get myself to 10.5 km around Watopia. 21 mph next up will be see i I can maintain that kind of form into the spring but I still have got skiing before the spring. I think it snowed a bit today, but it never settled.

Friday, 18 January 2019

Day 1982

Day 1982;

19.79 was my BMI, I had made 14,925 steps (which was 9s.66 km) and I managed to burn 1599 kcal today.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, grapes, orange and yogurt.
Lunch: toast (wholemeal bread), chocolate cake and fruit cake.
Dinner: fish (cod), chips, curry sauce and tart (peach and nectarine).
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Yesterday all my troubles seemed so far away,
Now it looks as though they’re here to stay,
Oh, I believe in yesterday,

Now I haven’t been to the gym today, in fact I haven’t been anyplace, so I have just been doing some exercises over here lost in space.

Exercise that I have done today consists of bouncing, riding on the turbo trainer, yoga and having a walk on the treadmill.

Yesterday what happened yesterday, I don’t know I cannot remember, if only I had it written down somewhere, ohh yeah I do, i will check back on it as soon as I’ve finished typing... here.

Thursday, 17 January 2019

Day 1981

Day 1981;

BMI is 19.82, steps today was 11,208 (7.28 km) and 1365 kcal burned.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, grapes, orange and yogurt.
Lunch: chip sandwich (wholemeal bread).
Dinner: sweet and sour chicken, rice and cream egg trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

In your head, in your head,
Zombie, zombie, zombie,

They are some of the lyrics from a properly decent song, by the Cranberries which is called Zombie, but Dolores (the bands lead singer has gone and popped her clogs, it was a year and 2 days ago) sad, I think is the correct response at least, I didn’t know her personally and her cause of death was drowning due to alcohol intoxication (being a bit of an idiot), then recently I have been exploring music from decades past, and I got to a playlist called 90’s Alternative, POP, Rock, Grunge and the good stuff. Which I clicked on from a video which was Green Day; Basket Case which is about the mentality ill, so that could be why I feel a great affinity with the song, even though I have been told that there’s nothing wrong with me mentally, all my problems are physical, yeah sure I believe you.

Now today I have been on the turbo trainer for a short period of time, but it was only a go slow as I had to stop part of the way through as there was a phone call and I had to act on instructions from the phone call which ruined my ride, then I did some bounce or was it before that I did the bounce? I also had another row and a treadmill walk. Then before I had done some yoga with Allergy.

Wednesday, 16 January 2019

Day 1980

Day 1980;

BMI for today is down to 19.76, my steps were down at 16,299 (10.55 km) and I had somehow managed to burn off an increased amount of 1674 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: baked beans with mini sausages, rice cakes, chocolate cake and fruit cake.
Dinner: pasta bolognaise, cheese and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Today I have been to the gym. I have been on another cycle at the gym, on the gyms exercise bike before transferring myself to the lateral trainer so I could have a little spin on that, but then again today I have been interested with the bike as I had traveled at an average speed of 19 mph and my watts were at something like 119 watts, but then Mich had done the same course as me but for half the amount of time and his speed was lower than mine but his wattage output was something more to the kin of 131 watts but I know that I did almost double the amount of distance within about double the time, so our average speeds were very close, I think that his average speed was point one off of mine, to the lower side that is, now how is he still beating me on the power of his ride?

Oh I also went on a walk and I had a little bounce to get my steps up, watch steps which brings me back round to the yoga that I did in the morning with Allergy.

Day 1979

Day 1979;

My BMI is 19.95, I had made quite a few steps (19,203 steps which was a distance of 12.48 km) and I have burned off 1227 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, grapes, orange and apple.
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef and wholemeal bread) and cake.
Dinner: fish (salmon), broccoli, green beans, carrots, jacket potato and tart (peach and nectarine).
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.
Snacks: some quality street.

202 aye v 432 nay, a defeat by 230. So that was the scale of Mrs May’s defeat in the House of Commons today, which is really quite big a defeat, but their was a bigger defeat just prior to it which had something like 600 votes against and the rest of the votes for, well at least the votes that were cast for that vote, but 600-44 looks a bit correct.

But I think that this whole Brexit debacle has been handled terribly, right the way back to David Cameron. As he should have had some contingency plans for the outcome that happened e.g. by telling us all exactly what a “no-deal” Brexit will look like and by having a blueprint for his successor to follow, then Mrs May could tear up the blueprints if she saw fit, or she could pursue them, then if it still fall short we fall back on the “no-deal”, option. Then we, the Britain people could see exactly what they were doing and what they were supposed to be doing. Instead of the project fear that happened and kind of backfired, on his government.

But that was only on the box this evening, now this morning I had a cycle around Central Park NYC. My power output was pretty similar to every day previous minus that one anomalous result, which I foolishly thought that I could build on. But in the hour of my cycle I managed to get 17.3 miles on the turbo trainer covered, which I am unsure of whether to classify as a success, as it was 1.3 miles down on my distance of yesterday but, eww discussing word, it was over a hillier course, so I gained over double the amount in FT gained.

I have been on another little walk outside, to the GM’s home and then I have also been out for another little bounce and row as well as doing some more yoga. That’s about it that I have done today I do believe, the rest of it was listening to the government, who should have been better prepared for the outcome of the vote, and yes by that I mean that they should have included all parties in the Parliament, as in they should have tried having a cross-party consensus before the shambles of having there deal, destroyed in the way it was. I’m discussed by the government and there lack of preparation to handle these negotiations.
