Day 1062 ++

Day 1062++:

So I have just realised that I have forgot to inform you of what happened to me yesterday, other than that slight pro-union of Europe thing.

As what I did yesterday was I went skiing and then I went to athletics,

But today in Skiing...

I stacked it, for all who don't know what doing that entails it's basically a fall so I fell over, what happened was I was turning left and my left ski got burred under snow so I lifted my foot out of the snow, unfortunately my left ski didn't come with my foot so I was already leaning over my left side of my body to turn left my ski had just come off so I face planted in the snow, which was fun.

Then next up I played around with my hockey stick in the garden I was practising ball control as it shouldn't be long now until I get to play a bit of hockey for real, but this time will be with a puck. so practising ball control shouldn't really help. But I must remember to keep my centre of gravity low while playing, make it harder for them to knock me over. besides my hockey stick is now short so especially with a puck I will have to get down low.

Then finally today I had athletics and there was that thing that I put on last nights post about Dolly wanting to stay in the EU. Which I can't understand, yeah sure it'd be easier to stay in the EU. But if we stay in the EU we still have to pay our quite considerable membership fee, which I know we get some of back to be spent on projects that the EU want us to spend it on, that is f**ked up, they might as well not give us it back and instead spend the money for us that way it'd be more of "this *insert name of an object* was given to you by the EU" instead of having a plaque which says "this *insert name of an object* was bought for you by the EU" both mean the same.

Day 1062

Day 1062;

Today I have learnt of a group of people that are pro-EU.

Breakfast: cereal, apple and banana.
Lunch: cheese sandwich and biscuits.
Dinner: pasta + meat balls and a salted caramel chocolate pot.
Snaks: cake.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 3 300,ml mugs of fruit juice.

Pro EU ramble were being lead by Dolly, and there was only 2 of us that didn't put our hands in to the middle, me and Jasman (my "friend" from last week) didn't.If I could have spoke then I would have told them what I thought of it, which is that I don't believe that we are in the safest position when it comes down to it with the EU, as what is it that Dave Cameron wants to welcome Turkey into the EU which has got a high warning level for terrorism coming from there as well as a muslim majority, of which I'm thinking that a radical muslim preacher within a declaration of war against the west told his supporters to flood the EU and impregnate a lot of the women, over here to get a muslim majority on the west to work towards Mohammed's dream of muslim world domination. and even as I have no daughters I have some sisters and some friends that are girls, like Rose who actually put her hand in at the aforementioned juncture, that I am not wanting to get raped as that was what the muslim preacher man was was quite obviously alluding towards within his speech.

Day 1061

Day 1061;

So this morning I remembered  bit of what I was about to type yesterday but I never did, as yesterday I managed to get to my kcal goal, by about just before 3 o'clock I decided to play some more LoZ: TP and I defeated a mini boss that looked like a frog but on it's back it had a shoal of pirañas of which it shook them off to attack me then it'd jump up into the air and tries to squish me. Which was fun.

Breakfast: cereal, apple, banana and grapes.
Lunch: I cannot remember my main course but I know that I ate some cake for afters
Dinner: chicken, sausage, peas, carrots, stuffing and potato.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.

Today I missed my kcal goal and I put on a pound. But today I did do a 5 minute stint of chrunches then I followed it up by doing a 5 minute stint of sit-ups.

Yesterday or was it today? I watched Man U win the FA cup for a record equaling 12th time. record is now shushed bettween Arsnel and Man U.

Day 1060

Day 1060;

Today I had boccia practise, and I also had that little run around session in the hall afterwards, which I used in part to hone my stick and ball skills.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops on pork pie with a side order of toast and then I ate my way through a banana and some grapes.
Dinner: mac cheese with ham, chips and chocolate trifle.
Drinks:2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.
Snaks: I ate some more of my chocolate box.

Urg stick and ball, that just looks... disturbing,

Why we had these plastic sticks and we were hitting a ball around with them... Oh you were thinking "dirty" thoughts,

Only as you were. just as you were thinking how sexy rose looked in those trousers she wore on Monday, I think they are called Yoga pants.

Red! Shut up.But today in Boccia I lost my fist 2 games without scoring a sing;t point, then in my third game I actually won it...

Day 1059

Day 1059;

So today I missed out on my kcal goal by 12 kcal's. At least that's what my wii fit told me at the time of my weigh in, but I managed to reach my kcal's burnt today later,

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: cheese sandwich and cakes.
Dinner: chicken, carrots. chips and trifle.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 2 300ml mugs of fruit squash.

But today I realised that I had some more time to get into better shape before getting to play any hockey than I first thought. So I should keep myself getting stronger to negligée the factors that I guess could use as excuses, to expunge all of the pity that they may feel, for me it's a bloody insult to be the object of someones pity, save your pity for those that need it.

Now today I have done a 15 minute work out in the downstairs and I have also done a little exercise that I call the mummy sit-up, which has a name suggests is quite similar to that of the sit-up but you have to initiate your sit-ups from a lying down position and your arms are supposed to be stretched out in fount of you, when you are trying those.

Day 1058;

My weight increased by 2 pounds today, but were my abs that I was feeling the other day just wish thinking or were they a mirage?

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: I can't remember.
Dinner: I can't remember but I had some tiramisu for my pudding.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 3 300ml mugs of fruit juice.
Snaks: 1 pack of 3 turkish delights.
Drinks 2 300ml mugs of milk and 3 300ml mugs of fruit juice,

I have forgotten almost everything I did today, but I know that I have met my kcal goal but it was after my deadline, but from what I can remember I have been attempting to do my fitness regime, you know the 60 shenanigans and other stuff.

Oh and I have just remembered what I have done for part of today, It was watch some of the top 10 best (I thought that was what the top was about) horror anime.

Day 1057

Day 1057;

So on this day |I managed to get to my kcal goal, before eating my dinner which was a Chinese and the only thing that I eat from it is chicken balls and chips, as well as a healthy dollop of sweet and sour sauce just to put back on all my body weight.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops on toast with ham.
Dinner: chicken balls and chips, with some sweet and sour sauce.
Drinks: 4 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.

Today I found out that Islam isn't a religion of peace,



Also I have reached my kcal goal.and I have in actual fact lost a tiny bit of weight even though I that big load f Chinese food. But I watched Liverpool loose their Europa Final 1-3.at half time when Liverpool was winning it 1-0 and they managed to hit the back of their oppositions goal but it didn't count as the scorer of the first goal was sanding in an offside position when he attempted to direct the ball into the back of the net, then within the first 20 seconds of the second half their opposition team managed to get back a goal and they just never look like they were under threat from Liverpool in that half and won the game. So no more Liverpool in any European club competition next year. Which also means there isn't going to be a champions league final between Leister City and Liverpool, Shame.

I made my kcal goal today as I went to the gym today as did I conduct just about 15 minutes of shuttle running, to get myself fit enough for skating so I am hoping that I get fitter for skating before the time comes that I actually get to play, again.

Day 1056

Day 1056;

Irst I'd like to state that my little daily work out session is appearing to work on my abs now, not as in I now have a rock hard 6 pack on my chest, as I don't, yet. But I could feel my abdominal muscles under my skin.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and grapes.

Today I had done my 60 in my helmet so then I decided to give it a go at doing 60 push-ups in the helmet also, I starred off by doing a 10 then a short breather and I only got my 5 so the next time I did 15, 30 down 30 to go, so I decided to give it a go in more 2 attempts, the first of the final 2 attempts I managed 20, but I was only attempting to do 15. I had a long hard think about it and I decided to just go for as long as possible for my final set, so I did 30, before I got half bored and the other half a bit tired in my arms. Now I would just like to state that it's a kind of half push-up that I was doing not a full one.  2 times 60 accomplished, now I'm wondering what I should get done for a third? Crunches? Yeah lets have me do some more of those half sit-ups. So I did myself a third 60. I have done a 4th set of 60 also today, but this time it was in the corridor outside my room, I was pacing up and down it 60 times and then at the end of it I'd do a stretch down to my toes,



How interesting they clapped at that interval but were they clapping out of politeness or were they clapping as they like the fact that... It's probably in Berlin so... Berlin is going to become like London,



Is George Clooney still making films? I'm guessing so due to the fact that his latest film has got a grand total of 0 black people  in it, the word, hypocrite springs to my mind.

Day 1055

Day 1055;

It's a shame that 60m is't an Olympic distance, or even a Paralympic distance, as if it was then I'd probably get some more competition and I'd get shown up for the slowpoke that I am.

Breakfast: bowl of cereal, apple, banana and grapes.
Lunch: Potato salad, cream cheese, ordinary cheese snd grapes.
Dinner: Pasta, Quorn balls and a little chocolate orange mouse type thing.
Drinks: 3 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice/squash.
Snacks: a small amount from my chocolate box.

That is just a fact, there is no desperation within what he has said I'm thinking that I may have said something similar within a previous days post (before this todo about Boris Johnson correctly stating facts) which some people in the remain side of the debate find offensive, I'm sorry that you feel that way about facts seriously are you going to have a fit and hold your breaths until we ignore the facts they are not within your very restrictive view of "political correctness" such shallow fools...

Today I was doing a lot of 60's even 60 squats in my helmetBut today I also went to Athletics and I worked myself as hard as I could due to my problems with my eyes, one of the problems was the sun kept going into my eyes, but I am thinking that have got a new friend this week, I'm not sure if he was already my friend or not as I can't really remember one way or the other. But then there is another thing that I am unsure if I have noticed before, it's the fact that Rose was looking great.

Now I'm almost ready for my come back into the sport that I haven't played for almost 9 years. I hope my eyes stay open for long enough, my legs and arms remain strong enough, to support this hefty slab weight and to remain connected to my stick,  for me to have a go.

Day 1054

Day 1054;

Today I went out the back to play around with my stick and ball, buy today I got myself fully kitted up in my hockey gear, including skates.

Breakfast: cereal, apple, banana and strawberry.
Lunch: I can't remember.
Dinner: chicken in bacon, carrots and other stuff.
Drinks: 2 300m of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.

Now today I have decided to add the following song in, now how am I going to like it to the other stuff that I'm going to type about today?


Ok, I'be got it, I'm "on some foolish mission". Well my hockey trousers say Mission on, so I was in my mission hockey trousers doing some foolish shenanigans, as I was playing around with a stick and ball, then it was time for lunch so I had to get myself unchained, out of my hockey gear. which I did, but back when I was skating around outside I never really got far as my eyes were closed for a portion and I've got bigger than the last time, which shrinks the space that I have to play in.

 Cercei the manipulative kings mother just got herself owned by a member of the clergy, as we already knew that she was a little manipulative B!+(= but her new pawn has just taken down her rival and united the church behind them...

My eyes have just gone.

Day 1053

Day 1053;

This day I have achieved my kcal goal and I took my next step to being allowed to play around on skates, like I did in the old days.

Breakfast: cereal
Lunch: veggie burger in a bun and cake.  

Dinner: steak pie, new potatoes, carrots, strawberries and bananas.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 probably 150 mug of fruit juice which had the other 150ml filled up with fizzy water, about a 150 ml mug of fruit juice, 1 300ml mug of fruit juice.

Today I have actually built up a sweat when I wasn't doing athletics or or the gym, as I noted above I achieved my kcal goal as I was running around the hall that I did boccia in today. Now my harping on  about the old days comes down to the one day of the week, sometimes two, that I could properly feel alive and free (when I was playing roller hockey). What I was meaning by me feeling properly alive I was meaning moments of carefree exhilaration when you're so glad that you are alive, you know the world may be a giant turd but at least... and I could use it as a method of anger management, as everyone was wearing hockey pads so you could be as rough as you liked with anybody else that got in your way without fearing for their safety.

Also today I in some related news I got some new padded hockey shorts but this time they already come with an athletics cup inside of it, so my old one I no longer need. Which may be just as well in actual fact as the fabric on the old one has been getting a bit worse for wear over the past almost decade that it's been in the loft.

But it's the Game of Thrones season 5 that I have just been watching todayand just as I was thinking that Stansa Stark was about to be inn control of Ramsyy Bolton, she gets herself rapped by him.

Noe today I know that I still have the rest of my *things* to type about from yesterday but I have decided to type about something different for today?

Breakfast: cereal, banana and pear.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops, sausage roll and somethings else that I have forgotten.
Dinner: a margarita pizza.

Triggly Puff or #TrigglyPuff



Triggly Puff: what is the name about? I'm guessing the Triggy part is something to do with the trigger warnings and other foul shenanigans. But the word Puff is a word that I thought meant homosexual, but I can see that it could be equivalent to podgy as you can see the ripples of her body fat jiggling in a dance like fashion across her body in that gif image.

Don't worry Trig the song isn't directed at you as I'm thinking that you'd probably fit in on the dance floor if the Michelin man was there also, then the two of you could jiggle together.

I know I'm being harsh, but it's just she knows she's fat and she's proud of it, she doesn't think that she should even try to improve her body shape not for the good of her health not for the good go the ambulance staff that are going ti]o have to cary her into hospital after she has had a heart attack, at an age of something like 25.

But also when I look at that picture I'm thinking how many starving countries could be fed by the amount of food that she 's consumed.

Now today I thought  up a list of things to have me type about but I cut it down to a list of 3 things due to time constraints.

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal.
Lunch: I can't remember.
Dinner: hotdog, chips and a chocolate mousse.
Drinks: 3 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of some fruity beverage.

1. Queen saying the Chinese ambassador was rude
Now the Queen has been reported to have said that the Chinese ambassador was rude last year in his visit, as it was said in a private conversation between her and someone else, the only reason it's a big thing is that it was caught on camera. But I'm still perplexed as to why it's being made such a big thing about, it was Mrs Queeny's personal opinion on the man, there was no need to bring her husband int the conversation, as it's her husband, not her.

2. The EU and which side Winston Churchill would be on?
I personally think that if Winston was alive today he'd be discussed with this question. I know he fought against the geri's and won, not just to give them our soverenty without even the slightest pushback or struggle.

3. A weird noise
I heard a weird noise which I thought sounded like a cat but it sounded slightly more robotic and it was just drowning on for ages.

Now today I managed to teach my kcal goal but it wasn't in time, for my weigh in.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, grapes and pear.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops on toast.
Dinner: chicken balls, chips and a chocolate sundae thingy.
Drinks 2 300ml mugs of milk and 3 300ml mugs of fruit juice and the remnants of a carton of fruit juice.

Recently I have been thinking about the human species in a post-apocalyptic world where the human race has upped ancors and moved underground, which could be for multiple reasons like the earths air gets too toxic, with all of the carbon and other elements that are going to burn.



So today I...

Got up.
Toileted.
Breakfast,
Teeth,
Shower,
Shave,
Toilet (again)
Lunch.
Been to the gym.
Watched a whole load of stuff on my computer.
Watched X-Files.
Dinner.
Wii fit weigh in, I found out that I had failed in my kcal goal by 102 kcal,
Completed my watch through of the complete first 9 seasons of X-Files.
Got my 60 of today done.
Made up the final 102 kcal's.

Today was another lazy day for me.

Breakfast: cereal and banana.
Lunch: cheese sandwich (white bread), grapes and a chocolate mini roll.
Dinner: I',m unsure of what I had for the main course but I know that I ate some raspberry Panocotta for my pudding.
Drinks: 3 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit squash.

Today I failed to meet my kcal goal and I put on 2lb's,but today the wether has been better as it has been pouring down with rain for the majority of today.

Now up was today I have actually physically harmed Rose today, not good, as what we were attempting to do was run, a thanks to my eyes I accidentlly ran into Rose.

Breakfast; cereal, banana and grapes.
Lunch: pasta salad and mini chocolate roll.
Dinner: pasta salad and turkey in.bread crumbs.

Plughead retired, is the name of a film that I had ages ago, but I have lost it now. There is onl one part of the film that I can remember, it's the part where there is a woman in charge of a group of male prisoners and she was taking advantage of one of her prisoners,with him all tied In the back of the truck then she does some actions to him.

I would like to say that I'm sorry to Rose, at least as if you wanted to win a race outright you got to that way, as I know that you were talking about your going to win that race as well but I somehow don't think so, as I was starting the race from behind the line and I ran int your back, accidentally, as I couldn't sew, so why did I run you may say; good point but it was because I was instructed to by Mr B.

Day 1047;

Day that I have decided to call number 1047 has been a disappointing day,

Breakfast- cereal, banana and pear.,
Lunch- Chicken sandwich, grapes, Bakewell Cupcake and some Pork Pie,,
Dinner- Pasta salad (containing pasta, grapes, peaches, pineapple, apple), breaded turkey, cottage cheese and Cheese cake,

Ir has been disappointing as all 3 of the local football teams to me have lost, 1-2, 1-2 and then 3-2

What have I done?..
Awoken.
Got up,
Used the toilet,
Been downstairs for breakfast,
Gone back upstairs after eating,
Toilet (again), teeth, shower and shave,
Got dressed,
Made sure I still had my bag and it had the two season tickets in,
Mich checked and put things in my bag,
Mich and I, went to the football match,
Watched the football match,
Ate lunch,
Returned home,
We found out how well the top 3 clubs in our region did,
All 3 lost.
Ate dinner,
I mussed out on my kcal goal.
 Idid my daily 60 (with helmet),
Drank my 300ml mug of milk,
Brushed my Teeth.

Day 1046

Day 1046;

So today was intresting as even though I haven't actually improved in my fitness since this time last year I have managed to win 3 awards 2 of which that I missed out on last year, and the one that I got last year by default, i actually won outright this year.

Breakfast: bowl of cereal.
Lunch: banana, grapes and a chicken and mayo sandwich in brown bread.
Dinner: carrots, peas, jacket potato and fish fingers.
Drinks: 2  300ml mugs of milk, 1 bottles of Lucozade sport, 1 300ml mug of fruit squash and 1 300ml mug of fruit juice.

Today I had a good time outside in a park, as today I was competing in a little athletics competition, which was the same one that I did last year aproximatly this time last year, and the competition has dropped quite dramatically since last year  I'm stating that as I entered 3, the same 3 competitions as last year, and I got 3 gold medals first up was the long jump I jumped 2.7m or there about which for me was good but when I was competing I saw others get way further than me, like 8m of which I was thinking how brilliant are those people, how did I get a gold medal? How could I have even deserved it? Truth of the matter was that I didn't deserve it but I got promoted up to gold this time as no-one beat my distance leaped who was in the same disability classification as me. Similar thing happened to me in the 100m race Which reminded me of what happened in the 60m race a year ago, as I finished 4 but I was promoted to first due to the fact that I was the only person that was racing of my disability classification. Which happened in the 100m this time and the Long Jump but it didn't happen to me in the 60m race today, as I just put my head down and I actually ran, first time that I have done that in a while, probably the  first time I have done that this in this afterlife time. But I really have got to do that more often perhaps in the 100m or perhaps even further still.

So today I...

Toilet, Teeth, Shower and Shaved,
Got dressed,
Got into a car,
Got out of the car at the park,
Got myself signed in and numbered,
Awaited around for what seemed like hours,
Was informed that I had to go the sandpit,
I took a run up and jump or 3,
Was back waiting for my next event,
I stood behind the start line,
Ran the 100m race,
Went to get my lunch with Tini,
Sat down in the stadium, Tini was helping me with my lunch,
Ate my lunch,
Waited around for a long time,
Lined up for 60m,
Ran 60m, but this time I was watching the track beneath my feet just before I reached the line I checked the competition I was either first or second, I shut my eyes,
Watched Rose own her competition
In Rose's 60 m race, I didn't realise the obese people classed as disabled, but thanks to the EU they can now, anyway Rose won her race by a proverbial mile which isn't very surprising seeing how she was the only 1 of them that looked in shape and by aa long shot,
Went home.
Ate dinner.

Day 1045;

So today the weather was sunny.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: sandwich and chocolate brownie.
Dinner: I know I ate some peas and I also had some seafood sauce which should indicate that I have eaten some fish

The PM has failed in his push to turn all schools into academies. So that's one thing that hasn't gone his way, I wonder what else will go wrong for him this year, I hope the referendum goes wrong for him also and Britain can be it's own country again.

So I feel a little bit poetic:

How futile, this little thing that I call my existence, 
Which maybe extinguished with just one fatal error,

I know it doesn't rhyme but I think it's still a poem.

Done 70 sit-ups with hockey helmet on,
Done 2 sets of 10 half press-ups with hockey helmet on,
Done 2 sets of 10 squats with hockey helmet on,
Toilet, teeth, shower and shave,
Got dressed,
Moved my helmet, ball and stick downstairs so I could go out and play around a bit after lunch,
I ate lunch,
Put on my helmet, went out back with stick and ball gave myself a bit of dribbling practise,
As if you need it, I would probably need litre containers to trap how much you drool.
No I was meaning I was practising ball control.
Oh...
After that I moved my stuff back upstairs,
I also sorted the post.
I have also been thinking about if the PM has lost the populations confidence? Due to his latest failure,
I have completed my daily 60 in my helmet, I know  I did 70 earlier but I'm discounting that one,
Why did you not do it in your helmet?
How very muxh unobservant of you there Red, I obviously did wear my helmet earlier, look above to find out.
Ok... Why?
Why... because I have chosen it to be that way.
Eaten my dinner, and swiftly forgot about it,
Which may have something to do with what I was doing after as I ewas doing my weigh in and I got 22.01 for the 3rd day in a row.
Mich also achieved hid goal today, and there I was thinking that he'd never reach it, or was that what he said?
I drank a 300ml mug of milk and I brushed my teeth.

You may have guessed that I think what Barry Obama has done with the independence day for Britain is very hypocritical of him unless he wants the US to become a member state of the EU, of which he could do but I doubt very much that the American people would agree.

Breakfast: cereal, apple and banana.
Lunch: sandwich and sponge cake.
Dinner: Sgahetti bolagnaise and chocolate truffle

Anew national Holliday for the 4th of July un or dis or some other negative maker of independce day but if the friend of Britain and British intrests becomes your next pendent, Mr Donny Trump, he has already told us that he would be willing to make arrangement with us, which I support. But Hillary Clinton will be the next president of thee USA as if  they don't vote for her then the complete side of the regressive leftism will use it as "evidence" of misogamy.

Now on referendum day we will vote to remain in the EU, even with our pro-british people screaming until they are blue in the face about why we should leave. 

As much I hate to admit it but it seems that way Yellow, even though the only reason that some people want to stay, is because we know what we're going to get from the EU, but I don't understand that as isn't the EU expanding, or at least attempting to expand, and it's even going off into Asia, and poorer nations,  and with that so I can only see the cost on the countries with stronger economies like Germany and the UK will have to put more in without seeing any return on your investments. Germany may still be suffering from the condition holocaust guilt.

But why It happened a long, long time ago time ago no-one blames them for stuff that happened before the majority of them were born, or at least no-one should. As wasn't the Holocaust the brain child of one man who was a leader of Germany all those many years ago, who you may have voted into office but his  actions were his his own.

I have woke up.
traveled downstairs.
 Eaten Breakfast.
Came back upstairs.
Attempted to do my daily 60 (in helmet) but I got lost in counting and I did 91, I think, so I had to get my final 9 done to make it a decent number.
Next up for me was TTSS or Toilet Teeth Shower Shave, in that order.
Then I went downstairs and I ate my lunch.
Had a non verbal conversation with a friend of mine that I didn't realise still remembered me.
I did my mile/5 minute (whichever is longer) row.
I drank a second 300ml mug of milk.
Got the recycling bin in from outside of the home.
I ate my dinner.
I have seen two football marches today and the teams that I was supporting won.
I drank my self a 3rd mug of milk and I brushed my teeth

Day 1043

Day 1043;

It's that time for the almost blind, dumb and cripple, called Savage, to type again for his blog.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: sandwich and sponge cake.
Dinner:macaroni cheese.
Drinks: 2 300l mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.

I wouldn't mind saying that ableism is a joke.  It's like not saying you are too blind to drive a car Mr blind dude just so you don't cause offence, so you go ahead and you issue a drivers licence for them and then they run a red light due to the fact that they can't see it and they cause a giant crash, whose fault would it be? The blind man that we aren't allowed to call blind because of ableism or would it be the yours? Because you issued then the drivers license, or would it be the blind dudes fault as he was actually driving the car? As in actual fact it's both of the peoples faults it's the instructors fault for issuing the license and it's the blind bozos fault for using the drivers license and for crashing his car.

As if I just state the blind bozo as mentioned above was supposed to be me but in a few years time.

I got up I went downstairs to eat my breakfast.
I went back upstairs to toilet teeth and shower.
Then I took my hokey stick, ball and helmet downstairs, individually.
I ate lunch.
I went out the back of my home with the ball, stick and helmet to play around a bit.
I came inside again took my helmet off, I put my stick and ball down.
I finally drank my drink from lunch.
I put my ball back upstairs and my stick, individually.
I was wondering how far I have walked, with my Wii-Fit counter on, as I was curious to wether I have walked 500 miles or not, yet.


5 miles is 8km so 800km to get me up to 500 miles 1600km in 1000 miles.

But then I traveled down stairs and back up to get my helmet and I have done another 60 in my helmet when I got back up the stairs.
You can also see by the above youtube clip that I have also watched some YouTube videos, well defiantly 1 and it'd be safe to assume that I have watched others today, as I have.
I've also watched some more of the X-Filles.
I watched the second semi-final of the champions league, it went the way that basically everyone thought it would Real Madrid won. but only by 1 goal and they should have  had a man sent off in the final 5 minutes of the game, according to Mr Webb.
I ate my dinner.
Now today I had burnt off more kcal's than yesterday but I put on a pound.
But then I have drunk my 2nd mug of milk and I have brushed my teeth.

Day 1042

Day 1042;

Now what I was meaning by yesterday's exultation with Leister winning the Premier League for the first time, ever, yesterday was as Chelsea won it for them with a fantastic performance against  there local rival Tottenham by scoring twice in the second half to level the tie up at 2 goals a piece which also means that Chelsea manage to extend their unbeaten run against Tottenham at their own home ground by another year.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: sandwich and sponge cake.
Dinner: A pie, carrots and sponge cake.
Drinks: 2 300ml mug of milk and 2 300ml of fruit juice

Now I got myself up in the morning, I travelled down stairs and I ate my breakfast, then I came back upstairs and I went into the shower/toilet room, I toileted, showered and I scrubbed my teeth. Then I went back to my room and I got dressed and I got my hockey helmet on, but then I had to exit my room to get it tied up and all that. So I had my new hockey helmet on to allow me to do my daily 60, I've decided to put my helmet on for every 60 now to give me more weight to lift which should make me stronger in the long term. Then I watched the below videos on YouTube. Next up was lunch time, after that time and I ate my lunch then I went back upstairs after lunch. I tried on my helmet again and did another 60, I also watched 'Ghost Busters' and I watched another whole load of YouTube videos (which weren't the ones bellow). Also this afternoon I have played around for about 5 to 10 minutes out back, just a pleasant enough little hit around single player hockey, without goals or skates just me, a sticks and a ball. Also today I have watched the Theatrical release of Alien Resurrection I started my watch through of it before I ate my dinner then I finished it off after I had eaten my dinner. So I would like to watch the special edition just after I have done my daily weigh in, but I'll see. My BMI today was exactly where I wanted it to be as I had lost that pound that I needed to, but I totally failed on my Kcal goal, for today, which has got me wondering, wondering if I'll just shrivel up and die if I continue doing nothing for tomorrow? That's it for Alien, as I have just finished my watch  through of the Alien film franchise as well watching the complete first 8 series/seasons of X-Files the other day next up is series/season 9 of X-Files. But then to finish off today I have just finished off my mug of milk and I have brushed my teeth, time for bed I'm thinking.

What the hell is ableism? Now that looks like a name for a YouTube video that I'm wanting to make.

The directly above video (5 Harmful Things About Ableism) the video is stupid It's basically some namby pamby man saying 5 things that he thinks are wrong with the world the disabled are generally a thick skinned set of people, from experience they are at least, I may have only been able to call myself a cripple for coming up to 9 years now but I am thinking that I could have been classed as disabled for much longer, due to the fact that I have worn specs since I was at least 10, now apparently I could get registered as blind according to Allergy who is almost a nurse.

Day 1041

Day 1041;

Wow, that was amazing, Chelsea were 0-2 behind at half time against Tottenham, before the match as well as during the match the commentators were saying that Tottenham haven't beat Chelsea at Stanford bridge since 1990.

Breakfast: bowl of cereal, apple and some banana.
Lunch: sausage and mash, carrots, roast potatoes and chocolate brownie.
Dinner: a slice of cake.
Drinks: 3 300ml mugs of milk 1 250ml cup of apple juice.

Today I got up early, well earlier than usual. I went downstairs to eat my breakfast. Then as soon as I accomplished I went back upstairs, then I did toilet, teeth, shower then just as I was shaving Tini interrupted me and ordered me to get dressed then she'd shave me, so I got dressed and Tini "shaved" me, Mich wasn't impressed with mu face.  Then we went on a road trip, which isn't one of my favourite pass times, we went on a road trip, which was my second in 2 days but this time I was travelling south/to Emu's. Instead of West as I was yesterday.

Emu was today talking about her friends and their weddings. Then we went out for lunch. Then we finished our lunches and we went on a little walk. Back to the house then back home but other than that?

Day 1040;

Today was another day of my life which has ended in failure.

Breakfast: bowl of cereal and banana.
Lunch: mashed potato, roast potato, carrots, peas and chicken.
Dinner: the second half of my margarita pizza.
Drinks: 1 300ml mug of milk, 1 300ml mug of fruit juice and 1 300ml mug of fizzy orange.

A funny thing happened to me today, as we were n the car on our way back home from some random place when on the cars radio it had the tune "would I lie to you" playing and they asked what year did that dong reach number 1 in the UK charts, so Mich was taking everybody's guesses and for me as I can't speak he said my guess was 1992, Allergy guessed 1989 which I thought it was in reality, but if you'd know it was really 1992, so I got it correct on default.



I am really starting to wonder how I could get this blog to read more as a diary.

I've got an idea of how  I might be able to get this thing up and running as an actual diary, if a diary is just a thing which you just list all of the things that I have done and include a little bit of personal comontry to each?that should suffice.

Day 1039

Day 1039'

Today signified the 7th day in succession for me not to meet my kcal goal, but even though my weight is still about 2 pounds above my goal, my weight has decreased slightly.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: omelette, chips and a slice of sponge cake.
Dinner: half a 9 inch margarita pizza, banna and a bit more of my chocolate box.
Drinks: 2 300 ml mugs of milk and 3 300ml mugs of fruit juice.

Bu also today I went to the shops with Mich and I got myself a new roller hockey helmet which actually fits now. But als today the football team that I support managed to get a 2-2 draw against a side that is pushing for promotion and the team that I support had it's goalie stretchered off before the end of the match as the score was 2-1 to the opposition and then it was in the last minute of a lot added on time at the end of the game that the team that I support managed to score to make it a final score of 2-2.

Day 1038



So today I had an expertly lazy day, of which I could say that my BMI has gone up twice in the two previous days but I have almost met my kcal goal on both so I was just attempting to mix it up, but no I wasn't.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple
Lunch: spaghetti hoops on toast.
Dinner: omelette, chips and Bakewell tart.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.

But today I have done my 60, and I have also brought my hockey sick and ball down to play a little game outside, but it's a single player match, without goals.

So in fairness it wasn't a thing like a hockey match.

But today Allergy noticed my receding hairline, as did I a number of years ago, but notice this small fact I can't see my hair line.

Is Leister going to win the Premier League? I hope so, They just need to win 1 out of their last 3 matches, but next up is Manchester United, if they beat them they get 3 points to make them 10 points clear of Tottenham and Tottenham only have 9 points to play for or they could draw all 3 of their matches which gives Leister 3 points then it would be impossible for  Tottenham to beat them, but then 1 loose and 2 draws then it'd be Tottenham's to steel away from Leister City.

Today I have accomplished my 60 for today at least once, as my first attempt ended at 30 the second ended at 10 third 30 fourth 60 but I got myself a bit confused around the numbers of 30 and 40 as I am think ing that I skipped from 39 to 50 so I didn't count that one then at the fourth attempt I made it.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: chicken sausage roll, cheese and chocolate doughnut.
Dinner: pasta Bolognese and Bakewell tart.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 3 3000ml mugs of fruit juice.

But I'm thinking that today my faceybooky profile picture got another like and it was from another one of my old time team mates. so he was probably thinking much the same as my other old school team mate/Mr R14.

Now I can't remember much about what happened to me this morning and for me it only ended something like 1 hour 12 minutes ago, should I be worried?

Breakfast cereal and banana.
Lunch: chicken sandwich and a chocolate mini roll.
Dinner:
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of apple juice and 3 300ml mugs of milk.
Side note? Beneath note (now that's more like it): now today I knew I had my 5 a day ready for consumption almost from the off, as I had been downstairs and I could see I had a box of fruit and as I looked in the fridge I saw my 2 300ml mugs of apple juice. which gives me a minimum of 5 fruit for today as it was.

Now I'm trying to burn off as many kcal's as possible per day to meet my kcal goal for a complete week but so far this week I have accomplished it on 0 days but my weight is down on where it is supposed to be?

But I must get back on track to reach my kcal goal, I failed at reaching my kcal goal,

Which is why I have been waiting my enemy doing. Multiple trips up and down the stairs to carry the same things that I could easily enougth carry down at once.

Bu I have recently been intrigued about a Disneyland type development for the UK, but instead of being about Disney it will be about Paramount. Paramount land doesn't really have the same ring to it as Disneyland.

Parkour aka. Free running looks fun to me the lengths and heights to the jumps look so  immense, and they were way out of my league when I was younger, fitter and I had a more able body. So my chance at doing any jumping off of buildings is scuppered, thanks Mercedes.




But this load of people is what I'd most likely look like if I gave these things a go,, but you know the guy who face plants in the long jump pit I did that loads, probably last year now. As I probably have actually already done the majority, or a least a good proportion of the ones bellow before just not so far away from the floor when I was younger and when I was able-bodied, by the ones bellow I mean that I have failed to execute the things that they were attempting to do in the bellow YouTube video, but that was then, I probably can't even attempt to do any of the shenanigans anymore.

Day 1035

Day 1035:

Next up was today and it has been an eventful day on the weather's side, as it was sunny first then hailing then sunny then hail to finally being sunny. But I have just accomplished my daily 60, as I was doing some tonight but I kept forgetting how to count with the small numbers as I was going 1 as i got up then 2 as I put myself back down, It confused me so as I get to 10 I switched back a bit, and then when I got to 60 I kept going until 100 just to be safe.

Breakfast: bowl of cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: I had a white bread sandwich.
Dinner: meat pie, potato, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower (but I noticed how disgusting broccoli and cauliflower is again).
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of apple juice.
Sidenote so thanks to my apple juice drinking which gave me 4/5 and then for breakfast I had eaten 2 6/5then for dinner I ate my carrots and I tried some brocoli and the cauliflower mixed itself in with the potato as it tasted wrong.

But I had a slight political discussion with my only friend over a game of chess, he's seriously better than me at chess but he has just missed his shot at taking me out in 2 moves, like boom head shot.

Day 1034

Day 1034;

Now today I was thinking that I was going to struggle to meet my kcal goal and I probably put on a stone, or at the very least a pound, as I had a very lax day today, due to the rain stopping me from going outside for the majority of the day.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: macaroni cheese and chocolate truffle,
Dinner: 1 slice of red velvet cake, the one that I didn't enjoy last time I ate a slice and I didn't think much of it this time either and I had the final 4 Jaffa cakes
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.

But today was an athletic day, but it was an only going outside to run around for a fraction of it, as we had to stay inside and and play around with a medicine ball for the majority of it. Bt today I actually lost some weight which was a shock. But I could say that on the other hand I haven't eaten as much today as I usually do and I had my big meal a  long time before the weigh in.

Also today I put my old hockey shirt up on my Faceybooky as my profile picture, and it got 2 likes on it, I'm quite a bit perplexed to the first one of them, the second one I'm not as perplexed as it was R14 who used to be on the same team as me when I wore that shirt, so he could have liked it as a nod back to the good times we both had. But the first was just odd.

Day 1033

Thi morning I eventually realised that my blogpost for yesterday didn't go online even earlier this morning, so I was attempting to remember to get back to it this morning, I failed at that task, but instead of getting a finished article to you I got that.

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal and banana.
Lunch: tomato soup and baguette.
Dinner: jacket potato, chicken in bread crumbs, carrots and peas and some out of date chocolate trifle.
Drinks: 2 300ml milk, 1 300ml mug of cranberry juice and the remnants of the bottle in another 300ml cup topped up with lemonade.

Yesterday I did more than I have done today, as is obvious by my not starting todays post off with my kcal's burnt today. But instead today I wanted to inform you of what I did yesterday, as I did quite a bit yesterday in actual fact. that I didn't type about, or even something that I did type about yesterday but it never got into the final draft, as when I submitted it my internet went down. 

Yesterday... All my troubles seemed so far away.... But that wasn't the song that I heard yesterday which provided me with the questions? answers? to get me to another thing of which I have forgotten.  

Yesterdays Boccia practise was intresting as we had an actual team GB Para-athlete come to coach the 3 of us who were a woman of who I shall call N, D was back and obviously me, Savage there is also Mr B who's the acting Chairman/another coach that me and D beat 11-5 last week in a game (he was playing with another older gentleman). 

Alsp yesterday I saw the football team that I support get relegated but up in the Premier League my old GP's team won, 4-0 against Swansea put them selves 8 points clear of Tottenham, but I am unsure  if that was yesterday or today. 

The internett has gone down again... I should really get quicker at typing down my thoughts, then I may be able to type al of my thoughts down before the internet goes down.

But today I have jogged over 6 miles on Wii Fit, in a 30 minute Free Jogging little exercise but after doing it I smelt horrifically bad.

Day 1032

Day 1032;

Today I got my 60 done after I had already done my body test, and I had already completed my kcal's for today.

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal.
Lunch: a cheese, pickle and chicken toasty (toasted sandwich).
Dinner: some chicken passanda, chicken tikka masala and nann bread.

With the president of the USA being a right hypocrite, in accordance to the EU debate, as he is now attempting to black mail us to stay in the EU, by him saying that the UK will be on the bottom of the list when it comes to creating a new trade deal,which makes me want to leave even more now. What just to spite Barry? No it's not. It's just because I want what is best for Britain, unlike president Barry who doesn't really care about the peoples of Britain and he just wants his friend in 10 Downing Street, for a bit longer and he probably wouldn't mind starting another war and it's good to know you can start one with the weight of numbers on your side under one flag, I,e. EU flag,  instead of having a whole load of individual nations to convince one after another, and if the EU falls apart thanks to those Brits look at how much of work is going to need to be done.

But I'm sure Mr Putin will be able to help the us British out...

Now today I also failed in my kcal goal but tomorrow I have got a new higher kcal goal to aim for.

But today I got about 10-15 minutes of my hockey practise done but I had to stop due to the rain. I'm thinking that I managed to get my daily 60 done in the morning and U also attempted to accomplish some squats today, to see if I could just boost my kcal's for today, to no avail,

Day 1030

Day 1030;

As I have probably missed my kcal goal for today and I hav no idea what I am eating for dinner tonight, but by the time that this post goes live tomorrow I should know. So how am I attempting to make my kcal goal, your supposed to ask... Red, Yellow, Blue or Green.

Breakfast: cereal and banana.
Lunch: potato salad, cream cheese, grated cheese and ham.
Dinner: chicken nuggets, chips and a chocolate sundae.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of lemon squash.
So I failed in all epic nests to fit my 5 a day in today.

JND; or Jerrmy Nick and Daniel Thake I think, at least. As it was literally their mother that got me initially intrested in roller hockey, of who I can't remember the name of. But it was this Monday afternoon club, that I used to go to skating practise on roller blades. We used to site around a hall I would just go and skate around as I was supposed to I'm thinking it was in the school summer holidays when I originally got my specs. I could have done, as I did do that for hours. I don't know but there must be something relaxing about skating laps around a hall as quick as you like. But then as Mrs Thake informed me about another club that was running on Saturdays and I signed up. So I thought I played for the first team as number 81, for about 2 years.

Day 1029

Day 1029;

So today I had 2 separate attempts at make up my daily 60 before finally completing it at my 3rd time of asking.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: cheese and pickle toasted sandwich.
Dinner: pasta, Dolmio sauce, and Tiramasu.
Drinks:  2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 and a bit 300ml mug of apple juice and 1 300ml mug of another fruit juice.

Now today I made my kcal total and I lost a pound which put me within a pound of my target BMI, so now all I've got to do is meet my kcal goal for the next 6 days to reach my goal, of achiving my kcal goal for 7 consecutive days.

But why are UFO's synonymous with aliens? Anything that is flying and you have no identify for it can be classified as a UFO, even a bird, like just now I heard the sound of flapping outside of my window, it was an object flying I could say it was an UFO as I don't *know* what it was and I could guess that it was flying, as my room is not on the ground floor of my home, but I would probably guess it was a bird, and from the stuttering, kind of heavy flight pattern I would probably hazard a guess at it being a pigeon.

I also tried out a bit more with my old hockey stick still without putting my skates on, I am thinking that I can still play righthanded but it's a question if my left and right hands can still function in such a way as to allow me to hav control with my righ hand, as I know that the strength is still there, slightly at leas.

Today was another lazy Tuesday and I put some more weight on and I missed my kcal goal, hence why I stated lazy before the day of the week.

Breakfast; cereal.
Lunch: chicken sandwich and a little pot of chocolate mouse.
Dinner: new potatoes, green beens, carrots, pie and tiramisu.
Drinks: 2 300ml of milk and 2 300ml of apple juice.

From that list of foodstuffs I have eaten today you could note that I have consumed 6 out of the daily 5which is recommended.

My attempt to get to grips with my hockey stick, as I'm unsure of the number of the people that read this blogpost know, that I was right handed when I last played Roller Hockey but now I am left handed, which makes it difficult for me to know how I am going to fair with my old sticks especially on skates, as on skates I am quite a bit taller than I am normally, which is by no small part due to the big wheels sticking out of my feet. Anyway I'm just waiting until I actually get to go to a training session and I get banned from participating, but it'll be "for my own safety" do I buy that excuse? No.

So today I'd exceeded my kcal goal but my weight went up, now it could be as described by Allergy sown to the food that we had only just eaten before, but I could still see her bowl still almost full so she hadn't actually eaten much of  it.

Breakfast: cereal,, apple, banana and grapes.
Lunch: potato salad, ham, grated cheese and some cream cheese.
Dinner: chicken balls and chips.
Drinks: 3 300ml of milk and 2 300ml of some fruit juice.

I asked Mich the other day whose been the best foreign manager to ever grace the English/Welsh premiership/premier league, he immediately said Jose, but I am thinking that he thought I was meaning of the recent few seasons as I was thinking that it would be either Ferguson or Arson, because they had been around and successful for donkies years, but then when I asked him has an English manager ever won the premiership/premier league? Like when Nottingham Forrest won it? But no Nottingham Forest have never won the premiership the won the old league 1 back when it was called league 1 instead of the championship, and before the premiership was even created. As no Englidh manager has ever won the English Premiership/Premier league.

Day 1026

Day 1026;

Basically today I had a really lazy day, so I probably missed my kcal goal and I put on about a stone.

Breakfast: banana, apple and grapes.
Lunch: chicken sandwich and chocolate cheesecake.
Dinner: carrots, mashed potato, mince and some more of the chocolate cheesecake.
Drinks: 2 300ml of milk, 300ml of lemon squash, 300ml of some fruit squash probably.

Anyway it was only a pound that I put on today so I wasn't exactly a stone, which in part could be because I decided to go for a nice steady 30 minute jog,

Today I have been watching sport on the box and I have been trying out my old hockey kit just to see if it still fitted me and my answer is no, my butt is too bit, my head is too big and my torso is too long, but my gloves and my shin pads still fit. Of what I was trying on today, I know my skates still fit as they were too big for me when I used to play in them 9 years ago, and my feet haven't grown in the past 9 years, as they were handed down to me from Mich as he used to do a bit of refereeing back in the days of old. But yesterday my Boccia coach was talking to his friends that do a roller hockey training session before we were in for Boccia about giving me another shot at the sport, which I am up for as I've been longing for another shot at the sport which meant so much to me in the past. But I am unsure about how they are going to react to haveing a cripple come to play with them, as I am hoping that none of them exhibit any special treatment to me, like as Mich has already stated to Tini that he's sure that they'd give me space to play and they wouldn't come at me as ferociously as I would do for any of the, and I was thinking where's the fun in that? You get kitted up in body armour and other padding to avoid the harm that is coming your way.

Day 1025

Day 1025;

Now today I wore my roller hockey shirt for aproximatly the first time in just about 10 years, but I wore it today as I was going to watch a friend of mine play roller hockey.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and grapes.
Lunch: chicken sandwich, cocktail sausages (mini sausages), grapes and apple.
Dinner: pie (I'm thinking it was beef in red wine flavour), peas, green beans, carrots and new potatoes.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 300ml mug of orange juice, I finished off my bottle of Lucozade sport (Brazilian Guava flavoured) and I drank some of a fizzy orange juice bottle.

Now skating is just like walking only quicker.When I was a lot younger I used to enjoy skating around the block that I live on, but that was a seriously long time ago, before I had even heard of roller hockey when I must have been something like 10 years old, as I am thinking that I started playing roller hockey when I was approximately 11  or 12. As I know that I played in my first competition at the end of a season, when I was in year 6 of school:

Reception= 4-5 years
Year 1= 5-6 years
Year 2= 6-7 years
Year 3= 7-8 years
Year 4= 8-9 years
Year 5= 9-10 years
Year 6= 10-11 years
Year 7= 11-12 years
Year 8= 12-13 years
Year 9= 13-14 years
Year 10= 14-15 years
Year 11=15-16 years

By competition I don't mean league as by competition I mean a day event, per minimum, where we played multiple games in one day, at least that I went to after doing well in out leave as we finished 3rd in our league and we got to go to this preliminary competition between both of the two leagues within the region that we were in. They were for places in the nationals, which means that I started playing from an age of approximately 10 but that also means that I probably was about 10, or maybe younger, when I used to skate around the block, with those plastic wheels. As I am thinking that I moved onto rubber wheels and I skated on them indoors (in a sports hall) as not to wear them down too drastically. But before getting into roller hockey the sport, I would go to the local sports centre hall, which was the one that fell into diss repair and was used as an examinations hall because they had built a whole new place up beside of it of which I used to do my raining in also. But now where was I before I got sidetracked by the state of the old building. before that I used to of to a skating club which ran on Mondays but then as I was getting good? at skating round in circles they asked me if I wanted to play roller hockey, they explained it like Ice hockey but it was done in a hall. I accepted the offer and before long I played in a team practise was Saturdays, I started by going just to Pee-Wee age limit training... I'm starting to get the feeling that I may have already told you all this before, so I'll cut to the chase it was 3 hours of training that I'd do on Saturday, Then it was only 1 hour that I'd do on Fridays, as I changed team, Then I met Mr R14who was on the team that I moved onto, and he is friend of mine that was wearing a similar shirt to me today when I went to Boccia practise today. D and I managed to beat Mr B and Mr L, who are the two able bodied people whereas D and myself aren't 11-5.

Day 1024

Day 1024;

So far today I haven't done my 60, I am just about to, but today I have jogged a bit very well apparently as I managed to  get a score of 121% on an island lap, I am not sure how that is possible.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and grapes.
Lunch: cheese and pickle toasted sandwich and fruit cake.
Dinner: chips, peas, scampi and I also had some of the sponge cake with raspberries
Drinks: 2 times 300ml beaker of milk and 2 times 300ml beakers of orange juice

Bible and snake handling is what the first of the X-files episodes I watched today was about. Then the next episode was called closure and the cigarette smoking man was back and it seems to me that he wasn't really Moulders sisters father and that girl that was apparently Moulders sister wasn't.

Today I have done a bit more jogging and rowing, but the rowing was on my rowing machine and the jogging was on Wii fit, but then after I had done my second island jog of the day and a ten minute jog I completed my 60 a day challenge. Which didn't go smoothly the first time, as I had only done 33. So I started off on my second one of the day and I managed to get myself up to 60, by doing 27, then I cancelled what I had just done and I started it off again "from the top" then I did my 60. Anyway this fitness regime has really cut me down on Twilight Princess gameing time over the past couple of days. I haven't played on TP so far today, but I have played a single round in "Lost Reavers (beta)" game it was fun, the introductory controls and shenanigans part of the game is supposed to take 10 minutes to complete, for me 5 and a bit minutes. I know that I'm not the quickest gamer in the world but I was under the impression that I was more likely to be one of the slowest especially with the new controls and stuff that will be new to do with the new game, but the controls are simple to master, and when I was playing the game it was fun but there was no single player mode at least none that I found on the beta version. It's definitely a title that I'll look out for after it's public release.

But also today I managed to complete my kcal goal for a third day with the additional 50 minutes of free  jogging, as I did 20 before dinner and 30 after dinner.

Day 1023

Day 1023;

So today I did my 60 after lunch and after I'd jogged round the island on Wii Fit U twice.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and an apple.
Lunch: cheese sandwich, chocolate sundae and a slice of fruit cake:
Dinner: the remaining half of my pizza from yesterday and dome potato salad
Drinks: 3 times 300ml of milk, 2 tmes 300ml

Today I also attempted some boccia practise, more on my long game, and I throw the Jack ball (white ball) it was on about the boundary of my makeshift boccia alley, so I followed it up with a colour ball, and I threw it slightly beyond the Jack, but it was still close to the Jack. Then my next three shots were a way off from the hack, but then with my penultimate shot I managed to get my red ball to knock into the Jack and rest, then I had one more ball and I tried to get it to go along side of the previous shot, but I mucked up my last shot, and it went over the balls and to the right.

Also I have done one set of ten push-ups and my left arm is giving me grief about it. But he's going to have to really shape up a whole load, if I am going to do any more skiing especially with some poles, I'm not meaning with any people from Poland I'm meaning with ski poles. Just who knows what will happen will happen when/if I get my arms shaped up nicely I might even be taken to one of those winter Paralympics things, and then I could loose for everyone to see just how big a looser I am on global TV. or I could surprise everyone including myself by winning something.

I have just been witness to the best football game. What ever? Well I'm not sure about that but it defiantly goes up there with them. It was the second leg in the Europa league competition between Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund, which is an English team vs a German team, before the kick off the presenters of the show were saying how the away goal they got a week ago could be crucial if they managed to keep a clean sheet and they were saying that Liverpool have managed to not loose any matches against any german team at their home ground, which had me thinking at half time that there's going to some amends to that after this game is finished with them being 2 goals behind before the end of the first half 0-2 first half score 1-3 aggregate score, now the commentators were saying that Liverpool would have to score 3 times without a response in the second half to go through to the semi-finals of the europa league. However Mich was saying that the score line is more likely to be 0-5 by the time of the final whistle, but I thought it was going to be 0-5 before half time because the first 2 goals were scored before the 10 minute mark of the gam, but then the second half started and Liverpool managed to get a goal back, so the score line was 1-2. then BD managed to score a third to make the score 1-3. Mich and myself thought that it was game over from that point as Liverpool would have to score 3 more  goals to stay in this competition and just look so fat in 135+ minutes of football they have managed to score 2 goals now with less than 45 minutes how can they manage to fashion 3 more goals without allowing there German opposition to sneak another goal past them? But I was incorrect the German opposition allowed Liverpool to get back to level on 3-3 for the tie, before 90 minutes were up, so it didn't look like the record of never loosing to a German tea at home was going to stand but then after the 90 minutes was up it was injury time where a Liverpool player managed to get his head to the ball and it was 4-3 on the night 5-4 on aggregate Liverpool won. how astonishing, 2 English teams have made it through to the Semi finals of their respective European competitions. Liverpool (Europa) and Manchester City (Champions League).

Well with all of my food that I ate today, I put on some weight today and I missed out on my kcal goal, at least I had by the time that I did the weigh in but then I did another short 30 minute run to cover myslf in sweat and allow mr to active my kcal goal, 2/7.

Day 1022

Day 1022;

Today I managed to achieve my kcal goal, but my BMI only improved slightly.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops on toast,
Dinner: half of a 9 inch margarita pizza and chips.
Drinks: 2 times 300ml of milk, 1 times 300ml of fruit juice probably mango, probably half of a 300 ml mug of mango juice with lemonade.

Now I shall just inform you of what the most likely factor that resulted in me managing to achieve my kcal goal, as I went to the gym today and my posture was commented on for the second time this week. As the first time it was commented on I was sitting in my youngest siblings car with my head touching the ceiling of the car, the car is very short.

Days achieved my kcal goal in succession 1/7.

But my posture was commented on today by my gym instructor because I had my best gym session for a long time he may even put the weights up on the weights machines, on the weight machines. He blamed my improvement on my posture.

Also today I achieved my 60 and I learnt some things:



and that I have got 16 teeth on my left hand side and 14 on my right hand side, so in total I have 30 teeth in my mouth.

But today in football Manchester United managed to beat West Ham in the FA cup, by a score line of 1-2, but within the 90 minutes of play West Ham got the ball in the back of the Manchester United net twice, but the second goal was disallowed due to the goal scorer being in an off side position.

The champions league is another football competition but it's a Europe wide affair and a short while ago Manchester City managed to get through the round that they were in, I'm thinking that it was the quarter finals they have got through so onto the semi-finals next, come on Manchester you have a shot at making a good name for yourself in Europe don't muck it up.

Now first up I'd like to state that I'm sorry for the lateness of this post, but... Stop right there, no excuses remember you know how all the just about 1 of your readers just aren!'t going to bother show up to read another excuse. Ok I'm sorry. For my 60 for today I did 100 just after 12 o'clock midday,

Breakfast: cereal and a pot of strawberries.
Lunch: mini chocolate sundae, mini sausages chicken sandwich.
Dinner: pasts ad Quoirn balls,
Drinks for today I had 2 lemon squashes and 2 milks, I almost totally failed on my 5 for today.

Today in fitness I have decided to make this week my first full week of reaching my kcal goal on each day, for my Wii U fit game. So today I have walked up and down stairs a lot more than I usually would and I am trying some push ups, of which I have done 4 times so far at approximately 10 per turn, so therefore 40 push-ups. But I wouldn't call them push-ups even though I clearly have. I don't know what I should call them as I did the action of a push-up but my arms were raised on my bed instead of on the floor, so I cheated, basically. But this should mean that this time next week I should have my 7 days of at least meeting my kcal goal completed as I have already got one done for yesterday as I had athletics. Running about and stuff, all fun.

But today I have failed to reach my kcal goal, I know why it's because I ate my lunch and then I lazed, playing LoZ: TP and stuff, about for the afternoon meaning I put back on 1 of the 2 lb's I lost yesterday.

Day 1020

Today has been another day, where I have actually done my 60, but I haven't eaten my for today.

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal, banana and strawberries.
Lunch: cheese, ham and potato salad.
Dinner: chicken balls and chips,
But then in between both of my afternoon meals I ate 2 slices of that chocolate cake from yesterday.
But today I also drank 600ml of fruit juice and 600ml of milk, but I don't really think that they are any go my 5.

And yesterday evening going on to the night I watched the golf, and as they were saying for the 3 days of golf before today in the masters that only Mr Jordan Spiel was looking like he would have won this Master's then I'm thinking that he was in the home straight when Jordan  had a nightmare of a hole and he gave away his lead to the eventual winner of  the 2016 Augusts Master's Golf competirion.

Next was today's attempts at 60 as I failed in my first attempt, I only got to 50, so I started it again and that time I succeeded which made it a total of 110 before lunchtime.

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal, apple banana, grapes and milk.
Lunch: Tomato soup, bread, fruit juice, chocolate trifle & sponge cake
Dinner: chicken in gravy, roast potatoes, peas, carrots, great beans, chocolate fudge cake, strawberries and cream and fruit juice.

So today I put on another LB. Į also collected all of the lights tears, that were stored in the northern Provence of Hyrule, I think it's called Lanaru province but I could be incorrect, I watched the climax of the Masters golf tonight as well, and go on you English golfers as I know that...

Day 1018

Day 1018;

Now yesterday I got Jirachi to go along side of my Celibi. I also managed to get my daily 60 done.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and grapes.
Lunch: I've forgotten but I know it didn't include any of my 5 a day.
Dinner: Toad in a hole/sausage in yorkshire pudding, sweet potatoes, peas, carrots and some new potatoes, but as I have learnt today that potatoes of the new variety, or mashed, don't classify as any of my 5 a day so I only got 6 of my 5 a day eaten today.

What have you done on this day?

Now I have watched Aliens (Alien 2) the theatrical release, I have played a bit of Boccia, I have played a bit of LoZ:TP HD and finally I put on a pound (lb) approximately, but not in that order.

With Boccia I was working on my long game, working on throwing my ball as close to the jack ball as possible over a longer distance. Mr B thinks I might actually be some good at Boccia but I know that it was just as I was the only person to turn up this week, again. It kind of reminds me of when I played Roller hockey on Saturdays, as I would go in for the first hour, PeeWee's, then I'd stay for the second hour, youth's, and then the third hour would be a game for juniors/seniors, back when I did that level of training I played under the number 81, and we finished the season in 3rd position, which allowed us the opportunity to go to a little tournament which was between the two separate leagues in my district to see who would compete in the nationals, against other districts champions, we lost all 5 of the matches that we had to finish as the 6th best in the tournament, aka. the worst. Or was it my second season/my first full season? as I can't really remember.

Today in fitness attempts I have complete my 60, or  I would have if I didn't cary on up until 80.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and strawberries.
Lunch: bread, potato salad, ham, grapes and cheese which was followed by some fruit and sponge cakes.
Dinner: scampi, chips and peas followed by some chocolate trifle.

My friend, P, was supposed to be coming around today, but he didn't show, even after emailing me that he'd be late but he said that he'd still get here.

So today I watched the second part of Alien, the film, and I what he thre same film twice, basically first was the turn of the original version from 1979. Or there about, then it was time for watching it's rerelease in it's directors cut version, of which both are very good, the film is set in the future but they still use the technology of the 19th century, you'd have thought of some futuristic technology that'd still be looked upon as...

But then today I completed the second bosses temple in Legend of Zelda; Twilight Princess, I was running through th beasts legs at first, buy then I Realised,

Now today I have done what I'm thinking is my 60, as I was sitting up and laying back as I do but I can remember me thinking 42 so the next number should have been 43 and I thought it's 33 next.

Day 1015

Day 1015;

But today I overshoot my 60 by 10 doing 70, no sweat today, as I had already sweated 10 buckets full of sweat approximately as I went to the gym before.

Breakfast: cereal and banana.
Lunchpasta bolognaise and a chocolate mousse like pudding.
Dinner: baked potato, plaice and carrots.

So today I have been to the gym which was fun, but my gym instructor told me today that I had my beat work out session in a while today. But I was thinking have I actually been to the gym in a while?

Also today I have played a bit more on Twilight Princess, as I found the final 3 lights tears they weren't in the village they were on death mountain. Then I had to kick Goron butt until I got to the Goron hall type place to then do sumo with the boss Goron, then I had to beat him up a bit with the sumo shenanigans which I learnt from Bo a bit earlier.

Prometheus is the name of the film that I have watched today. Elizabeth Shaw is the woman that gets herself cut open and has an Alien snatched from her inards. But that baby alien looked quite squid like.

Day 1014

That day has been now, today/yesterday if your reading this post on the day that it is set to go live. But I was thinking that I had done my 60 this morning, but as I'm not 100% sure that it's a fact I will do another 60 just after I have wrote down my eating habits for today.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: grapes, cheese, potato salad and ham that I'm thinking it was smoked ham.
Dinner: pasta bolognese,

You may be thinking that on his 5 a day he's only had 4 today..

But from my recollection I drank 2 of my 300ML mugs of apple juice today, which adds up to another 4 so I have exceeded myself with 8 portions of fruit and veg today.

Now I have just done the 60 for today, even though I was thinking that I had already, but there's the thing, thoughts don't always happen, in the real world.

If they did I wouldn't be here to bore you with the talesthat I do.

Today I have played a bit on Twilight Princess, I ran around the dungeon for a short while to collect up all of the treasure chests, then I went off to the monkey room and I was swing across to the ledge where I found the boss room, then I dispatched the boss from his room and I moved on to the next region, I had to get the bridge from the woods so I could get into Kakiaro village. I am thinking, then it goes on to a neither bug catching game.y

For today I have just done my 60 and I have gone to athletics.

Breakfast; cereal, apple and banana.
Lunch: macaroni cheese, I'm thinking that I also ate some cheesecake with it.
Dinner: a plate of cakes,

Twilight Princess I also played on this day. I think I managed to rescue all of the monkeys, but I am not sure on that in the first temple, of the game. I am unsure of the length of the journey I have actually got through on this game before. But it in HD is now even more beautiful.

Now I remember I wrote about another thing yesterday also, at least.

Predator 2?

Oh yeah thanks, it was that I preferred Predator 2 to Predator, as I watched that the other day. Next up is Predators, I saw a whole host of Predators at the end of Predator 2 in their alien space ship. But I'm wondering if old Arrnold will be back, for the final instalment in the trilogy?

If you laughed even if it was just in your mind then thank you, if you got my joke about old Arnold saying that, he'll be back in Termanator, and transferring it round to Predator, even if he has never said it in the Predator film that he was in.

Day 1012

Day 1012;

I have just remembered to get around to doing.my 60 for today.

Breakfast: cereal apple and banana.
Lunch: ham sandwich,
Dinner, pasta and quorn balls.

Today I got around to playing two proper video games, they were Hyrule Warriors Legends and Twilight Princess HD, Now the second one is properly beautiful, I mean graphically speaking, even though this is typed not spoke. As to speak it it'd include me needing a voice, which I am currently without or it'd include me copying and pasting the words into a speaking application, in order to get it spoke for me, which I wouldn't past me to do that... But then again that version of me was a lot younger and more excitable, he was an almost different beast to the one that's sat here typing up this mumbo-Jumbo.

But today Leister City FC managed to increase their lead and tighten they're grasp on the Premier League Trophy by winning the game that they played today, as Tottenham only managed to get a draw in the last match played so Tottenham now have a deficit of 7 points for them to make up, which equals 2 wins and 1 draw and Leister have to lose 3 matches to be denied the trophy.

Today I basically can't remember but I know that I have just seen Ant-Man for the 2nd time in 2 days and I know that I have played boccia twice today I won the 1st 3-1 and I lost the 2nd 2-5, but the 1st game today didn't count,

Lunch: I cannot remember what I ate for main but I can remember the cake that I ate and my 300ML cup of apple juice which counts for 2/5
Dinner:  Chicken/Turkey drummers as well as some potato and carrots

Day 1010

Now I remember that Red was having a go at me for apologising and then cutting an excuse for my lateness, sorry that I'm late, but I realise that is probably not why you visiting this page, so I won't start excusing myself over your computer screen, this day.

Breakfast: cereal and a banana.
Lunch: cheese and ham sandwich with pork pie, fruit cake for dessert.
Dinner: rI have forgotten but I know that I ate some trifle for pudding. Well I've remembered what I ate for dinner it was some Turkey, potato and carrots.

I had another skiing adventure today also but this time it was with Mr P II. Instead of the alternative, that I had last week. But this week he actually praised me for doing some parallel turns on the second lesson. I wasn't attempting to do parallel skiing at the time, I was attempting to do snowplough turns as I was being instructed, but the parallel skiing is sort of the next step in of the evolution in skiing,. As you just have to put extra weight on the foot that you are turning away from quicker and release the pressure on your other foot. But I still haven't attempted any more backwards skiing.

Day 1009

Day 1009;

So here is today I have noticed more of my hair falling out recently, probably my age catching up with me if I am honest, and why would I be anything else?

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal, a box of banana and grapes.
Lunch: scrambled egg on toast with a sausages. Which was followed by 2 slices of cake, on fruit and the second was sponge.
Dinner: Fish and Chips, Toblerone cake

So today I consumed 4 out of my 5 a day, the 2 I ate for breakfast and the 2 portions worth of apple juice/one 300ml cup of the stuff as I know that 150 ml is worth 1 portion of your 5 a day.

But today I watched Spectre and the Ant-Man, Spectre was good as in better than the previous James Bond film, you know with Daniel Craig, but it didn't have a scratch on my favourite, but I'm thinking that the ending set it up for 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' (1969) with George Lazenby to follow up in the James Bond chronology.Hank Pym and Janet Van-Dyne,  were the original Ant-Man and Wasp but now there's a new Ant-Man, Scot, and a new Wasp who was teased in the credits, Hope Pym, the child of Hank and Janet.
