Day 2156

Day 2156;

My BMI today was 19.59, I had walked 17,915 steps which were 11.60 km and I had burned 1603 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, nectarine, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: sausage, carrots, peas, broccoli, potatoes and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow is my day of going to the beach, weather permitting, then I also want to get on the Zwift bike at some juncture of the day then maybe I will also get in some treadmill exercise and even some rowing machine exercise.

As today I only managed to fit in the cycle ride in the morning, before I had a lazy afternoon, still thinking about the triathlon that I’m planning on doing alongside Emu, and it’s a tandem ride that I’m wanting to do with a friend (Mr P) as Tini and Mich aren’t so keen on me getting on the back of the tandem with Mr P as they’re thinking that it’s not fair on him having to kart me around, even though I pull my own weight on the tandem, I do believe (as Mich has said in the past that some of the hills that we have been up that if he was riding them on his own he wouldn’t, he’d have got off the bike and walked).

Still I ain’t any closer to competing in an Olympics or a Paralympics as I’m thinking that would probably be the most likely to happen, to me as I’m disabled disappointingly, and I don’t understand how people are supposed to be aware, it’s not as if I’ve got a leg missing or something. I have got all of my body parts, the only things weird about me physically (to look at) could be the fact that my head generally leans to one side, I have a drooling issue and I walk a bit funny, so how do people know that I am disabled and they all appear to have similar reactions to me, well they generally fit into two camps, 1. the pity parade (people that talk down to me to be sure that I can understand them) 2. the people that are like “where’s your minder” of which I don’t mind so much, as I usually have someone that can understand me within my local area.

But then there’s the anomalies I know like the people I knew from before the unfortunate incident, like Mr P, and there was a small child who was attending an event at the school that I used to go to when I was acting as a Front of House person, the child asked me for something so I indicated where they needed to go to get to , but the child was expecting me to tell him .

Day 2165

Day 2165;

BMI of 19.49, with steps of only 10,541 (which was only 6.82 km of distance) and I had only burned off 1006 kcal today

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, peach, nectarine and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: chicken, peas, carrots, broccoli, potatoes and chocolate cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snack: 1 quality street chocolate.

Tomorrow I have got a cycle ride planned, if the weather holds for us tomorrow, that is. Then I think that is it for the plans.

Now today I have been to a zoo, which lasted the morning, it wasn’t a very big zoo, we found where the bird displays were, in the past but there ain’t any more, by the grass growth from some of the seats I don’t think that it has been used in years.

Then we returned to our abode I think that I had another little cycle around NYC, well it wasn’t on Monday, as I had completed no minutes of an intense workout for yesterday.

Monday, 29 July 2019

Day 2164

Day 2164:

My BMI is 19.53, steps I had done was 5168, and my distance walked was only 3.36 and then I had only burned 968 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, nectarine, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: burger (cheese), tomato, green leaves, chips and something.
Dinner: pasta meatballs (quorn), cheese, mushrooms, doughnut (jam and cream) and eclair.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, fruit juice and hot Ribena.

So what do I have planned for tomorrow? I think that I have got some Zoo to go to tomorrow, just that’s it for tomorrow. So I’m probably going to be having fun visiting the family tomorrow.

This day I was going out snowboarding, in the morning, then we were going to make a day of it, so we weren’t only going to spend all that time in the car on the way to the place to go snowboarding then Mich was going to drive back, as that would be a waste. So we went up/down/left/right to get to the snow place and then as soon as we got to the snow place we had to get me ready to snowboard but then you obviously already knew about that much as I had already gone into it then we had our lunch in the snow place. So then next up after we had finished our lunches we went skiing. We had two hours worth of skiing which was fun, especially as Mich was bragging that he was going quicker than me on skis, as I was waiting until I could see at the top of the slope and I was waiting until after he had skied off to ski, as I was following him down the slope. So he got me to go down first for him to follow me. So I went down the slope first out of the two of us, I had reached the bottom expecting him to be close behind me, but he wasn’t, I spent the next period of time looking for him before I worked out that the man that had stacked it in the middle of the slope must have been him. I was correct in my assumption. And then he decided that he’d be the leader for the rest of the runs (skis) down the slope.

Day 2163

Day 2163;

BMI was 19.71, steps 16,955, distance walked was 10.98 and the amount of calories I burned was 1668 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, nectarine, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: soup (tomato), eclair, doughnut and cream slice.
Dinner: fish, broccoli, carrots, chips and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (raspberry) and hot Ribena.

Next up I have plans, made for me, they are plans which are very good as they include me going off to the Snow Area for the day, first off to have a snowboarding lesson, then to have a ski, with the addition of the GoPro and Mich.

Then today we have been on a cycle ride to the GM’s current habitat, and back, then once we had returned we walked our way to GAK’s place, and back, with our lunch in between. Then Mich has got next week off of work, I think he’s taking next week off as annual leave.

What else have I done today? No one, not even you Red?... Oh I forgot you aren’t typing to me anymore.

Saturday, 27 July 2019

Day 2162

Day 2162;

Today my BMI was 19.62, steps I had taken were 13,922 (which was apparently 9.01 km) and I had burned off 1306 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, strawberries, grapes, yogurt, bacon and muffin.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, ham in white bread), salad and something.
Dinner: pizza (pepperoni), salad, potato salad and tiramisu.
Drinks: fruit juice, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: kit kat’s and shortbread.

So tomorrow I still need to get in one hundred and eight more minutes of intensity which is a bit of a letdown, as I was doing so well for the first few days of the week. But then again I have done almost nothing today but more on that later, as I’m thinking that I should be having a ride on the tandem tomorrow, a nice long one at that also. Then I think that I should probably get down to some training for the para triathlon that I’m wanting to get myself to doing. Which should be a 400 or 500 meter/yard swim, 12 to 15 miles of cycling before a typical 3.1 mile jog/run, I could probably get the jog/run done on the treadmill positively easily the same with the cycling.

So then what was it that I have done today? It started off in a little cycle on Emus Exercise bike, then it went to the breakfast which was a big breakfast today, no wonder that C is a bit big if he has a breakfast like that every morning.

Then we went on a walk into the town to visit a place of the towns tales, which was interesting, a little bit at least. Then we later went to shops to purchase Mich some new shoes and smart attire and following this we went out on a small bike ride, Emu was on her newish heavy bike, C was on his old sporty bike and Mich and I were on our old tandem.

Day 2161

Day 2161;

As a BMI I had 18.49, 12,889 steps (which was 8.35 km) and I had burned 1549 kcal.

 Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: fish pie, peas, broccoli, carrots and something.
Dinner: macaroni cheese, bacon, eclair and kit kat.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, spitfire beer and hot Ribena.

Today was an interesting day, but tomorrow should probably be equally so, as for tomorrow I am going to get another bike ride done if the weather is kind to us for tomorrow. As it probably would have been today, if not too hot today.

As today I have gone to the gym in the morning which was fun, started off on the lateral trainer and finished off on the exercise bike in the middle of the two I did a whole range of weight machines. After I had done my workout I was having a shower and my lunch.

Then I can’t really remember what I did after that, other than travel in Mich’s car down to another part of the country to watch my local cricket team loose. I’m thinking that was about it that I had done today, so that put me behind on where I should be today in minutes, as that was about 860 for today but I think I was at 839 so I had a 21 minutes to make up. Which in turn nudges my goal for tomorrow to 80.5 minutes of intensity.

I just feel like apologising to Julian Alaphilippe, have I spelt his name correctly this time? It is only as I have been accidentally misspelling his name ever since I first heard it on the box when they were talking about the tour. But as it seems today that Julian has finally made like an egg and cracked loosing his lead in GC of the Tour de France, even though that was a slight disappointment Pinot has dropped out of the race as well, so it looks like there won’t be a new French winner of the French race this year also.

Thursday, 25 July 2019

Day 2160

Day 2160;

My BMI was 19.13 again, I had walked 20,470 steps (or 13.25 km) and I had burned 1815 kcal today.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, raspberries, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: fish pie, mushrooms, tomatoes, courgettes and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: Indian tonic water, milk, fruit squash and beer.

By today I should have got to 600 minutes of intensity minimum I had managed to get to 790 so that’s good, especially as tomorrow is set out to be a lazy day, with my day comprising of a long car journey, followed by a sit down to watch a cricket match, which I may have mentioned yesterday. But then England managed to get a decent score in the second innings today with a score in the 300’s, the dreadful first innings score of 85 was probably the first nail in the coffin for English hopes.

Today I had managed to get myself up to 790 intensity minutes for this week, so far, which if I was going to be able to reach my goal (of 1000 minutes) should just give me 70 minutes of intensity to do a day 860 by tomorrow, should be enough.

But then before that I had been playing some more on Breath of the Wild, I’d completed all of the mini quests, and and all of those main quests- minus the one on defeating Ganon (even though I have already done that twice) and then there’s one more quest for me to complete but I cannot remember what it was now.

Wednesday, 24 July 2019

Day 2159

Day 2159;

This day I have had a BMI of 19.13, and I had only walked 14,195 steps or 9.19 km, and I had only burned off 1407 kcal today, how bazaar I would be thinking until I remembered it’s me, bazaar should be my middle name.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, banana, orange, apple, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: pasta bolognaise and a tart (raspberry and strawberry).
Dinner: roasted vegetables, chicken pie and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Now tomorrow I am not going to watch the cricket, that’s for Friday, and then the cricket match between the place where we live vs the place where Emu lives. It’s been a long time since I last went to watch them play, apparently the team that I am supposedly going to support were on top form the last time I watched them but sadly since then they have been scrubbing around in the lower leagues, of cricket, but they have finally managed to get back up to play on the relatively same level (well it’s probably like they’re team is the Manchester City and the team that I’m there to support is like Everton).

But then today the cricket has gone badly wrong, for the English against the Irish, with them getting bowled out for eighty five then afterwards the Irish got themselves bowled out for 207 which was one over before the end of the days play, so the Irish were a lot better than the cricket ODI world champions, England, but then it isn’t a One Day International.

Tuesday, 23 July 2019

Day 2158

Day 2158;

For today my BMI was up slightly to 19.30, my steps were up to 25,427 (which means that I have covered more ground in 16.46 km to be more accurate) and then I have burned 2045 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple, raspberries, watermelon, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: sushi, sandwich (cheese), Victoria bream sandwich and cookie.
Dinner: spaghetti bolognese with cheese, chocolate trifle and millionaires pot.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, caffeine flavoured milk, ale and hot Ribena.
Snack: ice lolly.

The day that never comes, tomorrow, I don’t really know what I have planned for, at all... now you’re really supposed to chip in with a helpful suggestion... ... no one ? Really no one is home? Wow I should really do this more often.

Now today what have I done? Yo... erm no Red bridges your are burned, you could have easily informed me about what I had planned for tomorrow, but no silence. But I cannot remember what I have got planned for tomorrow. Excuses, tsk you should know better. Now today I have been outside taking a walk, moving around a bird bath, listening to Boris Johnson’s victory (whilst jogging on the spot) before lunch and I also took a shower. The shower was before I went to the barbershop, as that was the place where we had taken a walk to.

Then after lunch I think that I did a bit more of jogging around the back garden which I had finished by the time that I had my snack of a ice lolly, which was refreshing in the heat, of outside, but Mich was needing one also due to his working over a hot computer indoors all day prior, minus the walk to the barbershop. But then after the ice lolly I went for a walk around outside, just to get my steps up, slightly more, seeing how I’d already doubled my daily step goal, for my watch, and I was off away with the fairies with my thoughts about swimming, skating, cycling and running (jogging) that I was having whilst I was jogging/walking about today. As Tini has said that I could potentially get fitter at her school with the mile track marked out on the playground and her saying that I could possibly have myself skating, cycling and jogging around the track/school field. But then I could get myself off to the pool which is at my local sports centre with some of my neighbours who are quite old but they are still swimmers and they probably have membership to the gym that I go to, as I have often seen them walking around to the swimming pool. Now all I need to do is get myself swimming.

After thinking and doing that I spent the rest of the day inside on the Switch, more of Breath of the Wild, I defeated the monk Maz what’s his face to get myself a bike, a motorcycle in fact. So now that has rendered all of my horses useless, basically.

Monday, 22 July 2019

Day 2157

Day 2157;

My BMI today is 19.23, then I had made 17,432 steps (which were apparently equivalent to 11.29 km) and I had burned 1887 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple,raspberries, peach, watermelon and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: fish, carrots, green beans, croquet potatoes, chocolate trifle and two strawberry laces.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow shouldn’t be interesting as it should probably be, as I don’t think that I have much chance of getting on a bike tomorrow even though Mich will be here, as we have got to go to the barbers or something similar which will mean that I am to have a shower in the morning before I get to go on the bike., and if I go on the bike I will probably still need to have another shower today and that’d be a waste of water, but then again I would like to go on the bike tomorrow.

Today I had a little run (jog) around for an hour attempting to get myself up to six miles traveled today on my watch in an hour, I failed at this attempt. I had only managed to get to a speed of five point nine mph, which was disappointing. Then my next activity that I partook in today was also my last activity of the day, which was a small amount of running, jumping and throwing, as I had athletics in the evening, I only did about half a km in running, as the one hundred meter track I only ran, if you were going to be kind of my efforts (I’m not going to hold my breath), five times today so just by doing that I would have probably covered at least a kilometre due to the fact of me having to walk back along the track to reach the start line. Then the rest of my movement was in my running up and jump and my moving to collect the club once I had thrown it varying distances, of not too far.

Then in the midst of my efforts, if I was to call them such I also got in a good length of time in on Breath of the Wild. Which was productive, in part. But I still have a long way to go.

Sunday, 21 July 2019

Day 2156

Day 2156;

For today my BMI was 19.40, my steps were 25,621, which was 16.59 km apparently and I had burned 2327 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, raspberries, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch; I don’t remember.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

So tomorrow is the next day of my life which probably should be about as active as my last Monday but I’m not betting on it being so. What’s more is that it’s another rest day for the tour.

Well today I have been on a cycle ride around from my abode to the GM’s current place of residence, then it was to see the Guinea pigs (at Tini’s school) then finally back to my abode. It was an enjoyable little ride. Pity that we went so slowly on average. But then as we returned to my abode I was playing more on Breath of the Wild, I’m terrible at the game as I only managed to get one more side quest completed today. So I think that gets me to 5 more to completion, of the Side quests. 85 out of 90.

But then G has made up some small amount of time on the yellow jersey in the tour. But then again so has another few of the contenders have made up some time on him.

Saturday, 20 July 2019

Day 2155

Day 2155;

This day my BMI was 19.82, I had only done 1294 steps (which were 0.84 km in distance walked) but then again I had burned 752 kcal, which seems to be loads seeing how lazy I have been today.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: baked beans, rice cake (plain) and something.
Dinner: pasta (seafood), broccoli, carrots, potatoes, chips and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: apple, orange, banana, raspberries and yogurt.

Tomorrow I plan on having a much more active day, than today at least which won’t be difficult. Especially not when we will be going for a cycle ride tomorrow.

Now today I have been lazy from the “get-go”, I believe that is a phrase used to define the time frame of beginning. It all started from my getting up and going out to boccia, the “sport” which has you sitting down to throw some balls towards a white ball (jack ball) to attempt to get the balls of your colour closer to the Jack than the balls of the other colour. Then all I have done for the rest of the day has been playing on the Switch, which I think I have now managed to get eighty four of the ninety side quests complete.

Hylian Zora Goron Gerudo and Rito the major races from in Hyrule, I know their maybe others thrown in such as the Minish (Pictori) the humans and Kokiri. But then there’s also the Sheik, which go along with the royal family (then the ones that go against are the Yiga, I do believe. But that still makes them some of the Sheik species.

Friday, 19 July 2019

Day 2154

Day 2154;

Today my BMI was 19.43, I had only managed to do 18,621 steps (which was apparently 12.06 km) and I had burned off 1910 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, raspberries, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch I: baked beans, vegan pasty and Victoria bream sandwich.
Dinner: pasta (seafood), green leaves, tomatoes cheese and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, tea and hot Ribena.
Snacks: rice cake coated in chocolate and Victoria bream sandwich.

So tomorrow will be a lazy day as I have got boccia practice, I wonder how long it has got left? As Tini and L (the substitute coach) are having doubts that it’ll continue, then if it does end I’ll have my Saturdays back, to do what you may be wondering well I don’t know as is my answer to practically every question.

Today was a in part lazy day as I had got my ninety minute little slow paced jog done on the treadmill, then I was waiting for Mich to do what he said that he was going to do, after I’d finished on the treadmill, meaning get that Zwift bike out but he didn’t get the Zwift bike out, so I had a shower instead and I was lazy ever since.

Being lazy and I played more on Breath of the Wild, I think that I have been able to get eighty out of ninety side quests completed. Bought Link his own home in Hateno (I think that’s how it’s spelt) and I’m looking for a Goron with son at the end of his name to become an import to Tarrey Town. Wasn’t there originally some town called Tarrey in the Legend of Zelda games? I don’t know but now I think that I can remember something of the sort, but then again obviously not as it’s only just being built in Breath of the Wild.

Also in cycling today Julian Allah Philipe has just blown away the competition on the time trial, within the Tour de France, I think he even managed to put an extra sixteen seconds onto G today. It’s the mountains to come which is where they are thinking that Julian will falter, ha that was after they had just stated that he won the king of the mountains jersey within one of his previous races.

Thursday, 18 July 2019

Day 2153

Day 2153;

My BMI as of today was 19.10, I’d only made 10,885 steps according to Wii Fit, my watch was a lot lower and my phone was a lot higher, but according to Wii Fit I’d walked 7.05 km and I had burned 1013 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: baked beans with hot dog sausage, rice cakes, tart (mandarin and peach) and chocolate biscuit.
Dinner:fish, broccoli, green beans, carrots, potatoes, chocolate trifle and chocolate.
Drinks milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (orange), tango (orange) and hot Ribena.
Snack: plain rice cake.

Tomorrow is probably much similar to today I’m meaning I imagine, as the folk that will be here will be the same, but my legs shouldn’t be weary so I should probably be able to get more done tomorrow. By that I mean that I was on the Zwift bike twice today but only quite late on in the day which is more about today not tomorrow so if you would like to know then read on. But first up about tomorrow it’ll obviously be a matter for the wether to decide about the location that I can go on the Zwift bike and then I’m wondering if I could get a ninety minute jog but at slower still speed, just not to overload my legs with my hefty body weight, as it may have been that way as I had done two hours of jogging the previous day my legs seemed to weaker from it but then when I had done two sets of hour cycling my legs were none the worse of wear, riding a bike is sitting down while jogging is standing up, could be?

Now today since yesterday my legs have been feeling a bit weary to attempt another treadmill jog but thankfully Mich had put out the Zwift bike today, so I spent my afternoon on it, basically. As in the morning I had spent my time playing on the Switch, I was completing more side quests, which puts me up to seventy seven now and then I completed the shrine quest which has you photographing fragments to give to a bloke of which he then tells you to kneel down on the pedestal then he does the same and it opens the shrine.

Wednesday, 17 July 2019

Day 2152

Day 2152;

My BMI was 18.84, I had made 26,912 steps (which was apparently 18.72 km) and I burned off a grand total of 2777 kcal which means that for two days in a row I have managed to reach my kcal goal, before I check in with my body test.

Breakfast: cereal, raspberries, banana, orange, apple, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (fish finger in white bread) and cake (lemon cake).
Dinner: fish in pastry, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, potatoes and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (orange), Tango (orange) and hot Ribena.
Snacks: rice cakes (toffee flavoured).

Tomorrow I haven’t got a clue of what’s actually happening I’m guessing that I’ll probably get a ride on the Zwift bike, Mich’s avatar may be able to try on the SRAM jersey that I supposedly earned for taking part in the final SRAM race, which was a pleasant enough twenty two point two mile cycle around Wattopia’s hilly course, such a pity that I did so pathetically in the race.

So I was thinking about what I should do this afternoon as I had already done an hour on the treadmill, it was an hour on the hill routine but it was also slower than the routine was yesterday. Then I got myself a drink, my lunch and a rice cake and I sat outside, I then ate my rice cake and drank my drink afterwards I went for a little jog around outside just until half twelve before I ate my lunch. With all this activity that I had done this morning my active minutes were up to eight hundred and seventy which should keep me in good stead for me reaching the goal before the end of the day, seeing as how I started today at something like seven hundred minutes, so that gives me three hundred and fifty per day.

Then after I had finished my lunch I went back onto the treadmill for a second little hourlong jog, but this time it was a Strength jog, and then as soon as I’d finished my activity I checked my intensity minutes on my watch, it told me that I’d done nine hundred and ninety three minutes of intensity so far this week. So I thought that’s fine all I should need to do now is just a bit more on the rowing machine, later, after I had finished on the rowing machine I was eating the rest of my rice cake and drinking my bottle of Lucozade sport as you do when you’ve just been exercising when I sat down outside my watch bleeped at me, it was saying that I’d completed my minutes of intensity goal, oh well it must be a bit slow on the part that is telling me.

After I had finished stuffing my face with the rice cake I went back into the gym like facility which is really a conservatory, and I had myself a little fifteen minute row on the rowing machine and a fifteen minute bounce on the trampoline before I went back to the kitchen for some more fluids and to finish the rice cake that I had started earlier before I had myself some yoga to do. Which if I may (or even if I’m not permitted to say) say was the most challenging part of the activities that I had done today.

Tuesday, 16 July 2019

Day 2151

Day 2151;

BMI has been 19.00, steps were 24,311 (which has given me a distance walked of 15.74 km) and I have burned off 2230 kcal which has exceeded my goal, which means that I have now exceeded my goal for 2 days straight.

Breakfast: cereal,raspberries, banana, orange, apple, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: spaghetti with mini sausages and somethings...
Dinner: fish, carrots, broccoli, potatoes and chocolate cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow I probably won’t be able to get in a ride on a bike, due to the fact that Mich isn’t here and he has disassembled the Zwift bike and put it somewhere, so I could find it and reassemble it potentially. But then again what’s more likely to happen tomorrow is that I just get on the treadmill for a couple of hours, which probably could get my activity minutes up to one thousand minutes for the week within three days, which would be remarkable, to be honest.

On this day I have got frustrated by the BBC’s what seems to me, at least, constant POTUS bashing, but I think that they may have given it a five minute break to congratulate the English cricketers for their winning of the World Cup, which was a nice change. Now just a brief look into my mind on this whole Trump, now this is only my two pence on the subject of the question which should be on everyone’s lips but sadly it’s not “How is Donald Trump racist?”

How is it racist? He never mentioned race in either of his spiels, now the only reason that I can see that the media is using the race card, is just as they have a vendetta against Trump, I don’t have any reason to think that though other than all of the attacks on the democratically elected president of the USA.

The correct answer to why is it racist? Is because it’s because it’s Trump, and we all know how much of a NAZI sympathiser he is, don’t we?... erm no, the NHS seems to be more of a NAZI idea than having a loose cannon in the White House.

Surely it’s more sexist and racist of the people calling out Trump for his “racism” because they don’t believe that the 4 unnamed (by Trump) congresswomen are so disadvantaged by the facts of their heritage and they are obviously too weak and feeble that they need protecting by the media behind the fabrication of some racist smears?

It’s political correctness gone mad.

Now that was my tuppence on the subject; but I have had a disappointment on the Zwift bike as I was doing the SRAM ride today m of which I did slowly as I had just about finished the first lap, which was in fact four laps around the hilly course, so the ride was a three lap (twelve laps) around the hilly course of Wattopia and I got a new jersey for completing the ride which was in two hundredth and first position so I have a lot of work to do to get myself up to professional standards, who had completed the twelve laps in about the time it took me to do four, about. So I managed to do the course in just under one hour thirty which gave me an average speed of sixteen mph, but then I was gasping for a drink by the end.

Then after that exercise I had my lunch before going on the treadmill for a little forty minute jog over the strength course to match my forty minute exercise of yesterday but it was over the hill yesterday, I’m wondering if I can do both tomorrow but for an hour of each?  Which should get my minutes up.

But then it was Mich that asked me to get out on the tandem for another ride later on today, as he had finished his work and it was a rest day of the Tour de France, so therefore there’s no watching today. In the tandem ride today we had managed to average at a speed of 15.7 mph, which is almost up to the speed that I had managed earlier on today. That’s about it for today.

But then I actually got in some Switch time today, which was good, pity it wasn’t enough time to actually get anything done in Breath of the Wild.

Day 2150

Day 2150;

My BMI of today was 19.27, I had made 19,245 steps (which was 12.46 km) and I had burned off 2092 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: baked beans, sausage roll and something.
Dinner: sandwich I think and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, orange fizz and hot Ribena.
Snacks: chocolate cake and something.

Tomorrow In my opinion I have got to burn off that little amount of kcal off that I had to do to get myself up to the total, amount of kcal for my daily calorie expenditure it has got to increase by the smallest margin, that I thought I had managed to get myself up to my total of kcal needed for the day according to Wii Fit, which I believe that I have actually managed to reach once in the past, at least while it has been at this level.

Now today I have been to the athletics club, as well as going on the Zwift bike and on the treadmill alas I didn’t get around to fitting in any time on the Switch, as I appear to have inherited a GoPro from Mich, and I have been using it in surveillance camera mode with Mich’s old iPhone which I also seem to have inherited, by the surveillance mode I mean I wasn’t actually recording anything with the camera I was using it as a third eye, so I could if I wanted to put it on my hat backwards and then I could see behind myself by looking at my phone. Mich hadn’t worked out how to use it in the three times of use he used it for after I had already instructed him on its working. But then not only I had attempted to instruct him on how to work it, as Emu had also attempted on our last ski trip. Which leads up up to getting the new GoPro for Mich which should probably be more complex to use, as the greater number of inputs on the new camera, of which it’s actually the opposite; if you’re Mich. Old camera/my new camera two input switches new camera has the two switches (on/off and then there’s the picture taking one) and then on the screen, as it’s touch screen you’ve got three more points to press then it’s also got a swipe the screen function, left/right it changes the cameras function (from video to photo even to a mode which gives you a select time frame of filming I think) swipe down (I think or it could be swiping up, or both?) it gets you onto the camera memory  storage space where you can view your former videos and content which are stored on the camera. Now his new one comes from Allergy’s great idea of something to get as a gift for Emu, for her anniversary day, then when they got back from their trip they were showing us their GoPro footage which was done off of one that they had just bought before they went so basically Mich bought the new GoPro from them.

So that’s had kept me entertained until it was my time to go to the athletics club of which was very fun, as it started off by having us do a little thing which was kind of like an obstacle course, before I left to walk across to the other side of the track so we could throw with the sun behind us as I was struggling with the light we were on the east side of the track which should have had us throwing west, before we changed to the west side throwing east, which was greatly appreciated, but what wasn’t appreciated was the state of the lawn, it was littered with litter, which I guess should have just been enough for me to have stated it was plastered with rubbish, so I put my feet down and cleared it up a bit then Mr P told me not to otherwise I could get a job picking litter. I quite like that idea, now all I need to do is get someone to pilot me over to the athletics club every morning on the tandem, for me to start my job of picking up litter. Employment sorted.

Day 2149

Day 2149;

Now my BMI has been 19.46, steps I had done was 13,699 which was equivalent of 8.87 km and I had burned 1488 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, pear, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: fish, broccoli, peas, carrots, potatoes and lemon meringue pie.
Dinner: sandwich (Stilton [cheese] with leaves [purple and green] and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snack: chocolate biscuit.

In the forthcoming day I will be going to athletics and I will probably do a little jog on the treadmill and/or a Zwift bike ride before in the day. Then I’ll probably have another go on Breath of the Wild just to see if I can complete anymore of the quests.

Then today I have watched the most incredible game of cricket, but first today it was the F1 Grand Prix, today it was the British (English) GP, and Lewis Hamilton won from second on the grid, as in qualifying his teammate managed to pip him to pole position by six thousandths of a second, but then that was yesterday’s news, today’s news is the fact that Lewis Hamilton has now won the British Grand Prix more times than any other British driver. In the Tour de France I don’t think anything spectacular happened today, but that’s a spectacular occasion in itself. Novak won Wimbledon again, against Federer in a spectacular tie break conclusion to the match, which lasted over four hours almost five hours, I do believe, and it had gone down to a fifth set tiebreak. Then I’m going to type about the cricket now, as I honestly thought that England had lost the game early on in the game, with them needing something like 6 runs every over and they had only managed one in the past four overs, so I decided to go out for a walk to visit the GAK, then by the time that we returned to our home England had managed to get up to a decent score but it still wasn’t going to be good enough to get the win, Stokes was in the crease, and then he hit the ball so well and England actually managed to tie up the innings, but then it was time for an additional innings and England and New Zealand still couldn’t be separated by, then it was decided on how many boundaries either team had scored in the innings and then England won it, remarkable or what?

Saturday, 13 July 2019

Day 2148

Day 2148;

BMI was 19.76, steps I had taken was 10,871 which gave me a 7.04 km walk and I had also burned 1086 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, pear, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (chicken and bacon in weird bread) and something.
Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise (quorn) and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, Lucozade sport (raspberry), fruit squash and hot Ribena.

So for tomorrow I’ll be going out on the tandem, which should probably be before I return home to watch the cricket World Cup final and the English Grand Prix, which should be good, as the final is between England and New Zealand and the English Grand Prix is between the usual contenders and Emu is going to watch it live, which Allergy is jealous of, as Emu doesn’t even like sport and she probably won’t know what is going on throughout the race.

Then today Mich and Allergy have gone off to watch some air show meanwhile I was playing some boccia and on the Switch which I think that I completed the Thunder Helm side quest and the Giant Horse side quest, so that should be something like seventy of the ninety side quests done. Then I have done another little jog just to get my steps up.

Then also today I have come to a realisation it was most unexpected, but then I should have been expecting it, it came as I was jogging on the spot today, meanwhile thinking about a girl then this girl that I have been thinking about as I was messaging her quite often recently I have been messaging her about insecurities and why I dislike them, basically as they are illogical, as illogical as having a dislike for any type of food, if you were starving would you eat it, yes you would. If not then you deserve to die. But that wasn’t the realisation that I came to today, as that was an incredibly old realisation and one that I am ashamed of, it’s that I have reached that I have loved a girl in my past, and it was a girl that I still communicate with it could have been my absolute unadulterated stupidity that stopped me from seeing her as anyone other than a friend back then.

Friday, 12 July 2019

Day 2147

Day 2147;

then today I have had a BMI of 19.33, steps of 10,448 (was a distance walked of 6.76 km) and I had only burned 867 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, pear, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: baked beans, rice cakes and something.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow will be a lazy day as I have got boccia practice so it’ll probably up till the Sunday when my next cycle should be able to get my intensity minutes up to 1000 for the week.

Now just today I think that I have been decidedly lax on my fitness goals as I have only been on the Zwift bike for a short cycle about Innsbruck, before getting ordered to have a shower which slightly ruins my fitness activities as I have just had my shower of the day in the morning so I would have to either sleep in the sweat or take another shower which I am not too keen on doing as I’ll have wasted a lot of water in two trips into the shower for the day.

Thursday, 11 July 2019

Day 2146

Day 2146;

My BMI was 18.84, steps were 10,732 (which was the equivalent of 6.95 km) and I had burned off 1569 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, grapes and lemon juice.
Lunch: sandwich (chicken, bacon and green leaves) and chocolate cake.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade (raspberry) and hot Ribena.
Snacks: one rice cake and one chocolate biscuit.

Now tomorrow I’m hoping that I can get some more of a cycle and another bit of a jog. But like today I don’t think that I have got any plans. Then I may also attempt to watch some more of the Tour, as I missed it today I was listening to the cricket match, then in the afternoon I watched what happened in the Tour yesterday, with Mich, in the highlights. So I’ll probably be doing that tomorrow also.

Then today I have been watching some of the Tour but that was old news, new and for today was the England v Australia ODI Cricket match, which was very good especially as England had bowled Australia out for two hundred and twenty three, so England only needed two hundred and twenty four to win the semifinal, and progress to the final. But England had two hundred and twenty two after thirty two overs had been played then the first ball of the thirty third over was hit for a four by captain Morgan. Which was good, so England moves onto the final, against New Zealand.

Now I started listening to the match just before I went on a Zwift cycle and it ended after I had finished my hour of cycling on Zwift but the Zwift bike is pretty noisy so couldn’t hear the commentary.  Very well while I was cycling but my watch kept buzzing every time the Aussies got someone out, so it only buzzed twice, which is good.

But my Zwift ride came before my dinner then after dinner I went for another little jog, on the treadmill, which was an only half hour long event. Then I had a shower before I got changed into my pyjamas (or should it be dressed as I was nude, I had just got out of the shower therefore I was naked so I got myself dressed into my pyjamas) and then I went downstairs for some more of playing on Breath of the Wild. Then I have stated “more of” as I had been playing on Breath of the Wild earlier on today. As I usually get up, eat my breakfast, get changed then I go for a play on the Switch up until lunch before I generally go on a Zwift bike ride for an hour before I go on another piece of equipment for either half an hour or a full hour, now today it was half an hour on the treadmill, it was a little strength jog, whatever that means.

Wednesday, 10 July 2019

Day 2145

Day 2145;

My BMI is 19.00, today, and I had only done just enough steps 10,593 steps (I suppose it is down to the activities that I have done today) but the distance that I have apparently walked was only 6.86 km and I had burned 1489 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, watermelon, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: baked beans with mini sausages on rice cakes (salt and vinegar), tunocks wafer and pink cake.
Dinner: burger (chicken and green leaves), chips and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash,Lucozade sport (orange) and hot Ribena.
Snack: one rice cake.

Now tomorrow I will probably attempt to do much the same as today, meaning I’ll play on the Switch in the morning, I’ll do a bit of cycling/jogging in the afternoon then I’ll probably have another few moments on the Switch to call it a day at. I’m guessing that about sums up what I have done today as well as what I’m going to do tomorrow. So now what’s the point of this blog?

My plan for a more eco Tour de France:
Well I haven’t planned, yet, but I would like to do. It’s a little Tour around France but instead of having all of those stages separated by varying amounts, you start the next stage from where the previous days stage finished that way you’ll not have to get into the cars and travel across the country to the next stage, also we wouldn’t have all of the team cars, you would only need one or two car(s) for the whole race, as in set the one support car as a neutral support car that way if any cyclist is in any trouble you can get a replacement bike off of the car, and I’m guessing that should mean that all of the bikes are the same for every team, which would make it better than if everyone has they’re own bikes as it would put everyone on a level playing field, just with their own strengths to rely on, if you got a puncture, or you broke your bike in another way, then you should have to fix it unless you can’t then you have to wait until the neutral support car arrived to help you and replace your bike if needed. I plan on starting it at a place which is good enough distance from a campsite and then you have got to ride your bike to the campsite, where you’d set up camp for the night, then it’s just you’d be campsite jumping for the next, about, three weeks when you’d arrive back in Paris, now I know that is probably not going to happen but I can dream. It could also be done with gender equality in mind so that you’ve got all the cyclists on the start line male and female so then feminists shouldn’t complain about their not being enough representation for their gender and they probably would still complain about the facts that the women may finish the stage after the men and they may need more advantage to win, dam them hypocrites it’s not supposed to be fair it’s designed to weed out the weak from the strong, at cycling, in a cycling competition it doesn’t matter what you’re gender is it only matters how proficient you are at cycling, which is another reason why you should all be given the same bike (not as in the same literal bike but instead the same type of bike).

Tuesday, 9 July 2019

Day 2144

Day 2144;

My BMI was at 19.13, steps I had done were only 6508, which meant that I had only stepped  4.21 km and I had only burned off 788 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, watermelon, banana, orange, apple, strawberries, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: baked beans with mini sausages on rice cakes (salt and vinegar) and pink cake.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Now then for tomorrow I should be off the inhaler so I should be able to focus a bit more on cycling, Zwift cycling, fun is fast , you know the adverts from off the Tour de France. But I’m going to try one of two of the training activities , instead of just going for a ride around London, as I did today.

Today I have had another lazy day, which may be at least in part due to my activities of yesterday, by that I mean the phlegm incident. As I only got one little cycle around London today before I was watching the Tour de France and the Tennis, Wimbledon, it was Miss Konta that first got herself knocked out of the championship in straight sets, apparently she was on top at one stage of the match, but I only think that I got to watch it from the first set I think the score line was three games a piece. But the Andy Williams match was very good, Serena was showing Murray up quite well in the match, I still want to see the Murray brothers partner up, in the men’s doubles.

Monday, 8 July 2019

Day 2143

Day 2143;

My BMI was 18.87, I had only made 12,721 steps, which was apparently 8.24 km and I had burned 1288 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, watermelon, banana, orange, apple, strawberries, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: rice, chicken, green beans and potatoes.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow I am planning on taking another Zwift cycle and then I’m probably going to watch the tennis and the Tour de France. As I’m not feeling really that great now, as I’ve had to use my inhalers today and I’m going to have to use them for at least tomorrow.

As for today I have done two hours on the Zwift bike, the first was around Richmond and the second was around the volcano in Wattopia. But that wasn’t the reason that I needed my inhalers, I could probably do all my cycling in a day and I still wouldn’t need an inhaler. I was only forced to use my inhalers as I had been eating my dinner and I’m unsure of how to describe what happened to me, but then all that I could do was spit up phlegm so I tried to walk it off and I got myself a few whacks on my back, just as attempt to dislodge the unknown entity which was causing the discomfort, if not mine then then that of the others sitting around the table. I couldn’t tell that I had anything stuck in my throat it was just happening to me again.

Sunday, 7 July 2019

Day 2142

Day 2142;

Today my BMI was 19.71, which I had also stepped 12,796 times (which was only 8.28 km) and I had only managed to burn 1450 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch:  omelette (cheese) and cream cakes.
Dinner: pie, broccoli, peas,  carrots, potatoes, tiramisu, chocolate and Jaffa cakes.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

So tomorrow will be the day after today and then for tomorrow I think that I probably should be getting back on the Zwift bike, for another couples of hours. Then after the I haven’t got any plans as far as I know, other than play on Breath of the Wild a bit in the morning before I had my lunch before I have a couple of hours on Zwift bike, I suppose that I could also watch some more of the Tour de France whilst it’s on as we had the team time trial today.

Now today I think it was the final of the World Cup that the USA won pretty comfortably in the end, it was 2-0 to the USA, but the Dutch made a game of it for the first half, as they managed not to concede until the second half with a penalty. Then they scored the second as the Dutch were attempting to get back into the game, leaving more gaps at the back and allowing the USA more chances to score, so they did.

Also on the day I have been out for another two hourlong rides on the tandem we managed to get up to an average speed of higher than fifteen mph for both of the rides, on each NOT as if we’d managed to get up to sixteen mph on our first but then if we only managed to get to fourteen on the way back so we would have averaged at fifteen mph. We only managed to get fifteen point four on the way there then back it was fifteen point 1, amazingly I rate it as amazing as I know that if I’m on four minutes then I should be at one mile and I had it for the first four minutes then the second I was behind third forth fifth I was behind on the way back I don’t think that I continued past seventh but i was still behind where I needed to be, now I want to get up to twenty mph, that’s my next goal/one mile done in three minutes so I’ve got to try even harder, a hell of a lot harder in fact, to get up to those speeds.

Saturday, 6 July 2019

Day 2141

Day 2141;

My BMI was 19.66, steps I had made 6859 (which was only 4.44 km) and I had burned 880 kcal.

Breakfas t: cereal,.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: apple, orange m, banana, nectarine, pineapple and yogurt.

Today was the day of the third place playoff tomorrow is the day of the final for the World Cup. I should also get out for a spin on the tandem tomorrow. So what else do I have planned tomorrow? I don’t know.

I know that I have had a more lazy day today than yesterday even though my steps may not indicate that face. As today I have actually had another little walk on the treadmill as I have actually walked around a bit more, not just spend , my day inside, first playing on Breath of the Wild then next I went into the kitchen to go on the Zwift bike which I managed to get a twenty mile cycle around Wattopia but then today then today I have only walked a small one point four mile treadmill walk today.

Then also today I have watched the poorest twenty minute spell that I have ever seen of a team wearing an England shirt, which saw them concede two goals, before they started playing and does VAR have something against Ellen White as after England managed to get back into the game with a fantastic Fran Kirby shot Ellen White was denied again by the VAR, but it’s just a thing on consistency of refereeing I have as wasn’t there a goal allowed earlier on in the tournament which the player had handled the ball first, I think that the player had actually attempted to control the ball first with her feet, I’m unsure if Ellen had done something similar but I thought that she did. Then even if she didn’t a few seconds later the Swedish team had a shout for a penalty because the English player handled the ball in the box so what if the Swedish player had pushed her hand into the ball, which was the same as had happened to Ellen at the other end.

Friday, 5 July 2019

Day 2140

Day 2140;

My BMI was 19.00 today, which is low my steps were at 773, which was surprisingly 0.50 km and I had burned 671 kcal today apparently.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple, nectarine, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese in wholemeal bread) and fruit cake.
Dinner: scampi, chips, peas, tar tar sauce and chocolate trifle,.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snack: one rice cake (with a chocolate coating).

For tomorrow I will probably be having a lazy day by lazy I’m not typing about my limited stats for today. But I have actually been doing enough exercise to get myself up to +1000 minutes of intensity for the week so far which has beaten last week up until this point but I have done a little cycle around the local area yesterday which I usually need to do on Sunday to get my intensity minutes over the line. Now the intensity minutes for this week have mostly come off of the Zwift bike, but I may have a short walk tomorrow as well as well as play on Breath of the Wild, and the usual lazy sport that I will probably be up to in the morning, which is before the game between England and Sweden tomorrow it’s the third place playoff, of which I hope that the Swedes are up for the game as they have had a day less to prepare, their last game went into extra time and then they looked quite dead on their feet by the end of the last match.

Today I have spent the morning on doing some stuff in the fifth divine beasts, I only managed to get myself a second one of four terminals in the morning, but then again I played again later on today and I completed the whole of the final divine beast, minus the boss, which I have decided after trying a considerable amount of times that I’ve still got loads more shrines to find and a lot of little side quests still incomplete so I will be getting all of the rest done beforehand, or at the very least I shall be attempting, but of the shrines I still need to find twenty more I think, as I still need five more heart containers to make thirty, as I know that for the first line there’s fifteen heart containers, I counted (I know I’m sad), and then for the second I have currently ten, as I get thirty heart containers every time I die, thanks to Mipha, but then I have cooked some of the hearty fruit and truffles which should at least get milky health back up for when I’m attempting to fight the Monk, instead of being restricted to three hearts for the opening exchanges of the battle.

Before that I had to give a key to a nice Eastern European woman (I think) as she was the cleaner for the house that we are putting up for rent out on behalf on behalf of the GM. It’s somewhere in the contract that we have got with the estate agency which we are using to have this cleaning company go to the property to clean it out before and after the client has started and finished, and who does the cleaning company hire Eastern European people, as they are probably the cheapest labourers. Cheap is the word that counts as if they were thinking of paying people a decent wage for the time and effort that these Eastern European’s put into making a house look more presentable for the future occupants then we probably couldn’t use the wage slaves from the east.

Thursday, 4 July 2019

Day 2139

Day 2139;

My BMI today was 19.27, the number of steps that I had taken was 14,504 (or 9.39 km of distance) and I had burned off 1213 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, nectarine, peach, banana, orange, apple, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: toasted sandwich (cheese and pickle), grapes and fruit cake.
Dinner: spaghetti with meatballs (quorn), cheese and cream tart (mandarin and peach).
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

For tomorrow I am planning on doing similar to today, which was breakfast, Switch, lunch, bike, dinner then bed. But I’m hoping that I beat the final divine beast tomorrow as I had forgotten that I needed to activate it in the map screen before you can do pretty much anything inside, when I did I almost immediately got to the second terminal, after the first which you get the map from but the first out of the four that you have to reach, now haven’t I gone slightly too much into what I have done today, sorry about that I should really leave that for later. Now in-between breakfast and Switching I will probably do the boring little bit of my daily maintenance and then I should probably try for two hours and a third on the turbo trainer before dinner and then bed, or unless I still haven’t completed the next divine beast I’ll have some more of attempting to do on that before the night is through.

Just today was interesting as it was a day that Allergy complemented me on my daily routine as it wasn’t just solely getting fitter, as she is part of the podge posey, podge is the word that I use to describe an appearance of fat, now you might take offence at the description but then as Mich told me when I called him a podge that when you’re middle aged your supposed to gain a bit of extra fat, to which I stated that Mich’s probably slightly past middle age, and his children probably need to be getting on a bit in the grandchildren stakes, as when he was his sons age he was approximately creating children of his own for his parents to make them grandparents.

Then again I went out on the tandem with Mich, after I had done an hour and forty minutes on the Zwift bike at two separate times. With BMI I believe that I was getting slightly podge when I was up around the twenty two mark also now that Mich is somewhere around that mark also he believes that his BMI is perfect, and like Allergy that I’m too slim, which was just an excuse to slim shame me.

Wednesday, 3 July 2019

Day 2138

Day 2138;

BMI of 19.33 was the result for the day, I had made only 4000 odd steps which was only something in km and 9000 odd kcal

Breakfast: cereal, peach, strawberries, pineapple, apple, orange, banana and yogurt.
Lunch: baked beans with sausages, vegan pasty and something.
Dinner: fish, broccoli, carrots, potatoes, lemon tart, chocolate and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, coke cola and hot Ribena.

For tomorrow I will probably go back into Breath of the Wild, for the morning, then afterwards I will be going on the Zwift bike, for another hour or two as I have got nothing else planned until Saturday where I’ll be watching England’s next and final match against Sweden, for the World Cup.

Now today I have first been on Breath of the Wild, after breakfast so second or third if I was to include the bathroom stuff in between (by bathroom stuff I’m referring to the usual stuff, as in toilet, teeth, shave, wash and dress for the day. Then I ate my lunch got and Tini also arrived back home, and then she was very disapproving of my incompletion in eating my lunch, but it gave her an excuse to cut my time in the gym a bit so I think she’s happy about that. Then when I had got back home I had a shower and I played some more of Breath of the Wild, up until dinner time which was before the football match which went into extra time so that should be beneficial to England and the USA’s chances of winning there finals. Especially England as the Swedish looked to be dead on they’re feet by the end of the game.

If you fail at something then you aren’t good enough to succeed, at least at the time that you do it, that’s not saying that you won’t ever be able to succeed. As people try and try and try again to get to a dream or anything that anyone does anything for. Like with me I just do some things for enjoyment, I rarely succeed at anything but then I try again, again and again as many times as it takes for me to succeed, unless I forget or I am ordered to do something else and then I forget about it, as in the end I will most probably forget about it. Minus the things that I don’t forget like my completion of Ocarina of Time, as that was a game that I worked hard on, so many years ago, and Wind Waker I think the I’ll remember the two moments of competition of the games until I kick the bucket.

Tuesday, 2 July 2019

Day 2137

Day 2137;

So today I was at a BMI of 19.00,  I had made 5943 steps according to my wii fit gizmo but my phone had me up-to 11,174 steps but my distance from my wii fit was 3.85 km and I had only managed to burn 799 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese in white bread) and pastry.
Dinner: fish en cruet, broccoli, green beans, carrots, cauliflower amp a lemon pastry.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade Sport (orange), doggy beer and hot Ribena.

So I am going to watch the second semifinal match tomorrow it’s between Netherlands and Sweden, to see which will face the USA in the final. Then also I will probably get in a bit more on the Zwift bike, I’ll probably be around the gym a bit more and then I’m thinking about having another quick run through the Yiga clans place on Breath of the Wild, to get the orb then dump it in the hole so I can get the final shrine of the Gerudio beast, for the Champions trials, then next up will be either the Zora one or Goron one.

As today I had the football match to watch and Ellen White should have scored a hat trick, three goals but instead it was only one. As her first shot was a goal, just as her next goal was disallowed as she mucked up her timing of her run so therefore it was offside which leads onto the final chance of hers which led to the penalty which was saved. Which would have meant that England was leading the game and then the USA wouldn’t have used the game management strategies so they would probably have had more opportunities to equalise/win the match so the end result probably wouldn’t have changed, it’d have just been a better match to watch.

Morning I played on Breath of the Wild, I think I managed to get the first and second trial complete of Nabouris (spelling), but then that was before lunch. After lunch I rode on the Zwift bike twice, for an hour a go, so then I stank terribly, anyway time for a shower, and those two cycles today got my steps up a treat, for my phone, which had me as if I’d walked over 7 km today. Now I’ve decided today that if you want anything in this world you’ve got to be prepared to work for it, as what ever is given to you can be just as easily be taken away from you but if you’ve put your effort into getting something then even if it is stolen you can just perform the same again too hopefully reclaim it at least, or preferably better it.

Drinks: milk, Ribena, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: egg custard tart and quality street chocolates.

Next up , tomorrow, there’ll be the game of the World Cup thus far, as it’s the old adverse-friends? England v USA can England upset the odds and make it to they’re first final since 1966, of course they “could”, that’s just semantics with you having to be in it to win it which England are, but it’s a question of whether they will or not win the trophy. So that’s my plans for tomorrow afternoon/night, then for the morning I will probably play around a bit on Breath of the Wild and then after lunch I will be having a go on the Zwift bike, then maybe I will take a walk on the wild side of the treadmill also.

As of today I have played on Breath of the Wild in the morning, then I have gone to the gym in the afternoon then later on today I have also traveled around to the GM’s house, it’s just for the finishing touches before we rent it out now, in GM’s name obviously as to gain her some kind of income for her current habitation.
