Day 1842

Day 1842;

My BMI was 18.34, steps were 11,879 as I had walked 7.82 km and I had burned off 1205 kcal, so it was another bad day for my Wii Fit as I have dropped another bit of weight and I hadn’t even taken that many steps,
.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, nectarine and pear.
Lunch: hot dog and doughnut.
Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise, strawberries, chocolate trifle and chocolate.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water, shandy (beer and lemonade) and hot chocolate.

So I started my day off with a short thirty minute jog then I did another fourty minute row, on the rowing machine. I don’t remember how much time I spent on the trampoline afterwards, but it wasn’t a lot, if any.

Then I have had a lazy day until the afternoon when Tini took me to the gym. Where I had a go on a Lateral X trainer and an exercise bike, then we went to the shops but I stayed in the car, as I smelt bad.

Day 1841

Day 1841;

My BMI has dropped again to beneath the healthy weight, it was 18.43, my Wii Fit steps were 21,901 my distance walked was 14.42 km and I had burned off 1816 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, nectarine, apple and pear.
Lunch: cheese + pickle toasted sandwich, Batternburg and chocolate cake.
Dinner: salmon, carrots, green beans, potatoes, strawberries and summer trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

I maybe a nut job but, and here goes he’s added the backside word (backsliding all the way to where I don’t know), Red you’ve really put me off from what I was about to type... thanks a lot Red...  well it just seemed to be an excuse to me, and I couldn’t be bothered with another one of those so I’m glad you’ve forgotten what it was.

Now today I have had a little jog on the treadmill, a row on the rowing machine and I have finally been on a cycle. The rest of the day kind of fades into irrelevance, as what does it have to do with my completion of my goals.

Then I have also watched some stuff now it was going to be La Vuelta as I have got a bit of catching up to watch, I unfortunately haven’t really been up to watching it though, instead I have been watching a bit more of the Doctor Who box-set and then some of The Fades, or I’ve been rewatching the Doctor Who box-set and I am currently thinking that I am also rewatching The Fades, as I seem to have seen it before I think.

Day 1840

Day 1840;

BMI was 18.56 today, which is in the ideal range again, steps were higher than yesterday at 13,664 my distance walked was 9.00 km and I had burned off 1472 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, nectarine, apple, orange, banana and pear.
Lunch: tinned baked beans, mint sausages, bread and cake.
Dinner: chicken, rice, carrots, peas, broccoli, sweetcorn, summer trifle and tunocks wafer.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks: some biscuits.

This morning I got up and went downstairs to eat breakfast, next up I went on the treadmill twice, once for a 30 minute stroll and the other time was for a jog, the walk I did just under 4000 steps so that means that I’d have done 4000 steps and then the other I’d done just over 5000 steps l make that to 5000 steps, so what is 4000 + 5000 which gets you to 9000, then I have also done 2 little rows, which were 1800 steps or strokes and the other was about 2000 steps or strokes so that when added together gets 3800 + 9000 gets you to 13,800 by my watch for today, before lunch.

Then after lunch I have been waiting for Tini’s arrival, as I was told that she’d be taking me to the gym on her arrival so I got myself dressed in some appropriate clothing, so I got myself dressed, in appropriate clothes. After I’d washed the sweat off of myself, as I had already done about 13,800 steps by my watch.

So it was 9 fruits and vegetables but 10 if I include the portion that apparently came with my lunch as  in the tins of beans and spaghetti it says in the side this pack contains 1 of your 5 a day. But that is another one of my obsessions, healthy eating probably as I could guess that it has become an obsession of mine, the same with my weight, or my BMI.

Day 1839

Day 1839:

My BMI is 19,46 today, I have only managed to step 9421 times which was 6.20 km but I have also managed to burn off 1196 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, nectarine, apple, orange, banana and pear.
Lunch: omelette (cheese) and a After Eight Mousse.
Dinner: pie (chicken), carrots, peas, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, tiramisu and chocolate.
Drinks: milk, water, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (raspberry) and hot chocolate.

I know I stated that my life revolves around food and fitness yesterday, but why does it revolve around those two things? Is what I am wanting to type about, in part today. Now my life revolves around food as doesn’t everyone’s? From the first time we all came out of our mothers what’s our first instinct? It’s to eat, I’m betting that even Jesus, if he was real, first though was food when he came out of Mary, and then Mary would have been there to put him to her breast and feed him as it’d be her mothering instincts kicking into action, and then what happened to him by the end of the story would be on his head. As are all of ours I’m taking none of this victim mentality stuff as there’s always a choice you may not like the choice but then you have to make one and inactivity is a choice also as if you are given a choice option one is to kill one man, option two is to kill a woman and then there’s the choice of neither then probably both would die like when Batman had his choice to save either Harvey Dent or Rachel Dawes he chose to save Rachel but he ended up killing her instead and saving Harvey, or Two Face, instead and inactivity would have killed them both but then you could say that the Joker really killed them as it would be technically correct but that is just an excuse, a poor excuse at that, it won’t bring her back you made a choice and it’s up to you to deal with the fall out I know that the blame may not fall solely on your shoulders but what happened has happened and it’s in the past, just accept the facts and move forward with your life.

But now I think I have gone slightly off topic in the previous statement, now where was I? Fitness I was just about to get to fitness so here goes, fitness is to help me in being the best me possible and to hopefully get to the Paralympics or the Olympics. So I can win a gold medal and then I’ll allow myself to ask for the hand of the beautiful woman, so then I could potentially make her dreams a reality, which were to have two children, one male and one female. And I would quite like to experience love, love making, sex and everything that goes with it, even parenthood, and who better to get taught by than a girl that I was told that I loved by another girl way back in school?

Then I have also had another snowboard lesson today, and Tina filmed a bit of the lesson, on the film I didn’t stack it. But I collided with a skier at the bottom, slightly. But snowboarding is fun, the drive to the place is terrible I cannot understand how some people actually enjoy driving.

Monday, 27 August 2018

Day 1838

Day 1838;

BMI was 18.34, 14,784 steps which was 9.74 km and I burned off 1575 kcal according to Wii Fit. But my watch told me a different story, as I was getting buzzed for my daily step goal X2 just as I was having a short brisk walk slightly earlier on.

Breakfast: cereal, nectarine, orange,grapes, banana and apple.
Lunch: omelette (cheese), cucumber and chocolate cake.
Dinner: toad in the hole, sweet potato mash, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, peas and double chocolate sundae.
Drinks: milk, water, fruit squash, fruit juice and hot chocolate.
Snacks: a Maltese chocolate,

So I have had another 90 minute walk this morning which was followed by a 20 minute row, on the rowing machine. Which was contrasted by the 45 minute row with the 10 minute brisk walk I did later on just before dinner. But in between those two bits of exercise I have been lazy, at least I think that I have. As my day in between has kind of faded away from my memory.

Ok I have got no idea what I have done today apart from the above mentioned things, which were eating and fitness, which pretty much sums up my life; nowadays at least. It wouldn’t be a thing without food and fitness. It’s a simple life one which I share, with you and everyone that is like you/people who have nothing better to do with their own time. Which I think is about all of two people, so no hard feelings.

Sunday, 26 August 2018

Day 1837

Day 1837;

18.78
13,527 steps
8.91 km
973 kcal

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, apple, pear, nectarine and grapes.
Lunch: lasagna, chips, lettuce and tiramisu.
Dinner: carrot soup, bread (white) and slices of cake.
Drinks: milk, water, fruit squash and hot chocolate.

So I’ve basically had a little one pack since January by that I mean that I’ve had my upper left side of my abdomen kind of there sticking out of my stomach area, only a little bit, and I have been attempting to make it more defined and the whole of my abs which I had managed to get my abdomen more defined since yesterday I think that I had managed to increase my abs to 2, 1 for my upper and 1 for my lower abdomen.

Today I have been listening to the radio, and one of the stories was about the Pope as he’s on his visit to Ireland and he’s been talking about the paedophile priests. But I signed to Mich “Why is the pope apologising to God?” his response was somewhat sarcastic, I think, by saying because he believes in a God. But then I attempted to clarify by typing what has the members of his organisation ever done to God? Which is nothing he should be apologising to the many people whose lives have been effected by the perverted priests, because if God existed it’d probably be fine with abuse performed by the many of its followers as isn’t he supposed to be all knowing, always present and couldn’t he just step in at any second to avoid any of the unpleasantness, just as they say he did in the Bible? As in the Bible isn’t there that tale where children take the mic out of its prophet Job then God sends a bear to maul the children?

Also I have watched the Grand Prix which was a bit of a non race minus the first lap which saw the incident that put out of the race something like 6 of the racers, then again as soon as that happened the race for the win never really got started as Sebastian Vettel got past Lewis Hamilton on the first lap and he just stayed there for the whole race.

Saturday, 25 August 2018

Day 1836

Day 1836:

18.75 as my BMI, I had done 12,860 steps which gave me a distance of 8.48 km and I have burned off 979 kcal today, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, grapes, banana, orange and banana.
Lunch: ham + eggs on toast (white bread), Batternburg and I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: lasagna, lettuce, tomatoes, croutons and summer trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

So today has been a bit of a mix on the card of fortune. As for a start I know I have managed to reach my step goal for Wii Fit but on my watch I have only managed to get up to something like 4000, due to today’s little cycle ride. Then again I went to watch another football match but the team I went to watch lost, but Mich’s team managed to get a draw today. But then again I didn’t manage to get myself anything done today fitness related, other than the cycle and my abs had just started to take shape, well the upper and lower each have their own half now which is now separated, just about 5 months too late, if I want to get it to 6 by the end of the year; which I do.

Friday, 24 August 2018

Day 1835

Day 1835;

So today my BMI was 18.81, my steps were 15,018 which gave me a distance of 9.89 km and a total calorie burn off of 932 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, grapes and apple.
Lunch: tinned spaghetti hoops with sausages on toast (white bread) and Batternburg.
Dinner: ham, egg, chips, peas and something.
Drinks: milk, water, fruit juice, fruit squash and hot chocolate.
Snacks: sweets (Percy Pigs and Pals)

Now today I have finished the pack of sweets that I have been eating over the past few days. But I have also been thinking about whether I brushed my teeth this morning or not, as I thought that I did but then again I had a nagging doubt in the back of my mind before lunch, so I decided that I had as the sink was a mess and I had cleaned it after I used it yesterday, but just to put my mind to ease I decided to use the mouthwash.

Then I went on a walk to visit GM, the first thing she commented on was my outfit that Tini had put together just before I left, as Tini had stopped me from leaving until I changed into a brown polo shirt with my brown trousers.

When I had woken up I decided to go on a 90 minute treadmill walk before a 20 minute row. After that 110 minutes of exercise I was lazy until the walk.

Thursday, 23 August 2018

Day 1834

Day 1834;

BMI was 18.65, steps 21,666, 14.27 km and 1549 kcal, according to Wii Fit, but the watch is telling me differently only 16,040 steps, 15.1 km walked but over 35 km rode on a tandem 3316 kcal burned.

Breakfast: cereal, nectarine, apple, orange, banana and peach.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese and ham in white bread), tomatoes, grapes and Batternburg.
Dinner: sausages, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, runner beans, rice and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, water, fruit squash and hot chocolate.
Snacks: sweets (Percy Pigs and pals) and a Maltese chocolate.

This morning I have got up then I went downstairs for my breakfast, which was the usual cereal and a bowl of fruit and then I went upstairs to get myself changed into some gym attire. Following that I went back downstairs into the makeshift gym, when I started off by having a 20 minute row before I took a slow treadmill walk, it was only about a mile long in just over half an hour, usually it takes me less than 20 minutes to walk just as far but I was feeling a bit lazy this morning, then I went on the trampoline for the rest of the hour, which woke me up slightly, I think as I managed to do a little 20 minute jog on the treadmill which was before I finished off my exercise morning in another 20 minute row, so according to my watch I had done over 14,000 steps before lunchtime, but then again about 4000 of them I had done on the rowing machine. So that probably means that they wouldn’t count on the Wii Fit.

This morning before breakfast I have done 20 press-ups, 20 crunches, 20 of the backwards roll type things, 20 heel taps, 20 straight arm crunches and 20 of the wind screen wipers exercise. I did pretty much the same again once I had finished my dinner, tonight. But in between the two sets of exercises, I have been on another cycle but also somewhere along the lines I have caught a cold, a summer cold, but I don’t think that it is hay fever, as why would it be the fever of dry grass it’s rained quite significantly earlier in the day.

Wednesday, 22 August 2018

Day 1833

Day 1833;

BMI was 18.56, steps 13,959 I had walked 9.19 km and I had burned off 1118 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: sandwich (roasted vegetables in a red onion loaf), a pot of grapes and sweets (Percy Pigs and pals).
Dinner: pasta bolognaise, bread and a mini chocolate cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, water , Lucozade sport (mango and passion fruit), fruit squash, fruit juice and hot chocolate.
Snacks: nectarine, apple, orange, banana.

On this day I have been to a hospital in London, in order to get my eyes sorted, it has worked again. But I don’t get why practically all of my Doctors like me, I know it’s kind of their job but some doctors can hate their patients e.g. my GM, she always knows what’s best for her, even when she doesn’t, she just seems to be rude to her doctors, from what I have heard; like by her saying to their faces “well you can prescribe it for me but I’m not going to get it, then I think someone else like Allergy picks it up for her then I assume she takes it. But this doctor apparently loves me, I don’t know why but it’s just something that Tini says when I go to get injections to the eyelids, but getting injections made into your eyelids is actually fun, in my opinion.

Now I know I have had a slightly lazy day today even though I had walked some 8000 steps, through the streets of London. I had to get some steps in on the treadmill, so I did a 40 minute slow walk which got me about 4000 steps, and then I did a 20 minute row which got me about 1800 steps for my watch I cannot see how many steps it got me for Wii Fit but I am betting about none, as I didn’t make any steps, while I was on the rowing machine.

Tuesday, 21 August 2018

Day 1832

Day 1832;

My BMI was a worrying 18.18, well it would be worrying if I actually cared about it, and I did 20,817 steps which were 13.71 km and I burned off 1558 kcal

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, nectarine, orange and peach.
Lunch: chicken pie, broccoli,green beans, carrots and summer trifle.
Dinner: ham sandwich, sponge cake, sponge cake with fruit inside and Batternburg.
Drinks: milk, water, fruit squash, fruit juice, Lucozade sport (raspberry) and hot chocolate.
Snacks: 3 chocolate biscuits and 1 Maltese chocolate.

Now today I haven’t got a cycle to look forward to, instead I’ve got a football match to get off to watch, and what a football match it was.

But first up I have got to get to the treadmill for a 30 minute jog, before I had a 10 minute row. Of which I did before going off to the kitchen in order to get myself a drink of water. By doing that much before I had my second drink of the day, as I had already had my cereal, fruit and a mug of milk, per usual. Then I set up another 50 minute walk on the treadmill before another 10 minute row before my first mug of fruit squash of the day. Which was my mornings activity I’m intensifying my daily routine as my goal for the year is seemingly no further to be completed.

But then I got surprised just after lunch, as Tini telephoned up saying would I like to go to the gym today, as my answer was obviously, yes, well my answer to Mich who was being my interpreter was a vigorous nod of my head. So I went to the gym, it was on the Lateral X trainer and the exercise bike, as they are both 2 of the safest pieces of equipment for me to go on, for when I’m fundamentally blind, but then again it comes and goes, like for when I’m moving my eyes close but when I was sat at the football match, as a spectator my eyes weren’t playing up, too badly,

The game was epic, well it was the most epic game that I have ever been to, the team scored a scrappy opening goal but the second goal they scored had nothing scrappy about it, as they scored a blinder, I do believe that is how I probably should define it, as it was a shot from outside of the box to the left side of the box and it just got smashed into the bottom right hand side of the goal. But then the third goal before half time, it was a headed finish.

The second half started the goals didn’t come as quickly, but the team managed to keep their scoring boots on for the first of the second half. But then that wasn’t it for the team as they managed to get another 2 goals in the game without conceding, which made the result 6-0.

But then I had returned home and I stepped onto the Wii balance board and it told me that my BMI was 18.18, now that must be unheard of, for me at least, well at least for this edition of Wii Fit as I’m thinking that I may have gone under that number when I first started it when the original came out. But I wasn’t as obsessed back then I do believe.

Monday, 20 August 2018

Day 1831

Day 1831;

My BMI today was 18.62, 14,968 steps, 9.86 km, 1186 kcal burned off, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and plum.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese and pickle with white bread) and cake.
Dinner: tomato pasta, cheese and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot chocolate.

So today I have got myself ready to go for a treadmill walk earlish on in the morning, but then I hadn’t got my act together early enough so I only had a 40 minute walk on the treadmill before I had myself a 10 minute row on the rowing machine. Which got my watch’s steps up to over 5000 but my Wii Fit meter has only got something like 4500 steps on it, before lunchtime, so I should probably just have to do it (40 minute walk before a 10 minute row) again after lunch to get myself up to 10,000 steps, on my watch at least.

Now for this afternoon I’ll either be going to the gym or on another tandem ride apparently. I’m thinking it’s more likely to be a tandem ride but before that I should probably get back on the treadmill, so I did have another little routine like before, which was before I had a short ride out on a tandem with Mich and today I broke my record on the freedom from god sprint, which I am pleased with.

Sunday, 19 August 2018

Day 1830

Day 1830:

As my BMI for today was 18.78, steps 17,412 which was 11.47 km and 1388 kcal that is apparently done today, at least according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, plum, apple, nectarine and blueberries.
Lunch: chicken, sausages, bacon, peas, broccoli, carrots, green beans, cabbage, roast potatoes, bread sauce and apple crumble with cream and ice-cream.
Dinner: sandwich (cheese), cake and an After 8 mousse.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash and cider.
Snack: tiramisu slice (cake).

So I’d eaten my breakfast this morning which was my first 6 out of 5 for today. Then I went out with Mich, and the cycling club, well at least the rable that goes out on a tea and cakes ride, which was where I had my delicious snack, and fruit juice (but that wasn’t either tea or cake). But I know that cycling is good for my Wii Fit steps but it’s not so for my watch which maybe due to my hand being fastened to the handlebars of the bike for the duration of the cycles, but I doubt that has much of an impact as your arms are supposed to be in front of you kind of attached to the the handlebars, arn’t they, while you’re riding a bicycle. But yesterday I saw 2 penny farthings and a bike with a chariot on its back outside Tesco, which I only remembered just today as Mich was talking to a cyclist about penny farthings, at the tea and cakes stop.

But then according to my watch, I have only done 2937 steps, at least from the moment of me typing this. But I’d probably have done more by the time that I have gone and brushed my teeth, which I still haven’t done; yet as I type this paragraph. But today I have traveled about 27 miles, (or 45 km), as on the tandem I did just more than 26 miles (42 km) before I wimped out of doing another one of my 5 mile treadmill walks, when I only did 1 mile, in 20 minutes.

Saturday, 18 August 2018

Day 1829

Day 1829:

My BMI was 18.71, and I had made 18,450 steps which was equivalent to 12.15 km and I have burned off 1556 kcal today, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, nectarine and plum.
Lunch: sausage roll, sandwich (cheese with white bread) and an apple turnover.
Dinner: macaroni cheese, turkey drummers and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (raspberry), cider and hot chocolate.

Now that’s what I did yesterday, I started thinking about the world and how it smells good and proper, well that was how it smelt 2 days ago, then it smelt similar for brief periods in the afternoon, then again today it’s smelt similar to yesterday. Ad this infernal summer cold of mine was all gone 2 days ago, so I was thinking that it had gone for another year, but then it’d come back, yesterday but it left me alone for a few brief moments before bedtime and it’s back again today.

Now today I have been for a treadmill walk, it was a pleasant enough experience, it had me walking somewhere over 12,000 steps which I think is a decent enough starting spot, for my day.

Then after lunch I went to the gym, but I was as good as blind today in the gym so I only went on the Lateral X trainer and an exercise bike. But it was a good time that I had inside the gym.

Today I have also used my inhaler, for the second time in 2 days but I first felt that I needed it yesterday morning and then I felt that I needed it again just now/before I went to bed. Apparently Tini has been telling me that I have been needing it all day, but then I haven’t been noticing the same effect all day, I have just decided to use it because all of the other times that I started weezing I have stopped a short time afterwards, but this time it was more disruptive. So now I’m having to go back to the doctors place to see what will be happening to me.

Friday, 17 August 2018

Day 1828

Day 1828:

My BMI was  18.65, I had taken 24,468 steps which was equivalent to 16.11 km and I had burned off 1523 kcal, today apparently.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, nectarine and plum.
Lunch: sausages, mashed potatoes, green beans, carrots
Dinner: sandwich (cheese + ham), blueberries, strawberries, egg custard and chocolate eclair.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, fruit juice, ginger ale and hot chocolate.
Snacks: scone (butter and jam) and some chocolate biscuits.

Today I had traveled just about 26 miles by about lunchtime, but I had only taken 153 steps, according to my watch. This was as I had gone out with Mich on the tandem to my aunts house, where we had our snacks and I had myself a mug of ginger ale, which was because their is a lack of CO2 for there to be enough for ginger beer, apparently, but there seems to be enough for coke? As Tini has been getting that for herself, and that doesn’t seem to be in short supply?

So I had to remedy the situation, I did that by walking another 8 km on the treadmill just after lunch. That was my activity for the day, I think at least. The only other things I done today have been playing on my iPad's, other than that I’ve forgotten.

Thursday, 16 August 2018

Day 1827

Day 1827;

For today my BMI was 18.53, I had taken 12,482 steps which was 8.22 km and I burned off 866 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, plum and nectarine.
Lunch: tinned spaghetti with sausages and bread.
Dinner: gammon, cauliflower, peas, carrots, green beans, baked potato with cheese and apple pie with cream.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot chocolate.

Now today I have been a bit lazy by that I mean that I have gone to the gym and I have had a tiny little walk on the treadmill, but what else have I done? I have been on my iPad playing a load of games like Suduko while I have been lead on the floor, like a lazyboy. I should be really ashamed of myself.

But I’ve forgotten what else I have done today, so I should be doublely ashamed of myself.

Wednesday, 15 August 2018

Day 1826

Day 1826;

I have had a BMI of 18.50 again, I returned to a decent weight after my blip under yesterday,  I had walked enough steps, in 1,119, but I had walked a pitiful distance in 7.32 km and I have only burned off a 869 kcal, pitiful.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: omelette (ham, cheese and mushroom), salad (lettuce, carrots, sweetcorn, cucumber and tomatoes), chocolate mini roll and chocolate chip shortbread.
Dinner: lasagna, salad (lettuce, carrots, sweetcorn, cucumber and tomatoes), chips and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, coke (Pepsi) and hot chocolate.

So today I have been to the gym, and I did have another little walk on the treadmill, the walk was only a 40 minute wander, on the treadmill. But I have been listening to an internet radio station today as I was intrigued by the status of Jeremy Corbyn, on his position to laying a wreath at a Martyrs ceremony for the terrorists of the Munich Massacre, but he has stated that he was there but he didn’t do anything yesterday at least, but today he has clarified his position of being there, which is a backtrack, by saying that he now was there and he did lay a wreath but it was for all of the victims of the attack. Not the terrorists, or Martyrs, which the whole ceremony was for, in the first place.

Then today I have been to the gym , but within my half an hour go on the Lateral X (cross) trainer then half hour on an exercise bike, I realised that I still hadn’t managed to get to my step goal for the day, so I went on a 40 minute stroll on the treadmill, which had the remaining 4,000 steps for me to make it to 10,000 steps. Before the session on this treadmill Tini made some “disparaging” remarks about me, at least I think that’s how I should view them, but if it’s Japan I’m aiming for which should be in about twenty five months time then I believe that I should probably be doing more.

Tuesday, 14 August 2018

Day 1825

Day 1825;

My BMI for today was 18.40, which is my first one for this edition of Wii Fit that I have got an underweight BMI, but my steps for today was 28,762 and my distance walked was 18.94 km as I burned off 1872 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and strawberries.
Lunch: egg, prawn, bread, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and some pastries.
Dinner: eggs, prawns, bread, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot chocolate.

Today was an interesting day due to my cycling trip that I did this morning, it was a little slightly more than 39 mile ride which was apparently done at an average speed of 15 mph but as I was going along I was attempting, using my watch, to get the speed that I was traveling at, as I got that I had only managed to get to 30 mile something like 2:01 hours:minutes, which is a whole minute down on where I should have been to be at 15 mph average speed, and we still had the little hill to get up before we arrived at home. But then we had that little spot where we set off the speed trap, whoops, but on that place we didn’t manage to reach a new personal best time in that segment.

So it was that I did in the morning then in the afternoon I went for a treadmill wander, it was only another little one though. I was only doing it to get my steps up, on my watch, as I had only done 133 steps by the time that I had completed the cycle. But then Mich has already organised another cycle ride for us to do next weekend, it’s with the cycling club that we aren’t members of, at least not yet, but they take pity on us from time to time and they invite us along with them, it gives Mich someone to talk to, someone that can respond and he doesn’t get irritated by the response, like by saying that was too aggressive of a grunt, which my responses are often characterised as, when I’m sitting there on the back thinking to myself, “was I too aggressive? You can’t be serious” then I’ll generally get frustrated by his accusations, and I just have to blow off steam, by peddling.

Day 1824

Day 1824;

My BMI was 18.50, which is just on the lower limits of having an ideal BMI, 14:276 steps which was 9.40 km and I had burned off 1067 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and strawberries.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese in white bread), chocolate mini roll and something else.
Dinner: chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, potatoes, tiramisu and Tunocks wafer.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and fruit juice.

Today I have had an inactive morning, with me just getting myself ready for a snowboarding lesson which I had this afternoon which I had before I ate my lunch, which I had on the return journey from the snowboarding place to home. I hate beginners slopes, why can’t they just have you up on the proper slope from day one I know they want to make sure you’re safe enough for your safety and for everyone else on the slope, but that’s why you need a massive slope, just one but make it massive so then you could have all of the noobs skiing and snowboarding on the same slope but the more experienced could just go from higher up on the piste, and as they are more experienced they should be able to avoid the noobs, simple, especially as it’s big enough to avoid them.

5-10 hours of lesson time is what he said it should take people to get up to good enough standard, for something I think, well that was my 3rd hour of instruction. Now I wonder how different it will be if I get my sight back, to a better standard before, and if I have another shot at Snowboarding. But the point about their not being a separate slope for noobs is so I could then just have a go on the proper slope with a snowboard and I could show the man what I can do on a Snowboard uninhibited by the lacking of the slope how good would I be on a slope like that? Probably shite but it would be more interesting.

Day 1823

Day 1823;

18.75= BMI,
15,592= steps,
10.27 km= distance,
1380 kcal= burned calories.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and strawberries.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: meat I think, green beans, broccoli, carrots, some other vegetables and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, cider and hot chocolate.

Now what did I do today? I started off by eating breakfast, then I waited for a bit before I got onto the treadmill, and I did a 100 minute walk, which was my 10,000 steps for today.

Following that I have had a lazy afternoon until Mich and I went on a couple of wanders to visit GM and GAK. That was about it that I did today. At the very least that is all that I remember doing.

Saturday, 11 August 2018

Day 1822

Day 1822;

18.81= my BMI, 16,985= my steps, 11.19 km= my distance walked and 1378 kcal= my calories burned off according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, strawberries and orange.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese and pickle in white bread) and something.
Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise and summer trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and cider.

Today there was no boccia so I had a treadmill walk to start off my day, which was fun. Then I got onto the rowing machine for 10% of the time that I had spent on the treadmill.

Then next up it was time for me to go to watch a football match, which the team that I had gone to support actually won. They won their first home game of the season, it was amazing. Now they’re something like seventh in the league, but I’m unsure if all of the teams have played as many games as them, yet. But then in the Premier League yesterday Manchester United was knocked off the top spot from Fridays result against Leicester City, by a result of 2-0 by Bournemouth before they were displaced by Chelsea with a 3-0 score against Huddersfield. But tomorrow should be interesting as in the Premier League we’ve got Arsenal vs Manchester City, and Arsenal have got their first new manager for a long time leading them, it’s a baptism of fire as the majority of pundits are expecting Manchester City to walk away with the title again this season.

Day 1821

Day 1821;

My BMI was 18.62, I had walked 10,880 steps which were 7.16 km and I have burned 1392 kcal, according to Wii Fit. But my watch told me that I had done quite a few more steps than the just over ten thousand steps my Wii Fit meter was telling me I’d done.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: tin of spaghetti with sausages, Batternburg and cherry Bakewell.
Dinner: meat pie, broccoli, peas, green beans, some other green stuff and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and water.

Now today I have been on the treadmill for a 5 km jog before I went for a 5 minute row which I did inturn before I had a 5 minute bounce, just before I did another 20 minute jog and finally a 5 minute row. That Is my day in fitness, at least I think it was my day in fitness. As I’ve been thinking about a tale to tell, not that I can actually tell it. Other than that I had a lazy day, so I probably won’t be good enough to compete on the international stage anytime soon, so Manel you’re fine, now that you wouldn’t be even if I got myself good enough as you’d just need to decline my advances.

Now what the thing about Manel is that I have promised her, at least I think that I have, that if I ever get up to an Olympic or Paralympic standard for any sport, I will have the confidence that I can provide for her and I wouldn’t be the total waste of space that I currently am, I will then ask her out on a date.as in a girlfriend boyfriend type of thing. Now from then I am going to do my best to “woo” her at least I think that is the correct way to put it as she once told me that she has a dream or it’s on her bucket list for her to become a mother of two children, one male and the other female, and I also know that she wants to be married before that instance, to provide the best for the kids, and I knew that at the time of the topic coming up in conversation between the two of us I that she hadn’t got herself a new boyfriend yet, so that could have all changed by now I’ll be the first to admit. But then I have still got my goal to work for, which maybe to win an Olympic or Paralympic gold, it’s just for additional incentive that I have decided to put the goal in one of my best friends courts.

Day 1820

Day 1820;

My BMI was 18.81, I had taken 18,952 steps which was 12.48 km and I have burned 1371 kcal off, at least according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: sandwich (chicken in white bread), cherry Bakewell and Batternburg.
Dinner: lasagna, chips and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and water.
Snacks: muller fruit corner yogurt and a Maltese chocolate.

Then today I have started off by having another walk, which ended in a slight jog. Of which I did while I was watching “Britain’s Fat Fight with Hugh Fearnley-Whitingstall” this morning.

In the last episode he mentioned that he failed all of the goals that he set out with, which were as in the title it was a show about Britain’s fat fight so for it to have been a success then we wouldn’t have been any higher/lower than second (we wouldn’t be first) in the league tables of how fat nations are but by the end of the 3 part series we had got up/down to first, out of Europe.

Next up I ate my lunch and afterwards I went over to the gym, where I had half an hour on the lateral trainer then I finished off my work out session on an exercise bike.

Day 1819

Day 1819;

18.94 was my BMI for today I had walked 21,192 steps which were 13.96 km and I have burned off 1490 kcal.

Breakfast; cereal, banana, strawberries, apple and grapes.
Lunch: sandwich (chicken, lettuce, tomato with white bread), banana, orange, Batternburg and cherry Bakewell.
Dinner:King prawn fried rice, chicken chow mien, sweet and sour king prawn balls, chips, vegetable spring roles, sesame prawn toast and summer fruit trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and water.

I’ve just had another little wander on the treadmill, it was only a 5 mile small trek and I have weighed myself on the shower rooms scale 56.5 kg was what they said. Which when I was using the NHS’s BMI health checker thing I had a BMI of 17.8, but then I shrunk myself to the size that I had on my Wii character, before yesterday, and I my BMI was 18.3 which is still underweight but this time only by point 2, so I will probably have to wear some heavier clothes for my Body Test later on today, as well as eat more.

Anyway I am thinking that an average British person is 5 foot 10 inches or 177.5 cm (but I thought that was 5 foot 11 inches [as 5 times 30 is 150 then 11 times 2.5 is 27.5 so when you add them both up you get 177.5] as 30 cm = 1 foot and 2.5 cm = 1 inch, or so I was taught at school) but they weigh 12 stone 5 pounds or 78.5 kg which gives you a massive BMI of 24.8, at least I was guessing it due to the examples on the NHS BMI health checker thing, but I have since checked the BBC’s article about just that but it is 8 years old so I’m guessing that it’s slightly out of date by now, so I’ve attempted to get a more up to date version.

After I ate my dinner I decided to have a jog around the back garden, for 30 minutes which got me to double my daily steps. I have been watching “Britain’s Fat Fight with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall” on the internet, within the first episode it started off by saying we’re on our way to becoming the fattest country in Europe, aren’t we already?

Tuesday, 7 August 2018

Day 1818

Day 1818;

18.87 was my BMI, I remembered to switch up my height to the correct level, I had made 11,934 steps which was 7.73 km and I had burned off 571 kcal today,according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, nectarine and apple.
Lunch: hotdogs, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and a chocolate eclair.
Dinner: macaroni cheese and fruit trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and cider.
Snacks: grapes.

Now this morning I have been thinking about what I had been doing for the morning, as I couldn’t remember. Eventually I came to the conclusion that I must have been thinking at least one of two things, if not both. Which were the woman that I have some strange feelings of which I believe are called affection and the second is skiing. The second one of the two is obviously as Mich has booked for the four of us to go skiing again in the new year, but the first being the object of my affection, now that just seems to be wrong as she isn’t an object at least not an object that is external to a thinking mind, but she is of “this/my” thinking mind (if I be so bold), as she has got one , a mind, but she is made up of materials that can be seen or touched not that I have ever done much of the touching, I don’t think at least, as the only people that I can remember touching from in school was all of the people that I had fought with/played sport with like rugby or roller hockey, but I may have managed to tap her on her shoulder a couple of times. I have never really been one for physical contact in a non sporting manner, I do believe.

Now the object or person of my affection I am unsure of how it started but I can remember being teased at school for “loving” her but I have never made love to her, not even have I had the intercourse of sex with her; as I’m currently to the understanding that they are both separate instances. Well you can’t make love without having sex but you can have sex without making love, but even if I was to believe that the person was inferring to the other meaning of love. Of which I cannot fathom as of her reasoning to why it was me that loved the object/person of my current affections, affections are “1. A feeling of fondness or liking.” Which of this woman I do like her, quite a bit, as she’s one of my best friends.

So today I have been to the place where boccia has been on, but no it wasn’t on today, not that we had been told it was just a waste, of time, fuel, money and whatever else. So I got nothing done for my fitness. At least not before lunch, then in the afternoon I got in a bit of running on the trampoline, so it wasn’t a complete write off of a day.

Monday, 6 August 2018

Day 1817

Day 1817;

Of the day my BMI was 19.43, I had stepped 20,338 steps which was 13.17 km in length and I burned off 1934 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, nectarine and grapes.
Lunch: tinned spaghetti on bread and chocolate chip shortbread.
Dinner: chicken, carrots, peas, potatoes, vanilla rhubarb orange desert and mini chocolate cake slices.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash

Time isn’t like the sea, in the respect of it only flows one way. But it is like the sea with respect to how easy it is to get lost on it. In the sea analogy I am but a molecule of water within the sea of time, totally indistinguishable from another errant molecule of water.

So today I have got my steps sorted out nice and promptly, in a shortish jog. Just before that I had eaten my breakfast, then I had a bit of a lazy morning, until lunch of which I ate and I got disturbed, by my watch twice while I was eating. As my watch kept telling me to move while I was eating. But then I’d finished my lunch and I went back to my being lazy up until I went on another cycle on Mich’ tandem which was fun, as we’d done our first 5 mile in just about 25 minutes. But we were getting quicker as we were going,

Sunday, 5 August 2018

Day 1816

Day 1816;

My BMI was up again today at 19.49, I had taken 10,243 steps which was 6.63 km and I had burned off 821 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal  banana, apple, orange and nectarine.
Lunch: sandwich (gammon, tomato, salad with white bread) and something.
Dinner: fish, prawns, peas, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes and peach, tangerine fruit tart.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and cider.

Now today I have been on a little treadmill walk which turned into a jog at times, but it eventually transformed into a bit of a trot, towards the end. Then that was about it that I did in form of exercise until just before dinner when I was having a bounce to get my steps up to at least 10,000.

But then for the rest of the day I have watched some more of Red Dwarf, Sherlock and Zapped, as they’re on UKTV play/an app. I have also been on Splatoon 2 I have only been playing my way through the single player campaign, as my internet connection isn’t working properly. Still I have been playing on a couple of those mini tablet games that I have installed on my tablet.

So all in all a bit of a lazy day, was mine today, sorry I’m not attempting a bit of a Yoda it was just something that came to my head.

Saturday, 4 August 2018

Day 1815

Day 1815;

BMI of 19.27, steps 27,766 which was 17.98 km and I have burned off 2300 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and orange.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, tomato with white bread) and 2 cherry bakewells.
Dinner: gammon, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green beans, potatoes and a fruit pastry.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (orange and raspberry) and cider.

Now today I have been on cycling, my watch ran out of charge before we’d finished our ride, but Wii Fit step counter reached 27,500 steps just after the ride. Today we didn’t do too well on the ride Mich blames it on the heat.

I have also got burned by the sun which I was out riding, I thought that I had signed sun cream to Mich this morning and he didn’t respond, but apparently he did see but he thought that I’d have weathered myself up by now so he thought don’t be daft at my suggestion. But then again he has also told a story that had him saying to me that I should wear sun cream but apparently I decided, so that has me at confused. Wasn’t there that radio programme on recently saying that the only way to get a healthy tan was from a bottle as the other ways are actually by burning your skin, so that is why I cringe every time he says at least your looking a healthy colour now.

Friday, 3 August 2018

Day 1814

Day 1814;

On Wii Fit tonight I had a BMI of 18.94, 20,624 steps which was the equivalent of 13.35 km and I’d burned off 1529 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, nectarine, apple and peach.
Lunch: tinned spaghetti with sausages on bread and a chocolate ice-cream.
Dinner: fish and chips with curry sauce and a mandarin peach tart.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and fruit juice.

Now I had managed to get myself up-to and past 10,000 steps by lunch as I had done another little treadmill wander this morning, then I had a shower got dressed and I had a little bounce before going on a walk around the garden which had me up to about 15 thousand steps on both the Wii Fit meter and the watch.

But then in the gym I used the Lateral X (cross) trainer, which should have got my steps for my watch up as well as the Wii Fit as I have to use both my arms and legs for that piece of equipment. But the other piece of equipment that I used while I was in the gym today I wasn’t really using my arms, as it was the exercise bike so now that was probably the reason why I had over 19 thousand steps on my Wii Fit meter while I only had just over 18 thousand on my watch before going out to the seaside with Tini and Mich for dinner of which I was really hungry by the time that we had it.

So we were going to the seaside for dinner, but the traffic was so bad we got to a turn off which said Mersea so we turned off on that turn off, so we were going to get fish n chips from there instead.
19,297 car travel you’ve just got to hate it.
19,645 Then we had a little walk on the island of Mersea.
19,967 I got back into the car as Mich told me that we were going to get our dinner, we didn’t, at least not immediately.
20,493 after we had traveled to Malden for fish and chips, I find it unbelievable how much people like driving. I think it’s incredibly unenjoyable as I’m getting my head bashed around by the car one minute it’s getting banged on the window the next it’s my neck getting squeezed by the seatbelt. But then I have my head which I also find bounces backwards and forwards on the headrest of which I do find to be irritating.
20,504 we stopped to  eat our fish and chips
20,640 before we got back into the car.
21,552 we returned home.

As that was the way that my watch recorded my steps which was over the back roads, cross country from Mersea to Maldon. And as Mich was driving he was saying how much he enjoyed driving.

Thursday, 2 August 2018

Day 1813

Day 1813;

My BMI was 19.30 again, 5643 steps which were 3.65 km which were 767 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, nectarine, apple and peach.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese with white bread) and something.
Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash and cider.
Snack: a Maltese chocolate.

So as a start for the day I was unsure of what I had to do today, so I went for a ten minute run on the treadmill, I failed to reach the ten minute mark. Which was followed by a 15 minute treadmill walk before I got lazy and the next physical activity that I did was a little cycle on an exercise bike.

I hate humanity as a species we have destroyed this world, I know that you could say that we have made some parts more suitable for human life but then we weren’t living there naturally why do we have to move onto it? Because our species has grown too big, in quantity. There’s too many of us on this rock, cannibalism is an option which would help on two levels, as it would help the starving and it’d help us by cutting down on the number of people alive. It may even have a third impact as people should be attempting to get as fit as possible, as they don’t want to be looking fat and tasty. Which would bump up the coder .

Wednesday, 1 August 2018

Day 1812

Day 1812;

My BMI was 19.30, I had walked 14,090 steps which was 9.12 km and I had burned off 1338 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange and apple.
Lunch: prawn mayo sandwich (white bread), chocolate cake and Batternburg.
Dinner: sweet sour chicken, rice, green beans, chocolate trifle and chocolate.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice and fruit squash.
Snacks: strawberries.

So today I have had a little treadmill walk which got me going for today, before lunch then after lunch I had the gym it was a session on the exercise bike and then after that I had myself a lazy rest of the day, with me watching some more of Red Dwarf.

So that was what I did today apart from the usual, you know the stuff like showering, toileting, eating, playing and Wii Fitting.
