Day 2084

Day 2084;

Now today I have had a BMI of the same as yesterday, but I don’t know my steps, my distance or even the calories that I burned, today I was thinking that I missed out on my goal for steps on my Wii fit thingamajig, though. So it doesn’t look hopeful that I did on anything, today.

Breakfast: cereal , banana, apple, orange and yogurt.
Lunch: baked beans with mini sausages on bread nd cake.
Dinner: chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, something and Jaffa cakes.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, elderflower and hot Ribena.

I tried my hand, or feet, at a little jog for this morning on the treadmill, it was only 20 minutes in length of time. But apparently I managed to average my speed at 5.9 mph, which shocked me, at speeds of that I probably would have managed to get 4 laps around the athletics track in 20 minutes, just 100 more to go go, to get myself up to marathon distance.

Anyway I’m doing shamefully bad with my speed it was only over a short 20 minute stretch of my legs., then after that I had myself a 30 minute row, on the rowing machine, which I disappointed myself with the only 4.6 km that I had rowed.. then next up was my time for a bounce.

Today my BMI was 19.79, I had only managed to take 13,918 steps or 9.01 km which was today only worth 1329 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef) and cake.
Dinner: pie (chicken), cauliflower, green beans, carrots, broccoli and tart (banana and toffee).
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow I haven’t got anything planned, no trips to the gym, until Thursday sometime I think. So I’m guessing that I will probably be on the treadmill tomorrow, the Zwift bike and the rowing machine that I have at my home. I should certainly get myself on the treadmill as I have really let myself down at athletics today.

Anyway I have watched the latest episode of Game of Thrones, just a heads up if you haven’t seen it yet, it’s great. It was a bit surprising at it’s end, wondering how the next three episodes are going to turn out now, I don’t think that I have given away pretty much a thing in typing that, other than Brans “death” scene is awesome I’m typing about the scene which starts with Bran talking to Theon basically saying that he is forgiven, as it’s just the two of them up against the Night King, a cripple and a Eunuch standing there against the most powerful force in the Game of Thrones world, the Night King that had just been engulfed by a giant ball of dragon fire and he just shrugged it off, meanwhile calling another bunch of dead folks to come to his aid and kill Aegon (Jon) while he trudged onward to Brandon Stark.

My letting myself down at athletics today was what I was thinking about, just before I got distracted by the Game of Thrones. Ok so my letting myself down at athletics today was that I was so slow so what if I was quicker than the two disabled girls, then there’s one other disabled male person who was just beating me hands down with his running/jogging. Then Paul commented on my stamina, it’s not that great it’s my stupidity that drives me.

Day 2082;

My BMI was 19.95, I had walked 32,587 steps which was apparently 21.10 km and I had burned 1997 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: omelette (duck) and 2 slices of cakes.
Dinner: chicken, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, tart (banana and toffee) and Lindt chocolate rabbit.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow I am going to athletics, so I probably should get myself warmed up prior to the event as it’ll be a long trip in the car to get to athletics.

So today I had a thought, and that thought was what is the point of underwear? Now I know it can be used as an excuse of modesty thingamajig, I think. But is it really? No I say not as you don’t just wear your underwear, you have something to put over it, which is why it’s called your underwear, be it trousers or a skirt that you put over your pants/panties. No true Scotsman apparently ever wears any under his kilt but that’s just putting the men from the other parts of the world to shame, as how much of a wimp is every other man that wears a pair of trousers and pants, 2 layers compared to Scotsmen who only wear 1 layer, when the wind is kind else wise they wear no layers covering their undercarriage and the wind is rarely kind in Scotland.

Then earlier on today I on my bike, well I wasn’t on my bike, it was Mich’s tandem that we were on while we were cycling around to the GM’s care home, then in the afternoon Mich and I walked around to GM’s abode to get it fixed up as she wants to put it up for rent or something like that.

My daily BMI was 20.02, I have only done 6949 steps which were 4.5 km and I had burned 1073 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, pear, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: sausage casserole (sweet corn, carrots and peas) and tart (nectarine and peach).
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow I have no idea what I am to be doing tomorrow, apart from going for another short cycle and watching the GP, other than that I cannot tell you.

Then today I have been having a lazy day, as you could probably tell by the only few steps that I had done. I have been over to boring boccia for the morning. I have gone to watch the football match of the team that I support in the afternoon.

The football match today was interesting, as the team that I went to view won, woah they actually managed to win, now I haven’t seen that in a while.

BMI was 19.59, I had walked 26,973 steps or 17.37 km and I had managed to burn 1670 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, apple, orange, banana and yogurt.
Lunch: mini sausage rolls, potato salad and 2 slices of cakes.
Dinner: salmon, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, carrots, crochet potatoes, pastry (nectarine and peach) and Lindt chocolate rabbit.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow yet again I have got no idea of the plans, I’m guessing that I’ll probably eat at some juncture, then I will probably do something active tomorrow, what day is it tomorrow? It’s a Saturday isn’t it, which should probably mean that I have got boccia practice tomorrow. Then after that I think I’ve got the final game of the football season to go to watch. Then I’ll still

Now so far today I have had a thirty minute walk, on the treadmill, which has got my step count up to five thousand for the day so far (at least by my watch). Then after I had got myself dressed up for the day (I was in pyjamas before) I decided to go to the back of the house for a little thirty minute jog on the spot which I accomplished doing so it meant that my step count had exceeded my ten thousand goal, before I had even had lunch.

So if I could maintain my thirty minute pace for five hours, fourteen point four minutes I could get a marathon done in that time, if I was to state that my average speed was five miles per hour. Which probably would be my average speed if I had done any longer than half an hour as I had managed to get to an average speed of five point five miles per hour/I managed two point seven five miles, I had put a little spurt on for the last about minute or thirty seconds.

On this day I have had a BMI of 19.36, steps of 13,497, distance walked 8.74 km and then I have burned 1139 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, pear, apple and grapes.
Lunch: mini sausage rolls, scotch eggs, coleslaw, potato salad and Batternburg.
Dinner: meatballs (quorn), pasta, cheese, mushrooms and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow I have no idea what I’m doing, then what I have done today I’m unsure about, I know that I am just had a hot Ribena, before drinking that I had watched the final part of a Game of Thrones episode, I think that today it was the episode where the Hound realises that he’s petrified of fire and he attempts to run from the fight, as Stanis is too good, for the army that’s commanded by the Imp, then the father (Lord Tywin) arrives to save the day. For the cowardice king, that’s kings guard attempted to kill the Imp, then the friend of the Imp, the one that sung the song at the end of season 8 episode 2, I do believe, I think his name is Pod or something.

Then again before that event I believe I ate my dinner and before I had started my dinner I started watching the episode of Game of Thrones. Which I had started watching after I had my shower as I had just been on a bike ride for 90% of the battery life on the iPad, but I had managed to get to to the summit on the tour of fire and ice. Before that happened so that’s shocked me, now it’s just about 50% of the ride time that I need to knock off to make up a place on the competition that have been up there already, that’s how slow I was.

BMI was 19.49, I took 17,138 steps and I have walked 11.10 km and I have burned off 1447 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, pear, apple, orange and grapes.
Lunch: mini sausages, scotch eggs, mini sausage rolls, potato salad, coleslaw and lemon drizzle cake.
Dinner: meat, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower and Eaton mess.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and Ribena.

In the morrow I am not going to the gym so I have all day to play with, well in principle at least. Today I have gone on the Zwift bike for a morning cycle, it was supposed to be another little loop around a small circuit, I failed at getting around the circuit, I was too slow. I got further than I did when I had some power issues, obviously not far enough though, I know that I’m too slow at the course as I thought that the iPad I was using had full charge before I started, then by the time that I had finished it was saying that I had used up 95% of the power, I need to improve.

My BMI was down slightly to 19.95, my steps were up 13,890 which was a disappointing 8.99 km of distance and I had only managed to burn 1067 kcal today.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: sandwich (ham in wholemeal bread), grapes, tunocks wafer and 2 slices of cakes.
Dinner: burger (chicken), lettuce, tomato, chips and tiramisu.
Snacks: orange, banana, pear, apple, strawberries, grapes and yogurt.

Tomorrow I don’t think that I have much planned except an appearance at the gym, at some point tomorrow, so I have got that to look forward to. 

Now today I have walked a bit around London then later I have had another little row which I do believe that I got 5 km in distance, according to the piece of gym equipment at least. Then I didn’t bother with my little jog on the spot for 30 minutes, as I’d already walked around London for over an hour previously today. I only actually got in a row because Tini kept nagging me to get on the gym equipment before dinner.

So I had been watching some more of game of thrones today, it wasn’t the newest episode, I watched that on Monday, Arya Stark and Genndry (son of Robert Baratheon) fucked Brienne of Tarth got her knighthood, and then a lot of other things happened in the episode, like how Bran decided not to tell the others about Jamie’s treachery at the beginning of the series (which was obviously as they needed everyone they could get to fight).

My BMI was 20.02, steps that I had taken were only 11,200 or the pathetic 7.25 km and I had burned 1285 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, apple, grapes, banana, pear, orange and yogurt.
Lunch: lamb, carrots, peas, broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, pear and something.
Dinner: mini sausages, mini sausage rolls and 2 slices of cakes.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

So tomorrow will include me getting my sight back, hopefully, that is as I am going into London to see the Italian Doctor (whose awesome) as she gets her needles and pokes them into my eyelids, awesome fun.

Then before that happens tomorrow morning I have been on the Zwift bike today I think that it was around Innsbruck, wherever that is. Ok so that’s interesting Innsbruck is the capital city of Tyrol, which is an Austrian State, of which I have spent 4 of the best weeks of my childhood in the Tyrol Skiing, then again I have never physically been to Innsbruck instead I have been to Kitzbühel, that was many years ago now the closest thing that I have done to that will be the twice that I have gone to Italy skiing, and the time that I have spent on the Zwift bike traveling around Innsbruck. I wonder if I go on Innsbruck again I am going to take a more scenic route around to see if I can pick out any of the fascinating Austrian buildings.

Then again after the few results from the games that have gone on over the past few days it’s looking like the Premier League will be Manchester City’s this season, as they only need to keep winning their games to win the premier league the toughest game for them was supposed to be Manchester United, what’s happened to them in their most recent game? It was 4-0 to the opposition so then if they play City in a game the news reporters were saying the result of the game would be 7-0 to City, and I cannot agree with them. Then even if Liverpool win the remaining games they cannot win the league and there’s no team that’s anywhere close to the top two in the league.

Now I did try to have a little jog inside but I failed, I only managed about 7 minutes before I got called away to help with the preparations for Emu’s visit,

My BMI was 19.71! I had made 26,810 steps which was apparently 17.36 km I have burned off 1817 kcal today.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, pear, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: omelette (duck egg) and Batternburg.
Dinner: chicken, green beans, potatoes and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and Ribena.

Tomorrow I won’t have any plans for, at least I don’t think I have any plans tomorrow. But (I hate that word) today I have had another little cycle around Wattopia. Then before that I made a nice little 30 mile cycle round trip to my GM)s place of residence. I almost managed to get 10/16 stars on the Zwift ride today as I lost my foot just before the notice came up, at the same position that Mich had made 6, out of 16 stars 2 days prior, which was an achievement. Now it’s only 2 stages to 1, so an improvement on my part, pity it was only one that was concerned with the amount of power that you were putting down at certain intervals, it had a set time basically, with everyone that was in the ride finished within the same few minutes.

Also today I have watched some more of Game of Thrones season 1 and then I had even watched I think that I watched a couple of the episodes into the second season, of which I thought was good. From the beheading of Ned Stark to the worrying fondness of the iron islands only surviving heirs to the salt throne, not that they won’t be disputed by their uncle I do believe.

Yesterday I believe that I also managed to get in another little jog and a row,  which today I upped slightly by having two cycles and then my daily jog.

Now today I had a BMI of 19.95, I had only made 9120 steps which was 5.91km and I had burned off 864 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, pear, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: chicken, peas, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes and apple pie.
Dinner: scrambled eggs (goose) and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and fizzy orange juice.

So today I was going to Gloucestershire it was to a river of mud, basically, as GD and GM live beside the river, I used to think that it was Wales on the other side of the river, but it isn’t. Now tomorrow I am going on another two bike rides, the first is another little cycle over to the place where the other GM lives to deliver Easter eggs, then it’ll be the next stage on the Zwift tour of Wattopia.

Now today I was going to the GD and GM’s house in Gloucestershire which was an exceptionally long drive and my head did get a little giddy. Now today I have had some scrambled goose eggs for my dinner, goose eggs look very similar to duck eggs (white eggs) but they’re just very big, but still not as big as Easter eggs (chocolate eggs).

Now today I have been lazy and that is exemplified by my BMI being up:to 19.95, I had made 14,345 steps which surprised me as I had a lazy day but then I had burned 884 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, pear, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: bread, bacon, egg and something.
Dinner: pasta bolognaise, cheese and cream egg trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snack: 1 quality street chocolate.

Tomorrow will be an exceptionally lazy day, as I have got a long journey in the car which won’t be appreciated by my head.

Today was lazy as I only got a short jog around outside, then I decided to do a half hour bounce before I stopped for today. That is actually it that I have done today, apart from watch some stuff on the box, like Game of Thrones and Doctor Strange. Then again I only believe that I managed to watch 1 episode of Game of Thrones today, we watched the whole of Doctor Strange.

Then as I was going to go to bed I took one of my quality street chocolates out of the box, put it back and I selected another one to eat. I have no idea of my reasoning in doing that, I just did (how weird).

Daily BMI was 19,69, my steps were at 17,200 which gave me a distance of 11.14 km and 1146 Kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple, pear and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese and corned beef) and lemon drizzle cake.
Dinner: pie, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes and cream egg trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow I believe will be another surprise, then again I will probably be a bit more of my lazy self tomorrow, but then I hope that I make good on my fitness goals, as I probably should have done today.

As on this day I have had a short ride on the Zwift bike, which was followed by a row (I cannot remember how long I was on it)  and all that I thought was followed in my thirty minute jog on the spot, which I did while I watched some more of Game of Thrones, it was only up-to the part where Ned’s head left his shoulders.

Then both of the Manchester teams got knocked out of the Champions League but they’re still two English Clubs in the Champions League, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur’s (who outplayed a Manchester City team whenever it was that they beat them 1-0, for them to go up against them today and loose the game 4-3 which gives the game 4-4 on aggregate but on away goals 0-3 to Tottenham). So that’s Manchester City’s chance to win the quadruple up in smoke.

My BMI is still at 19.85, 11,444 steps or 7.41 km and I burned off 978 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: bread (wholemeal),  hot dog sausages, egg, cheese and lemon drizzle cake.
Dinner: gammon, crochet potatoes, cauliflower, peas, broccoli, carrots and tiramisu.
Drinks: milk, water, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Anyway tomorrow I don’t know what is going to happen but I will probably have a go on the Zwift bike, I might have a bounce, row or walk/jog on the treadmill, tomorrow. Then again I may just watch some more of Game of Thrones.

Then today I have been to the gym in the morning, so that was a little thing I did on the lateral trainer, before I did a bit of time on the seated leg press and it ended in a quick cycle on an exercise bike.

Next up I’ve been lazy, I’ve been watching some more of the Game of Thrones, season 1. I did my thirty minute little jog on the spot while I was watching an episode. Then after I had done that Tini arrived and instructed me to get onto some of the gym equipment as I only had 45 minutes until dinner, so I decided to go out and fix the bike, it was that the power cable had come out not the gears, so that was a relatively simple problem to fix. So I gave myself a 30 minute cycle before I got myself off the bike cleaned myself up, and found that I actually had an extra 10 minutes until dinner was served, I still managed to get myself ready for dinner on time. So that was a bonus.

My BMI today was 19.85, steps were 17,366 (11.24 km) and I had burned 1267 kcal.

Breakfast: yogurt, banana, strawberries, apple, orange and cereal.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: fish, runner beans,vegetable rice and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and water.

So tomorrow I will try try to complete the first season of Game of Thrones, as well as the fitness goals that I have set for myself.

Now today I have completed my fitness goals in the morning, minus the jog on the spot, as I had been on the rowing machine, trampoline and the treadmill before I had completed my breakfast. Then I only did my jog on the spot while I was rewatching the first season of Game of Thrones, I only got 4 episodes of the way through. Incest, Dragons and Death are probably the three words that I’d use to describe Game of Thrones, as it’s a recurring pattern a couple of related people getting it off and having kids ordinary kids, which is quite troubling in actuality, I’m sure that some may have been a bit mad, but the vast majority were ordinary kids. A couple of the mad ones were Joffrey Baratheon (who was Lannister through and through) and then before him there was the Mad King (Aerys II). Then again they were two almost perfect physically, at least, specimens of men Sam Well Tully, at least I think that’s what he’s called (the fat one from the nights watch) his girl friend/wife and her son was from beyond the wall and the same genes that went into her also went into her son, as in her father impregnated her for her son as did he impregnate her mother, so that’s all fucked over, and then look at the physicality perfect people that came out of there, the normality of the children of Caster is abnormal.

Now that’s my rant on the Game of Thrones done, for now at least.

My BMI was 19.76, steps I had taken were 19,642 (which was 12.76 km) and I had burned 1350 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, strawberries and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (corned beef) and carrot cake.
Dinner: Chinese takeaway feast (noodles, rice, pork, carrots, peas, green beans).
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and Ribena.

Now today, day 2069, I have decided to call it my new beginning. As I have decided to put all of the things I have learned about anything and everything into action today even the things that I have forgotten, which is pretty much all of them.

Tomorrow I will be getting to doing some more of my fitness stuff. At least more than I did today as today I did a half hour jog on the spot, which was before I broke the Zwift bike, i don’t know how I did it, I was just cycling up a nice pleasant hill, it may have been a 9% hill but I was in the lowest gear possible at that interval, then I was pedalling  up the hill minding my own business when the gears went, by this I mean as in when I was pedalling the bike wasn’t moving so I put the bike into a higher gear and it got some purchase on so I thought that is good I can get on with my cycle so I turned it down on the gear front, and it was fine for about the next minute before it stopped there was nothing I could do to get it to go again from here, I tried all that I knew but no, it stopped, the gears just weren’t clicking into alignment, so that was that, in my new fitness regime for today.

My BMI today was 20.18, my steps were 9616, my distance walked was 6.23 and I had burned 859 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, apple, orange, banana and yogurt.
Lunch: egg, smoked salmon, bread (white), salad (green leaves, tomatoes and carrots) and cake.
Dinner: pasta meatballs (quorn), cheese, bread and a tart (nectarine and peach).
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and fruit squash with lemonade.

Tomorrow is a n day just as today was from the outset, and every day before. Tomorrow I probably won’t be going to athletics nor the gym so it’ll be up to me to get my own training sorted. Just as it has been for the majority of previous days, with mixed levels of success. Then tomorrow I am going to start anew. I will be getting in a ride on the Zwift bike another little jog on the treadmill before another row on the machine then I must get onto the trampoline for another bounce, tomorrow.

Now today what has happened to me today? I cannot remember I did do a little jog on the spot it was nothing though only a shallow 5 minutes in length, else today I have had a lazy day, which is reflected by my pitifully few steps that I have done today.

19.92 was my BMI was the day, I had only walked 10,722 steps (or 6.94 km) in the time of the day and I had burned 982 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, apple, orange, banana and yogurt.
Lunch:I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: pizza (mushroom, cheese and ham), salad (leaves [green and white]), tomatoes, carrots and sweet corn) and a chocolate sundae.
Drinks: milk and fruit squash.

Well I think that it should be a bit more of the same as happened today, tomorrow, within other words another lazy day. I think that Tini and Mich are arriving tomorrow instead of leaving from they’re murder mystery dinner thing.

Then today I have had a lazy day as I had only managed to get up to 4000 steps before lunchtime and after lunch I spent time watching 2 separate DVD’s, the first was Black Panther, the second was his end in Avengers Infinity War. It’s lined up nicely for Endgame now.

Then again today I have also been on a bounce for half an hour in the afternoon which was how I actually managed to reach my step goal for today. Otherwise I would probably have stayed down by 5000 or something.

I got a BMI 20.05, you got a BMI how old are you Savage, 3? Well that age I ain’t I think I have been doing this blog now for somewhat over 3 years now, I have managed to get 13,097 steps which gave me a distance walked of 8.48 km and I have burned 1144 ,kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, apple, orange, banana and yogurt.
Lunch:hot dog sausages, bread n’ butter and something.
Dinner: chicken pie, broccoli, carrots, green beans, cauliflower, potatoes and cream egg trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water, Pepsi Max and hot Ribena.

I’m sure that I did multiple physical activities today, I mean at least 2, as I initially went out to the gym before having a lazy midday until about 5 when I cycled for just over an hour on Zwift, I still didn’t manage to beat Mich’s time was 2 minutes quicker than mine, which is a little worse than my first stage, as that was about 1 and a quarter minute.

So what’s up for tomorrow; I bet no one’s sitting there wondering. Well as it stands I will probably be having a lazy day tomorrow, as Mich and Tini are going out for a Murder Mystery evening. So I’ve only got Allergy for company tomorrow.

Day number 2065 and I have gained some weight with a BMI of 19.89, I had made 10,555 steps which was only 6.83 km and I have burned 990 kcal.

Lunch: I’ve forgotten.

Now tomorrow I am planning on doing another little cycle around Wattopia so today I have had a little break from doing pretty much anything, minus the standard 10,000 steps and a bit of yoga on the Wii Fit only enough to keep my muscles ticking over before the ride tomorrow.

What I did today was really not important. Then what have I ever done that’s imitation, I don’t know.

Day 2064

Day 2064;

Today I have dropped another bit of my BMI 19.36, I had only made 17,869 steps (or 11.56 km) which is a decrease on yesterday’s in both counts and I had burned off 1527 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, grapes, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese in white bread) and carrot cake..
Dinner: macaroni cheese, scampi and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash,ginger beer, elderflower and hot Ribena.

Now tomorrow I am planning on having a bit of a rest day as I have been noticing that my performance on the bike is getting somewhat worse, as I go on through the week. That’s not all as I may actually get a chance to go out on the tandem tomorrow as well as the little thing of that Zwift ride that I should be on tomorrow coming up, Friday so I have decided that to get myself in the best shape for Friday I probably shouldn’t go around expending masses of energy tomorrow.

Today Tini has made a request for my choices in items of clothing that I wear to change, from usually jeans to now tracksuit trousers (or jogging bottoms) as they are easier to clean. So I have decided to take her up on this suggestion, starting tomorrow, even if it started some weeks ago during week time at least. Except for on special occasions, of which I cannot remember. So that’s the change of my wardrobe, which I probably have been edging towards over the past few weeks/months, probably.

Is there to be any more changes over the next few weeks/years/rest of my life? I don’t know but I know that there should be Brexit coming up. The dream that we were all sold as warnings, is now looking less likely to happen. So what is going to happen in its place? The only two ways that I can see it actually happening is with either Mrs May’s deal or no deal, both seem to be almost equally unpopular with Mrs May’s deal seemingly to be the preferred option of the two, but what I would like to see is a vote in the commons on that question, it would be aye’s to the right for Mrs May’s deal x number of votes, no to the left for no deal y number of votes. Then if it’s a tie the speaker has the option of which way we proceed. So you’ve got Mrs May’s deal which has lost 3 times vs the only credible alternative which has lost once.

Now today I have got a BMI of 19.59, I have done 30,011 steps which is 19.43 km (apparently) and I had burned 1650 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, grapes, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops with mini sausages, bread (white) and cake.
Dinner:  sweet n’ sour chicken, vegetable rice and something,
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.

Then the day after today I am planning on doing a similar routine to today, which I have done a similar routine to yesterday. As today I have managed to get on the bike first then I moved along to the treadmill for a walk then I finally got in a short row on the rowing machine. After the morning’s activity I ate my lunch and I waited around, until Tini got back to take me to the gym, then I have jogged along with Mich in his Zwift bike ride, it was Stage 2 of the tour of Wattopia today, at least for himself.

So much for my completion of Pokémon Let’s go Eevee, as I don’t think that I have got any further on the game, today, but I learnt how to challenge Red in the game, by watching a YouTube video.. and it’s simple basically, as I need to train 6 Pokémon to level 100, so I can then beat 6 of the Master Pokémon people, or just show the 4 legendary Pokémon, the 3 legendary birds (Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos) then there’s the other one Mewtwo, but then I’m guessing that you could also get Mew up to level 100 if there’s a Mew Master in the game. So that would probably be 5 of your 6 Pokémon mastered and then on your left as you go to the elite four building you will find him for a pitifully easy battle, at least if you’ve set up your 6 now maxed out Pokémon.

Today my BMI was down to 19.76, and my steps were ever so slightly up to 18,813 (which gave me a distance of 12.18 km) and I had burned off 1541 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese in white bread) and doughnuts (jam and custard).
Dinner: salmon, broccoli,green beans, carrots, new potatoes and tart (peach and nectarine).
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (raspberry) and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow I have no idea what is going on but I’m guessing that if I can get up as early as I did this morning then I can maybe get in another 18.5 mile course around Wattopia, followed by another at least 30 minute walk on the treadmill before finally sitting down for a little row. Then if I get myself up earlier I may actually be able to get in some more? As today I managed to get in all of that, no more for the morning before I went to lunch and after lunch I went out to the gym for another little workout, the things I do to get to my dream of competing at an Olympic (or a variation of, like the Paralympic) games. Then to make a success of that dream it would give me the confidence to do something that I have never done before. Hopefully I can grow as a person enough to succeed.

Now that was me looking slightly too far ahead, but I’m going to have to put in the extra bits of effort into my workout in order to make my dreams a reality, and that includes my newest dream. If not they’re only dreams, works of fiction from my imagination, I have no expectations of any of them happening, least of all to me.

Despite the above points I have also managed to get my Dratini to level 30, so it has now evolved into Dragonair by just running through Elite Four, so my Pokedex is looking to be more complete at the moment. But where’s Red? As I know that Blue is now Viridian cities gym leader, and that he was Red’s rival.

Day 2061

Day 2061:

Today I had a BMI of 19.98, I had walked 18,128 steps (or 11.74 km) and the amount of calories I burned 1030 kcal.

Breakfast: yogurt, banana, orange, grapes, strawberries, apple and cereal.
Lunch: sandwich (fish finger in white bread) and something.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, potatoes and a fruity tart.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow I will go to the gym instead of laugh down, athletics club. Then on this day I have been on another bike ride around Wattopia, it was just another one of the 18.5 mile course that I think I may have done previously this week, not the race course, the other one, stage 2 starts tomorrow of the tour of Wattopia, I wonder if I’ll get another go on it, if so when?

Then today I think I got in a bit of running around Kanto, but then again I captured Mewtwo, so I challenged Elite 4 again and I beat them again. It’s a good way of training up your Pokémon. I used to do it with my Pokémon on my original game (Red) I got a level 100 Blastoise that way, I can only remember there being an *Exp Shr* which you had to set to another Pokémon so it would only be like “Blastoise gained X (amount of Exp)with Experience Share your Kabuto also gained Y (amount of Exp)” which would occasionally be the same, that would be after I used Hydro Pump against an Onix or some other kind of Pokémon.

My BMI was up to 20.15, I had only made 9561 steps (which was a disappointing 6.19 km) and only 777 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten, banana, orange, apple,and yogurt.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Now today I have been such a disappointment. Such a disappointment I have been as I have had boccia in the morning and I have been to watch a football match in the afternoon.

Then I have had a lazy rest of the day also I haven’t even been on the rowing machine today, as I have been gazing at it a bit but not getting on it to have a row, which is irritating. I don’t think that I have even managed to get onto some Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee today, well at least not that mattered very, much.

My BMI was 19.98, steps I did 10,713 it was only 6.94 km and I had burned 1078 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: toast, baked beans, mini sausages and something.
Dinner: something, strawberries with ice cream and something else.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, fruit juice, water and hot Ribena.

Today I have had a go on the Zwift bike and I have disappointed myself with my performance, as I have had a decent enough start to the ride but I really let myself down when it came to the finishing straight, as it was a course of 18.5 miles and I did it slower than Mich did it just 2 days ago.

Then I think that it was today that the English Women lost against Canada, and I have forgotten everything else that happened today. I think it was a friendly football match, though, so it only means things for bragging rights, but Canada should have been up by some goals from the first half and England should have won the second half, the way it went was no goals in the first half when Canada were on top, they managed to nick a goal against the run of play in the second half. So I guess that’s what makes a good team.

Dinner: chicken, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, baked potato and something.
Drinks: milk , fruit squash, water and hot Ribena.

So for tomorrow I’m unsure of what is going on but I am planning to go on the Tour of Wattopia, Zwift ride, tomorrow evening, I do believe. Now today I have been lazy as I have been waiting for the insects to arrive then they hadn’t arrived until later on in the day as we had gone to the gym, which was a bit of a disappointment but then they were left outside so Tini didn’t miss them, which is good.

The NAZI party was a political party of the left, the German National Socialist party was on the left of the political spectrum, but because they didn’t line up 100% with the Communists which were also on the left they were called right wing. Just look at the Lib Dem and Lab, they're both left wing parties but then neither of them have started a world war, even though those Labour did start Britain’s involvement in Iraq, which has been a catastrophic failure in Europe with it being the cause of a lot of the hostility around here which has in turn lead to Brexit, so Mr Blair, you’re as much at fault for the Brexit as I, the only difference is that I want it you don’t (which isn’t a big surprise, as you bred the monster of Brexit with your foreign wars so the result was no more than a reaction to the Lab/Con/Lib miss running of the country, of  the past. Then as I was saying before I got distracted the NAZI party was on the left of the political spectrum because they are only considered a far-right party because the National Socialists of Germany A(I’m unsure of what that could mean) Party clashed with other socialists parties, then because of the clashes they ended up being branded “right”, only because the communists were already branded left, that doesn’t seem to be a very compelling argument, as of why they’re right, it almost seems as if the “left” has decided to disown one of its children, as the nazi ideology is extremely close to the communist ideology. So what is left and right it’s the ideologies that separates them, if you’re in a left wing party you are more interested in bigger government, more regulations and higher taxes for the rich, then if you are on the right you are generally more interested in smaller government, lower taxes and less interference from the state.

BMI was 19.89, steps only 8964 which was a pitiful 5.80 km and I had only burned off 885 kcal today.

Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: salmon, broccoli, carrots, green beans, cauliflower, crochet potatoes
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Now on this day the insects were supposed to come, they didn’t maybe they’ll come tomorrow? I’m hoping that they are still alive by the time that they show up. Then that’s what I'll be doing tomorrow. I’ll be waiting for the insects to arrive, then I shall probably be playing a bit more of Pokémon, as I’m not made of money, I probably wouldn’t be able to get Mew/Pokémon #151 but I could get Pokémon #150 as it’s in Cerulean Cave I just need to train up my party Pokémon slightly, so that’s Charzard, Blastoise, Venusaur, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres. But I may as well train up Eevee, Flareon, Jolteon and Vaporeon. Then Kabutops, Omastar and Aerodactyl. So now that’s 13 Pokémon to train up to levels which are good enough to beat a level 70 Mewtwo. But my Pokédex quest is appearing to be going on well.as I caught a Dragonite, Hitmonchan, Pinsir and I evolved my Goldeen into Seaking.

So what else have I done today? I have been on the rowing machine for a short row. That’s about it of which I can remember at least.

My BMI for today was 20.08, my steps were up to 13,073 which were 8.46 km p, and then I had burned 1079.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, grapes and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten. 
Dinner: chicken, peas, broccoli, green beans, carrots and bread pudding.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

So today I have been on my Switch completing Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee, at least up to the point where I have beat up Elite Four, but I still have got to get Kabuto’s fossil trade some Pokémon, like Haunter, Graveler, Kadabra, Machoke, then I need a Sandshrew and Sandslash, Oddish, Gloom and Vileplume, Mankey and Primeape, Growlithe, Grimer and Muk, Hitmonchan, Seaking, Scyther, Pinsir, Dratini, Dragonair and Dragonite, before Pokémon numbers 150 and 151, or Mewtwo and Mew.which should be the complete Kanto Pokédex.

But then what is happening tomorrow, I will be still waiting for me insects to arrive, but then even if they haven’t today I will be going to be gym, as Mich says that he’ll be getting home earlier to be on insect watch for Tini. So that’s what the plan is at least.

BMI  was 20.15, I had walked 11,962 steps (or 7.74 km in distance) and I had burned 1327 kcal today.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: baked beans with mini sausages rice cakes
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snack: tiramisu.

Tomorrow I have got So today I had athletics, and I was a lazy man for the rest of the day. Apart from the hour up to me doing the weigh in, at least up until I put in my Wii Fit meter.

Today my longest long jump was about 2.50 m which is nothing, it would have won me the gold medal if I was a woman, and I was in the special Olympics and if I was a cerebral palsy, I think that is her condition at least, athlete but I’m not. I’m a Male cripple as I got myself hit by a car quite a while back now why did I do it, I don’t know, but I am just guessing that it was an attempt at taking my own life as my memory is terrible but my long distance/time ago memory is better like I knew where the passage takes me from beside an old school if you go far enough, and over a bridge.
