Day 1780

Day1780;

Now today my BMI was 20.02, my steps were 21,006 which was apparently 13.60 km and I had burned off 1983 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, pear, apple and grapes.
Lunch: sandwich (lettuce, cheese and white bread) and Belgium bun.
Dinner: sausages, carrots, broccoli, runner beans, cauliflower, mashed potatoes, summer trifle and chocolate.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water, fruit juice, cider and hot chocolate.

So today was the day that both Messi and Ronaldo went home from the World Cup. In two results which went the way of the competition form, as both of the teams that won also won their groups. It was against the in theory weaker opposition as both of the teams that they were playing were only the runners up in their groups, but both of them, Argentina and Portugal, are two of the biggest nations in World football, but they were beaten by France and Uruguay who are also two of the big nations in world football, with France with their only one World Cup win and Uruguay with their two.

Argentina has done as well as Uruguay in the past, with the two World Cup wins, and Portugal except from having Ronaldo, who is generally accepted by every notable football reporter as being one of the best, if not the best, footballer of his generation, but they as a team haven’t managed to win a single World Cup, but they have managed to win the European Cup.

Day 1779

Day 1779;

19.62 was my BMI for the second day running, I’d been especially lazy today as I have only managed to walk 5063 steps which was 3.28 km and I have only burned off 925 kcal , well all of that data has been collated by the Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, orange, banana, pear and apple .
Lunch: picked eggs, prawns, beetroot, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, batternburg and fruit cake.
Dinner: honey glazed ham, peas, sweetcorn, runner beans, carrots, croquet potatoes and chocolate trifle..
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water, fruit juice and hot chocolate.

Now that was a waste. Opticians that I went to today is a nice pleasant place in town, only a 6 minute walk away which is why it’s infuriating that Tini insists on using her car to get to it, she said it was also to be purchasing a gift for Emu’s husband which came in a “big” box but then we didn’t get the big box so we had just drove round there for absolutely no reason, save sparing Tini the little walk, so in other words it was a totally counter productive exercise.

After I had returned home I got in the car again, to go an even shorter distance, to the gym, with Tini. It was for another hour long exercise bike ride. But I was muddling up all of the intervals, so instead of doing my usual 4 minutes level 10, 3 minutes level 20, 2 minutes level 30 before my 1 minute at level 40, I changed the times around for doing them. But I kept it in my allotted hour.

Day 1778

Day 1778;

My BMI was 19.62, I made 15,193 steps which were 9.84 km and I had burned off 1205 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana and grapes.
Lunch: pizza pocket (margarita), pasta salad, potato salad and a chocolate ice cream.
Dinner: chicken passanda, chicken tika masala, pilau rice, another type of rice, naan bread and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.

Now today as I believe that I have recovered, at least in part from the shocking results yesterday, I mean there was only 6 minutes of additional time then at the end of 9 more minutes time added on, so that made the match lasted something like 101 minutes if you take into account the 2 minutes at the end of the first half, woah the South Korean footballers must be fit. Or I must be incredibly unfit, as I tried an hour jog, before attempting a 10 minute run, I successfully completed the first exercise but the second I failed to even do half of the 10 minutes. Which isn’t even 65 minutes, of exercise.

So later on today I have watched some more of the World Cup matches, before eating my dinner, well I’d watched 1 match and I’d watched up until halftime in the second match before dinner arrived so I can’t remember the goal that England conceded as at the time of it passing Pickford I was too busy eating to take an interest.

Day 1777

Day 1777;

So today my BMI was apparently 19.49, I had only managed 10,855 steps which was 7.03 km and I had burned 935 kcal, at least according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana and pear.
Lunch: cheese toastie, grapes and a white chocolate ice cream.
Dinner: gammon, pasta salad, strawberries, grapes and Maltese biscuits.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, cider and hot chocolate.

But so far today I have had not just one shock but two shocks, pleasant ones is what I’m typing about. Not the quite disturbing ones which occasionally happen. Allergy actually decided to do a little workout and second was with South Korea beating Germany in the World Cup. So I’ll try to tell you about the game first, as it was a bit of a cagey affair for the first half, 45 minutes + 2 minuets of stoppage time, as it was for the whole of the second half before the 6 minuets of stoppage time, but then in the first minute of stoppage time the South Koreans score, which stretches the amount of stoppage time you get added onto the match, but then all of the German players were up the pitch in striking positions including their goal keeper so what a good time for them to break on a counterattack and broke they did.the Korean player just slotted the ball into the back of the German bet sealing the fates of the German team.

But then Allergy’s workout went well considering the fact that she thought that she was supposed to just lay there waving her arms around, when I told her it was called the heel tap, which to you the name probably gives the concept away, where you have to lay on your back take up a crunch position and then you have to tap your heels, but Allergy got the idea wrong, as she thought that it was the ankle tap and she never needed to actually tap her ankles, and she started saying how I was never tapping my ankles, of which I basically responded too right it’s not called the heel tap for naught now is it? But then she started complaining about my execution of the exercise, pity some people can’t take blame that is rightfully theirs.

But then again in the cricket today there was a IT20 match England vs Australia which England won by 28 runs,  then in other news... I’m unsure of what has happened but today.

Tuesday, 26 June 2018

Day 1776

Day 1776;

My BMI today was 19.59, I had made 13,116 steps which was apparently the equivalent of 8.49 km but then today I have burned off 1064 kcal, or so Wii Fit tells me.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and pear.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, lettuce, tomato In white bread) and something’s.
Dinner: salmon, prawns, pasta salad, meringue, strawberries, cream and chocolate truffle.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks: magnum ice cream.

So today I have been inside aiding Allergy with a bit of exercise, but she doesn’t seem to want  to even help herself to improve herself. So I am hoping to help her but there is only so much I can actually do to get her fitter plus she wanted an end goal to aim for, which on the one hand is good but if she reaches it then she’ll just quit doing pretty much everything, but then if she doesn’t she’ll probably still quit anyway as it’s too difficult, so a no win situation; so I told her to aim for a body like Tom Daily just as she started talking about swimming recently, due to the fact that she’s just returned from holiday in Malta and she has been swimming there, so I apologise to anyone in Malta that has had to see the sight of Allergy in swimwear a traumatic experience I’m sure.

Day 1775

Day 1775;

BMI 19.62, steps 18,648, distance 12.07 and 1663 kcal burned, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries banana and orange.
Lunch: tinned spaghetti with mini sausages on toast and forgotten .
Dinner: pasta bolognaise, and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, water fruit juice and hot chocolate.
Snacks: forgotten.

Today I was up, then eventually I was downstairs I had eaten my breakfast, before I’d gone on the treadmill then a bounce before treadmill, row and finally another go on the treadmill.

Then I was being lazy until the football kicked off, but I couldn’t watch the game as I had choose to help Mich, but then the next I heard of the scores was Russia losing by 2 - 0, which turned into a 3 - 0 defeat by Uruguay. But that result didn’t matter Russia is still going through to the last 16, they’ve got Spain to go up against in the next round , who managed to get a draw from  Morocco. Which means that Uruguay have Portugal to play in the next round. But Ronaldo didn’t manage to find his shooting boots out today so he remains in second place in the golden boot competition.

But the last 2 of the matches didn’t happen until I was at athletics in the evening running and jumping. But I had got home before the end of the match so we listened to them on the radio, and Spain came from behind twice to secure the point, and Iran managed to get a penalty that they scored to make it a tie, but apparently Ronaldo should have been shown a straight red card for his petulance.

Sunday, 24 June 2018

Day 1774

Day 1774;

According to Wii Fit my  BMI was 19.79, 26,651 steps, 17.26 km and I had burned off 1783 kcal. But my watch tells me that I only have done 3063 steps 32.46 km I’m distance.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, pear, apple and orange.
Lunch: chicken, rice, broccoli, peas, carrots, sweetcorn, strawberries, cream, meringue and some chocolates.
Dinner: white bread, cheese, tomato, potato salad, coleslaw, porkpie, strawberries, Tunocks wafer, Welsh cake and yogurt .
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, Lucozade sport (raspberry) and hot chocolate.
Snacks: chips, sweet potato chips, onion rings and chicken goujons.

The World Cup today was really quite extraordinarily 6 - 1, to England, now that has got to be the best result within my lifetime, at least not in the Women’s game, where you get results like that as a regular occurrence. But English sport has been on an up within the past day, as not only did they beat Panama so convincingly but Also England’s Lewis Hamilton won the French GP and England also managed to beat Australia, again, in the ODI cricket, which makes it an impressive (I’m half tempted to state unprecedented) 5 - 0 win against Australia

5 in sport today, well as a start you’ve got the 5 goals that England won against Pamema, then you’ve got the 5 seconds that Vettel had as a penalty added on to his race time at the end of the GP and finally you’re got it’ll have to be the 5 - 0 England Cricket whitewash on the Australians, but I thought that Australia was supposed to be good at cricket.

Saturday, 23 June 2018

Day 1773

Day 1773;

according to Wii Fit my BMI was 19.66, steps were 10,439, distance walked was 6.76 km and I had burned off 958 kcal. But my watch only had me down for 9053 steps.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: forgotten.
Dinner: sandwich (cheese, lettuce, tomato, salad cream in white bread), scones with cream + jam,Welsh cake, before my fruit course of the day (strawberries, apple, orange and banana).
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, cider, fruit juice and hot chocolate.

Today started but then again it didn’t, as I awoke but I was unsure of what to do to precede. So I got myself up left my room, I heard a little noise coming from Tini and Mich’s room, it was the two of them talking, so I decided to go downstairs.

I ate my breakfast, then I don’t think I did much until the first World Cup match, when I had my lunch, before watching it. But I have forgotten what I ate for my lunch today. Then I went on a small cycle to the GM’s house and I watched the first half of the second football match there, while Mich fell asleep, then I woke him up before we went back home just at halftime to watch the game.

Then later on today I have been watching the second football match, the score was 2-0 in the second half and the game was about to finish, in something like 10 minutes when I went outside, then when I was outside I heard a first goal go in for South Korea to make the game 1 - 2 to Mexico and I was just about to have a go on the ordinary bike just to see if I still could cycle on my own, I unsuspectingly could just about.

Then it was time for the third, and final, match of the day in the World Cup. It started the Swedes had a goal up by half time, but then in the second half the Geri’s struck back levelling the game at 1 - 1. So the commentators were getting all excited saying that the reigning world champions could be out of the World Cup in the group stages but then they won the match in injury time.

Friday, 22 June 2018

Day 1772

Day 1772;

My BMI today was 19.69, my steps were 9830 apparently I had walked 6.36 km and I had burned 844 kcal,  according to Wii Fit. My watch told me that I had managed to reach my steps goal after I had done my body test today, as I had been walking/jogging around for a bit after.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple and pear.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, pickle with white bread), 2 batternburg fingers, 1 chocolate chip finger, pear, strawberries and chocolate.
Dinner: cod, salad, potato salad, croutons, tiramisu, strawberries, banana and Tunocks wafer.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash, cider and hot chocolate.

Today I have been listening to the radio it was all about sexism in sports commentary and the point that the man was making is your dammed if you do your dammed if you don’t. As he said that if he had seen a male friend of his reading up about a team before the match just to hear them regurgitate it onto the audience, he’d give them a little (patronising or complimenting?) clap. But then if a woman had done the same he wouldn’t as it would be taken as being sexist, which I just think is preposterous. As just before Allergy left I found out that Allergy wanted my congratulations for her doing some exercise, which made me a bit perplexed, as I told her that I would give him praise if she earned it but I didn’t decree that she’d done anything worthy of praise, as I told her that the first exercise is only a walk to get her warmed up next up is a bounce, then a little JOG on the treadmill, which she never did even when I put the speed up on it she just turned it down, and continued walking, I almost told her that it’s not doing me any good, it’s you who wants to get fitter, but then I remember that she doesn’t care about her health, same as me in that respect. But she probably should care about the NHS/her employer as I know that they have been stretched to breaking point, and by employing nurses like Allergy I can see why if you’re standard nurse won’t get herself in decent enough condition what kind of example are they setting for the patients?

But today I have gone to the gym and I have been to a local opticians, when I found out that my shortsightedness has improved but my astigmatism has changed (it has changed from a 90 degrees to a 180 degrees, whatever that means). I get that 90 degrees is a right angle and 180 is a straight line. But in ophthalmology I’m totally out of the loop.

Thursday, 21 June 2018

Day 1771

Day 1771;

My BMI was 19.49 again (that’s 3 days in a row), I have made 18,051 steps which equals 11.69 km and I have burned off 1488 kcal. But my watch tells me that I have only done 12,066 steps but I have moved 60.1 km.

Breakfast: cereal, grapes, apple, orange, banana and pear.
Lunch: sandwich (ham, cheese, cucumber in white bread), chocolate cake and some mini Haribo Tangtastics.
Dinner: meat pie, broccoli, runner beans, carrots, potatoes, Eton mess and a chocolate brownie chocolate.
Drinks: milk, Lucozade sport (raspberry), fruit squash, fruit juice and hot chocolate.
Snacks: wine gums

Now today I have awoken in the morning, gone for my breakfast, brushed my teeth confirmed what is to be happening today to get dressed appropriately- for the planned activities of the day.

Then I went on the treadmill for an hour which was a good way of getting my 10,000 steps done and dusted for today, by my watch at least. Also my watch told me that I had done 8.6 km in that hour. But then I got changed from what I was wearing to a new set of clothes which just arrived this morning which was basically a new set of what I had put on for today, as it had arrived with the post.

Following the above it was time to eat my lunch, of which I did whilst listening to the World Cup on the radio, well the first half at least, I had finished my lunch by the start of the second half, so I got to watch the second half.  The game was between Denmark and Australia, which had a contentious penalty awarded to Austria which saved the game for the Australians, so the Denmark coach wasn’t very happy with the decision, I’m hoping that it turns around and bites him in the bum, by that I mean I’m hopping that in the competition the VAR system helps the Danes out with a decision so it’ll leave the Denmark coach praising its implementation.

Then I missed the next game which was a 1 - 0 win to the French, over Peru. Which made the Peruvians the fourth team to be eliminated from this years World Cup. But I missed the game as I was out on another tandem ride which I disappointed myself on, as I couldn’t get our average speed up to 15 mph , Mich likes to make up excuses as to why we didn’t meet our new required speed, but I have no time for excuses I know that if I want to get quicker I must dig into the job at hand more and I must deliver at my optimal in order to break my goals, as my only enemy is my own limitations and I must beat all of them.

Then the next match was on while I was eating dinner, so I was watching the game and eating at the same time , it was kind of like the Japan game that I watched while I was on an exercise bike at the gym earlier this week, I think.

Wednesday, 20 June 2018

Day 1770

Day 1770;

My BMI today was unchanged from yesterday at 19.49, my steps were up at 16,117 which was the equivalent of 10.44 km walked and I had burned off 1314 kcal, according to Wii Fit. But my watch tells me that I have only done 8768 steps but I have moved 55.7 km, go figure.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange and grapes.
Lunch: sandwich (egg mayonnaise, cheese, ham and white bread), grapes, red velvet cake and chocolate cake..
Dinner: pasta bolognaise with cheese, tunnoks wafer, tiramisu, grapes and pear.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, fruit juice and hot chocolate.
Snacks: wine gums,

This morning I woke up, as usual,went downstairs to eat my breakfast, still as usual, then I went back upstairs to brush my teeth and get dressed, you know all the usual stuff, then I went back downstairs for a little jog on the treadmill, but unfortunately I only got myself half way through the exercise before I stopped the program, I don’t know why I stopped the program but I know that it was probably too taxing for the weak little old me.

Then when I had finished doing the aforementioned stuff I watched the first football match of the World Cup which was on today, first off was a Portuguese victory against Morocco to put the Moroccons out of the World Cup.

Then I went out for another little cycle ride, on Mich’s Tandem, but we left before the next game started and we arrived back after it had finished so I missed the next game but I have summed it up, I think. Then next up it was Uruguay’s turn to knock a team out of the World Cup, with their 1 - 0 against Saudi Arabia, but in them getting a positive result, for them at least, it now eliminates Saudi Arabia and Egypt from the competition.

After I had discovered that the Egyptians had been knocked out of the World Cup it was time for me to have my dinner which we watched as we ate our pasta bolognaise with cheese, before Mich left the room to go and water the plants as the Spanish weren’t being clinical enough and the Iranians scored but it was disallowed as they had a player offside. But anyway the result of the game was 0 - 1 to the Spanish.

Tuesday, 19 June 2018

Day 1769

Day 1769;

19.49 was my BMI for today, I had walked 13,259 steps which was apparently 8.59 km and I have burned off 1129 kcal. At least according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.
Lunch: sandwich (lettuce, chicken, bacon and white bread), red velvet cake, chocolate cake, banana, grapes, apple, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.
Dinner: chicken, rice, carrots, runner beans and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash, cider and hot chocolate.
Snacks: wine gums.

Today I have realised why all my holidays in the past have gone in a similar fashion, with it being they were either with school or with Mich. As Mich was brought up by a teacher, before all this nonsense started about having fat enabling teachers and so on, so he was well versed in taking walks. Do you remember your first school trip? I don’t, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it included sitting in a bus for hours and then as soon as I was off the bus I’d have been shepherded up by the teachers and sent off walking after the teacher. But now with my generation, the millennial generation, the generation of the food obsessed and the me me me generation, but if that’s not enough Allergy was born to the end of the Millennial generation which is probably why, or just Y, she shows some inclinations of her being obsessed with celebrities which is a trait generally gifted to the Generation Y.

But I have gone on a on a morning hourlong hill jog on the treadmill, at a maximum speed of 8.4. But it was interrupted by Mich arriving home at just about 40 minutes of its way through, I still managed to finish it in was just slightly delayed. Then later on today I went to the gym, and I had another little cycle on the exercise bike, while watching Japan upset the Columbians in a 1 - 2 victory, then I saw the Senegalese beat the Pole’s before the Russians absolutely smashing the Egyptians 3 - 1. So now unless Saudi Arabia manage to beat Uruguay tomorrow, the Russians will have qualified for the last sixteen of their own World Cup, but even if the unlikely happens the Russians have got a truly masterful goal difference to fall back on, as they have scored 8 and only conceded 1 (which gives them a goal difference of +7).

Monday, 18 June 2018

Day 1768

Day 1768;

My BMI today was 19.53, my steps were 10,824 which was apparently equivalent to 7.01 km and I burned off 944 kcal, according to Wii Fit,

Breakfast:  cereal, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana.
Lunch: egg mayo salad (lettuce, carrots, onion, tomato) sandwich (white bread), grapes, ham, apple crumble and ice cream.
Dinner: chicken balls, sweet n sour sauce, chips, apple crumble and cream.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot chocolate.
Snacks:wine gums.

Yesterday in the World Cup there was some matches, Germany lost their first match in the World Cup in Russia... woah, so they lost the battle of Stalingrad and they lost their opening match in the 2018 World Cup, in Russia. The battle of Stalingrad was fought in a place which was called Stalingrad in the past, but it’s now called Volgograd, so it’s not just places over here that change things names if it’s decided to not be 100% tasteful, how sad.

Then today I have been jogging on the treadmill for a bit, well it was until I had broke the 10,000 steps barrier, or thereabouts. As I had to at least attempt to get Allergy on the treadmill, as she was going out to get a flight to Malta later on today, for probably no purpose except to get herself blind drunk and high on random clubs drugs, while having the time of her life, of which seems, to me at least, kind of counterproductive (typing about being blind drunk being the opposite of having a good time, but I don’t know, what do you think?).

Now also today England won at football, it was the first time in years that they’ve won their first World Cup group match, which was won by Harry Kane, who scored both of the goals to win 1-2, so thank you Mr Kane for playing and scoring, but in the first half, before Tunisia got their goal back it was looking like it could be an England whitewash with all of the chances not taken, I mean it could have been at least 0-4 before the Tunisians managed to get their goal back in a penalty, which was brilliantly taken in fairness to them. Then the English had a disappointing second half to the match, but then in the 90 +1 minute Harry Kane scored his, and England’s, second goal of the tournament/match to win the game 1-2. But during the match even with the video assisted referee the referee still managed to miss the penalty shout that England had at some time after the Tunisian’s penalty, which was apparently more blatantly a penalty, but if that had been given as a penalty then the match would change and it may have been a missed penalty, the Tunisian’s may have been able to get a win, and then it’d all start again with the chants of the England manager out and then the stats would be read out like it’s been the worst World Cup start, for England, since I don’t know. But fortunately that has been missed, with a winning start to the World Cup campaign, unlike the German team who lost their opener (sorry, I don’t know why I’m sorry but it maybe as it seems like I’m rubbing it in now).

But also in England’s group the Belgium team also managed to get off to a winning start, with their impressive 3-0 win against Panama which is a winning start to the team which is ranked 3rd in the competition.

Sunday, 17 June 2018

Day 1767

Day 1767;

My BMI was 19.71, I had only done 3163 steps which was apparently 2.05 km and I had only managed to burn off 510 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, pear, apple and orange.
Lunch: chicken, carrots, runner beans, broccoli, chips, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and cream.
Dinner: egg mayo sandwich (white bread), ham sandwich (white bread), grapes, chocolate cake and sponge cake.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash, elderflower cordial and
Snacks: chocolate,

But then yesterday when I was cycling I may have been listening in on others conversations when I heard Mr Scottish cyclist tell Mich that he had walker’s legs, but apparently how the conversation went was the Scottish man, who was also an excellent cyclist, I mean he managed to do a sprint in 33 seconds that took us over a minute on top of his 33 seconds, I do believe, yeah sure he has a lighter bike, but we have 2 men on ours.

Then today Emma and I had a small cycle around to the GM’s house, where we were met by C and Mich, who had walked it. Before Mich and I cycled off to GAK’s home and waited for the other two there with GAK, Emu and C had a visit to GM, before they were coming to visit GAK, but we got to skip GM’s today and we only went to see GAK. Until Emu and C arrives then we left back to our home.

Saturday, 16 June 2018

Day 1766

Day 1766;

19.43 was my BMI for today, my steps were 11,765 which was apparently 7.62 km and I’d burned off 1553 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: banana, apple, pear and some other things.
Dinner: lasagna, sweetcorn, lettuce, cucumber, carrots and some other things.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash and hot chocolate.
Snacks:  Victoria sponge cake.

Now a reason that I wanted to join a cycle club was to help Mich get fitter, as all of the cycling that we’d done on our lonesomes was working but in reverse, with our small rides. But today we have been on a small ride as a group and it’d worked a bit, I think, as his BMI fell.

But before the shenanigans on the tandem I had been to Boccia practice. I had next up gone on a cycle with a local cycling club.

Friday, 15 June 2018

Day 1765

Day 1765;

Today my BMI was 19.53 I have taken 13,360 steps which were 8.65 km and I have burned off 1677 kcal, according to Wii Fit.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple and pear.
Lunch: cheese toastie and something.
Dinner: lasagna, lettuce, carrots, sweetcorn, cheesecake, raspberries, apple, pear, yogurt and chocolate.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash, cider and hot chocolate.
Snacks: wine gums.

Now I have been having a slightly lazy day today, as I have just spent the afternoon on a chair in front of a TV, watching the football World Cup. But then I have done 13,360 steps today also which were pretty much all done in the morning, as I had a little walk on the treadmill in between my cereal and fruit (as I had got up a tad early so Mich hadn’t prepared the fruit, it’s just one of those things he doesn’t trust me with a knife to chop up the fruit). But I don’t think he’s realised that I have given up on trying to die, as it doesn’t work, now I remember what I was attempting to do the night before, or thereabouts, I apparently got hit by the cars. It was to end my existence I had been attempting to strangle myself, I’d wrapped my neck in the quilt of my bed. But the next time I awoke I was in an alien place, I was in a unknown bed, I’d forgotten almost everything. The next time I got around to asking what happened to me, I was told that I ‘d been involved in a road traffic collision, basically I’d been hit by a car. Now fast forward a number of years and here I am, some things have changed from how it was in my life time, but the vast majority of shenanigans have stayed constant, at least of what I remember. So I could have been living a different life before but like in a separate universe, but that’s all theoretical, impossible to prove either way, and it could just be parts of my overactive imagination playing up.

But then what happened to me today, other than that tangent that I have just spieled off on. I have been attempting to get fitter, as I have been on the treadmill today, and I have been helping Allergy to get fitter also today but she isn’t wasn’t putting maximum effort in while she was working out, how disappointing.

Thursday, 14 June 2018

Day 1764

Day 1764;

My BMI was 19.40, 12,354 steps, 8.00 km and 1087 kcal burned.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange and apple,
Lunch: cheese sandwich (white bread) and cucumber.
Dinner: something, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, potatoes, cheesecake, strawberries, grapes and yogurt.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, cider and hot chocolate.
Snacks: wine gums.

Now today was the opening ceremony and match of the World Cup, but that wasn’t until the afternoon. So I had all morning to be getting my steps done. Which I surprisingly did, it was just after  my 40 minute jog had finished and I had been rowing, on the rowing machine. I’m intreaged, as of how I would get on with actually rowing a boat, gently down a stream, if you see a crocodile don’t forget to scream, arrg, sorry but I just had to; not as in I had to, more of I wanted to after it sprang to mind.

But today Russia kicked off their World Cup with a fantastic 5-0 victory against the Saudi Arabians team if it’s a result to go by for the tournament going forward we are in for a great tournament.

Day 1763

Day 1763;

BMI was 19.53, 13,877 steps which was 8.98 km and I burned off 895 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, pear and grapes.
Lunch: tinned spaghetti on toast, cheese, mini sausages,
Dinner: I have forgotten, carrots, broccoli, sweetcorn, runner beans, potatoes, strawberries, grapes, raspberry panacotta, tunnoks waffers and passion fruit yogurt.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, cider and hot chocolate.

Today I was attempting to make my steps goal early on, but I failed at it as I only managed to get up to 1000 on my watch by lunchtime. So I bounced around for about half an hour on Allergy’s trampoline which took me upto 8000 so I was 2000 short from my goal.

Then I did a properly small cycle, it was only an hour long one, but at least I got out on a tandem today. We only managed to average at a speed of 14.6 mph for our ride this afternoon/evening which in reality only lasted just shy of an hour, as we’d gone one way for half an hour then we turned back and we raced back, setting 8 personal records on tracks that we had set earlier on. But then we almost set a personal record on the track which is just upto our starting place, but we were 2 seconds off, I must try harder. But then Mich was disappointed that we didn’t manage to get up to 15 mph average speed, he blamed it on the traffic that was going through town, but that’s an excuse for my poor performance if I had ever heard one, as I should have been able to compensate for the lack of speed at the beginning.

The location of the Football World Cup 2026 was  decided today, it’s to be a North American affair. With Canada, USA and Mexico all hosting it, of which I actually approve of, not as they are going to have it called the FIFA soccer World Cup which is going to get irritating after a while, FIFA stands for International Federation of Football Associations but it’s French (which is the reason for it not being IFFA). But the reason that I approve is because it’s going to a part of the world which has been developed so it’s not costing FIFA an obscene amount to get the place ready to be host, another World Cup, just as they are having to do for Quatar 2022.

Day 1762

Day 1762;

Today I had a BMI of 19.20 how? I haven’t got a clue, my number of steps were 18,392 which only equaled 11.91 km but today I had burned off 1681 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, grapes, apple and pear.
Lunch: cheese sandwich (white bread) and something.
Dinner: turkey, runner beans, peas, carrots, sweetcorn, croquet potatoes and panacotta.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash, cider and hot chocolate.

Now today I have been on the treadmill quite a bit,when I haven’t been on the treadmill I have been... sitting around, bouncing and once I went for another go on the rowing machine.

But now I cannot remember what has happened today, apart from the treadmill, trampoline, rowing and a couple of stretches for my abs workout but other, I’m unsure¿I

Day 1761

Day 1761;

19.72 was my BMI today, 19,441 steps which were the equivalent to 12.69 km and I burned off 1190 kcal, according to Wii Fit. My watch however tells me a different story, as it tells me that I have only done 2290 steps but I have travelled 31.3 miles.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange and orange.
Lunch: prawn mayo sandwich, salad and something.
Dinner: fishcake, carrots, broccoli, cucumber, potatoes, raspberry yogurt, grapes and apple.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, fruit juice, tea and hot chocolate.
Snacks: cherry Bakewell and fruit cake.

Now today I have been out on the tandem, with Mich now today we did a pleasant enough 30 mile round trip. In 2 hours we averaged at a speed of 15.1 mph, which was good enough to be allowed in one of the local cycle clubs little rides, only the beginners ones though, after the ride around we found, on the website of the club that they are doing a short ride for tea and cakes, for novices, which I’m guessing we would still class as but it only goes at 11 mph, so it’s a bit slow. So therefore none of my maximum effort for the ride which I’m thinking is some Saturday coming up. Even though I may have forgotten my maximum effort for some of the 15th to 20th mile and I only remembered it after we had finished the 20th mile (and when Mich told me that it’d taken us 20:09 to do the last 5 miles) especially as we should be aiming for 20:00 maximum for 5 miles. As 20:00 for 5 miles is 15 mph.

So after I’d returned home I traveled upstairs then I went to the shower room, as I was all sweaty and I had to check my cycling shorts, as I had a job at getting them on this morning, before I just took them apart and rammed them on anyway they’d fit. Which had me in discomfort for some of the ride, it had me off of my seat for more of the ride than I’d usually be. Then when I had gone into the shower room I checked it out and I had got the shorts on the wrong way around, so no wonder they weren’t very comfortable, then next up I had a shower, to stop me from stinking so badly.

Then I think I had my lunch before brushing my teeth again today, as I had a dentist appointment with the hospital today, as my dentist was getting worried about a wisdom tooth. So now I have to go back to the hospital to get it removed, sometime in the future. He asked me if I wanted to ask him anything but my mind froze but then I just remembered what I wanted to say it was.... “3 hours to take one tooth out, now that’s long for so little result, so long I will probably fall asleep during the oppression” but I should say it really quite slowly as he was talking to me very slowly also, and I knew he could speak at an ordinary rate as he was using it to speak to Mich which I was listening to.

But then I returned home and I got questioned by Allergy as to my reasoning of why I was attempting to get her fitter, so I told her that on my list of people that I’m attempting to make fitter I’ve got you, Mich and me on my current list of people to make fitter. I didn’t actually tell inform her of a reason other than her name was on my list, now her name may have been on my list initially as she asked me if I would make her fitter all those years ago but she has got so far on it in the past and she has given up, which was undoubtedly due to something that I did on each of the occasions, but now she has given me 9 days 4 before she jets off on holiday then the final 5 after she returns, so I’m wondering if she’d like me to do an intense workout schedule for her before she goes off for holiday to attempt to make her as fit as possible before her holiday as girls like to look good on holiday don’t they? Then after holiday if I was to jolly up the routine a bit and make it something that she wants to stick at, to maintain her new found potential fitness?

Day 1760

Day 1760;

So today my BMI has been 19.79, and I only took 8864 steps which was the equivalent of 5.74 km and I burned off 581 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, yoghurt, banana, pear, apple and orange.
Lunch: prawn mayo salad (lettuce, tomato) sandwich (brown bread), chocolate brownie, batternburg and something’s.
Dinner: honey glazed gammon, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes, strawberries, banana and yogurt.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, fruit juice and hot chocolate.

Now today I have been thinking about joining a cycling club, which should get me out on my bike slightly more, which should be a good thing as my goal is to get fitter so that should help.  I also have a goal of going to compete at an Olympics or Paralympics, so any sport could help me in doing that, maybe cycling?

And who knows if I go to an Olympics/Paralympics I may get up the courage to ask the woman, of whom I probably should have asked out many years ago, but now we’ve moved apart, as she is in London now, and I am still here.

Saturday, 9 June 2018

Day 1759

Day 1759;

My BMI was 19.89 for today, I had only walked a truly pitiful 2447 steps which was equivalent to 1.58 km in distance and in doing that I managed to burn off 668 kcal .

Breakfast: cereal, banana and yoghurt.
Lunch: cheese sandwich (white bread) and something.
Dinner: tagliatelle bolognaise and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot chocolate.
Snacks: cupcakes and nugget.

Now today I have been sitting down in a car for too long.

I don’t think I have done anything else with my day apart from taken a short wander around to GM’s house and then a second one back, then later on I tried a bit more of my abs workout, but not much, so that was how lazy my day today has been.

Friday, 8 June 2018

Day 1758

Day 1758;

BMI of 19.49, steps 24,121, distance walked has been 15.62 km and 1908 kcal burned off, apparently.

Breakfast: cereal, raspberries, banana, apple, orange and grapes.
Lunch: cheese salad sandwich (white bread), lemon cake, chocolate football cake and cherry Bakewells.
Dinner: chicken, peas, broccoli, onions, runner beans, new potatoes, banana, apricots, grapes, orange, fruity yoghurt, Tunocks wafer and chocolate football cake.
Drinks: fruit juice, fruit squash, cider and hot chocolate.

This morning I was got up, and I noticed that the light was on outside of my room, so I went to the door to investigate. But I hadn’t put my specs on, so all I could see was a small black dot zipping around by the ceiling, Mich appeared to be frightened by the small black dot which he said was a bat. How the Bat got into the cottage we don’t know but it was but I think it was the local pest control thing, as there were many flys buzzing around the room before and now their is one left.

But then today I have been out for a cycle but we returned to the cottage in enough time to see the English team p beat the Russian team, in a football match, which was good, well the first half was at least as the score was 0-2 to England in the first half, before the Russians got 1 back before halftime, so the game was getting interesting before a English player scored a third, still in the first half. Then it was halftime,  so I decided to go and take a shower as tomorrow I’m going home so I better get prepared. But I didn’t miss a goal in the match which was as the game ended up with England winning the game 1-3.

Then Mich and I both ate our dinners while Salvage Hunters was on the box, then after that show we watched the Isle of Man TT, before watching the Critérium du Dauphiné which is the minor cycle race in France before the Tour de France. Then it was the time for the majority of Team Sky to get out of the way for the Welshman, Geraint Thomas, as he took the race leaders Yellow Jersey, meanwhile the rest of team Sky just floundered along.

Thursday, 7 June 2018

Day 1757

Day 1757;

19.69 was my BMI for today, I had done 25,700 steps which was an equivalent of 16.64 km walked and I have burned 1866 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange and apple.
Lunch: cheese sandwich (white bread) and cherry Bakewells.
Dinner: fish ‘n’ chips, lemon cake, apricot, raspberries, banana, grapes and a fruity yoghurt.
Drinks: fruit juice, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (raspberry), cider and hot chocolate.
Snacks: jelly beans.

Now today I have gone on another few rides, but they have almost all been interrupted by Mich and his what I think is his obsession with trains. But the final 3 miles , I was attempting to get it done in an average speed of 15 mph, so that should mean that it takes me an average of 4 minutes to do an hour, but in the beginning of the ride I was only managing 1 mile every 5 minutes which is only a speed of 12 mph, but I managed to increase my speed to 13.1 by the end of the little cycle, so I just hope that I can replicate some of the form that I have shown on this holiday, in the hilly country of Wales, back home on the relatively flats of my hometown. But I must keep trying harder, maximum effort and all that.

Also today in sporting news England, the most obese nation in Europe, have actually won a football match, which was against Costa Rica, but this game was won by 0=2, unlike the last victory in a friendly match, which was won by 2-1. England have got onto a roll before a competition, again, but the results that count probably won’t be as positive. Then in the cycling in the French warmup race for the tour, Team Sky had taken control with the 4 of their riders up on top, but that was yesterday, now the early holder of the yellow jersey has dropped off of the front, and another Team Sky man has taken his space who’s now followed by only 2 of the Team Sky riders, of who one is Geraint Thomas, the Welshman.

Day 1756

Day 1756;

My BMI is 19.49 for today, I have done 18,606 steps which was the equivalent of 12.05 km walked and I have burned off 1605 kcal, according to Wii Fit, but my watch tells me that I have only done 15,235 steps but I have moved 17.43 km.

Breakfast: cereal, nectarine, banana, pear, apple and grapes.
Lunch: cheese sandwich (white bread).and cherry Bakewell tarts.
Dinner: meat pie, broccoli, peas, onion, banana, strawberries, apricots, Tunocks wafer and mango yoghurt.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, fruit juice, cider and hot chocolate.
Snacks: jelly beans.

Today I have told myself to stop being stupid with My Overactive Imagination as I know that I still have a lot of work to be getting on with, in order to fulfill my conditions.

I have thought of a new idea, but then I have so many ideas but I generally forget them before too long so I can never be 100% sure that it’s a truly new idea? But usually I have a slight memory of a thought  that resurfaces when/if I ever have it again.

Today I have gone on a walk which was up a hill with a name, so now I have had a little walk up the second highest hill in Wales which I can add to my list of the hills that I have apparently walked up, Cadair Idris assented, I think I may have been up Snowdon also some other year, 2 of the 3 peaks in Wales, I have also walked up a load of named hills in England and Scotland, but I don’t think that I have ever done Scafel Pike or Ben Nevis. But then we got back to the cottage and we went off on a cycle to a local shop in order to purchase our dinner.

Tuesday, 5 June 2018

Day 1755

Day 1755;

My BMI was 19.59, today, I had done 23,704 steps which is equivalent to 15.25 km and I had burned 1699 kcal, all of theatre was done today apparently.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, strawberries, apple, orange, pear and nectarine.
Lunch: cheese sandwich (white bread), chocolate chip shortbread and Bakewell tarts.
Dinner: spicy chicken, chips, nectarine, pear, banana, grapes, toffee sundae, tunnocks wafer and jelly beans.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, cider and hot chocolate,

I have noticed that my resting heart rate for today was 46, but my max heart rate was 162, as today I have been cycling for large chunks of it, but yesterday my resting heart rate was 62 and my max heart rate was 142, so even though my average resting heart rate was down on yesterday’s result, by 16, my max heart rate was up by 20, which just goes to show that when I do more exercise my heart rate falls, should that happen? My heart rate was 36 lower when I was doing exercise?

Spicy chicken was an interesting choice as even though it said on the pack it had garlic in Mich tried some, but he may not have liked it but he tried some of it, and he finished his dinner, at least I think he did, he said that it wasn’t too bad although it was hot, well he cooked it so what did he expect? Well I know that he meant as in it tasted hot instead of feeling hot which is 2 different sensations, the taste is much more bearable and somewhat pleasurable over the feeling due to the feeling forces me to move myself away from the heat source, in a flinching motion, dam my natural reactions.

Then I have also done a bit of cycling today, but it seems like it’s me doing all of the legwork, as my BMI is going down and Mich’s BMI is still going up, I know that on the first day of this trip it may have declined but ever since it’s increased, but I’ve got to rid him of his “beer belly” as I don’t particularly like fat, on anyone. Now so with all this talk about racism going on, with all of the (generally fat) SJW going on about how this society is built on institutions of racism of the old white man,well I’m not racist I”m fatist, not fatest.

Monday, 4 June 2018

Day 1754

Day 1754;

19.62 was my BMI of today, I had walked 20,101 steps which was apparently 13.02 km walked, 1428 kcal burned, today according to my Wii Fit, but according to my watch I have only done 15,125 steps but I have managed to get 16 miles.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, strawberries, apple and orange.
Lunch: cheese sandwich (white bread) and lemon cake.
Dinner: steak ‘n’ ale pie, peas, broccoli,runner beans, Tunnock’s waffer, banana, nectarines, grapes, pear, yoghurt and chocolate chip shortbread.
Drinks: milk, fruit juice, fruit squash, water and hot chocolate.
Snacks:  chocolate chip shortbread.

So today my day started tasting usually does, from bed, but then soon after we’d eaten our breakfasts, and got dressed for the day, we went on a little cycle into town to get replacement stuff, like a wheel as we’d put a hole in one of the inner tubes so we were using the spare. After the short cycle we returned to the cottage that we were staying at.

Then we went on a walk, down to the station in orde to get the train to  some more of the places around, in order to go on walks, I just feel like admitting that I hate all forms of automotive transportation like trains, cars even boats, it may have something to do with the lack of focus I have whenever I’m in one, but I don’t know, as I get headaches when I’m traveling in them but I don’t when I’m focused on peddling the tandem, to get it to move.

 My Overactive Imagination has been thinking of things which could be if I was to get my beautiful friend pregnant, then I’d have to marry her, it’s just a thing that she wants (to get married to the father of her children, in order to give them the best life possible, her phrase not mine, but she has no problem with having sex outside of wedlock, such a shame that I have never been able to test). As if I got her pregnant I know highly improbable (I’m half willing to state impossible, as we haven’t even  met up in years, besides I don’t even know if she likes me that way), but the cottage that we’re staying at has enough capacity for 5 people which could be my potential 2 children, my potential wife, Mich and I, but then again if it was including children into the fold Tini would most probably like to come also, which would probably mean that she and my potential wife wouldn’t get along by the end of the holiday especially if Mich and I escaped for the days on the tandem leaving the two of them, both are not cyclists, to walk (which isn’t Tini’s favourite thing to do) down to the station and play on the trains for the day, as there is nothing else to do around here.

But then My Overactive Imagination asside we also had to cycle down to the shop in order to buy our dinner, which we did and we cycled back, but then we actually managed to get a personal record on our way back to the cottage, but we got none on the way down, sure we got a second place and a third place in personal positions but I had only been on the route twice previously.

Afternote: by the term potential wife I mean only as likely as a rainbow in hell, which is just below in the likelihood of it happening than hell freezing over, which is impossible as hell isn’t even a real place, but if It was it’d have been under ground so therefore where is the light sorcery for a rainbow to be refracted from? And the “way” that I was typing about earlier on was the way that two people “hookup” (I think that’s the correct terminology, for to have sexual intercourse).

Sunday, 3 June 2018

Day 1753

Day 1753;

19.95 was my BMI for this day, 22,334 steps which were 14.46 km and I had burned 2259 kcal today apparently, according to Wii Fit at least.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, pear, apple and orange.
Lunch: cheese sandwich (white bread), chocolate chip shortbread and another thing but I have forgotten what.
Dinner: chicken, mushroom,potatoes, cheesecake, Tesco kit kat, banana and pear.
Drinks: fruit squash, fruit juice, cider, Lucozade sport (raspberry) and hot chocolate.
Snacks: chocolate chip shortbread.

Britain’s fat fight, is one fight that our good lady, Britannia, is losing. I would say has lost but that would give the better, more knowledgeable half, of me more credit than he deserves, or should that be “more credit than I deserve”? Because u know that I was typing in third person, and I know that the term “the better half” has been used to mean spouse, which is almost exclusively a female’s job to be a better half of their partner, I cannot remember a time when a heterosexual woman has used the term to mean her husband.

I remember a time before the obesity issue, from my time at primary school there was only 2 of the 31 students in my class that were fat, and then in the whole year group the number of fat students doubled while the number of students almost tripled. But back then the gender ratio was 3:1 on fat girls to boys, but then I have also done some more cycles today.

Saturday, 2 June 2018

Day 1752

Day 1752;

My BMI was really quite up there at 20.05, I had only taken 5954 steps, which was the equivalent of 3.86 km and in doing such I had burned off 671 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, strawberries, apple and orange.
Lunch: cheese ‘n’ pickle sandwich (white bread) and something.
Dinner: lasagna, lettuce, carrots, pear, strawberries and toffee sundae.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot chocolate.
Snacks: Iraqi date and lemon cake.

So today was an incredibly disappointing day as I have only got 5954 steps, which is appalling for me, no wonder my BMI has increased so rapidly, but the thing was that just the other day I added my information that I had gathered from the Wii, I put it into a BBC webpage thing and it told me that my BMI was 18.88, I think. But then I entered Allergy’s last data onto the webpage but then that was from a little while ago and it said that she was a 25 BMI, then underneath it said that she was in line with the average of 24.5 for her age group; I was incensed by the allegation, as it isn’t correct if it was in line it should be 24.5 not 25, especially as from 18.5 to 24.9 is classified as healthy but 25 and upwards counts as overweight.

Anyway both Mich and myself managed to sneak into the healthy weight category, he knew that riding a bike would help him. But me I’m just doing as well as I can at as many different sports as I can in order to enable me to keep my word, to a woman that could offer me a reason for my existence.

Now today I have been sitting down in a car on a trip to another country which is to the west, but therefore also to the East, but you’d have to circumnavigate the globe in order to get to it, which wouldn’t be very good as the car trip that it took to arrive here took too long, and today was a good day, well it was better than many that I have been stuck in a car, as the traffic I don’t think played a role. Besides it wouldn’t be cost effective.

Also today England men managed to get 2 goals past Nigeria to their 1 in response, within order to warm up for the World Cup which must be starting in 2 weeks time, or something like that.

Friday, 1 June 2018

Day 1751

Day 1751;

19.82 was my BMI today, I had walked 12,186 steps which was apparently 7.89 km and I had burned off 979 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple. Orange and pear.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: lasagna, lettuce, tomato, strawberries and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, cider and hot chocolate.

Pigeons are so irritating in the mornings with their infernal loud bellowing coo’s, which seem to go on and on, until they stop and then you only hear the other birds singing a higher pitched tweet, until the coo starts afresh, and the battle for supremacy of the airwaves continues for another morning.

Then later on today I have been on another 3 little cycles, although the final 2 could count as the same 1, but I have decided against as we cycled two separate ways. As the first was a walk to the bicycle shop for us to then cycle it back, then it was a little cycle to GM’s house which we stopped at in order for Mich to cut her grass, before we cycled back the almost 2 mile trip which was only just over 1 mile to get there in the first place but at least over the slightly longer ride we had managed to get our average speed to just above 13 mph, whereas our shorter ride had us traveling in access of 3 mph slower.

So on this day I have been waiting until we were going out to cycle, after the cycle back from the bike shop. So I haven’t been on the treadmill today, so I have been such a letdown, I cannot even remember if I did any of my abs workout, today.
