My BMI for today was 20.08, I ha£ made 10,241 steps,1068 kcal burnt off today in my 6.63 km walked, apparently.
Breakfast: cereal, grapes, apple, orange and banana.
Lunch: porkpie, baked beans and something.
Dinner: scampi, chips, peas and treacle tart with ice-cream.
Drinks;: milk, fruit juice and water.
Ok so it has been this day and I have been playing a bit on Splatoon 2, so today I cleared the first three levels and I've beaten up the first boss, the boss beat me up two or three times before I finally had him, down and out.
I have also been to the gym todayI only had a 28 minute cycle today.
