21.09 so it was another increase by 0.03 on yesterday's result, at this pace I should have got close to perfection in 30 days and then I'll be needing to gain 0.01.
Breakfast: cereal, grapes (purple and green), banana and apple.
Lunch: bread and butter (white bread), pork pie and a little bit of a cake (I think).
Dinner: steak pie, peas, potatoes and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: 2 300ml mug of milk, 4 300ml mugs of fruit juice and a few squirts of some Lucozade sport (Brazilian Guava).
But I know that I'm moving in the opposite direction to how I stated the other day in relation to my readyness for the bike ride, but I am trying my hardest to get myself fit enough so he will just be able to sit there and enjoy the ride, as a passenger basically, but he'll have to steer and all that. Like yesterday on our cycle when I put my head down and just peddled, yesterday he told me that I just needed to do that for the complete 8 hours or however long that we'll be in the tandem in this 100 mile ride. Which if we average traveling at 12.5 mph we should make, and Mich told me, I think it was yesterday that we'd managed to get up to an average speed of 13 mph, which should do us in good stead for the ride, at least I hope (but that is from going down and up hill I haven't got any experience at riding in any of these sponsored cycles, but I'm thinking that Emu and Mich did do one many years ago I can't remember how much input into that cycle I had, if any. But that reminds me that Emu and C, are to be doing a shorter ride, than us, but it is for the BHF, I think, anyway it's the London to Brighton bike ride.
But now I just want to state my disgust at the other major parties for the contempt that they were holding the leader of UKIP with on the radio broadcast debate, as they were all chipping in on damming the UKIP leader for his "racist" stance of which his "racist" stance I couldn't hear any of the supposed racist remarks that he made. But I think I know why they do it they just use it as a buzz word to discredit everything that he's said and if he had defended himself from the remarks of the more mainstream parties, they'd just have ganged up on him even more, he made it clear that the main branch of terrorism that we are facing is Islamic extremists, and the rest of them in the studio jumped on him by saying that not all Muslims are bad people, and I was metaphorical banging my head on a brick wall, while thinking he said extremists, which means the extreme members of the group, so obviously not every Muslim, that's like me saying only the extremists among the savages eat people then getting slated for supposedly stating that all savages are cannibals, where's the justice in that?
But today in Hyrule I have uncovered a chest with an opal in, I have found another Korok and I have got another flame rod? Thing that was dropped by a fire wisrobe after I electrocuted him.
But today I have been to the gym twice, the first time to have the usual Wednesday routine my second was my 35 minute cycle with 7 minutes cool down. But the second one for today was a bit of a disapoihtnent. But I really need to do better with my bike exercises, if I'm to stand a chance at pushing Mich around that 100 mile course on that future date.

Day 1423
Day 1423;
21.06 was my BMI of today which was an improvement on my BMI, if I was still going for a perfect BMI but as I am now wanting to go to reduce my BMI as much as possible to reduce the effect of my weight on Mich for the 100 Mile ride that I will be partaking.
Breakfast: cereal, gala melon and pineapple.
Lunch: mini sausages, mini scotch eggs, mini sausage rolls and a chocolate brownie.
Dinner: sausages in Yorkshire puddings, carrots, peas, potato and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 300ml mug of fruit juice, 725ml in 3 mugs of full fat coke (2 300ml and 1 125ml) and a few squirts of Lucozade sport.
Today I have gone to the gym once and in it I have done a 35 minute cycle with a 7 minute cool down, cycle on the exercise bike. I have also gone out for a 1 hour 45 minute tandem cycle. Which was over the same course which took us 2 hours 20 minutes to do at the weekend. But it may have been as we were going quite a bit slower at the weekend as Mich was chatting with Emu while we were on the ride in an almost constant fashion as Mich just loves the sound of his own voice, so while we are cycling he is always prattling on about it being time for me to put down the power or it being time for me to hold-off, even every time he's cornering, and he wants the peddles the other way up, so if it's a left corner and we have the left peddle down he'll say something like "half peddle, to get around this corner", of which I do and we go round the corner.
Well the other day Allergy and I were having a conversation, of sorts, as she was saying that Pippa Middleton was on the front cover of my "DSUK yearbook 2016/17" to that I questioned which one of the 2 people that are on the cover was Pippa? To which she answered the female, and there was I looking at the picture thinking the one on the left of the front cover is in a sit-ski and she looks female, but then there was another person on the cover of who I couldn't pick up on whichever gender was he/she/it, it may have had something to do with the high probability of my specs needing stronger prescriptions and all that but never mind that. Eventually Allergy pointed me to the one that was in the sit-ski as being Pippa, but then that confused me, as why would someone that I had heard had something to do with the royal family need a sit-ski? As the only one of the royal family with what may be classed as a disability is Prince Harry, with his disability, or sorts, being that he's ginger, if you'd classify that as a disability, the disability of being pale of skin and easily burnt by the sun? Perhaps.
But then tonight on Breath of the Wild I have found 3 more Koroks, but I haven't really done much else, as of today.

Lunch: I have forgotten but I'm thinking that potatoes were component.
Dinner: pasta, apple, grapes (green and purple) and peach.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 3 300ml mugs of fruit juice.
Today I had a short cycle around the part of the world that I live in, but I had to do something something that I've current;y forgotten.
I pit on Breath of the Wild and I got myself confused as I found myself on a mountain which I thoughtI wasn't on; very confusing..

20.93, was my BMI I have just made the goal of 10000 steps,which was in no small part due to the cycle ride that I had completed this morning and another small part could be due to my skiing that I have done.
Breakfast: cereal, banana, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
Lunch: I've forgotten now.
Dinner: pasta, apple, grapes (green and purple) and peach.
Drinks: 1 300ml mug of milk, 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice and 1 400ml bottle of mango and passion fruit Lucozade sport.
As today was somebodies anniversary, Emu's, I couldn't find the time to get in any Breath of the Wild.
As I was out on the tandem first thing then then after lunch we went off skiing and by the time we had arrived home I just had to sit through Emu's wedding photo's which lasted a long time, but in the place that they were doing them I couldn't reach the Switch,

Day 1420
Day 1420;
21.13 was my BMI of today but I have thought that I need to reduce my body weight as much as possible before going on the 100 mile tandem ride due to the predicament that It's a tandem ride, so I'm not alone on the bike now with that being the case by weighing somewhere in the excess of 10 stone I am putting too much strain on the other rider.
Breakfast: cereal and banana.
Lunch: cheese sandwich (white bread) and a batternburg.
Dinner: turkey, pasta, apple, pineapple, grapes (green and purple), peach and rhubarb crumble..
Drinks: 1 100ml mug of fruit juice, 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.
Snacks: 1 little banoffe chocolate and 1 slice of a sponge cake.
I'm a wimp at least when it comes to the sun, not the newspaper the big burning spherical shape in the sky, as I was attempting my little pacing practice around the garden, I decided to stop as I noticed the sun was glaring down on me and I didn't have any sun cream on, so I wimped out and I went back inside after just 1 lap. later on I walked round to GAK abode then while I was there I stepped around a bit, but doing that no way near gave me a total in excess of 10,000 steps for today as I had been managing to get for the past 6 days but today my step count at the usual time of weigh in was only just above 5000 which is half of what It should be, according to somebody.
Tis morning I awoke in a foreign land, of sorts, as I awoke the first time Ix noticed that my feet were dangling out of the end of the bed that I was sleeping in, the I eventually noticed that my whole torso and legs weren't covered by the duvet then I was in a quandary, with what should I do with myself, so I covered myself up again and I waited, until Mich came knocking. Then he told me what I needed to do.I did as I was told then we finally left the cottage by the sea (estuary), and then after a lot of hours in the car we finally made it back home.
After we had arrived home we visited GAK as it was her Anniversary day today I think she's now as old as the Queen is this year. But tomorrow is the Anniversary day of Emu I've forgotten which celebrity, if the queen could be called that, was born in the same year as Emu. Celebrities I'm unsure whether I should classify the Queen as such, as she is the Queen and a celebrity is possibly too common, especially for the Queen who is the bleeping Queen for a Japanese persons sake, or should it be saké?
Then later tonight I got around to playing on Breath of the Wild I found another Korok which takes the total up to 140 now.

Holiday day 7
BMI was 20.92 today which was an improvement on yesterday by 2lbs but stat still leaves my 6lbs short.
Breakfast: cereal, sausages, toast, egg, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and cream.
Lunch: the second half of the treacle tart from yesterday and battenburg.
Dinner: fish (cod), chips and curry sauce.
Drinks: 1 300ml mug of milk, 4 300ml mugs of fruit juice and 1 300ml mug of cider.
Snacks: 1 banana.
Today was the final day that I would sleep in these foreign place, and I finally understand what Mich was talking about when he said that it never really gets dark here, as I woke up around about 10 to 6 also know. As 5:51 was the time that I saw a clock and I was thinking it was much later as I had first woke up, then I did my usual drifting in and out of conscience until Mich or somebody comes to get me up, but this morning I noticed the sun was shining outside my window as if it was 7O'clock. I had got up as I was wondering what had happened to everyone as weren't we going to set out on another cycle earlier? But then I realised as I had made it downstairs to my iPad that the time was a little earlier than I thought. But today as I had got up first I got to eat a bowl of cereal and drink milk before we went on our cycle and it was an amazing ride, as we went from the Instow disused train box all the way to Meeth station, which is the complete other half of the Tarker trail, that we had completed the other part of on Monday, I think.
But now it's time for more of my aerobic training, of which I have been doing recently as I was accepted to the London - Surrey 100 mile bike ride recently, in actual fact it was yesterday, so that is cause to do as much aerobic exercise as possible to get myself as fit as possible, also I need to lose as much weight as possible in order to get round the course in under 8 hours, as that is the time that we have been told that we should be aiming for in order to finish the course, so it should be an average speed of 12.5 mph.Mich is saying that we are making 12 mph around our little hilly courses down here on holiday so we should be able to make it, for the ride day.
So my day was filled with lazing about the cottage, for the most part, but I played a bit more with the cricket set, I even managed to hit 2 4's/get the ball in the sea but that wasn't tricky as the sea was creeping up in us rapidly, but the only difference from yesterday was I angled the bat in the correct direction to get it for 4, as we're playing it with the sea on our left hand side and me being a lefty always sacked it to the right but the others who were righty's could simply whack the ball to the boundary, so as soon as they deducted 4 runs from my score, giving me minus 4 I decided to switch the way I batted so I could get some runs back.
We also went for another cycle later on at Torrington, but this was just as a photo opportunity for Mich and we didn't have our cycling helmets, so I kept my head down. Then on our way back to the car Allergy had a cycle with Mich leading her, as I walked back to the car.
Also I have gone for a wander down on the beach in the evening.
Tonight I have decided to pack up all of my stuff after I played a bit on Breath of the Wild, I have found some chests today, but all that was in them was arrows.

Holiday day 6
Today my BMI was in dire straits as it was 20.73 but I had been pacing round the cottage in order to get my step count up before the weigh in, so I'm now thinking that doing that was a bad idea as packing can count as aerobic exercise, which is bad for weight gain.
Breakfast: bacon, eggs, weird bread, banana, raspberries and peach.
Lunch: toffee fudge ice-cream.
Dinner: 1 cheese burger, half a beef burger with relish and half a pastry.
Drinks: 1 150 mug of fruit juice, 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice, a few sips of a bottle of Lucozade sport, 1 200ml mug of milk and 1 300ml mug of fruit squash, 1 300ml mug of cider and 1 300ml mug of milk.
Snacks: banana, sausage roll and chocolate brownie.
Today I have first gone out for another tandem ride. Then I have gone out for a bit of a wander along the beach, then Mich bought a little cricket set, of which I assumed we were going to play with, then but no we were just about to sit on the beach.
So on this day I drank over 1800ml of fluid but that is including the 300ml of cider and cider is an alcoholic beverage, so I'm unsure if that counts.
But we all went down to the beach later on to play cricket, I tried a bit of bowling batting and fielding, we each had a turn at doing each, first I was the fielder which was fun, then i had a go at bowling, of which I was nothing special Mich kept on making up excuses for me, like the sand wasn't bouncing and then I had a go at batting', I'm thinking it was because they didn't think that I had very good hand eye coordination that they initially did it this way, but hand eye coordination had nothing to do with it as allergy was just standing about 1m in front of me tossing the ball upwards for me to whack, then Mich said that actually my batting was the best as I was hitting the ball so that Mich or Allergy could catch me, I'm still unsure of how true that actually was after Allergy caught and bowled me after for her the first time as she had been saying that she wanted to catch someone out so after Mich had targeted her with the ball that I had bowled to him all those times with no success I attempted to get her to catch the ball that she'd bowled to me and it was a success I even targeted Mich with the ball and he caught it for me.
But then in Breath of the Wild the weather has turned into a blizzard, in the Hebra mountains, again so I am having a bit of extra trouble in finding the entrance to the cave where the giant skeleton lives.

21.26 so my BMI was up on yesterday's result, so it has improved, and on my steps for today I also increased them on yesterday's, so I've got to see if increasing my steps still on today's for tomorrow will improve it still, s the last time that I decreased my steps so did my BMI decrease.
Breakfast: banana and a bacon, egg and ketchup sandwich.
Lunch: 2 half's of 2 sandwiches (1 apricot jam and 1 cheese).
Dinner: chicken nuggets, roast potatoes, tiramisu and strawberries.

Today has been a kinda backwards day as I have been out in the morning and I have been on a tandem ride in the afternoon, but in the morning I had a go on a peddelo, which is a small boat which is powered by people peddling, so Mich, the lazy so and so, decided to give it to me and Allergy to power, by peddling, while he sat in the back. So Allergy took the controls from Mich, after he told her how to work them while he got his camera and he started photographing things like my balding head, from the angle to see exactly where my hair has stopped growing.
As myself and Mich were on the tandem later on today, we stopped at an old train station, it was for Mich to get some things from the shop, then there was these 2 cyclists, who Mich thought were older than him but I'm hopeless at guessing people's ages but I thought they looked older than me so to Mich I indicated that I thought they looked the same age as himself. But there was a man and a woman that past us while we were stopped, then I thought that we were on a down hill slope by the time that we caught them and passed them, as we have got the weight of 2 men on ours so for down hill it goes quicker naturally, but I was still peddling hard, as we had to get somewhere which was 12 miles away and back, so I just peddled as instructed, them as we were going past them the woman shouted something about us doing that on a hill? So I was confused. Then the next 4 people that over took us overtook. Us when we had stopped to fix a mud guard' then when we back operational the 2 of us chased them down,and overtook them, then there was the 2 people that we passed on a bike but we only had to pass them once and we didn't get passed back by them, the next time we got passed by anyone on a bike was while Mixh was in the shops off of the cycle trail so I was standing there like a lemon holding on to the tandem.
Then later on still I finally got back to attempting the great skeleton in the Hebra region, but still to no avail
Holiday day 5
21.26 so my BMI was up on yesterday's result, so it has improved, and on my steps for today I also increased them on yesterday's, so I've got to see if increasing my steps still on today's for tomorrow will improve it still, s the last time that I decreased my steps so did my BMI decrease.
Breakfast: banana and a bacon, egg and ketchup sandwich.
Lunch: 2 half's of 2 sandwiches (1 apricot jam and 1 cheese).
Dinner: chicken nuggets, roast potatoes, tiramisu and strawberries.

Holiday day 4;
Today I got 21.06 as my BMI today, but apart from the big cycle that I did earlier on in the day I didn't really do much. I didn't actually drink enough today, I am thinking.
Breakfast: banana, grapes and a chocolate croissant.
Lunch: cheese sandwich (wired bread), 1 chocolate mini roll and some amaze bites.
Dinner: chicken, bacon, cheese, carrots, roast potatoes, tiramisu and blackberry cheesecake.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice, 2 300ml mugs of milk.
Now up today was a tandem ride, then I found out about some suicide bomber in Manchester, ain't we all, well the vast majority of us in England English/British so shouldn't we all know what to do in situations like this, and that is Keep Calm and Carry On, that is one to make sure that terrorism will not beat you, as we all should know that there is no Allah, nor any other kind of big brother (reference 1984 book by George Orwell) figure in the sky watching our every move judging us deciding our fates, your fate is yours to decided what you want to do. If you want to be a murderer because that is what was taught to you within some Sunday school program (religious education and you believe that some higher power has chosen you to exact this punishment upon some individuals, then you're a crazy person.
Today we've been on a railway and I have gone on a similar thing to a cable car, down into another small town/hamlet then we went back up, out of the hamlet, which was flooded killing a lot of the people that lived there, about 52 people, when I thought about it I was thinking that would have been more than 2 times worse than that terrorist attack over in Manchester, and it was in Lynmouth, part of the Exmoor national park.
Today I have also got onto Zelda: Breath of the Wild, I haven't done much on it today I have only been killing some Lizafoes, Moblins and some Bokoblims.

Day 1414

Holiday day 2:
Now today I was 21.05 I think anyway it was bad, all,of this aerobic exercise isn't doing me any favours.
Breakfast: bacon, tinned spaghetti, sausages, toast.and eggs.
Lunch: bread roll (cheese) and some amaze bites (orange).
Dinner: steak and Stilton pie, carrots and lemon meringue with cream.
Drinks: 1 300ml mugs of fruit juice, 2 250ml mugs of fruit juice and 1 300ml mug of milk.
But today I have been on a cycle ride, then I have been on a ferry to another town/hamlet, across the other side of the estuary of which we did a little bit of walking around in the town. But then we also did another bit of walking from the cottage today and then after we finished our dinner we watched the Martian. Today I have done over 25000 steps according to Wii fit I think.
This morning the other 2 assaulted me with 2 inhalers, they forced me to take an inhalation of either of the two, the brown and the blue one. When after I took both of the inhalations i still hasn't calmed down, I was still chocking that's when Allergy had the idea to do some breathing exercises with me, and they actually worked, but I still was wheezing, a bit, fortunately I could get to sleep through it then after I woke I was still wheezing, but I was being carful not to draw any attention to it, by heavily breathing, which was before I got to go on the tandem for today, and just as magic I wash't wheezing for too long after I had started, just another weird thing about me; if I'm feeling breathless all you need to do is to get me to do some exercise and then after I have done that I should be fine.
I have also got round to playing a bit on Breath of the Wild and today I managed to find another one of the Korok's one that was hiding under a rock in the snowy peaks, of the Hera (sp.) region. It's either the Hera or the Hebra region, but Hera is a Greek goddess, wife of Zeus, and Hebra looks too similar to Hebru, the ancient language of the Jews.

Day 1413

Day 1 of holiday.
21.22 was my BMI for today, I did basically nothing today until just before the nightly weigh in, when I went on a small walk around the town (hamlet?) that I am staying in for this holiday, I also got about a minutes worth of cycleing around the hamle also in today.
?Breakfast: cereal, grapes (green) and banana.
Lunch: 2 bread rolls (1 cheese and 1 ham), sausage roll and a chocolate mini roll.
Dinner: lamb mince, peas, carrots, mashed potatoes and 1 chocolate brownie.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk , 1 300ml mug of fruit juice and 1 200ml mug of fruit juice.
Today I have gone on holiday, which is such a drag, especially as the cottage that we are staying at has no Wi-Fi and it's peppered with references to a stupid "emotion", the"emotion of love, if it counts as an emotion. What may love be if not an emotion? A construct of the overactive imagination of the hums condition, as what does love mean? It , means to like something, or someone, a lot, doesn't it?
Also today I have maxed out all of the items of clothing, up to 3 stars, with only having found 3 of the great fairies, and by media out I mean by my recourses not as in I have got everything up to 3 stars.

Lunch: tinned spaghetti, mini sausages. toast and a few prices of water melon.
Dinner: lamb mince, carrots, peas mashed potato, cheese and something.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.
Now today I had a lazy day, especially as I only got up from sitting down to go to sit down in another place and eatBut hopefully from tomorrow I should ave a much busier week In terms of me actually having more time on the tandem. So it should be another load of sitting down on saddles next week.
Now this is a song that I'd like to play for that friend that I have typing about over the past few days and it's in response to the last time I messaged her telling me to stop messaging her so I typed to her that I would from then on, and I did. Then next I commented in a photograph of hers I was asking politely for her to tell me why she wanted us to vote for her candidates party and she blocked me from Faceybook.sure I asked a bit about the political parties finance's at the end of the post to her but it wasn't a grilling on my part and she could have just told me where the funds for these additional things that their party is saying that he'll get them if he gets to power. As I would actually consider voting for him if he could inform us exactly where the additional funds are coming from and the I've got to be reassured that the project is sustainable.

Day 1411

21.29, was my BMI for today
Breakfast: cereal, apple and banana.
Lunch: tinned spaghetti, sausages and toast.
Dinner: pie, peas, carrots, potatoes and 4 Jaffa cakes.
Drinks:2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 300ml mug of fruit squash and 1 300ml mug of fruit juice.
Now today I have recalled the horrific events which happened on Monday, the Horrific events which happened when I was at athletics, it was by the sandpit we were just attempting to plan our run ups, when Mr B was getting telling Big D, as opposed to Little D, Mr B was attempting to get Big D to count out pigeon steps, but Big D was too unbalanced to get his pigeon steps counted so I moved to beside him in order for him to balance on me while he was counting out his steps but Big D didn't understand me so i grabbed his shoulder in order to help balance him but that didn't seem to have much of an effect until with my other hand I supported his hand, it was horrific I was touching his hand, or his skin on his hand it felt weird, I'm wondering if it felt as weird to him, I don't like it, skin touching skin, the very thought of it makes me shudder. I can handle having metal needles poked into me, but as long as they don't take there gloves off and start touching my skin I'm ok with the predicament.
Now this morning I went for another row now this row was more successful than yesterday's row in regards to my not stopping as much during the row but I only managed to get 7.7 km done today, which was a bit of a blow. But today I got myself a thing that I believe is called a blister on the rower. Well it was a white lump of skin that appeared on my little finger, so I spent the next couple or so many minutes on the rower attempting to reduce irritation to that point, then for the last 5 or so many minutes I decided to give up on being sensitive to it and I stopped rowing, first time of the rowing session, I picked up a cloth and I placed the cloth inbetween the oar and my "blister" and I started to row properly for the remender of the 30 minutes, I probably should have worn some of my cycling gloves on my rower. But I wore my cycling gloves for some actual cycling today which may have been a first, or a second time that I have worn a pair of cycling gloves for there actual purpose, but today it was only for a short ride around as it was raining today so I was cycling blind again, as the rain just thumps into my eyes which would have been a problem if I wasn't sitting in the backseat of a tandem.
But then today I am thinking that I have lost my one of my oldest girly friends again, not as in she's very old it's just that I have known her for the majority of my life, it's just that she's a big Labour supporter, party member and activist, she recently has updated her faceybook profile picture and I thought that she looks amazing in it but then under it she's got the vote labour tagline thing underneath and I have been attempting to work out why we should vote Labour from her and she'd already told me the reasons as of why she was voting for the Labour party in less than a month now and she had already told me hoe they were going to raise the money by increasing the taxes on the wealthy, which doesn't seem fair to me as your taking the wealthy just because they're successful which may become a factor for some that are attempting to get rich to not want to put in all of the additional hours of work, if they are going to pay an extortionate amount of it back to the state, so it may be a why bother moment if it's just going back into the system that funds the loser that is writing this blogpost, as I get a disability living allowance which I don't deserve. as what have I done that qualifies me for this reward. I have stepped in-front of a car, why I don't know, I can't even remember the day when it happened nor can I remember the feelings and pains that I felt as my skull ricocheted off the front of one car onto the front of another, it's as if never happened to this me but it happened to this body but my conscience was elsewhere. The state as in your taxes shouldn't have to pay for me I find that an insult, I hate myself for being such a lazy little so and so. Getting a load of free stuff from the government like free parking at hospitals or free tuitions for universities isn't going to help, besides how is the government going to fund it?
But I have decided to go back into Gerudo Town to see if I can find the Gerudo that can lead me to the torso of the 8th heroine, but still no luck.

I have stepped in-front of a car, why I don't know, I can't even remember the day when it happened nor can I remember the feelings and pains that I felt as my skull ricocheted off the front of one car onto the front of another, it's as if never happened to this me but it happened to this body but my conscience was elsewhere. The state as in your taxes shouldn't have to pay for me I find that an insult, I hate myself for being such a lazy little so and so. Getting a load of free stuff from the government like free parking at hospitals or free tuitions for universities isn't going to help, besides how is the government going to fund it?
But I have decided to go back into Gerudo Town to see if I can find the Gerudo that can lead me to the torso of the 8th heroine, but still no luck.

Day 1410
Day 1410;
21,09 was my tragic BMI for today, which my have been as I had only dine a fraction of my usual gym session of todaŷ, before my weigh in that is.
Breakfast: cereal and banana
Lunch: sausage roll with bbq sauce and pork pie.
Dinner: chicken, chips and
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 3 300ml mugs of fruit juice.
Things that puzzle me...
Self identifies as a libertarian suppressing someone's freedoms just as their opinion doesn't align with their own.
Jeremy Corbyn plans to make the University tuition fee's disappear also the hospital parking charges vanish of which I have no problem with except how are you planing to pay for this? By making the top rate of tax even higher? Well that may succeed for raising funds in the short term but after slightly longer an exedous of the higher paying jobs that the new highly skilled work force crave may cause the newly qualified highly skilled workers to leave for greener pastures, as some would say.
I have been feeling something but I don't know what, at least not yet but it is like when I was ill that time, yesterday on the tandem ride and today at the gym I have been unable to perform at peak efficacy, then just as I was cleaning up my lunch pots I started feeling as if I was growing and shrinking but I felt that I had stopped growing. So I decided to go for a lie down to see if my body can decide what it was going to do.
But I also played on more of Breath of the Wild, but I didn't manage to find anything so I havn't managed to get anything found on the game for 2 days now, not since the Korok I found not yesterday the day before.

Day 1409
Day 1409:
21.22 again second day in a row of doing this badly on my Wii fitness.
Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: jam sandwich (brown bread with seeds in) and Victoria sponge cake.
Dinner: pie, carrots, potato and 4 Jaffa cakes.
Drinks: 3 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.
Now today I have had some kind of midday nap, I think as I just opened my eyes to find my iPad open to this page. I was sure that I had been playing a iPad mini game instead before I opened my eyes. I had been going over the person saying I was rude for sending them messages thecontent of the messages weren't rude at least indifn't think they were, and it could be equally said that the person that I was conversing with was being rude by not responding if by typing a message to me stateing that you find my comments to you rude, please may you cese communications with me now. I might say some things back to that like why, what I typed that you deem to be rude, then you could answer my questions or you could just blank me from then on then I'd understand, that it wasn't just that you were searching for the correct words for the response or you had forgotten that I'd messaged you, as it happens to me all of the time.
Now why do I do this? Why do I bother writing this blog. Yeah I know it's so if I forget about something that happens to me on a day I have a reference, but that was it's initial purpose but how many times have I actually used it for that purpose, I don't know but it must've been at least once. So why do you even bother? I don't know, maybe because I can, or maybe it's because inturnalise a lot of stuff and it's just my way of letting some of it out?
I managed to do the 100 persciribed of the PSCS routine but I've still fallen behind drastically. Today I have done another little cycle around the countryside with Mich, but I only managed just over 5000 steps today.which may be an improvement on yesterday's result but it`s not good enough.

Day 1408
Day 1408;
Today my BMI was down again to 21.22 all I did today was a bit of a work out on the rower and I went for a little run around, as athletics.
Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: tinned spaghetti with mini sausages on toast, 1 slice of Victoria sponge cake and 2 slices of battenburg.
Dinner: spaghetti bolognaise and tiramisu.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.
Snack: 1 slice of Victoria sponge cake.
Olay I have done a 30 minute row, it was only a 8km row on the rowing machine. Also in daily fitness I have done 60 of the PSCS routine. I have gone to athletics today also, and I have been thinking about a little thing today also which could be described as a bit of a joke as it's pretty funny to think about.
When I took off my pyjama shirt in the shower-room to notice a funny discolouration of my arm, of which Mich told me was a tan, and that he's got one also, as it was from our 50 mile, approximately, cycle yesterday. The views were very picturesque.
Ok so the thing that I think is a joke but I'm kind of serious at the same time, because it's about a woman that calls herself a feminist, but she voted for Corbyn in the Labour leadership elections, which was down to a thing called his policies, so in the case of Corbyn it comes down to policies, but other times it comes down to misogyny and a couple of the seats are down to the blind party allegiances of a select few constituencies, so in them you can have a man, woman or even a goldfish you just need to dress them up in the parties colours to get them elected. So this woman that I have known for the whole of my life basically as she was on her ranting about how a child's care is more likely going to be done by the mother, leaving the fathers to chase there dreams, so I had this thought experiment:
It goes like this, if you and I got together one night, and you got pregnant from it, now I have got it all figured out on how we could do "it" as she could go on top, as my arms aren't too good and the drooling problem that I have (if she was to get a mouthful of my saliva that wouldn't make the experience pleasurable) and she's a feminist female empowerment and all of that. So I've got that much sorted next up is the why would we be doing "it" in the first place, I don't know, she hates my guts doesn't she? Well I know she hates my political/anti-feminist guts (the part of me that is critical of the feminist movement in the west where it isn't needed, in my opinion), but I'm unsure of the rest of my guts. I actually like Jeremy Corbyn well I liked him at least, before he was bought by the mainstream Labour on the issue of Brexit/the in crowd. So I have got the how, I ain't got the why bit sorted yet but I can't really say anything on that at least not yet. Now I've got a thing and it's that I'm unemployed so I'd be a bit like a stay at home dad so it'd be like the roles were reversed from the traditional norm, but I have got a plan figured out in my head for raising this child. As if she raised it, with breast feeding and all of that, until her maternity cover ran out then she could go back to work leaving the baby with me and my family which is pretty set with experts in the field of child care, as one is a teacher of young children and she's a mother also the other is a neonatal nurse, then you've got Mich and myself that could invest in a little babies seat for the back of the tandem for it to have a ride around the more picturesque parts of the places of the world that we live in, and my home now has a free room as Emu has moved out so I could have a room for the woman to stay in while she's visiting the baby I could move the cot into that room while she's in it and I could have the cot in my room the rest of the time for me to sort out the issues that arise in the night. Then when the time arises for education of the baby, we know the educational facilities in the area as we used to go to them.

Day 1407
Day 1407;
I got 21.29 which is a decrease of 0.07 on yesterday's result, today I have done an about 50 mile cycle, and my back was feeling slightly damp as I started but it dried off as I cycled.
Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: 1 cheese and 1 jam sandwich (white bread) and a mint flavoured chocolate ice cream.
Dinner: lamb, peas, carrots, pears, roast potatoes, tiramisu and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice and 1 100ml mug of pear juice.
So today was the day of a big cycle for Mich and I. It wasn't the full 100 miles, so I started the day off with 50 of my little PSCS routine, before I went to bed to make it up to 450 out of 900 as a starting point, to work on later.
Then I got up later than initially planned as it was raining and Mich does not like cycling while it's raining, so he left me to sleep slightly longer than he had initially told me last night. But when he got me up he had me eat my breakfast then it was for me to changed into tracksuit trousers and a t-shirt (suitable bike riding apparel, for amaturs, like us, at least) I don't know what we are going to wear for the actual cycle ride, yet, I'm hoping I can wear my own clothes not some of the garb that Tini is waning me to get for it, but I prefer my own clothes they're already bought, no additional cost. Which is another reason why I hate weddings they're just done as a show of wealth, wealth that they sometimes don't have, and they're just attempting to emulate some wedding that they saw on the box. But I'm thinking that we should wait to find out the dress code for the ride from the people that we're riding for/DSUK, Disability Snowsport UK (United Kingdom). But he wants to wear a pair of ski goggles for the cycle now, as about our last outing on the tandem I stated that I think I will need my old ski goggles for a bike ride as I know that I wear specs but they don't really help in keeping all of the flies and other gunk out of my eyes while we are cycling, and today after a little, I think Mich calculated it at 50mile cycle but we stopped for lunch half way along, as it was at a small ex-railway station, now a cafe, that we shopped to eat our sandwiches at. Before departing on our way home. Which took us half an hour longer than he had told Tini earlier. I wish I could make up an excuse like we were taking in the beauty of the English countryside, but I don't see how that could have stopped us getting a move on a peddling, as don't get me wrong the English country side has it's moments, but that is it a moment I can stay in the moment as long as I can see it, it needn't interfere with my legs ability to propel myself forward. It's just like one of my oldest friends as she has always been pretty but today I saw a photograph of her whilst wearing a pair of specs, and I had my breath knocked out of me; she looked stunning. I typed something about not knowing that she ever needed specs and that they suited her. Then she told me that she had got some contact lenses when she was eleven, which is about one year after I got my spectacles. Then I had a memory of someone asking me of why I didn't get some contacts as they have to wear them, which could have been her for all intensive purposes. But I couldn't ever get some contact lenses, as I know I think I tried to get myself a pair as I had just started roller hockey back then I didn't really see how a pair of specs could work with a full contact sport, but I learnt. My problem with my eyes is an Astigmatism it's when the actual eye ball changes shape, from round like a football/soccer ball to more a rugby ball/American football shape.
But while I was cycling today I had thoughts of how I could get more of my little collages in being crippled into cycling and I thought of 2 from Boccia, Link and Icar, as they both go to athletics on Monday's, sometimes, but probably more often than myself this year. I was thinking that if Link could get into the drivers seat of the tandem that I ride then we could have a great time or then he could get onto a tandem with his brother, but Tini stated that he probably couldn't sit on a bike seat as his spine is damaged, so I thought that he'd need a modified seating rig for it. Then I asked about Icar who can't seem to get my name correct other than that I thought he was fine, but no, he's apparently got more problems than just my name, but physically he's fit, just a bit short to go on the tandem with me, I think but I'd like it a lot to be proven wrong.

Dinner: forgotten but I can remember what I ate for pudding, it was a combo of tiramisu and some chocolate trifle thing.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 300ml mug of fruit squash and 1 300ml mug of fruit juice,
Today I have been doing my lazy sport in the morning and I wasn't scheduled to do any on the tandem today. So it's time for me to do some more of my PSCS routine. 100 more to be exact so that I'm now on 400 for the last 8 days I should really pull my finger out, to get myself back up to par, but will I? That's unlikely,
WHat happened today was actually quite unpredicted by me at least as we went on another cycle today and I thought we were going on one tomorrow instead of one today, but I was mistaken. So I only got a go on Breath of the Wild, after I had been for a short cycle around, which was so short today I didn't manage to make it up to 10000 steps on the step counter today, As I did on my last tandem trip. The trip before I managed to put in closer to 1500, I wonder how many steps the London - Surrey 100 will take me?
I'm weird, as when I was starting the cycle today I was all hot and bothered and by the end I had been peddling but I was as cool as a cucumber according to Mich, I don't know how a cucumber can be described as cool but Mich was saying that as he was saying "I must have been doing all of the work, as I am all hot and you are just standing there as cool as a cucumber." I srugged in bemusement and then I typed something about something about me actually peddling and it could be something to do with me getting all hot and flustered at the start but as I progress I get cooler.

21.29 it was an improvement on yesterday's result I got to cycle on the tandem today which gave me my 1000 steps, and I cycled at an approximate pace of 12 mph.
Breakfast: cereal, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.
Lunch: cheese and salad cream sandwich (white bread).
Dinner: ham, eggs, chips, peas, sausages in Yorkshire pudding, fake Kit Kat's and 4 Jaffa cakes.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 300ml mug of fruit squash and 1 300ml mug of fruit juice.
Snacks: 1 chocolate truffle and 1 little bag of Haribo tangtastics.
Today I had more of my political discussion with my friend, and I searched more in the Hera mountains for shrines, as well as the skull of the big thing. But it was to no avail, but I got the Korok that you have to shield slide down the slopes in order to jump through it's hoop, I found it helped to jump onto your shield as your jumping over the stump that pings up the hoop. I've just remembered what I was supposed to be doing for this day on Breath of the Wild, and it wasn't that, it was trying to the 8th heroine.

But it was to no avail, but I got the Korok that you have to shield slide down the slopes in order to jump through it's hoop, I found it helped to jump onto your shield as your jumping over the stump that pings up the hoop. I've just remembered what I was supposed to be doing for this day on Breath of the Wild, and it wasn't that, it was trying to the 8th heroine.

Now today I have had a lazy day up until just before I was scheduled to do the weigh in as I had been playing Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and a load of my iPad games. I have now completed the Super Mario Run games world 1 enough to have 20 pink coins and 20 purple coins, but it's the green coins that I'm stuck on now. But just before I did the weigh in I decided to do 130 of the PSCS routine that I have been doing as of late which brings me up to 300/600. 50% done as of today, but that isn't good enough. It was 300 that I did in a day that made me keep to 21.32 earlier on, wasn't it? So maybe if I had done 600 today I might have squeezed myself a bit closer?
21.16 getting even worse and I did hardly any excersise today, as I had done >1300 steps for either of the 2 days before today and I had only got just over 500 steps counted for today.

Today my BMI dropped by 0.1 on yesterday's result as today I did my usual work out in the gym and I went on a cycle,

Breakfast: cereal, raspberries, peach, blueberries, apricot and strawberries.
Lunch: cheese and pineapple toastie.
Dinner: turkey, peas, carrots, potatoes and queen of puddings.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 300ml mug of fruit squash, 1 300ml mug of fruit juice and I had the pineapple juice from it's tin.
Also today I have played on more of Breath of the Wild, I think I found 1 Korok and 1 shrine, pity I couldn't locate the final 2 of the lost memories.but I shall recommence my search, tomorrow.
So today on the exercise bike I managed to get an average speed of 12 mph, as after 10 minutes I got to 2 miles. But on the tandem ride I was cycling with my eyes shut as usual, the sun was getting in my eyes, which is a problem with actually being able to see now, as I'm not used to the amount of sun light.
I have been thinking about marriage recently, and I have thought could someone get married by proxy, similarly to how Robin William's did at the end of Fluber. As he sent his robot mark 2 to go and get married for him, then it was off to the magic car and fly away.

21.39 was my improved BMI for today it was up on yesterday's result, and I may not have done any of the 220 that I set out to get done by the end of today by the time of my body test, but I have been walking around the streets of London.

21.26 which was a decrease of 0.6 from where it was yesterday which is disappointing especially as I got 60% of my fitness routine done today as opposed to the 0% of the previous 2 days.
Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, apricots and peaches.
Lunch: egg sandwich
Dinner:fish, carrots, peas, carrots, mash potatoes, cheese, 4 Jaffa cakes and 1 Kit Kat like thing.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk,
Snacks: chocolate cake, fruit cake and battenburg.
I have played a bit more on Breath of the Wild, no more shrines but I have collected up a load of Korok's seeds. Also today I have decided to attempt to rectify my lack of my press-up, sit-up, crunch and squat routine and I have done 60% of the 300 set for today, which leaves me with 120 still to go, for today, so that should be 220 for tomorrow, to get done.
Now in Breath of the Wild today I worked out when I need to shoot the arrow from the towers shadow at about half 3 pm (15:30) but I haven't exactly got where to yet, should it be up to the light of the sun or should it be to the centre of the platform that glows around that time, then as soon as I have figuered that out I just run along to another mountain to figure out what a shadow of cold stuff is to cater into a separate shrine platform that glows at 4pm (16:00). I'm betting that I probably should freeze a snowball in time then attack it to get the ball of snow to fly into it, but that is just a probably incorrect hypothesis.
Then in politics I have called someone a hypocrite as they want to silence a woman, Katie Hopkins, for having different opinions to their group, and she told me that Katie Hopkins speech is hate speech and should be censored, but that wasn't the funniest part as it was as she had stated that in an equal society her "vile" speech should be censored, I was thinking that it was starting to sound a bit like animal farm in her world view, all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others. As she started off by saying something like "Everybody is entitled to there own opinion, but Katie Hopkins opinions are vile" and then she continued with a rant as to why she shouldn't be given a voice. So I countered her slanderous, and she stated that Katie Hopkins has been successfully sued on numerous occasions for slander basically, while slandering her, to that I put some words to the effect of how humerious you were stating how Katie was an affront to equality and then you weren't treating her equally.

21.32 again and I went out on tandom cycle today, which was interesting as we cycled to a forest and we cycled around in the forest for a little while before returning home on the bike.
Breakfast: cereal, banana, pear, peach and apple.
Lunch: I cannot remember.
Dinner: fish, peas, carrots, mashed potato and cheese.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 300ml mug of fruit squash and 1 300ml mug of fruit juice.
Now yesterday as it was a positively busy day I only got a something like 10 second amount of time to search for the 8th heroine, so needless to say that was another dissapointment of yesterday. Also I disappointed myself yesterday by doing, or not doing, another thing but I have forgotten what now. But I remembered again as I have forgotten to do it agaIn today as it was my 100's that I forgot to do yesterday as today, so it should be 300's tomorrow and that is just for this month forgetting about the 5600 or so many I've still got to do from the 2 months previous.
Today I have finally got the first 15 of the pink coins, for stage 1, on Super Mario Run so I can finally invade the first castle of the game/1-4. I did it in my toad skin, at least that is what I think it should be called,. Anyway I was dressed up as one of those mushroom headed freaks/toads when I finally accomplished it. Not a toad as in fat frog nor as in a suit made out of similar creatures to frogs skins so basically no amphibians were harmed in the making of the suit, at least none that I know of.
Now today I was searching some of the other mountains that surround the Gerudo, and I got to another labyrinth that was after I had entered another shrine and completed it, which took me a lot longer than it should have done. But I have now also got 121 Koroks.

Day 1409

21.32 was my BMI of this day which was a day of success and disappointment, success as I got 2 gold medals and the football team that I support won 2-0, but it was dissapointing as the team that I support didn't make the play-offs, to gain promotion.
Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: chicken, bacon, peas, chips and bbq sauce.
Dinner: chicken soup and bread.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 600ml bottle of flavoured water, and 1 300ml mug of fruit juice.
Snacks: banana, pear, apple, 3 chunks of dark chocolate and 4 Jaffa cakes.
Now today was interesting, as first off I went to an athletics meet, across in a city which is kind of local to my home, I managed to get a jump of 2.7m apparently, which surprised me a bit especially as my jump, only 2 leaps earlier I only reached 2.4m. But what's more than that I learned of another conspiracy, now this conspiracy as I have called it is really something really intreaging to me, as if you have been reading this blog then you may remember somethings about the person that I call Link, not the Legend of Zelda character I'm typing about my little, young, crippled friend who needs a wheelchair. He's young enough to be my son. If I had got jiggy with his mother approximately 12 years ago, but here's the thing I can't remember getting jiggy with anyone, ever, let alone with a married woman that has got 2 more children with another man, like Icar and a Daughter. Icar is also a cripple, just as myself and Link, but he actually shares some familiar aesthetic traits with his father, whereas Link shares basically none of the aesthetic traits with his father and I would probably say that he takes after his mother. In aesthetics at least. But today I was overhearing a conversation between Links mother and another person, and she was saying that Link looks up to me as a father figure, of which I found weird. But the "first" times I met their mother I couldn't help but feel that I had met her somewhere before, so I figured that I had met her through school some time as she looks about my age. But don't worry about it he isn't my son.
Well the football match that I watched today was a good match, a few dubious decisions made by the referee but on the whole it was a good refereeing display.

21.06 was my dissapointingly bad BMI result for today. I have a clue as to the reason why it was bad but it also casts some dought over basically all of the previous day's results, as I usually have 0 set for the weight of my clothing even if I'm wearing some jeans and a t-shirt, as well as boxers and sometimes socks and wristbands, as they weigh nothing to me as I am wearing them, but today I was wearing my PJs as I was getting myself weighed.
Breakfast: deal, apple, banana, pear and apple.
Lunch: spaghetti with sausages on toast.
Dinner: turkey(escalope), carrots and potato.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 300ml mug of fruit juice and 1 300ml mug of fruit squash.
Snacks: 2 peppermint creams.
Today the results were in on the local council elections, which I forgot about yesterday, and the results read positively for Mrs May's conservateeth, but even the SNP lost out, it was only the conservatives but it was also plaid Cymru and green that made gains. But it was Labour, Lib Dems, SNP and UKIP, that had losses of the major players for the upcoming general election, which by these results look as if Mrs May will be staying at number 10, Downing Street (the address of the GB PM), for however long it will be until the next election, which was going to be in 2020 but I don't know if this general election will start a new cycle or not? If it does then the next time that we'll go to the polls for another general election will probably be in 2022, if this year is 2017 not 2018, as I think we had 2016 at least 1 year back.
In breath of the Wild I can remember finding a load more Koroks, in the Gerudo highlands. But still no 8th heroine and my shrine drought continues.

21.19 so it was a fall rom where I was yesterday which may have been as I did't keep to my 300 challenge or it could be as I took a tandem ride today, who knows? but I must try harder next time.

Now today I have got to outside of the gym before Tini said to me that we were going home due to the jogging trousers that I was wearing had some mess on the backs of them, which both looked and smelt like chocolate, to me at the very least, it could have been something I sat in during lunch. But that was such a waste, so I thought that I had to make up for it while I am at home, so I just did 100 press-ups, 100 and sit-ups before my weigh in and then I did 100 crunches and 100 squats after I had made myself a bit unhappy. Now today I have been disappointed by the waste that I have been part of as Tini refuses to walk me to the gym which is pretty much a stone throw (or may be 10) away from the front door of my home. but my weigh in also happened after I had gone on a tandem bike ride which was fun and after the bike ride today Mich made an observation. his observation was that I didn't appear to be sweating as much as himself so therefore he was doing the majority of the peddling. I can't really remember much about the cycle as I had my eyes closed for the majority of it but I can remember peddling until Mich told me to stop.
But I'm still looking for the bust of the heroine Gerudo Summit I can't find it there near to the sword. where will it be hiding?

21.32 again I have managed to get my BMI at a level for two days I'm wondering if it would have gone up ir down if I hadn't been doing the exercise stated below today?
Breakfast: cereal, banana, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.
Lunch: ham sandwich (white bread) and fruit cake.
Dinner: steak and ale pie, carrots, peas, potato and cheesecake.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 399ml mugs of fruit juice.
Now yesterday in this here blog I was going to type about something but then I forgot. But now I have remembered it was about my cavernous mouth and how I had got a load of chocolate stuck to the top of my moth and then the snack that I ate later on freed my mouth of the chocolate, as well as leaving behind a much better taste. Fact of the day raspberries, blueberries and strawberries taste nicer than milk chocolate, within my opinion at the very least.
But today I have thought of creating a text based version of a game that is similar to DND for the computer as it is easy to build as a prototype, then if I actually create it properly with at least 4 levels, which could be 1. desert 2. forrest 3. castle 4. dungeon, and if I make it so it's good then maybe I could turn it into an actual game with proper 3D graphics and all that and then maybe a port over to some of the big names in gameing like Nintendo (switch or whatever is their consoles name in the future) Sony (PlayStation) or Microsoft (Xbox).
So this morning I did 148 more sit-ups, which hen added to the 52 I did yesterday gives me 200, so over 2 days I have now done 200 press-ups and 200 sit-ups, which averages out at 100 per day. just as I am supposed to be doing. Now I've just done my next set of 200 crunches and 200 squats, on each I am just 100 shy of where I'm supposed to be for this month but when added to what I missed from last month it must be more of12900 and if I add up the last 2 months it will be more of 5700 of each still to get done, as I missed off 28 days of the past 2 months individually which means that I should still have to do 5600 but then I still ain't done the 100 of from this month which makes it 5700. I should really get to it as I don't have the gym today. 100 more press-ups, 100 more sit-ups, 100 more crunches and finally 100 more squats which means I am up to parity for this month so now for the rest of this month I should be trying to get myself at that 5600.
What should I call my game mentioned above? Savage's DND rip off? No that would be a terrible name, DJCD, or DFCD. well something with those letters I'm thinking as the 4 main stages would be Desert, Jungle/Forrest, Castle and finally Dungeon. Dark Fantasy: Captured Druids? Now that is a possibility but on what reference would it be a Dark Fantasy game? As in dark sinister or dark dirty? As I could always put some Succubi/Incubi in the dream time for when you were resting to suck the life out of you while you were resting, to recover health and 'm guessing they could be a bit of both, sinister as when your attempting to replenish health they are thereto take it away and dirty as they are malevolent spirits that suck your life force by means of seduction.
My time spent on Breath of the Wild I am still looking for the 8th heroine I have marked out her sword on the map so I am going to try working around that point to see if I can find her and I'm going to mark on the map with a different pin in each of thr locations that she isn't in, so I don't keep running aroun in circles as I have been doing thus far.

I should really get to it as I don't have the gym today. 100 more press-ups, 100 more sit-ups, 100 more crunches and finally 100 more squats which means I am up to parity for this month so now for the rest of this month I should be trying to get myself at that 5600.
What should I call my game mentioned above? Savage's DND rip off? No that would be a terrible name, DJCD, or DFCD. well something with those letters I'm thinking as the 4 main stages would be Desert, Jungle/Forrest, Castle and finally Dungeon. Dark Fantasy: Captured Druids? Now that is a possibility but on what reference would it be a Dark Fantasy game? As in dark sinister or dark dirty? As I could always put some Succubi/Incubi in the dream time for when you were resting to suck the life out of you while you were resting, to recover health and 'm guessing they could be a bit of both, sinister as when your attempting to replenish health they are thereto take it away and dirty as they are malevolent spirits that suck your life force by means of seduction.
My time spent on Breath of the Wild I am still looking for the 8th heroine I have marked out her sword on the map so I am going to try working around that point to see if I can find her and I'm going to mark on the map with a different pin in each of thr locations that she isn't in, so I don't keep running aroun in circles as I have been doing thus far.

Day 1405
Day 1405;
21.32 which was an increase of 0,06 on yesterdays result, and today I have been to the gym for another full work out.
Breakfast: cereal, grapes (green), banana and apple.
Lunch: half a margarita pizza and some of my chocolate box.
Dinner: sausages, tagliatelle (pasta), cheese and queen of puddings.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 3 300ml mugs of fruit juice.
Snacks: blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
Well today I have also done 200 press-ups and 52 sit-ups today as well as that full gym session, as I'm going to miss my gym session tomorrow, but I have located some gear which should enable Emu to ride the tandem with me on the back, well it could give her some more weight so she could get more traction from the front wheel of the bike which should enable her to steer the bike, which I don't understand, as I know that I weigh less than C and Mich, individually, and neither of them had too many problems on going on the back with her steering, but then again they each have much better balances than I.
So I have also managed to get in a bit more searching for the 8th heroine in Breath of the Wild, I have found her sword but not a bust (or a a sculpture of her head and shoulders) as that is what the man outside of Gerudo town wants me to find and photograph. Then I might be able to unlock the quest that is to do with Calyn (sp.) the Gerudo woman that sits on the wall.

Day 1404

21.26 I think anyway it was up on yesterday's result, and Mich also joined me in the 21's today for his BMI, which may be a first time for him at least since he started on wii fit..
Breakfast: cereal, banana, pear, grapes (green) and apple.
Lunch: turkey, carrots, peas, definour potatoes, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and some queen of puddings.
Dinner: chicken and pork pie and queen of puddings.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 300ml mug of shloer, 1 100 ml mug of green shloer and 1 50ml mug of purple shloer.
Snacks: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and ice cream.
Now today we had 2 of the 4 Irish people from the wedding come around our home. It was as they were going back to the airport that which is closest to our home in order to get a flight back to Ireland, but the Irish are just smashing, not literally, it might be something genetic to do with the Irish, but that is a job for scientists to investigate. But the other 2 Irish people that were at the wedding only 1 was actually Irish the other's surname was Ireland and of the 2 of them neither of them actually live in Ireland .
Also today I went on an approximately 25 mile cycle ride it was another cycle ride with Mich doing the steering on the tandem, on the bike ride we did 25 miles in about 2 hours approximately, so that is why he thinks that this 100 mile ride should take us about 8 hours. Well that is how long he has told the ride organisers it should take us.
But I have played a bit of Zelda in between all of the distractions of the day, but I haven't actually completed anything, on te game.
