Day 1038



So today I had an expertly lazy day, of which I could say that my BMI has gone up twice in the two previous days but I have almost met my kcal goal on both so I was just attempting to mix it up, but no I wasn't.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple
Lunch: spaghetti hoops on toast.
Dinner: omelette, chips and Bakewell tart.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.

But today I have done my 60, and I have also brought my hockey sick and ball down to play a little game outside, but it's a single player match, without goals.

So in fairness it wasn't a thing like a hockey match.

But today Allergy noticed my receding hairline, as did I a number of years ago, but notice this small fact I can't see my hair line.

Is Leister going to win the Premier League? I hope so, They just need to win 1 out of their last 3 matches, but next up is Manchester United, if they beat them they get 3 points to make them 10 points clear of Tottenham and Tottenham only have 9 points to play for or they could draw all 3 of their matches which gives Leister 3 points then it would be impossible for  Tottenham to beat them, but then 1 loose and 2 draws then it'd be Tottenham's to steel away from Leister City.

Day 1037

Day 1037;

Today I have accomplished my 60 for today at least once, as my first attempt ended at 30 the second ended at 10 third 30 fourth 60 but I got myself a bit confused around the numbers of 30 and 40 as I am think ing that I skipped from 39 to 50 so I didn't count that one then at the fourth attempt I made it.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: chicken sausage roll, cheese and chocolate doughnut.
Dinner: pasta Bolognese and Bakewell tart.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 3 3000ml mugs of fruit juice.

But I'm thinking that today my faceybooky profile picture got another like and it was from another one of my old time team mates. so he was probably thinking much the same as my other old school team mate/Mr R14.

Day 1036

Day 1036;

Now I can't remember much about what happened to me this morning and for me it only ended something like 1 hour 12 minutes ago, should I be worried?

Breakfast cereal and banana.
Lunch: chicken sandwich and a chocolate mini roll.
Dinner:
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of apple juice and 3 300ml mugs of milk.
Side note? Beneath note (now that's more like it): now today I knew I had my 5 a day ready for consumption almost from the off, as I had been downstairs and I could see I had a box of fruit and as I looked in the fridge I saw my 2 300ml mugs of apple juice. which gives me a minimum of 5 fruit for today as it was.

Now I'm trying to burn off as many kcal's as possible per day to meet my kcal goal for a complete week but so far this week I have accomplished it on 0 days but my weight is down on where it is supposed to be?

But I must get back on track to reach my kcal goal, I failed at reaching my kcal goal,

Which is why I have been waiting my enemy doing. Multiple trips up and down the stairs to carry the same things that I could easily enougth carry down at once.

Bu I have recently been intrigued about a Disneyland type development for the UK, but instead of being about Disney it will be about Paramount. Paramount land doesn't really have the same ring to it as Disneyland.

Parkour aka. Free running looks fun to me the lengths and heights to the jumps look so  immense, and they were way out of my league when I was younger, fitter and I had a more able body. So my chance at doing any jumping off of buildings is scuppered, thanks Mercedes.




But this load of people is what I'd most likely look like if I gave these things a go,, but you know the guy who face plants in the long jump pit I did that loads, probably last year now. As I probably have actually already done the majority, or a least a good proportion of the ones bellow before just not so far away from the floor when I was younger and when I was able-bodied, by the ones bellow I mean that I have failed to execute the things that they were attempting to do in the bellow YouTube video, but that was then, I probably can't even attempt to do any of the shenanigans anymore.

Day 1035

Day 1035:

Next up was today and it has been an eventful day on the weather's side, as it was sunny first then hailing then sunny then hail to finally being sunny. But I have just accomplished my daily 60, as I was doing some tonight but I kept forgetting how to count with the small numbers as I was going 1 as i got up then 2 as I put myself back down, It confused me so as I get to 10 I switched back a bit, and then when I got to 60 I kept going until 100 just to be safe.

Breakfast: bowl of cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: I had a white bread sandwich.
Dinner: meat pie, potato, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower (but I noticed how disgusting broccoli and cauliflower is again).
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of apple juice.
Sidenote so thanks to my apple juice drinking which gave me 4/5 and then for breakfast I had eaten 2 6/5then for dinner I ate my carrots and I tried some brocoli and the cauliflower mixed itself in with the potato as it tasted wrong.

But I had a slight political discussion with my only friend over a game of chess, he's seriously better than me at chess but he has just missed his shot at taking me out in 2 moves, like boom head shot.

Day 1034

Day 1034;

Now today I was thinking that I was going to struggle to meet my kcal goal and I probably put on a stone, or at the very least a pound, as I had a very lax day today, due to the rain stopping me from going outside for the majority of the day.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: macaroni cheese and chocolate truffle,
Dinner: 1 slice of red velvet cake, the one that I didn't enjoy last time I ate a slice and I didn't think much of it this time either and I had the final 4 Jaffa cakes
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of fruit juice.

But today was an athletic day, but it was an only going outside to run around for a fraction of it, as we had to stay inside and and play around with a medicine ball for the majority of it. Bt today I actually lost some weight which was a shock. But I could say that on the other hand I haven't eaten as much today as I usually do and I had my big meal a  long time before the weigh in.

Also today I put my old hockey shirt up on my Faceybooky as my profile picture, and it got 2 likes on it, I'm quite a bit perplexed to the first one of them, the second one I'm not as perplexed as it was R14 who used to be on the same team as me when I wore that shirt, so he could have liked it as a nod back to the good times we both had. But the first was just odd.

Day 1033

Day 1033;

Thi morning I eventually realised that my blogpost for yesterday didn't go online even earlier this morning, so I was attempting to remember to get back to it this morning, I failed at that task, but instead of getting a finished article to you I got that.

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal and banana.
Lunch: tomato soup and baguette.
Dinner: jacket potato, chicken in bread crumbs, carrots and peas and some out of date chocolate trifle.
Drinks: 2 300ml milk, 1 300ml mug of cranberry juice and the remnants of the bottle in another 300ml cup topped up with lemonade.

Yesterday I did more than I have done today, as is obvious by my not starting todays post off with my kcal's burnt today. But instead today I wanted to inform you of what I did yesterday, as I did quite a bit yesterday in actual fact. that I didn't type about, or even something that I did type about yesterday but it never got into the final draft, as when I submitted it my internet went down. 

Yesterday... All my troubles seemed so far away.... But that wasn't the song that I heard yesterday which provided me with the questions? answers? to get me to another thing of which I have forgotten.  

Yesterdays Boccia practise was intresting as we had an actual team GB Para-athlete come to coach the 3 of us who were a woman of who I shall call N, D was back and obviously me, Savage there is also Mr B who's the acting Chairman/another coach that me and D beat 11-5 last week in a game (he was playing with another older gentleman). 

Alsp yesterday I saw the football team that I support get relegated but up in the Premier League my old GP's team won, 4-0 against Swansea put them selves 8 points clear of Tottenham, but I am unsure  if that was yesterday or today. 

The internett has gone down again... I should really get quicker at typing down my thoughts, then I may be able to type al of my thoughts down before the internet goes down.

But today I have jogged over 6 miles on Wii Fit, in a 30 minute Free Jogging little exercise but after doing it I smelt horrifically bad.

Day 1032

Day 1032;

Today I got my 60 done after I had already done my body test, and I had already completed my kcal's for today.

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal.
Lunch: a cheese, pickle and chicken toasty (toasted sandwich).
Dinner: some chicken passanda, chicken tikka masala and nann bread.

With the president of the USA being a right hypocrite, in accordance to the EU debate, as he is now attempting to black mail us to stay in the EU, by him saying that the UK will be on the bottom of the list when it comes to creating a new trade deal,which makes me want to leave even more now. What just to spite Barry? No it's not. It's just because I want what is best for Britain, unlike president Barry who doesn't really care about the peoples of Britain and he just wants his friend in 10 Downing Street, for a bit longer and he probably wouldn't mind starting another war and it's good to know you can start one with the weight of numbers on your side under one flag, I,e. EU flag,  instead of having a whole load of individual nations to convince one after another, and if the EU falls apart thanks to those Brits look at how much of work is going to need to be done.

But I'm sure Mr Putin will be able to help the us British out...

Day 1031

Now today I also failed in my kcal goal but tomorrow I have got a new higher kcal goal to aim for.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch; spaghetti hoops on toast.
Dinner: pizza, potato salad and red velvet cake.
Drink: 2 300ml of milk and 2 300ml of fruit juice.

But what was the answer to the question that you were asking one of us to ask you yesterday?

Oh...  just shut up Green.

Ok but I haven't got another Tab open at the moment with my yesterdays post in but I shall endeavour to get it answered and all for tomorrows post, as long as I remember that is,

But today I got about 10-15 minutes of my hockey practise done but I had to stop due to the rain. I'm thinking that I managed to get my daily 60 done in the morning and U also attempted to accomplish some squats today, to see if I could just boost my kcal's for today, to no avail,

Day 1030

Day 1030;

As I have probably missed my kcal goal for today and I hav no idea what I am eating for dinner tonight, but by the time that this post goes live tomorrow I should know. So how am I attempting to make my kcal goal, your supposed to ask... Red, Yellow, Blue or Green.

Breakfast: cereal and banana.
Lunch: potato salad, cream cheese, grated cheese and ham.
Dinner: chicken nuggets, chips and a chocolate sundae.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk and 2 300ml mugs of lemon squash.
So I failed in all epic nests to fit my 5 a day in today.

JND; or Jerrmy Nick and Daniel Thake I think, at least. As it was literally their mother that got me initially intrested in roller hockey, of who I can't remember the name of. But it was this Monday afternoon club, that I used to go to skating practise on roller blades. We used to site around a hall I would just go and skate around as I was supposed to I'm thinking it was in the school summer holidays when I originally got my specs. I could have done, as I did do that for hours. I don't know but there must be something relaxing about skating laps around a hall as quick as you like. But then as Mrs Thake informed me about another club that was running on Saturdays and I signed up. So I thought I played for the first team as number 81, for about 2 years.

Day 1029

Day 1029;

So today I had 2 separate attempts at make up my daily 60 before finally completing it at my 3rd time of asking.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: cheese and pickle toasted sandwich.
Dinner: pasta, Dolmio sauce, and Tiramasu.
Drinks:  2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 and a bit 300ml mug of apple juice and 1 300ml mug of another fruit juice.

Now today I made my kcal total and I lost a pound which put me within a pound of my target BMI, so now all I've got to do is meet my kcal goal for the next 6 days to reach my goal, of achiving my kcal goal for 7 consecutive days.

But why are UFO's synonymous with aliens? Anything that is flying and you have no identify for it can be classified as a UFO, even a bird, like just now I heard the sound of flapping outside of my window, it was an object flying I could say it was an UFO as I don't *know* what it was and I could guess that it was flying, as my room is not on the ground floor of my home, but I would probably guess it was a bird, and from the stuttering, kind of heavy flight pattern I would probably hazard a guess at it being a pigeon.

I also tried out a bit more with my old hockey stick still without putting my skates on, I am thinking that I can still play righthanded but it's a question if my left and right hands can still function in such a way as to allow me to hav control with my righ hand, as I know that the strength is still there, slightly at leas.

Day 1028

Day 1028;

Today was another lazy Tuesday and I put some more weight on and I missed my kcal goal, hence why I stated lazy before the day of the week.

Breakfast; cereal.
Lunch: chicken sandwich and a little pot of chocolate mouse.
Dinner: new potatoes, green beens, carrots, pie and tiramisu.
Drinks: 2 300ml of milk and 2 300ml of apple juice.

From that list of foodstuffs I have eaten today you could note that I have consumed 6 out of the daily 5which is recommended.

My attempt to get to grips with my hockey stick, as I'm unsure of the number of the people that read this blogpost know, that I was right handed when I last played Roller Hockey but now I am left handed, which makes it difficult for me to know how I am going to fair with my old sticks especially on skates, as on skates I am quite a bit taller than I am normally, which is by no small part due to the big wheels sticking out of my feet. Anyway I'm just waiting until I actually get to go to a training session and I get banned from participating, but it'll be "for my own safety" do I buy that excuse? No.

Day 1027

Day 1027;

So today I'd exceeded my kcal goal but my weight went up, now it could be as described by Allergy sown to the food that we had only just eaten before, but I could still see her bowl still almost full so she hadn't actually eaten much of  it.

Breakfast: cereal,, apple, banana and grapes.
Lunch: potato salad, ham, grated cheese and some cream cheese.
Dinner: chicken balls and chips.
Drinks: 3 300ml of milk and 2 300ml of some fruit juice.

I asked Mich the other day whose been the best foreign manager to ever grace the English/Welsh premiership/premier league, he immediately said Jose, but I am thinking that he thought I was meaning of the recent few seasons as I was thinking that it would be either Ferguson or Arson, because they had been around and successful for donkies years, but then when I asked him has an English manager ever won the premiership/premier league? Like when Nottingham Forrest won it? But no Nottingham Forest have never won the premiership the won the old league 1 back when it was called league 1 instead of the championship, and before the premiership was even created. As no Englidh manager has ever won the English Premiership/Premier league.

Day 1026

Day 1026;

Basically today I had a really lazy day, so I probably missed my kcal goal and I put on about a stone.

Breakfast: banana, apple and grapes.
Lunch: chicken sandwich and chocolate cheesecake.
Dinner: carrots, mashed potato, mince and some more of the chocolate cheesecake.
Drinks: 2 300ml of milk, 300ml of lemon squash, 300ml of some fruit squash probably.

Anyway it was only a pound that I put on today so I wasn't exactly a stone, which in part could be because I decided to go for a nice steady 30 minute jog,

Today I have been watching sport on the box and I have been trying out my old hockey kit just to see if it still fitted me and my answer is no, my butt is too bit, my head is too big and my torso is too long, but my gloves and my shin pads still fit. Of what I was trying on today, I know my skates still fit as they were too big for me when I used to play in them 9 years ago, and my feet haven't grown in the past 9 years, as they were handed down to me from Mich as he used to do a bit of refereeing back in the days of old. But yesterday my Boccia coach was talking to his friends that do a roller hockey training session before we were in for Boccia about giving me another shot at the sport, which I am up for as I've been longing for another shot at the sport which meant so much to me in the past. But I am unsure about how they are going to react to haveing a cripple come to play with them, as I am hoping that none of them exhibit any special treatment to me, like as Mich has already stated to Tini that he's sure that they'd give me space to play and they wouldn't come at me as ferociously as I would do for any of the, and I was thinking where's the fun in that? You get kitted up in body armour and other padding to avoid the harm that is coming your way.

Day 1025

Day 1025;

Now today I wore my roller hockey shirt for aproximatly the first time in just about 10 years, but I wore it today as I was going to watch a friend of mine play roller hockey.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and grapes.
Lunch: chicken sandwich, cocktail sausages (mini sausages), grapes and apple.
Dinner: pie (I'm thinking it was beef in red wine flavour), peas, green beans, carrots and new potatoes.
Drinks: 2 300ml mugs of milk, 1 300ml mug of orange juice, I finished off my bottle of Lucozade sport (Brazilian Guava flavoured) and I drank some of a fizzy orange juice bottle.

Now skating is just like walking only quicker.When I was a lot younger I used to enjoy skating around the block that I live on, but that was a seriously long time ago, before I had even heard of roller hockey when I must have been something like 10 years old, as I am thinking that I started playing roller hockey when I was approximately 11  or 12. As I know that I played in my first competition at the end of a season, when I was in year 6 of school:

Reception= 4-5 years
Year 1= 5-6 years
Year 2= 6-7 years
Year 3= 7-8 years
Year 4= 8-9 years
Year 5= 9-10 years
Year 6= 10-11 years
Year 7= 11-12 years
Year 8= 12-13 years
Year 9= 13-14 years
Year 10= 14-15 years
Year 11=15-16 years

By competition I don't mean league as by competition I mean a day event, per minimum, where we played multiple games in one day, at least that I went to after doing well in out leave as we finished 3rd in our league and we got to go to this preliminary competition between both of the two leagues within the region that we were in. They were for places in the nationals, which means that I started playing from an age of approximately 10 but that also means that I probably was about 10, or maybe younger, when I used to skate around the block, with those plastic wheels. As I am thinking that I moved onto rubber wheels and I skated on them indoors (in a sports hall) as not to wear them down too drastically. But before getting into roller hockey the sport, I would go to the local sports centre hall, which was the one that fell into diss repair and was used as an examinations hall because they had built a whole new place up beside of it of which I used to do my raining in also. But now where was I before I got sidetracked by the state of the old building. before that I used to of to a skating club which ran on Mondays but then as I was getting good? at skating round in circles they asked me if I wanted to play roller hockey, they explained it like Ice hockey but it was done in a hall. I accepted the offer and before long I played in a team practise was Saturdays, I started by going just to Pee-Wee age limit training... I'm starting to get the feeling that I may have already told you all this before, so I'll cut to the chase it was 3 hours of training that I'd do on Saturday, Then it was only 1 hour that I'd do on Fridays, as I changed team, Then I met Mr R14who was on the team that I moved onto, and he is friend of mine that was wearing a similar shirt to me today when I went to Boccia practise today. D and I managed to beat Mr B and Mr L, who are the two able bodied people whereas D and myself aren't 11-5.

Day 1024

Day 1024;

So far today I haven't done my 60, I am just about to, but today I have jogged a bit very well apparently as I managed to  get a score of 121% on an island lap, I am not sure how that is possible.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and grapes.
Lunch: cheese and pickle toasted sandwich and fruit cake.
Dinner: chips, peas, scampi and I also had some of the sponge cake with raspberries
Drinks: 2 times 300ml beaker of milk and 2 times 300ml beakers of orange juice

Bible and snake handling is what the first of the X-files episodes I watched today was about. Then the next episode was called closure and the cigarette smoking man was back and it seems to me that he wasn't really Moulders sisters father and that girl that was apparently Moulders sister wasn't.

Today I have done a bit more jogging and rowing, but the rowing was on my rowing machine and the jogging was on Wii fit, but then after I had done my second island jog of the day and a ten minute jog I completed my 60 a day challenge. Which didn't go smoothly the first time, as I had only done 33. So I started off on my second one of the day and I managed to get myself up to 60, by doing 27, then I cancelled what I had just done and I started it off again "from the top" then I did my 60. Anyway this fitness regime has really cut me down on Twilight Princess gameing time over the past couple of days. I haven't played on TP so far today, but I have played a single round in "Lost Reavers (beta)" game it was fun, the introductory controls and shenanigans part of the game is supposed to take 10 minutes to complete, for me 5 and a bit minutes. I know that I'm not the quickest gamer in the world but I was under the impression that I was more likely to be one of the slowest especially with the new controls and stuff that will be new to do with the new game, but the controls are simple to master, and when I was playing the game it was fun but there was no single player mode at least none that I found on the beta version. It's definitely a title that I'll look out for after it's public release.

But also today I managed to complete my kcal goal for a third day with the additional 50 minutes of free  jogging, as I did 20 before dinner and 30 after dinner.

Day 1023

Day 1023;

So today I did my 60 after lunch and after I'd jogged round the island on Wii Fit U twice.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and an apple.
Lunch: cheese sandwich, chocolate sundae and a slice of fruit cake:
Dinner: the remaining half of my pizza from yesterday and dome potato salad
Drinks: 3 times 300ml of milk, 2 tmes 300ml

Today I also attempted some boccia practise, more on my long game, and I throw the Jack ball (white ball) it was on about the boundary of my makeshift boccia alley, so I followed it up with a colour ball, and I threw it slightly beyond the Jack, but it was still close to the Jack. Then my next three shots were a way off from the hack, but then with my penultimate shot I managed to get my red ball to knock into the Jack and rest, then I had one more ball and I tried to get it to go along side of the previous shot, but I mucked up my last shot, and it went over the balls and to the right.

Also I have done one set of ten push-ups and my left arm is giving me grief about it. But he's going to have to really shape up a whole load, if I am going to do any more skiing especially with some poles, I'm not meaning with any people from Poland I'm meaning with ski poles. Just who knows what will happen will happen when/if I get my arms shaped up nicely I might even be taken to one of those winter Paralympics things, and then I could loose for everyone to see just how big a looser I am on global TV. or I could surprise everyone including myself by winning something.

I have just been witness to the best football game. What ever? Well I'm not sure about that but it defiantly goes up there with them. It was the second leg in the Europa league competition between Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund, which is an English team vs a German team, before the kick off the presenters of the show were saying how the away goal they got a week ago could be crucial if they managed to keep a clean sheet and they were saying that Liverpool have managed to not loose any matches against any german team at their home ground, which had me thinking at half time that there's going to some amends to that after this game is finished with them being 2 goals behind before the end of the first half 0-2 first half score 1-3 aggregate score, now the commentators were saying that Liverpool would have to score 3 times without a response in the second half to go through to the semi-finals of the europa league. However Mich was saying that the score line is more likely to be 0-5 by the time of the final whistle, but I thought it was going to be 0-5 before half time because the first 2 goals were scored before the 10 minute mark of the gam, but then the second half started and Liverpool managed to get a goal back, so the score line was 1-2. then BD managed to score a third to make the score 1-3. Mich and myself thought that it was game over from that point as Liverpool would have to score 3 more  goals to stay in this competition and just look so fat in 135+ minutes of football they have managed to score 2 goals now with less than 45 minutes how can they manage to fashion 3 more goals without allowing there German opposition to sneak another goal past them? But I was incorrect the German opposition allowed Liverpool to get back to level on 3-3 for the tie, before 90 minutes were up, so it didn't look like the record of never loosing to a German tea at home was going to stand but then after the 90 minutes was up it was injury time where a Liverpool player managed to get his head to the ball and it was 4-3 on the night 5-4 on aggregate Liverpool won. how astonishing, 2 English teams have made it through to the Semi finals of their respective European competitions. Liverpool (Europa) and Manchester City (Champions League).

Well with all of my food that I ate today, I put on some weight today and I missed out on my kcal goal, at least I had by the time that I did the weigh in but then I did another short 30 minute run to cover myslf in sweat and allow mr to active my kcal goal, 2/7.

Day 1022

Day 1022;

Today I managed to achieve my kcal goal, but my BMI only improved slightly.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: spaghetti hoops on toast,
Dinner: half of a 9 inch margarita pizza and chips.
Drinks: 2 times 300ml of milk, 1 times 300ml of fruit juice probably mango, probably half of a 300 ml mug of mango juice with lemonade.

Now I shall just inform you of what the most likely factor that resulted in me managing to achieve my kcal goal, as I went to the gym today and my posture was commented on for the second time this week. As the first time it was commented on I was sitting in my youngest siblings car with my head touching the ceiling of the car, the car is very short.

Days achieved my kcal goal in succession 1/7.

But my posture was commented on today by my gym instructor because I had my best gym session for a long time he may even put the weights up on the weights machines, on the weight machines. He blamed my improvement on my posture.

Also today I achieved my 60 and I learnt some things:



and that I have got 16 teeth on my left hand side and 14 on my right hand side, so in total I have 30 teeth in my mouth.

But today in football Manchester United managed to beat West Ham in the FA cup, by a score line of 1-2, but within the 90 minutes of play West Ham got the ball in the back of the Manchester United net twice, but the second goal was disallowed due to the goal scorer being in an off side position.

The champions league is another football competition but it's a Europe wide affair and a short while ago Manchester City managed to get through the round that they were in, I'm thinking that it was the quarter finals they have got through so onto the semi-finals next, come on Manchester you have a shot at making a good name for yourself in Europe don't muck it up.

Day 1021

Day 1021;

Now first up I'd like to state that I'm sorry for the lateness of this post, but... Stop right there, no excuses remember you know how all the just about 1 of your readers just aren!'t going to bother show up to read another excuse. Ok I'm sorry. For my 60 for today I did 100 just after 12 o'clock midday,

Breakfast: cereal and a pot of strawberries.
Lunch: mini chocolate sundae, mini sausages chicken sandwich.
Dinner: pasts ad Quoirn balls,
Drinks for today I had 2 lemon squashes and 2 milks, I almost totally failed on my 5 for today.

Today in fitness I have decided to make this week my first full week of reaching my kcal goal on each day, for my Wii U fit game. So today I have walked up and down stairs a lot more than I usually would and I am trying some push ups, of which I have done 4 times so far at approximately 10 per turn, so therefore 40 push-ups. But I wouldn't call them push-ups even though I clearly have. I don't know what I should call them as I did the action of a push-up but my arms were raised on my bed instead of on the floor, so I cheated, basically. But this should mean that this time next week I should have my 7 days of at least meeting my kcal goal completed as I have already got one done for yesterday as I had athletics. Running about and stuff, all fun.

But today I have failed to reach my kcal goal, I know why it's because I ate my lunch and then I lazed, playing LoZ: TP and stuff, about for the afternoon meaning I put back on 1 of the 2 lb's I lost yesterday.

Day 1020

Day 1020;

Today has been another day, where I have actually done my 60, but I haven't eaten my for today.

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal, banana and strawberries.
Lunch: cheese, ham and potato salad.
Dinner: chicken balls and chips,
But then in between both of my afternoon meals I ate 2 slices of that chocolate cake from yesterday.
But today I also drank 600ml of fruit juice and 600ml of milk, but I don't really think that they are any go my 5.

And yesterday evening going on to the night I watched the golf, and as they were saying for the 3 days of golf before today in the masters that only Mr Jordan Spiel was looking like he would have won this Master's then I'm thinking that he was in the home straight when Jordan  had a nightmare of a hole and he gave away his lead to the eventual winner of  the 2016 Augusts Master's Golf competirion.

Day 1019

Day 1019;

Next was today's attempts at 60 as I failed in my first attempt, I only got to 50, so I started it again and that time I succeeded which made it a total of 110 before lunchtime.

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal, apple banana, grapes and milk.
Lunch: Tomato soup, bread, fruit juice, chocolate trifle & sponge cake
Dinner: chicken in gravy, roast potatoes, peas, carrots, great beans, chocolate fudge cake, strawberries and cream and fruit juice.

So today I put on another LB. Ä® also collected all of the lights tears, that were stored in the northern Provence of Hyrule, I think it's called Lanaru province but I could be incorrect, I watched the climax of the Masters golf tonight as well, and go on you English golfers as I know that...

Day 1018

Day 1018;

Now yesterday I got Jirachi to go along side of my Celibi. I also managed to get my daily 60 done.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple and grapes.
Lunch: I've forgotten but I know it didn't include any of my 5 a day.
Dinner: Toad in a hole/sausage in yorkshire pudding, sweet potatoes, peas, carrots and some new potatoes, but as I have learnt today that potatoes of the new variety, or mashed, don't classify as any of my 5 a day so I only got 6 of my 5 a day eaten today.

What have you done on this day?

Now I have watched Aliens (Alien 2) the theatrical release, I have played a bit of Boccia, I have played a bit of LoZ:TP HD and finally I put on a pound (lb) approximately, but not in that order.

With Boccia I was working on my long game, working on throwing my ball as close to the jack ball as possible over a longer distance. Mr B thinks I might actually be some good at Boccia but I know that it was just as I was the only person to turn up this week, again. It kind of reminds me of when I played Roller hockey on Saturdays, as I would go in for the first hour, PeeWee's, then I'd stay for the second hour, youth's, and then the third hour would be a game for juniors/seniors, back when I did that level of training I played under the number 81, and we finished the season in 3rd position, which allowed us the opportunity to go to a little tournament which was between the two separate leagues in my district to see who would compete in the nationals, against other districts champions, we lost all 5 of the matches that we had to finish as the 6th best in the tournament, aka. the worst. Or was it my second season/my first full season? as I can't really remember.

Day 1017

Day 1017;

Today in fitness attempts I have complete my 60, or  I would have if I didn't cary on up until 80.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and strawberries.
Lunch: bread, potato salad, ham, grapes and cheese which was followed by some fruit and sponge cakes.
Dinner: scampi, chips and peas followed by some chocolate trifle.

My friend, P, was supposed to be coming around today, but he didn't show, even after emailing me that he'd be late but he said that he'd still get here.

So today I watched the second part of Alien, the film, and I what he thre same film twice, basically first was the turn of the original version from 1979. Or there about, then it was time for watching it's rerelease in it's directors cut version, of which both are very good, the film is set in the future but they still use the technology of the 19th century, you'd have thought of some futuristic technology that'd still be looked upon as...

But then today I completed the second bosses temple in Legend of Zelda; Twilight Princess, I was running through th beasts legs at first, buy then I Realised,

Now today I have done what I'm thinking is my 60, as I was sitting up and laying back as I do but I can remember me thinking 42 so the next number should have been 43 and I thought it's 33 next.

Breakfast: I only had a bowl of cereal.
Lunch: Chicken sandwich, doughnut, 3/5's of a Yorkie bar.
Dinner: pie, peas, carrots, baked potato and then for pudding I had a bowl full of strawberries,
4/5 but thèn I had 2 more potentially

Then today I have gone to see my consultant in Londinium,

Day 1015

Day 1015;

But today I overshoot my 60 by 10 doing 70, no sweat today, as I had already sweated 10 buckets full of sweat approximately as I went to the gym before.

Breakfast: cereal and banana.
Lunchpasta bolognaise and a chocolate mousse like pudding.
Dinner: baked potato, plaice and carrots.

So today I have been to the gym which was fun, but my gym instructor told me today that I had my beat work out session in a while today. But I was thinking have I actually been to the gym in a while?

Also today I have played a bit more on Twilight Princess, as I found the final 3 lights tears they weren't in the village they were on death mountain. Then I had to kick Goron butt until I got to the Goron hall type place to then do sumo with the boss Goron, then I had to beat him up a bit with the sumo shenanigans which I learnt from Bo a bit earlier.

Prometheus is the name of the film that I have watched today. Elizabeth Shaw is the woman that gets herself cut open and has an Alien snatched from her inards. But that baby alien looked quite squid like.

Day 1014

Day 1014;

That day has been now, today/yesterday if your reading this post on the day that it is set to go live. But I was thinking that I had done my 60 this morning, but as I'm not 100% sure that it's a fact I will do another 60 just after I have wrote down my eating habits for today.

Breakfast: cereal, banana and apple.
Lunch: grapes, cheese, potato salad and ham that I'm thinking it was smoked ham.
Dinner: pasta bolognese,

You may be thinking that on his 5 a day he's only had 4 today..

But from my recollection I drank 2 of my 300ML mugs of apple juice today, which adds up to another 4 so I have exceeded myself with 8 portions of fruit and veg today.

Now I have just done the 60 for today, even though I was thinking that I had already, but there's the thing, thoughts don't always happen, in the real world.

If they did I wouldn't be here to bore you with the talesthat I do.

Today I have played a bit on Twilight Princess, I ran around the dungeon for a short while to collect up all of the treasure chests, then I went off to the monkey room and I was swing across to the ledge where I found the boss room, then I dispatched the boss from his room and I moved on to the next region, I had to get the bridge from the woods so I could get into Kakiaro village. I am thinking, then it goes on to a neither bug catching game.y

Day 1013

Day 1013;

For today I have just done my 60 and I have gone to athletics.

Breakfast; cereal, apple and banana.
Lunch: macaroni cheese, I'm thinking that I also ate some cheesecake with it.
Dinner: a plate of cakes,

Twilight Princess I also played on this day. I think I managed to rescue all of the monkeys, but I am not sure on that in the first temple, of the game. I am unsure of the length of the journey I have actually got through on this game before. But it in HD is now even more beautiful.

Now I remember I wrote about another thing yesterday also, at least.

Predator 2?

Oh yeah thanks, it was that I preferred Predator 2 to Predator, as I watched that the other day. Next up is Predators, I saw a whole host of Predators at the end of Predator 2 in their alien space ship. But I'm wondering if old Arrnold will be back, for the final instalment in the trilogy?

If you laughed even if it was just in your mind then thank you, if you got my joke about old Arnold saying that, he'll be back in Termanator, and transferring it round to Predator, even if he has never said it in the Predator film that he was in.

Day 1012

Day 1012;

I have just remembered to get around to doing.my 60 for today.

Breakfast: cereal apple and banana.
Lunch: ham sandwich,
Dinner, pasta and quorn balls.

Today I got around to playing two proper video games, they were Hyrule Warriors Legends and Twilight Princess HD, Now the second one is properly beautiful, I mean graphically speaking, even though this is typed not spoke. As to speak it it'd include me needing a voice, which I am currently without or it'd include me copying and pasting the words into a speaking application, in order to get it spoke for me, which I wouldn't past me to do that... But then again that version of me was a lot younger and more excitable, he was an almost different beast to the one that's sat here typing up this mumbo-Jumbo.

But today Leister City FC managed to increase their lead and tighten they're grasp on the Premier League Trophy by winning the game that they played today, as Tottenham only managed to get a draw in the last match played so Tottenham now have a deficit of 7 points for them to make up, which equals 2 wins and 1 draw and Leister have to lose 3 matches to be denied the trophy.

Today I basically can't remember but I know that I have just seen Ant-Man for the 2nd time in 2 days and I know that I have played boccia twice today I won the 1st 3-1 and I lost the 2nd 2-5, but the 1st game today didn't count,

Breakfast: banana and cereal
Lunch: I cannot remember what I ate for main but I can remember the cake that I ate and my 300ML cup of apple juice which counts for 2/5
Dinner:  Chicken/Turkey drummers as well as some potato and carrots

So that is my 5 a day checked off

I have no idea off the top of my head, but I can tell you now it's a lot, Chris has become the new Tom,

I was meaning that as you were growing up everyone seemed to be called Tom, and they used to have quite a few friends called Tom.

Day 1010

Day 1010;


Now I remember that Red was having a go at me for apologising and then cutting an excuse for my lateness, sorry that I'm late, but I realise that is probably not why you visiting this page, so I won't start excusing myself over your computer screen, this day.

Breakfast: cereal and a banana.
Lunch: cheese and ham sandwich with pork pie, fruit cake for dessert.
Dinner: rI have forgotten but I know that I ate some trifle for pudding. Well I've remembered what I ate for dinner it was some Turkey, potato and carrots.

I had another skiing adventure today also but this time it was with Mr P II. Instead of the alternative, that I had last week. But this week he actually praised me for doing some parallel turns on the second lesson. I wasn't attempting to do parallel skiing at the time, I was attempting to do snowplough turns as I was being instructed, but the parallel skiing is sort of the next step in of the evolution in skiing,. As you just have to put extra weight on the foot that you are turning away from quicker and release the pressure on your other foot. But I still haven't attempted any more backwards skiing.

Day 1009

Day 1009;

So here is today I have noticed more of my hair falling out recently, probably my age catching up with me if I am honest, and why would I be anything else?

Breakfast: a bowl of cereal, a box of banana and grapes.
Lunch: scrambled egg on toast with a sausages. Which was followed by 2 slices of cake, on fruit and the second was sponge.
Dinner: Fish and Chips, Toblerone cake

So today I consumed 4 out of my 5 a day, the 2 I ate for breakfast and the 2 portions worth of apple juice/one 300ml cup of the stuff as I know that 150 ml is worth 1 portion of your 5 a day.

But today I watched Spectre and the Ant-Man, Spectre was good as in better than the previous James Bond film, you know with Daniel Craig, but it didn't have a scratch on my favourite, but I'm thinking that the ending set it up for 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service' (1969) with George Lazenby to follow up in the James Bond chronology.Hank Pym and Janet Van-Dyne,  were the original Ant-Man and Wasp but now there's a new Ant-Man, Scot, and a new Wasp who was teased in the credits, Hope Pym, the child of Hank and Janet.
