Day 41

Day 41;

Today/yesterday was day number 41so what did I do on day 41?

I went to the gym, but on this day I completed all of the exercises without a drink in-between any of them. Which was weird + my recovery time was quicker than usual and on the cross trainer I didn’t have to have my hand taped onto the machine, at all and I managed to run at a modal speed of between 9.4 and 10.something the measurement of speed was in KM per hour I think But I know that I got to 1.02 KM on the Cross Trainer t=on day 41.

But it’s time for that random thought, bees and wasps, I know bees have hives but what

 is the name for wasps dwellings? Is it a Hive also?  It could be a nest or is that hornets, I just don’t know.
