Day 2164

Day 2164;

Today my BMI has been 19.23, in steps I have done 22,781 (which were 14.75 km) and I have burned off 2195 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, raspberries, banana, orange, apple, plum and peach.
Lunch: sandwich with some filling, eclair and doughnut.
Dinner: spaghetti meatballs (quorn), cheese and chocolate cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, cold coffee and hot Ribena.

Now tomorrow I am planning on doing much similarly to this morning but then no more tandem in the afternoon unless the weather changes the little necessary for there to be a bright sunny day, as Mich hates going out in the rain. It’ll mean that I should have the gym in the afternoon.

Now today I have managed to get my steps in early but let’s have the refresher up first:
1- got up.
2- sit-ups.
3- jog.
4- eat.
5- jog.
6- row.
7- eat.
8- tandem.
9- eat.
10- weigh in.
11- I will go to sleep and I will type up my day.

So I first off got up obviously, then after that I went downstairs for thirty more of my daily sit-ups now, that should mean that I have done ninety by now. Then I went outside for a little jog around which was fun, I managed to get up to twenty five hundred steps then, before Tini came downstairs to get breakfast. Which I ate, so that is up to four now.

Onto five which was my thirty minute treadmill jog, of which I have to say isn’t as challenging as it used to be. Then I moved on to the rowing machine for a half hour row, which was simple, as all you have to do is pull your arms towards your chest then you have to release your arms, and just repeat. After I had finished my row I was onto eating my lunch/seven.

Eight was the only exercise I did in the afternoon slot as I had been out on the tandem for quite some time getting thirty miles under our belts, before we head out during the weekend on another group ride. Which leads onto nine which had us eating our dinner spaghetti quorn balls, mushroom protein at its finest, with cheese, so I have literally swapped out the meat of the cow for some of the fat from a cow, as that is what milk, and then by extension cheese is.

Then ten comes next, don’t worry I am almost done, it was the time of the weigh in, and I sincerely congratulated Allergy on her weight loss and she thought that I was being sarcastic, and then onto what I have done now. So good night.

Day 2163

Day 2163;

BMI was 19.30, I had taken 15,518 steps, or apparently 10.05 km in distance and then I had burned 1563 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, raspberries, banana, orange, apple, plum, peach and yogurt.
Lunch:  fish and egg on bread (rye bread), lemon drizzle cake and chocolate mini roll.
Dinner: fish en crute, broccoli, carrots, green beans, roasted potatoes and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (orange), nonalcoholic cider and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow should be interesting as I have no idea of what is planned apart from there may be something to do with the gym in there somewhere.

Now today I have got up in the morning, I have gone downstairs and done my daily thirty sit-ups. Next up I have gone outside for a little jog around, as well as to sort the bins out. Then it was that I ate my breakfast, after breakfast all that I had to do was for me to go on an hourlong mornings cycling I only got ten miles, which is pretty pathetic to be honest. I could have probably ran it quicker.

So let’s have a quick refresh on what I have done today...
1- get up.
2- sit-ups.
3- jog.
4- eat.
5- bike.
6- eat.
7- gym.
8- eat.
9- jog.
Then 10- will be go back to bed, so all in all a little bit of let down in the afternoon.

Before I had my quick refresh, I had got up to number five on the refresh which may have had me at over ten thousand steps for my phone and my Wii Fit meter but then I had only managed about five thousand steps on my watch, and it was approximately time for me to have a wash, as I had just got myself very sweaty (as I had been on a bike, so I went upstairs and into the bathroom (which doesn’t have a bath, so it’s more of a shower room) then I washed myself.

Next up was eat, on the list, it was lunchtime so that took me quite some time, just as eating food usually takes up the majority (well close) of time in the day for me, I know I’m a slow eater I had managed to get myself up to a reasonable speed about twelve or thirteen years ago, that was before I got myself hit by the car, which set me back. As I used to go into school with a packed lunch, and then I would be sitting there eating my lunch for the almost whole hour of lunchtime, then I’d get out to enjoy myself for the approximately last twenty minutes of lunch, then sometimes it was only the last five minutes I remember, at least once.

Next up is seven and my time in the gym which was fun and it was a break for Tini from cleaning Allergy’s bathroom (which is a bathroom, as it has a bath in it), so Tini was actually thankful for me “dragging” her away to get bored standing around in the gym. Then Allergy’s bathroom has taps which don’t work in, it smelt terribly and it was in a mess , before Tini had her go which lasted basically from the time that Allergy left for work to about twenty minutes before she arrived home from work. Minus the about hour that I was at the gym.

Eight I ate my dinner before I went outside and had another jog around as my watch wasn’t able to count the pedal strokes that I did while I was on the bike earlier so my steps were down at about seven thousand after the gym so I had another jog around the back garden to get my watch steps up to ten thousand, which worked, so all that was left for my day was to do my weigh in (see above) and then it’s bedtime (as well as obviously this).

Day 2162

Day 2162;

My Body Mass Index today was 19.17, I had taken 23,790 steps (which was apparently 15.40 km) and I had burned 2099 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, nectarine, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (chicken mayo in white bread) and 2 double chocolate cookies.
Dinner: fish, broccoli, carrots, peas, sweet corn, chocolate trifle, strawberries and double chocolate cookie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, coke and hot Ribena.

So what I have up for me tomorrow is the gym and a Zwift ride also another thirty sit-ups if I wake up early enough again tomorrow. Other than that I have got no plans for today, but as it’s Wednesday it should be a bin day and I used to go to the schools orchestral practice many years ago, on Wednesdays it must be something like fifteen years ago now. And P is still a friend of mine, after all these years.

Today was a good day as I have been to Tini’s school, I have done a bit of cycling around the school field this day which was fun I managed to stay on the bike for about nine minutes a time on average, which was before I stopped the bike or fell off of the bike, which were generally at the same time as I’m not too good with the breaks, as in I generally fall off when I brake, I’m unsure of why though. It’s probably something to do with the fact that I only ever use the left hand brake, the left hand brake is the rear wheels brake isn’t it? So it should be able to stop the bike more, due to the fact that the gears, and drive, are around the back wheel.

Then later on today I have been out on the roads nearby on the tandem with Mich this time, which was a lot quicker than we, P and I, were yesterday on the other tandem. Then again myself and Mich have been practicing for sometime over two years now, well it was slightly over two years ago that we did the Prudential Ride London 100, which was rode again just about on this weekend just gone, so we must have started about six months prior, property practicing as I only got my tandem the twenty fifth of December before, which was... August, December January February March April May June July August, which should mean there was about seven months in between the two months.

Day 2161

Day 2161;

My BMI for today was 19.33, I had also managed to take 16,007 steps (which was apparently 10.36 km and then I had burned 1290 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, peach, nectarine and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, ham in rye bread) and
Dinner: lasagna, broccoli, sweet corn, peas, carrots, potatoes and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

In the future, as far as tomorrow, I shall be going to school, don’t worry it’s off season for schools around here at least. I think it’s the Summer holidays for students around nearby. But that doesn’t mean that teachers, like Tini, don’t have to go into school, and she’s dragging me along with her so I can go around the field which is in the schools premises. So that is my plan for the morning of tomorrow to cycle around on the field, which shouldn’t get my watch steps up at all but my phone and my Wii Fit steps should be up there thanks to the exercise. So for the afternoon I should probably be getting in some steps for my watch.

In the morning of today I went on another tandem ride, but today it was only a slow one, I was with P piloting instead of Mich. Which is fun to have a change of pilot and it was extra special today as he is about my weight but he’s taller so that means that his BMI is much lower than mine, and he doesn’t have an irritant like Allergy to tell him that he needs to gain weight, I don’t think at least, but then I think that it’s jealousy that gets Allergy going off on her tirades. Back on point I, well Mich did at my request, put my mobiles data on today so that Mich could stalk us from the comfort of his desk as he had to stay at home while he was working, from home, today and then I know how uptight he gets about me (his only friend apparently).

Now that dragged on inside the afternoon by the time that we returned to my abode, P stayed around for a bit until he cycled back to his home, so then today P has been getting super fit. It was the only exercise that I did today minus the few little jogs on the spot, which I do as it helps me think about stuff. Like how I was supposed to express gratitude which I generally do in written form like this in some way meaning using text and by email basically.

Sunday, 4 August 2019

Day 2160

Day 2160;

My BMI was 19.46, i had made 26,920 steps (which was apparently 17.43 km) and I had burned 2029 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple, peach, nectarine and yogurt.
Lunch: lasagne, lettuce, tomatoes and something.
Dinner: baked potatoes, lettuce, cheese and chocolate cake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (raspberry) and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow I have got a plan, the plan is for my friend to cycle round and for us to have a tandem ride around. If the weather is kind obviously, even if it’s not I don’t know what will be happening. So we have planned to get out on the tandem tomorrow, together, if he rides his bike here I don’t exactly know why he has said it like that because I didn’t think that he was overweight in the slightest last time that we saw each other but then he told me that he needs to get in shape. Then later on in the day I should be going to the gym.

Then today I started off by getting up nice and early for the bike ride which we did, and it was an actual group 1 (the slowest group) cycle ride. I was really happy as we weren’t the slowest people in the cycle group but I know that it was over a relatively flat course so you’d probably have expected the bike with two riders on it to have done pretty well, but then on the biggest hill of the course we overtook all bar one of the riders in our group, so I’m happy but we should have got the last one before the hill ran out, so we didn’t which is a shame.

Later on in the day I managed to get Allergy to exercise, it was only fifteen minutes on the trampoline, but I got her to exercise by being stupid, basically, so what I did was as Allergy asked me to put some music on, so I did and then she complained about the music so I decided to get up and act to the music, but Allergy started saying that I was interpretive dancing, so I just went along with it as she was exercising, result.

Day 2159

Day 2159;

Today I have got a BMI of 19.17, I have done 15,485 steps (which was 10.03 km) and I have burned 1321 kcal today apparently.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple, nectarine, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, salad [purple and green leaves] with pickle) and chocolate cake.
Dinner: chicken casserole (peas and carrots), baked potatoes and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, cold coffee and hot Ribena.
Snacks: rice cakes (chocolate).

Tomorrow I’m going on a group cycle with the local cycle club, well one of the local cycle clubs at least, so I will have to be up promptly, at six o’clock as you know how long it takes me to get ready in the morning (if you don’t it takes me an age to get ready for my days [figuratively obviously]) then I should be up and about in time for the get go at a time that is after six am but before twelve I think at least.

This morning I woke up at some time about five thirty and I decided to try to get back to sleep, but by the time that I had just about it was six o’clock and my alarm went off so I put my alarm off and I went back to sleep and I still woke up at about seven o’clock which was before everyone else I do believe, if not seconds before the rest of the rabble, then I started hearing the rabble in all rabble rousing volume.

It was also the football team that we support (we as in the royal we, as in myself) kicked off today the game was tied, so it could have gone better alternatively it could have gone worse, so it was an ok day on the footballing front. However on the cricketing front it was a bad day if you’re an England supporter, as England had a ninety run lead by the time they were all out, which is okay I’m guessing, but then the Aussies got in on batting with three wickets down before they had struck ninety runs so you have us over here thinking England could have this game won before tomorrow, but then no it wasn’t the case Australia are now on one hundred and twenty four for three which is a lead of thirty four, and they’ve got Smith in bat...

Day 2158

Day 2158;

My BMI for today was 19.36, steps that I had walked was 18,738 (which was the equivalent of 12.13 km) and I got burned 1730 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple, peach, nectarine and yogurt.
Lunch: omelette (cheese), chocolate and chocolate trifle.
Dinner: chicken casserole (carrots and peas), roast potatoes and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, Lucozade sport (raspberry), fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: rice cakes (yogurt and chocolate).

The day that never comes, I don’t know what I have got planned for tomorrow, but I’m hoping to get in some more exercise just to make myself more ready for the unexpected call up to the Olympics next year, I’m not even sure of what sport I am even going for yet, but then I’ll probably be guessing about now that there’ll probably be some cycling thing that I would be able to do, for the Paralympics. But I’m by means in any contention for anything, least not at the moment, but I have more of a chance of being able to compete at the Winter Paralympics in two years time, now that is just as I can get down any slope on two skis with minimal interruptions to my skiing but then again there’s also snowboarding that I’m getting into which could potentially give me more of an opportunity, to qualify for team GB, assuming that they still allow folk like me into the team GB set up.

Now today I have been on a tandem ride it was a ride to a bank, then when we’d arrived Mich got off went into the bank, then after he’d returned to the tandem we had to walk to another bank, which was around some corner; and outside of the shop which was two doors down from the second bank, or something like that, there was a man playing on his guitar who was really quite good so much so that Mich told me to go to the shop and drop two pounds into his guitar case, of which I did (before that Mich had gone into the second bank and did some probably money stuff, as it’s a bank what else is there to do in a bank). Then after all that excitement we set off on the tandem towards our starting point then we finished off our cycle and I believe that it was time for lunch.

Then after lunch I sat outside for hours playing with the Papa New Pigs (Guinea Pigs) they had been nibbling at my fingers and toes, for quite some time, before I suggested that they were to go back into the hutch, as they were appearing to be cold, to me at least. How did he get that sense? As they were both nibbling at my hands and feet quite nicely, then they suddenly stopped and then they decided to lay down behind my foot as if they were shielding themselves from the wind behind the warmest thing in the pen meaning me and my foot.

Now what did I do after such as it was getting quite late on in the afternoon, by that I’m meaning something like five o’clock in the afternoon, which I know isn’t really late in the day but just approximately an hour before dinner, three hours before weigh in time and then a total of six hours before bed time for me to have an about half hour rest before falling to sleep so then I will be having a good healthy six and a half hours of sleep before a six o’clock get up time in order for me to have enough energy for my cycling exploits of the following day.

Thursday, 1 August 2019

Day 2157

Day 2157;

My BMI was 19.20, I had only made 14,828 steps  which was apparently 9.60 km and I had also managed to burn 1373 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple, peach, nectarine and yogurt.
Lunch:  I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: fish (haddock, cod in batter), chips, curry sauce and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (raspberry) and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow I will be going on another cycle, on the tandem then I don’t think that I have anything planned for tomorrow so my day may consist of listening to the cricket as England managed to get ten Australians out in one session today, which I think is pretty impressive, from a non cricket background.

Then today I have been in on the Zwift bike for the morning, but I disgusted myself on my other activities especially as I only managed to get just over 8000 steps a according to my watch today. So that’s what I get for riding a bike for an hour in the morning before I basically took it easy for the rest of the day until I went for a walk around a hill fort for the afternoon, then I went to a fish and chips shop for some takeaway dinner.

It’s the Ashes, a cricket competition between England and Australia, which is played yearly in England then in Australia consecutively, and it’s been called the oldest rivalry in sport, I generally believe that the Aussies are going to win, as they generally did win when I was growing up. Then today Australia got 284 runs in their first innings, which was a very good score, and the English only managed to get ten runs for no wickets. The score was 122 for 8 before I had started my fish and chips, and then I heard the falling of Steve Smith as I was in the car on our way home from the seaside, after an impressive 144 by Steve Australia had a score of 284 all out.

Wednesday, 31 July 2019

Day 2156

Day 2156;

My BMI today was 19.59, I had walked 17,915 steps which were 11.60 km and I had burned 1603 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, nectarine, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: sausage, carrots, peas, broccoli, potatoes and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow is my day of going to the beach, weather permitting, then I also want to get on the Zwift bike at some juncture of the day then maybe I will also get in some treadmill exercise and even some rowing machine exercise.

As today I only managed to fit in the cycle ride in the morning, before I had a lazy afternoon, still thinking about the triathlon that I’m planning on doing alongside Emu, and it’s a tandem ride that I’m wanting to do with a friend (Mr P) as Tini and Mich aren’t so keen on me getting on the back of the tandem with Mr P as they’re thinking that it’s not fair on him having to kart me around, even though I pull my own weight on the tandem, I do believe (as Mich has said in the past that some of the hills that we have been up that if he was riding them on his own he wouldn’t, he’d have got off the bike and walked).

Still I ain’t any closer to competing in an Olympics or a Paralympics as I’m thinking that would probably be the most likely to happen, to me as I’m disabled disappointingly, and I don’t understand how people are supposed to be aware, it’s not as if I’ve got a leg missing or something. I have got all of my body parts, the only things weird about me physically (to look at) could be the fact that my head generally leans to one side, I have a drooling issue and I walk a bit funny, so how do people know that I am disabled and they all appear to have similar reactions to me, well they generally fit into two camps, 1. the pity parade (people that talk down to me to be sure that I can understand them) 2. the people that are like “where’s your minder” of which I don’t mind so much, as I usually have someone that can understand me within my local area.

But then there’s the anomalies I know like the people I knew from before the unfortunate incident, like Mr P, and there was a small child who was attending an event at the school that I used to go to when I was acting as a Front of House person, the child asked me for something so I indicated where they needed to go to get to , but the child was expecting me to tell him .

Tuesday, 30 July 2019

Day 2165

Day 2165;

BMI of 19.49, with steps of only 10,541 (which was only 6.82 km of distance) and I had only burned off 1006 kcal today

Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple, peach, nectarine and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: chicken, peas, carrots, broccoli, potatoes and chocolate cheesecake.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snack: 1 quality street chocolate.

Tomorrow I have got a cycle ride planned, if the weather holds for us tomorrow, that is. Then I think that is it for the plans.

Now today I have been to a zoo, which lasted the morning, it wasn’t a very big zoo, we found where the bird displays were, in the past but there ain’t any more, by the grass growth from some of the seats I don’t think that it has been used in years.

Then we returned to our abode I think that I had another little cycle around NYC, well it wasn’t on Monday, as I had completed no minutes of an intense workout for yesterday.

Monday, 29 July 2019

Day 2164

Day 2164:

My BMI is 19.53, steps I had done was 5168, and my distance walked was only 3.36 and then I had only burned 968 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, nectarine, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: burger (cheese), tomato, green leaves, chips and something.
Dinner: pasta meatballs (quorn), cheese, mushrooms, doughnut (jam and cream) and eclair.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, fruit juice and hot Ribena.

So what do I have planned for tomorrow? I think that I have got some Zoo to go to tomorrow, just that’s it for tomorrow. So I’m probably going to be having fun visiting the family tomorrow.

This day I was going out snowboarding, in the morning, then we were going to make a day of it, so we weren’t only going to spend all that time in the car on the way to the place to go snowboarding then Mich was going to drive back, as that would be a waste. So we went up/down/left/right to get to the snow place and then as soon as we got to the snow place we had to get me ready to snowboard but then you obviously already knew about that much as I had already gone into it then we had our lunch in the snow place. So then next up after we had finished our lunches we went skiing. We had two hours worth of skiing which was fun, especially as Mich was bragging that he was going quicker than me on skis, as I was waiting until I could see at the top of the slope and I was waiting until after he had skied off to ski, as I was following him down the slope. So he got me to go down first for him to follow me. So I went down the slope first out of the two of us, I had reached the bottom expecting him to be close behind me, but he wasn’t, I spent the next period of time looking for him before I worked out that the man that had stacked it in the middle of the slope must have been him. I was correct in my assumption. And then he decided that he’d be the leader for the rest of the runs (skis) down the slope.

Sunday, 28 July 2019

Day 2163

Day 2163;

BMI was 19.71, steps 16,955, distance walked was 10.98 and the amount of calories I burned was 1668 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, orange, nectarine, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: soup (tomato), eclair, doughnut and cream slice.
Dinner: fish, broccoli, carrots, chips and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, Lucozade sport (raspberry) and hot Ribena.

Next up I have plans, made for me, they are plans which are very good as they include me going off to the Snow Area for the day, first off to have a snowboarding lesson, then to have a ski, with the addition of the GoPro and Mich.

Then today we have been on a cycle ride to the GM’s current habitat, and back, then once we had returned we walked our way to GAK’s place, and back, with our lunch in between. Then Mich has got next week off of work, I think he’s taking next week off as annual leave.

What else have I done today? No one, not even you Red?... Oh I forgot you aren’t typing to me anymore.

Saturday, 27 July 2019

Day 2162

Day 2162;

Today my BMI was 19.62, steps I had taken were 13,922 (which was apparently 9.01 km) and I had burned off 1306 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, banana, apple, strawberries, grapes, yogurt, bacon and muffin.
Lunch: sandwich (cheese, ham in white bread), salad and something.
Dinner: pizza (pepperoni), salad, potato salad and tiramisu.
Drinks: fruit juice, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: kit kat’s and shortbread.

So tomorrow I still need to get in one hundred and eight more minutes of intensity which is a bit of a letdown, as I was doing so well for the first few days of the week. But then again I have done almost nothing today but more on that later, as I’m thinking that I should be having a ride on the tandem tomorrow, a nice long one at that also. Then I think that I should probably get down to some training for the para triathlon that I’m wanting to get myself to doing. Which should be a 400 or 500 meter/yard swim, 12 to 15 miles of cycling before a typical 3.1 mile jog/run, I could probably get the jog/run done on the treadmill positively easily the same with the cycling.

So then what was it that I have done today? It started off in a little cycle on Emus Exercise bike, then it went to the breakfast which was a big breakfast today, no wonder that C is a bit big if he has a breakfast like that every morning.

Then we went on a walk into the town to visit a place of the towns tales, which was interesting, a little bit at least. Then we later went to shops to purchase Mich some new shoes and smart attire and following this we went out on a small bike ride, Emu was on her newish heavy bike, C was on his old sporty bike and Mich and I were on our old tandem.

Friday, 26 July 2019

Day 2161

Day 2161;

As a BMI I had 18.49, 12,889 steps (which was 8.35 km) and I had burned 1549 kcal.

 Breakfast: cereal, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: fish pie, peas, broccoli, carrots and something.
Dinner: macaroni cheese, bacon, eclair and kit kat.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, spitfire beer and hot Ribena.

Today was an interesting day, but tomorrow should probably be equally so, as for tomorrow I am going to get another bike ride done if the weather is kind to us for tomorrow. As it probably would have been today, if not too hot today.

As today I have gone to the gym in the morning which was fun, started off on the lateral trainer and finished off on the exercise bike in the middle of the two I did a whole range of weight machines. After I had done my workout I was having a shower and my lunch.

Then I can’t really remember what I did after that, other than travel in Mich’s car down to another part of the country to watch my local cricket team loose. I’m thinking that was about it that I had done today, so that put me behind on where I should be today in minutes, as that was about 860 for today but I think I was at 839 so I had a 21 minutes to make up. Which in turn nudges my goal for tomorrow to 80.5 minutes of intensity.

I just feel like apologising to Julian Alaphilippe, have I spelt his name correctly this time? It is only as I have been accidentally misspelling his name ever since I first heard it on the box when they were talking about the tour. But as it seems today that Julian has finally made like an egg and cracked loosing his lead in GC of the Tour de France, even though that was a slight disappointment Pinot has dropped out of the race as well, so it looks like there won’t be a new French winner of the French race this year also.

Thursday, 25 July 2019

Day 2160

Day 2160;

My BMI was 19.13 again, I had walked 20,470 steps (or 13.25 km) and I had burned 1815 kcal today.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, raspberries, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: fish pie, mushrooms, tomatoes, courgettes and chocolate trifle.
Drinks: Indian tonic water, milk, fruit squash and beer.

By today I should have got to 600 minutes of intensity minimum I had managed to get to 790 so that’s good, especially as tomorrow is set out to be a lazy day, with my day comprising of a long car journey, followed by a sit down to watch a cricket match, which I may have mentioned yesterday. But then England managed to get a decent score in the second innings today with a score in the 300’s, the dreadful first innings score of 85 was probably the first nail in the coffin for English hopes.

Today I had managed to get myself up to 790 intensity minutes for this week, so far, which if I was going to be able to reach my goal (of 1000 minutes) should just give me 70 minutes of intensity to do a day 860 by tomorrow, should be enough.

But then before that I had been playing some more on Breath of the Wild, I’d completed all of the mini quests, and and all of those main quests- minus the one on defeating Ganon (even though I have already done that twice) and then there’s one more quest for me to complete but I cannot remember what it was now.

Day 2159

Day 2159;

This day I have had a BMI of 19.13, and I had only walked 14,195 steps or 9.19 km, and I had only burned off 1407 kcal today, how bazaar I would be thinking until I remembered it’s me, bazaar should be my middle name.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, banana, orange, apple, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: pasta bolognaise and a tart (raspberry and strawberry).
Dinner: roasted vegetables, chicken pie and something.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Now tomorrow I am not going to watch the cricket, that’s for Friday, and then the cricket match between the place where we live vs the place where Emu lives. It’s been a long time since I last went to watch them play, apparently the team that I am supposedly going to support were on top form the last time I watched them but sadly since then they have been scrubbing around in the lower leagues, of cricket, but they have finally managed to get back up to play on the relatively same level (well it’s probably like they’re team is the Manchester City and the team that I’m there to support is like Everton).

But then today the cricket has gone badly wrong, for the English against the Irish, with them getting bowled out for eighty five then afterwards the Irish got themselves bowled out for 207 which was one over before the end of the days play, so the Irish were a lot better than the cricket ODI world champions, England, but then it isn’t a One Day International.

Day 2158

Day 2158;

For today my BMI was up slightly to 19.30, my steps were up to 25,427 (which means that I have covered more ground in 16.46 km to be more accurate) and then I have burned 2045 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple, raspberries, watermelon, peach and yogurt.
Lunch: sushi, sandwich (cheese), Victoria bream sandwich and cookie.
Dinner: spaghetti bolognese with cheese, chocolate trifle and millionaires pot.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash, caffeine flavoured milk, ale and hot Ribena.
Snack: ice lolly.

The day that never comes, tomorrow, I don’t really know what I have planned for, at all... now you’re really supposed to chip in with a helpful suggestion... ... no one ? Really no one is home? Wow I should really do this more often.

Now today what have I done? Yo... erm no Red bridges your are burned, you could have easily informed me about what I had planned for tomorrow, but no silence. But I cannot remember what I have got planned for tomorrow. Excuses, tsk you should know better. Now today I have been outside taking a walk, moving around a bird bath, listening to Boris Johnson’s victory (whilst jogging on the spot) before lunch and I also took a shower. The shower was before I went to the barbershop, as that was the place where we had taken a walk to.

Then after lunch I think that I did a bit more of jogging around the back garden which I had finished by the time that I had my snack of a ice lolly, which was refreshing in the heat, of outside, but Mich was needing one also due to his working over a hot computer indoors all day prior, minus the walk to the barbershop. But then after the ice lolly I went for a walk around outside, just to get my steps up, slightly more, seeing how I’d already doubled my daily step goal, for my watch, and I was off away with the fairies with my thoughts about swimming, skating, cycling and running (jogging) that I was having whilst I was jogging/walking about today. As Tini has said that I could potentially get fitter at her school with the mile track marked out on the playground and her saying that I could possibly have myself skating, cycling and jogging around the track/school field. But then I could get myself off to the pool which is at my local sports centre with some of my neighbours who are quite old but they are still swimmers and they probably have membership to the gym that I go to, as I have often seen them walking around to the swimming pool. Now all I need to do is get myself swimming.

After thinking and doing that I spent the rest of the day inside on the Switch, more of Breath of the Wild, I defeated the monk Maz what’s his face to get myself a bike, a motorcycle in fact. So now that has rendered all of my horses useless, basically.

Day 2157

Day 2157;

My BMI today is 19.23, then I had made 17,432 steps (which were apparently equivalent to 11.29 km) and I had burned 1887 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, strawberries, banana, orange, apple,raspberries, peach, watermelon and yogurt.
Lunch: I’ve forgotten.
Dinner: fish, carrots, green beans, croquet potatoes, chocolate trifle and two strawberry laces.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

Tomorrow shouldn’t be interesting as it should probably be, as I don’t think that I have much chance of getting on a bike tomorrow even though Mich will be here, as we have got to go to the barbers or something similar which will mean that I am to have a shower in the morning before I get to go on the bike., and if I go on the bike I will probably still need to have another shower today and that’d be a waste of water, but then again I would like to go on the bike tomorrow.

Today I had a little run (jog) around for an hour attempting to get myself up to six miles traveled today on my watch in an hour, I failed at this attempt. I had only managed to get to a speed of five point nine mph, which was disappointing. Then my next activity that I partook in today was also my last activity of the day, which was a small amount of running, jumping and throwing, as I had athletics in the evening, I only did about half a km in running, as the one hundred meter track I only ran, if you were going to be kind of my efforts (I’m not going to hold my breath), five times today so just by doing that I would have probably covered at least a kilometre due to the fact of me having to walk back along the track to reach the start line. Then the rest of my movement was in my running up and jump and my moving to collect the club once I had thrown it varying distances, of not too far.

Then in the midst of my efforts, if I was to call them such I also got in a good length of time in on Breath of the Wild. Which was productive, in part. But I still have a long way to go.

Day 2156

Day 2156;

For today my BMI was 19.40, my steps were 25,621, which was 16.59 km apparently and I had burned 2327 kcal.

Breakfast: cereal, raspberries, banana, orange, apple and yogurt.
Lunch; I don’t remember.
Dinner: I’ve forgotten.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.

So tomorrow is the next day of my life which probably should be about as active as my last Monday but I’m not betting on it being so. What’s more is that it’s another rest day for the tour.

Well today I have been on a cycle ride around from my abode to the GM’s current place of residence, then it was to see the Guinea pigs (at Tini’s school) then finally back to my abode. It was an enjoyable little ride. Pity that we went so slowly on average. But then as we returned to my abode I was playing more on Breath of the Wild, I’m terrible at the game as I only managed to get one more side quest completed today. So I think that gets me to 5 more to completion, of the Side quests. 85 out of 90.

But then G has made up some small amount of time on the yellow jersey in the tour. But then again so has another few of the contenders have made up some time on him.

Day 2155

Day 2155;

This day my BMI was 19.82, I had only done 1294 steps (which were 0.84 km in distance walked) but then again I had burned 752 kcal, which seems to be loads seeing how lazy I have been today.

Breakfast: cereal.
Lunch: baked beans, rice cake (plain) and something.
Dinner: pasta (seafood), broccoli, carrots, potatoes, chips and lemon meringue pie.
Drinks: milk, fruit squash and hot Ribena.
Snacks: apple, orange, banana, raspberries and yogurt.

Tomorrow I plan on having a much more active day, than today at least which won’t be difficult. Especially not when we will be going for a cycle ride tomorrow.

Now today I have been lazy from the “get-go”, I believe that is a phrase used to define the time frame of beginning. It all started from my getting up and going out to boccia, the “sport” which has you sitting down to throw some balls towards a white ball (jack ball) to attempt to get the balls of your colour closer to the Jack than the balls of the other colour. Then all I have done for the rest of the day has been playing on the Switch, which I think I have now managed to get eighty four of the ninety side quests complete.

Hylian Zora Goron Gerudo and Rito the major races from in Hyrule, I know their maybe others thrown in such as the Minish (Pictori) the humans and Kokiri. But then there’s also the Sheik, which go along with the royal family (then the ones that go against are the Yiga, I do believe. But that still makes them some of the Sheik species.
